Transcript for "Partner Spotlight Series: Revenue Integrations for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®": Hi, everybody. Hear me now? Hey. There I am. I started the live, but I didn't go on stage. Hey. It's me. Guys, here we go. I'm gonna do this. I'm not gonna repeat everything I just said, but I wanted to welcome you all to our webinar today, revenue integrations for Blackbaud, Razer's Edge, NXT. On your screen, you'll see a couple of housekeeping, things. I'll go over them real quick. Make sure you guys know that we're gonna be emailing you a link to the webinar recording after this is all done. Couple of things to point out on the resources tab under, chat. Obviously, you guys are chatting right now. I see you telling me that you can hear me, which is great. But that is where you ask questions from about the solutions, and we'll make sure you get your answers if you have questions about it. And then under that docs tab is where you're gonna find the interest form to fill out. I'll be reminding you throughout, the presentation about that. If you want more information from the partner that you're hearing about, that's the, docs tab that you hear. And, obviously, we've already had an audio issue this morning. But if you have an audio issue or a technical issue, like if the slides freeze, the best way to fix that is to refresh your browser. So that is it from me. So I'm gonna stop sharing my little housekeeping screen, tell you guys that we have three great partners presenting today. I wanna be able to give them as much time in that thirteen minutes as we allot. So I'm gonna get things started with our first presenter today, and that is Brantley with Giving Docs. So Brantley, you wanna join us up on stage. Can you hear yeah. I told Brantley and I told all of them that with one minute to go, my face is gonna pop up on screen. So that's when he knows that his time is about to end. So in the meantime, I'm gonna go backstage, and I'm gonna start the timer. So, Brantley, are you ready? I'm ready. Okay. Your thirteen minutes starts. now. And, Crystal, are you going to show the video do you have the video teed up, or do I need to pull it? Either way, I Yeah. I can play it or you can play it. All you have to do is double ahead. and play it. I think we're gonna do a partner video first, and then I'll jump in and on all things giving us after. Here we. go. Hi, I'm joined here by Matt Clathlin. And Matt's going to tell you a little bit about the organization he works at and his role there. And then he's going to answer a few quick questions about Giving Ducks. So Matt, please introduce yourself. Braylee, thanks. Always good to chat. So my role is Associate Director of Planned Giving for Best Friends Animal Society. We're actually the largest no kill animal sanctuary in the country. And our primary focus is helping every shelter across the country get to a no kill status. And you are a partner of Giving Docs. Could you please share with this audience how you are using Giving Docs today? I have my Giving Docs dashboard up right there. We've been a partner of Giving Docs for two years and, you know, our program, our planned giving program is well established. Our organization has a long term history of success in planned giving fundraising. And so we're using Giving Docs for a very specific niche or target audience. We all know in planned giving fundraising, right? We all run into donors every single day that of that natural procrastination for estate planning, whatever that reason is. And what we've found is that Giving Docs is a great way to help those folks that are procrastinating for the many reasons they do, to overcome that and get an estate plan done, which is great for them individually and for their families. But obviously our hope, while not required, our hope is they'll include a bequest to Best Friends and other charities while they're finally getting their estate plan done. That's how we're using the platform and have found really great success the first couple of years. Great. And so in addition to the benefit of receiving more estate gifts to Best Friends of Animal Society, what are some other good things about using this platform with your donor audience? There's two things. One, we certainly find that your company, Giving Docs, is a great cultural fit with what we do. Our organization is all about lifting up other organizations and helping everybody in animal welfare find whatever level of success they're trying to find. And without question, you and the entire team at Giving Docs does the same thing, right? With what you do in supporting nonprofit organizations, you're interested in helping organizations find the next level of success that they're trying to achieve. From a donor's perspective, what I would say about the Giving Docs platform is that it takes what can be sort of a daunting and intimidating topic, estate planning, which sounds so big and grand and complicated. And it boils it down to something that a pretty straightforward, not terribly intimidating thing that they can do from the comfort of their own home. And obviously while there's a cost to us as charitable organizations that are using the platform, the individuals that we offer it to are able to use it for free, which can be an objection, right? They don't want to pay the cost of an estate plan, but also it makes estate planning completely inclusive, right? And accessible to anyone at whatever stage in life, economically, age wise, etcetera, that they're at. It provides an opportunity for literally anybody that needs an estate plan, which is all of us, you know, to go out and get one when we know that more than half of Americans don't have an estate plan. And so it's not only great for us as a charitable organization, but it's also great for the individual supporters of, you know, in our case, Best Friends and Animal Welfare. And so it's really a win win, and, you