Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT® (APAC)":
Hello, everyone. Welcome to the RazerSight NXT product update briefing. I'm Sudip Datta, Blackboard's chief product officer. I'm sorry I can't be there live today because there are several sessions playing concurrently. But I wanted to kick things off because I understand how important this session is for you. You have all been supporters and admirers of the depth of capabilities that razor side NXT has had and want to see the goodies cut over to the modern web view. That's what we have been focused on over the last couple of years. In addition to including online giving forms with support for direct debit coming soon. With active feedback from you, we are prioritizing the completion of UX modernization with the target completion date in 2027. For certain personas like frontline fundraisers and decision makers, we expect to have full web capabilities by mid twenty twenty six itself. Over the next few months, we will see a continuous stream of feature releases whereby the key operations like export, import, and major record types cut over to the web view. But we must also recognize that as we do that, the world around us is fast transforming with the advent of new technology like artificial intelligence. Our goal is to combine the best of both, the goodness of the past, while making sure you get the benefits of the future. We empathize with some of the resourcing and budgetary challenges some of you are going through, and our goal is to leverage technology to address those challenges. Thus, you will have Blackboard AI that helps you ask questions in natural language and also take actions like compose cultivation plans and emails automatically. Things that would have taken hours for the advancement office. The bedrock of AI is our data. We will leverage our rich data model and decades of benchmark data that's unique to Blackboard. To summarize, RazerSage NXT has been your trusted tool for years, and our goal is to build on that trust. Thank you for all the support. Hello, and welcome to the Razors Edge NXT product debt debriefing for November 2025. I'm Trent Mulligan, director of product. Before we get started, I have a couple of housekeeping notes that I want to cover. The webinar audio will be broadcasted through your computer speakers, so hopefully you can hear me. If you need captions, you can hover over the stage and click the CC button on the bottom of the screen to turn captions on and off. If you encounter any audio or technical issues, such as the slides freezing, usually, a quick refresh of your browser is the best way to get it working again. Worst case scenario, leave and log in again. On the right hand side of your screen, you will see q and a resource sections. We have a great team in the background who are here to answer your questions. We'll do our best to keep up, but experiences says we won't be able to. So please try to be specific in your question. Instead of saying when will this be available, ask when will grid batch be available. In our last product update briefing, we received over a thousand questions. And while the team was able to answer over 40% during the call, we knew we wouldn't be able to get to all of them. This time, we'll based on your feedback, we will push all questions whether we can answer them or not in order to ensure you see your question was acknowledged. You will also hear later about an upcoming event on November 21 at 11AM Eastern Standard Time where Pringer Solutions, one of our partners, will host a q and a session to answer any other remaining questions you may have based on today's content. We'll also compile those questions and post a summary blog post in the community. This session is recorded and will be available shortly after today's call. You would should receive an email with a link to the recording. And before we begin, we'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea, and community. We pay our respects to their elders past and present and extend that respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. And because this is one of the product update briefings, I do need to read the following safe harbor statement in its entirety. This presentation contains forward looking statements that involve inherent risk, uncertainties, and assumptions. It outlines Blackpods current plans and general product direction as of the date this presentation was created. Functionality described in this presentation that is not currently available is subject to change at any time without notice at Blackbaud's sole discretion. It does not represent a commitment to develop or release specific features within the time frame discussed and according to the presented design or at all. Please make any purchase decisions based on features and functionality that are currently available. And today, you will hear from a few of the small area of product management team members who are working to bring you a unified view. Anthony Gallo will talk about gift management. David Springer will cover query and export. Daniel Van Horn will cover import and global change. And Daisy Alarkarne will cover recognition, membership, and volunteer. Today's agenda will focus on our vision and strategy for our approach to a unified view, and much of our time will be spent on grid map items that are in active development. Make sure to stay till the end as we share some resources and an exciting new channel for you to get all your questions answered directly from the product team. And before we get into the details, I want to emphasize what this slide represents. It's about our promise to you. Everything here reflects