know, obviously, if we include Giving Ducks, it's a win win win from, you know, from that perspective. And lastly, Matt, as a longtime Blackbaud customer, would you recommend this platform to other Blackbaud customers who are looking to expand their plan giving programs? I would recommend any nonprofit look at Giving Docs platform. And I know there are lots of nonprofits that have a far less established planned giving program, or maybe not really any planned giving program yet. And I think the Giving Docs platform can be a way for those kinds of organizations to jumpstart and really supercharge starting a planned giving marketing effort. Matt, really appreciate you taking the time to do this. K. Am I back on? You are back up. I'm gonna go backstage. You'll see me. again. So if you guys didn't get this from the video, we are a planned giving solution in the Blackbaud Parker partnering ecosystem. And what Giving Docs does essentially is provide estate planning services to nonprofit donors, volunteers, patients, alumni, and the people that nonprofit serve as a benefit in order to advance the plan giving interests of the organization. So I'm gonna pull up just a deck that I have here for my brief time with you guys, and let me know if you guys can see this. So I'm gonna have to bounce back and forth here. Who we are, we we strive to deliver the best in class online estate tools designed by attorneys, of which I'm one informed by behavioral science and purpose built to help organizations grow in scale, efficiency, and impact. So it is a donor first platform, a member first platform, a patient first platform. And we're really looking to help people create their legacies online through the service. The ways that we do that, the tools that we have on the platform, we have wills, trusts, codicils, which is if you haven't heard of a codicil before, it's an amendment to an existing will or trust that allows someone to leave a gift to an organization. We have beneficiary designation assistance tools for life insurance and retirement accounts, financial powers of attorney, health care directives, living wills depending on what state you're in, and also some current giving that falls under the purview of plan giving generally, like donor advised fund giving, stock giving, and QCD IRA tools. We work with some of the larger nonprofits in the country. We also work with very small nonprofits. And the way that we deliver this service to our partners, we've we're very much focused on the legal. We're very much focused on getting people to do their estate planning today. Our staff is all comes from the nonprofit industry, so we're all former fundraisers or lawyers, and we are very focused on the planned giving aspect of what our industry does. We never sell or rent donor data. We have SOC two type two compliance. So the users who come in get a free account for life, and we never sell them anything or put them on any mailing list. And, our pricing is essentially based on the size of the audience that organizations want to deliver this to. Some of the raw results that we see on the platform, 80% of our gifts are residual bequests. That means people are leaving a portion of their estate to a nonprofit. Importantly, 73% of people who create their estate plan on GivingDocs are disclosing that intent to the nonprofits we work with. So we are helping to create an actionable pipeline of gifts under management for our partners. The average gift on the platform is a $107,000. 85% of our users are giving part of their estate to charity, and, the brand is kind of in the background. So Giving Docs somewhat acts as a white labeled service for our nonprofit partners in that we're still there to provide the back end legal, but this is really about the organization providing a benefit and putting their brand front and center. The way that we do that is with custom landing pages that are either built into the organization's website or on a page that we host ourselves as GivingDocs. And then we do our best to kind of disappear into the background and make sure that, you know, our instances instances of of GivingDocs look like the organization we're working with. There's a lot of, you know, user friendly helpful things in there to help people understand what estate planning is, why they should do it, and why they should be using our service to do their estate planning today. Once someone is inside the system, it is very low friction, very helpful, you know, easy to do. We always say that people can do their estate plan online in twenty minutes. Myself, I can do it in about two, but I've done it many, many times on this platform. So and this is a highly specific state by state, you know, legal pathway for people to get this documentation done. And we also ask in that process for people to share their information with the charity, which is what results in that 73% disclosure rate that I shared earlier. Once inside, our users will have their own dashboard where they can access any of their documents. Once again, this account is free for life, and people all the information is saved so they can go back and update their documents at any time. And, also, we encourage people to join legacy societies to let the organization know about gifts that might not be in their estate plan and also educate them about other types of giving, like major giving. We have been a partner of Blackbaud since 2021. We were invited to join the social good startup program. And Giving Docs actually lives in r r e n x t, where if you are a r e n x t customer, you can see your results, and they automatically populate in there. So you can see the information that we have in our partner portal, which is, you know, who's activating accounts, who's completing documents, who is completing gifts to the organization, and then how many of those people are disclosing. We also have a metric called hand raisers. So a hand raiser is someone who has indicated that they would like to leave a gift to a nonprofit, but they haven't done the legal documentation left. These people are ripe for conversation. And, ultimately, although we're a software company, we understand that planned giving is relationship based and that most of the people who use our system want to have a relationship with the nonprofit organization that sent them to Giving Docs. So when someone raises their hand, that means they're a prospect for not just plain giving, but major giving, other types of CGAs, CRTs, other ways that people can give to the organization that they maybe just haven't been educated on. So we're really trying to help create this pipeline of not just plain gifts, but gifts under management, people who want to share their life with the organization that they care about. So that all exists in the GivingDocs platform, but also exports to our ENXT. And this is really the information that our customers and the CFOs at nonprofits wanna see. Like, what is the ROI? How is this working? What kind of money is moving through this platform? And I think that based on my own timing, I'm just about out of time. So I will pass it back to Crystal and say thank you so much for everyone for having us. If you have any questions, we'll do our best to answer them in the chat. Thank you so much, Brantley. There was a question for you, so you can grab that when you get backstage. Guys, if you wanna hear more about giving docs, hit the docs tab. I said docs twice in one sentence. But, yes, docs tab has that interest form. You'll just fill it out. Click that you're interested in giving docs, and we'll get you guys connected. And if you wanna step backstage, Brantley, we will get ready to invite our next presenters up. We'd like to welcome to the stage David with Print Your Cause. David has a special guest as well today. So I will take a step back. And when you see me again, you'll have one minute left. Absolutely. Thank you, Crystal. Apologies to anybody on the on video here. I'm getting over a cold. My name is Dave Higashi. I am the CEO of Print Your Cause. We are an end to end merchandise service for community organizations, and our mission is to bring national scale capabilities to community organizations just like yours around the country. That includes things like design, sales, production, fulfillment, and even customer service. We manage everything so you can focus on what's most important to you. Our client base primarily consists of nonprofit organizations, schools, health orgs, and local community groups. And they range in size from really large, like the National Park Conservation Association, all the way to a local mission based soccer club in Los Angeles. And so I'd love to share their experience with Print Your Cause now. Give me two seconds here. I'm Rachel Derrico, and this is West Hollywood Soccer Club, LA's oldest and largest LGBTQ plus soccer club for adults. Create Your Cause has fully transformed our small nonprofit and enabled us to scale as our membership scaled the last few years. We have over 200 plus members that we provide club gear to every year including a free club t shirt. We wouldn't be able to do that without partners like Print Your Cause who have offset our costs major and made us a fully volunteer nonprofit organization be able to scale with our ever growing membership. Thank you Print Your Cause for all your support in this effort, and we can't wait to keep working with you. And our clients like the West Hollywood Soccer Club, they love working together with us because we have the largest selection of products provided via convenient online stores and, most importantly, all while being fully on demand. So for our clients, that means you can they were able to offer the products that they want without having a volunteer or an administrator having to take an order or manage some spreadsheet somewhere without any minimum inventory orders. So you'll never have that dreaded back closet you gotta go to once in a while full of fundraiser or event merch from from, like, four years ago and says 2022 on it. Don't have that with print your cost. But most importantly to me and our and our organization is we provide all of these services while supporting our clients with expert account managers who are warm and welcoming and specialize in supporting organizations just like yours. And speaking of which, I would love to introduce Rachel from the Print Your Cause account management team, one of those warm and welcoming individuals on our team, to demonstrate how easy it is to work with a store on Print Your Cause. So, Rachel, if you don't mind, I will go backstage. Alright. Thank you, Dave. Hi, everyone. Happy to be here with you today. I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen, and let me know if you can see it. Alright. So what you're looking at here is the Longevity Foundation's Lung Cancer Awareness Store. Longevity is an incredible organization that funds cancer research while building strong communities nationwide through endurance events, like and local gatherings that bring together survivors, caregivers, and supporters, and our online store plays an important role in that mission. If you're looking at their storefront, you noticed that they've customized it in a couple important ways. You can add a storefront message that speaks directly to your audience to further enforce your mission. They have also organized all of their merchandise into categories to make it easier for anyone shopping the store to browse and find what they're looking for. And from their shoppers' perspective, this is just like any other online shopping experience. Their supporters can browse all the products, select the one that they like, choose their size, and check out seamlessly. And that simplicity is really important. When the experience is this easy, your supporters are more likely to complete