how we're listening, innovating, and delivering to help you achieve more. These aren't just features. They're commitments that drive real impact for your commission. And everything starts with your voice. Through the Blackbaud Idea Bank and town halls, you've told us what matters most. We've listened and acted, strengthening your requirements and enhancing plan functionality in Razer's Edge NXT so the entire community benefits. Your feedback is shaping the future. We know your mission thrives when everything works together. That's why we're delivering a unified solution that accelerates fundraising and engagement. By leveraging the full ecosystem, we meet you where you are, creating a seamless experience that saves time and amplifies impact. And finally, we're pushing boundaries with innovation. Using Blackbaud Intelligence for Good, we're applying advanced analytics and AI to uncover, giving insights, and optimize donor cultivation. This means smarter decisions, stronger relationships, and more resources for your mission. We're not just building software. We're building solutions that reflect your ideas, connect your world, and empower your mission. And your ideas are just suggestions. They're the heartbeat of our product evolution. Every enhancement we deliver starts with your voice. That's why we double down on listening and acting. At bbcom, we brought the spirit to life with a live voting session. Over a thousand attendees participated in real time using LED batons to vote. It was electric. And if you missed it, the experience is now available virtually. But we didn't stop there. We renewed our commitment to reviewing and responding to your ideas. We cleaned up more than 8,000 submissions, reducing duplicates so your priorities shine through. Since May, we've shipped a 152 ideas representing over 12,000 votes and marked a 134 ideas as planned, meaning they're on track to ship in the next three to six months. Several of these exciting updates will be highlighted in today's call. This is what partnership looks like, your ideas driving real innovation and impact. We also heard from you loud and clear that you need to continue to use database view features to complete daily tasks. So database view features will remain enabled until the database itself is fully disabled. We've been listening through not only your ideas, but surveys, the community, and your blackbaud advocates, and we're acting on what we've heard. We're actively exploring how we can enhance the overall experience. For example, we're exploring a few key areas that you have shared loud and clear or in need of a refresh. A redesigned constituent page layout that mirrors the database view more closely, including tab navigation for faster access and redesigned tiles. And we're looking at how AI can help in other areas, from smarter search and easier list building to better data checkup opportunities, making those data cleanup queries automated. These are just a few areas ripe for modern transformation. And while these are still in prototype, we're committed to learning and evolving toward a more unified experience. We'll share more on timing in our next product update briefing. And our commitment to a unified view remains strong. That is why you will see our roadmap focused on core business functions in 2026. We also understand that year end is your busiest time, and we're here to support you. That's why we will continue to support your transition through 2027 to help you finish 2026 strong. We will share more details in the coming months, but now is the time to start planning. Ask the right questions, explore your workflows, and get ready to make the most of the unified experience. We've streamlined our roadmap for easier viewing, organized around three key priorities for Razer's Edge NXT, helping you to process gifts faster, managing and acting on your data, and driving engagement and helping you to raise more. We've broken it into three timelines, coming soon, which is in development and shipping within the next quarter, up next, coming in the next one to two quarters, and looking ahead, focusing on finishing our plan to get to the unified view. While our current focus is on gift processing, export via query, and import, You'll also hear about other roadmap items shaped by your feedback, including enhancements to the donation forms, prospect insights, and the online data review tool. What's next includes finishing out APIs for our partner integrations and continued list improvements, including support for address e salutation and lists and more. And looking ahead, enhancements to constituent records, permissions, business rules, and global change capabilities are all in the plan. We wanna make sure that there's no disruption as you're transitioning to the unified view. There are a lot of resources to help you with change management that you can leverage to plan. If there are critical gaps not covered in the road map that would prevent you from making the transition, please let us know. You can provide us feedback via the idea bank, the community, or your black bot advocate. While we expect most functions to move, there will be times that workflows and business processes may need to be updated to take advantage of more modern functionality. Your feedback is critical for a smooth transition. Now let me turn it over to Anthony to walk us through all of the great functionality for processing gifts coming in 2026. Okay. Moving into gift processing. So everything that comes into gifts, everything you can do with gifts, and then everything you'll do with that gift after its journey and our NXT is complete. Let's do a quick review on what has