their purchase and proudly represent your cause. And now that we've seen the front end store, let's look at how simple it is to set this up on the back end. Let's say I'm hoping hosting an event, and I want to create a thank you gift for the volunteers who helped me put it together. Instead of ordering shirts in bulk, collecting sizes, and managing distribution, I can use this platform to create the product and send each volunteer a gift code so they can order whatever size works best for them at their convenience. To do this, I'm going to visit the products tab in the account dashboard, and I'm gonna hit the add product button. This is gonna allow me to fully customize the product. I'm gonna be able to select my decoration technique, And I'm also going to be able to select the product that I want to offer in this store. And now that I'm in the product builder, I can upload new artwork, and I can customize this product fully. So I can add a design to the front. I can resize this, and I can even change the print location. I like it here on the left chest and even go as far as decorating the back and even the sleeves of the product. The product builder makes it easy to fully view the design before it ever goes live so that you can make sure that you're happy with it. And then when you're ready to save that product, you can save it, and it's automatically added to that storefront. And now that your product has been added to the store, we can go ahead and create a gift code to send out to your customer so we can get this gift in the hands of your supporters. We're gonna visit the gift tab. You can create a new gift, and you'll add your supporters name and email address, and then you can select what type of gift that you want to send them. In this case, we're gonna cover the cost of one free item, which is the shirt that we just designed, and we're gonna create this gift. Now once this code is created, the volunteer is gonna receive this via email, and they'll be able to quickly jump into that store. They're gonna see that product to look at the mock up. They can choose their size, and now they can check out seamlessly. And that gift code is applied in the cart already. This means, as Dave said, I never have to collect sizes. I don't have to collect t shirt boxes of t shirts in my office from four years ago, and I don't have to worry about sending out the right item to the right customer, the right person. The system is even set up for large volunteer teams. So if you wanted to import a CSV file, you can create these gift cap gift codes in bulk. And the best part is, and this makes it so easy as the event organizer, is that everything is fulfilled on demand. We're gonna take care of fulfilling that product. We're gonna print it on demand and ship it directly to the customer. So there's nothing that you have to collect. You don't have to track any sizes, and you don't have to manage distribution after your event. The platform handles all of it behind the scenes. So to recap, in this example, we created a custom product for the event volunteers. We experimented with the different print locations to get the design just right. We saved the item directly to the storefront and sent volunteers gift codes that they can use to receive their gift, all without ordering inventory, managing sizes, or shipping products myself. The platform handles the production and the fulfillment, and I can stay focused on running my event and recognizing the people who helped make it happen. And that's the power of the platform. And now I will kick it back to Dave. Awesome. Thank you so much, Rachel. That was that was spectacular. You know, I've been in the industry for a long time. Previous to Print Your Cause, I did a merchandise platform very similar to Print Your Cause on YouTube. And what was really important about merch there as it is in the nonprofit space is merchandise is more than just sales and dollars. It's more than making some profit on a t shirt. It's a really important signal that clearly shows who your biggest supporters are. And a lot of them are the quietest ones, the ones who don't speak up or say anything. But these are the ones who are going out into the world. They're wearing your mission. They're wearing your message. They're sharing it with everyone. And what is great about Print Your Cause is our integration with, Blackbaud's Razor's Edge NXT. It allows you to identify those super supporters for purchasing your products on your store hosted by us because when they make a transaction there, we kick back that information that this this constituent has made a purchase. And those are the kinds of potential donors or current donors that you really wanna know what kind of activity they're doing and how they're engaging with you. And merchandise is probably one of the strongest signals you will get from that. Well, we would love the opportunity to work with, everyone here. I see some of us we already work with, and I really appreciate the kind words. So today, as a special promotion, we're going to offer our essential level account, which is a $240 per year subscription. Free to those who are here today or may watch this recording in the future. Just email us at info@printyourcause.com. Let us know that you saw the partner spotlight, and one of our really nice team members like Rachel will take care of you. We're looking forward to supporting you and your communities, and thank you all for for your attention and time. And thank you to Blackbaud and Crystal for being such a wonderful partner of ours. Thank you. Thank you. Print your cause. David, that was great. Rachel, thank you for the demo. That was awesome to see. Again, I'm gonna remind you guys in the docs tab, there is an interest form you can fill out. If you wanna hear more from Print Your Cause, you can fill that out. And last but certainly not least on stage today, we've got Chris with Net Outlook. Chris, if you wanna join us on stage. Hey, Crystal. Hey. Real quick, just wanna see. Do you want me to play your video, or are you gonna play it? Oh, I can take care of it, but thank you. Sounds good. Okay, everybody. I'm gonna jump off stage. Let Chris have it. Thanks. Alright. Thank you. Hi, everyone. I'm Chris Nance. I'm the cofounder of NetOutlook. I'm excited to share SwiftGrants. It's the only grant management system, for grant seekers that is fully native, to Razor's Edge NXT. A little bit about me. I've been a grant professional for over twenty three years, working with hundreds of nonprofits in various consulting roles. I've seen firsthand how a lack of tools designed for the way grant professionals actually work affect organizations. I'd also like to say that I'm a grant professional by trade. So if I seem a little bit nervous presenting, it's because I am. So thanks for your understanding. Before we dig in, I have a short video from Sarah Dees. She is the director of foundation relations at Children's Hospital Foundation of Richmond. Sharing house with grants has impacted her work. Sure. Before we brought Swift Grants on as a vendor, we were using almost exclusively spreadsheets in our grant tracking. So we use spreadsheets for prospect research. We use spreadsheets for the grant deadlines, and we use spreadsheets for stewardship tracking. It was it's very cumbersome, a lot of data, a lot of administrative work, and just tricky to keep up with so many spreadsheets amongst our team members. Mhmm. So spreadsheets was definitely not working as well as we had hoped in our in our grants program. Yeah. SwiftRance has made a huge difference mainly to get us out of that spreadsheet world. And so many of our team members can utilize the features within Swift Grants, our prospect research manager, our reports manager, many of our advancement service team members. But we're all able to look in one place and see a grant from beginning to end, you know, from the research to the LOI to the applying to the grant coming in and then providing stewardship. So it's all integrated in one place that we can see, and it's not as much back and forth, not finding those spreadsheets. So it's made a huge difference in how we operate. Sure. So we've saved between 2530% of our time every week Really? Which which makes a huge difference. We support Children's Hospital Richmond at VCU, which serves over 80,000 young patients and their families every year. So our goal is to provide support for the entire hospital. We're the only full service children's hospital in the region. So lots of different areas, people, and programs that we need to provide support for. So we've been able to kinda open up the gates and provide funding, do more research, and apply for many more grant opportunities across the entire hospital instead of having to limit ourselves to certain areas because our bandwidth was limited. A huge impact. Go ahead and do it. We certainly won't be turning back. I think Swift Grants integrates so well within RE that it was just intuitive for our team, so it's been an easy transition for us. As I said, our our fundraising has certainly grown since bringing Swift Grants on. I'd also like to mention, the team at Swift Grants is so easy to work with. They've become a valued partner, just a vendor. I'm blushing. So we really we really enjoy our partnership with them. But it's you know, this data, this work can live on within RE and Swift Grants rather than these kind of static spreadsheets that one person or another might have. This is really kind of the best way, I think, to hold your data and your grant work and and makes it so much easier using Swift Grants by doing so. Alright. Big thank you to Sarah for that. Now I am going to bring up there we go. Alright. So, the NetOutlook team built Swift Grants, from the ground up using input, from professionals or grant professionals with over a century of, combined experience to make grant work easier and fundraising teams more efficient. This presentation is a little bit different than our usual approach. Usually, grants management conversations center on tracking applications and deadlines. Today, I wanna pivot and look at SwiftGrants through the lens of revenue assurance. Efficiency is great, but ensuring that every awarded dollar is accurately booked and reported without double entry provides real organizational value. Hey, Chris. Can you hear me? know that yes, ma'am? I okay. We're just getting some reports that they don't hear or see anything, but then somebody else says they can. So can I just get a quick check-in chat if you guys are able to see and hear Chris and me right now? Okay. Great. I'm gonna hop backstage. It seems like everything is working as intended. Okay. Cool. Alright. So, yeah, we all know the traditional pain points. Development is working in a siloed grant platform or a massive spreadsheet. And depending on the organization structure, administration, fundraising, leadership, and or operations teams are all working in razor's edge. So trying to get those systems to talk usually involves messy API connectors or nightly syncs that can fail. Or worse, you've got someone manually rekeying data, which is what, unfortunately, Sarah was doing before we came on, which, you know, by its very nature, through no one's fault, is ripe for error and omission. So the core advantage of Swift Grants is what we call the zero sync reality. It is not an external tool bolted onto your database. It's built natively inside RE NXT. A grant record in SwiftGrants is a record in your r x RE NXT instance. There's no sync queue, and there are no reconciliation delays. This all happens in real time and is written directly, into the opportunity record. So if you look at this screen, you'll see what this looks like in practice. For your staff, there's no separate login or new interface to learn. SwiftGrants sits right here on the main Razor's Edge NXT home screen. You can see the release notes and the dedicated tile for the grants dashboard. By keeping the team inside the environment they that they already use every day, we drastically lower the learning curve, increasing the granularity of data available inside our ENXT and ensuring data is actually entered where it belongs. So this is where it gets interesting for gift administration operations and or leadership. Here, we are looking at the fictitious Delta Foundation constituent record. Because we are natively inside RENXT, the also fictitious street outreach program grant opportunity sits directly on the funder's profile and can be clearly seen in the opportunities tile. This means you don't have to pull a grants report and a major gifts report and then try to mash them up in something like Excel. You finally have a complete three sixty degree view of your entire revenue forecast for a specific entity in one place. So forecasting cash flow from institutional giving is notoriously difficult when the data is trapped on the grants team's spreadsheet or elsewhere. SwiftGrants creates an opportunities list specifically for grants within RE NXT. So on the opportunities list view, we filtered for our grant pipeline. Notice how we have the ask, expected, and funded amounts laid out side by side. This list is searchable and filterable in the same way that any RE NXT opportunity list is and provides the ability to see your organization's grant data the way you want it. So this allows gift administration leadership and or operations teams to jump in at any time to run reliable cash flow projections based on real time data without having to chase the development team and interrupt their workflow to get an update. In addition, it provides an at a glance overview of exactly where each grant is in the process, including listing last action and next action for each opportunity. So revenue leakage in the grant world rarely happens because a check is lost in the mail. It usually happens because a required progress report or something else is missed, and, it's holding up the next payment tranche. So in this detail window, we track granular data. So we're looking at minimum, maximum, requested amounts, and strict target dates. The system also allows users to create funder report deadlines and reminders for multiple dates at one time, ensuring no report falls through the cracks, and you also don't have to create a bunch of reports individually. So by locking these dates into the system, Swift Grants creates actions and alerts for the team well before a deadline and project, oh, and protect the organization's revenue stream proactively. Excuse me. So for audit ready financials, discipline has to start early. In in the basic information panel, we are capturing the fiscal year, the specific program purpose, and the effort level during the application phase. So this means we are capturing the intent and restrictions of the funding before the money even arrives. So when the check ultimately lands, the data entry team already knows exactly which restricted GL and fund ID to apply. So it takes the the guesswork out of fund accounting. This slide shows the the handoff. So we're looking at a closed won opportunity for $1,750,000. Traditionally, a grant manager would get the award letter, celebrate, and then gift administration or leadership would have to scramble to manually build the pledge schedule. With Swift Grants, all those custom parameters and award details are already documented right here. It converts smoothly into your standard RE NXT gift and pledge workflows, completely eliminating any, you know, swivel chair duplicate data entry, which is always nice. Let's see. So when month end rolls around, this dashboard is your single source of grant information. It consolidates all active grants sorted by fiscal year, funder status, and upcoming deadlines among other columns as you desire. Because development is managing the process here and gift administration is viewing the exact same dataset for reporting, the monthly reconciliation process fundamentally shifts. So, essentially, you stop spending days hunting down discrepancies, and you just confirm the accuracy of what's already there and move on. So to wrap up, this is about more than just a software feature. It's about organizational resilience. When all of your funder communications, strict deliverables, and payment schedules live natively in RE NXT, your institutional knowledge is protected even if there's staff turnover. So I'll pause here to tell a really quick story about a minimum size non or a medium sized nonprofit I consulted for a few years back. Like many, they relied on an Excel spreadsheet, which for grant tracking, and that worked until they lost their executive director and grant manager both within a few months of each other. The fallout was a mess. You know, the spreadsheet was a couple of months behind, and some of the notes were cryptic or missing. So that forced us into what we termed a forensic reconstruction that took forever. We actually had to call funders to ask if they'd given us money the previous year. And as you can imagine, that didn't inspire a ton of confidence. But the real danger to an organization is that funders talk to one another. So once you've earned a reputation as a poor steward, it can take years and sometimes a total leadership overhaul to win back that trust if you ever do. And Swift Grants eliminates this risk. So in addition, your team can handle higher volume of applications without you needing to add administrative headcount, like Sarah was talking about, simply by eliminating duplicate data entry and spending or speeding up the grant development process. And, ultimately, that clean connected data means better reporting, better stewardship, and higher renewal rates from your funders. So that's the super fast version of, SwiftGrants in a nutshell.