shipped and what we've been working on over the last six months. So posting to g l, specifically Financial Edge NXT, is fully generally available. So if you're a Financial Edge NXT client and you're integrated with RE NXT, you can do all of your posting directly from the WebView. Posting for third party is also available around the globe for all WebView clients. So if you have a third party outside of Financial Logistics and you need that file to send to be able to update the journal entries for your gifts, you're able to do that directly from WebView. We've had basic functionality for campaigns, funds, and appeals with more to come. I'll talk about that in a little bit. But we have our list pages for campaign funds and appeal. We have the ability to add, edit, and delete the basic information, for those three types. The payment transaction ID was added to query. We have had some requests for items to be added to query that were WebView specific fields, and this is right at the top of that list. So with the payment transaction ID available query, reconciling your gifts across multiple systems has become easier. We've released multiple pledge workflows. That's actually my next slide up. I will talk about that in more in-depth, in a little bit here. And then huge, hugely requested item for the gift and marketing code tile, specifically gift code. So that gift and marketing code tile on the WebView gift record has six options in it, and you're able to add any of those fields or edit any of those fields directly from a web feed. And for our UK clients, gift date claims is now available in the web. Okay. Moving into pledge. There are three parts to this, and these are all generally available. So the ability to add a pledge to online donation form, the ability to edit or add a pledge directly in WebView batch, And then with that, any donation form pledge that comes in as credit card, debit card that is the only supported option right now, or any, direct debit credit card pledge created directly in Batch, those are automated pledges. And we will use our installment, creation utility that we use for our recurring gifts. So if you're familiar with that, automated pledges works exactly the same way. We'll look at the installments, we'll look at the amount, and you will have a batch created with your automated pledges ready for you to review and get into the system. We are not done here. We have had a bunch of feedback. The automated pledges have been great, but you still want to apply manual checks to those or manual cash gifts to those that they get sent in, outside of the installment schedule. That is on our agenda to do shortly, as well as handling over funding those pledges. So if you have a gift that's over the installment amount, how are we gonna handle that? And then still also being able to take an existing, one time gift that's already in the system and maybe potentially apply that to a pledge. So we are not done with pledges. We have more to come, but the functionality that we've released, I'm really excited about. Okay. So now let's talk about something that everybody's excited about, and that is our WebView grid batch. So, I've done demos on this in the past. I'm gonna talk about the highlights, and I have a new demo today, about a different part of the process. But I really wanna just, really focus on the fact that our tab to navigation or a quick entry is the driving force here. We wanna replicate that quick entry that we have in database use. So the first release for a gifted batch, and this is at EAP now, great feedback. If you're any of my EAPers out there, thank you so much. But we've gotten really good feedback. We feel that we're on the right path. Our first release is going to be parity with the existing WebView batch, and then we have work planned after that, and I'll talk about that in a little bit. So with our feedback from previous product update briefings and with our feedback from town halls, really batch templates and batch defaults were the number one item in the thing that we were able to push forward, and get some functionality in the system for release for when this does go out. So batch templates was always kind of a it was a thing in database u, but it didn't really exist as a template. Everybody was using existing batches as templates. So we've taken all that feedback, and we really looked at how you were using the system to create a templates area. So it's gonna have its own functional area. You'll be able to create templates. You'll be able to, let your columns, you know, put your order for your columns, assign what's gonna show, what's gonna hide, and put your defaults in there. If you wanna manage those or update those or add new ones, you'll be able to do that. But we really took that batch templates, which was more of a concept than an idea, a database view, into an actual functional area in WebView. And I have a demo coming up right now, and we're gonna look at batch templates and batch defaults in WebView. So let's jump in and actually take a look at what batch templates and defaults look like. In our gift management screen, under related links, we have option for batch templates. In here, we have a full page for batch templates. You can search for existing templates. If you wanna make any changes to those, you can do that here. If you'd like to create a new one, which we're gonna do now, create a new one, product update, fall twenty twenty five. And I'm gonna make some changes here. So top to bottom, this is how the batch will be written out left to right. So, I definitely wanna bring in package. I missed campaign. Let's bring that in. We'll bring appeal in and splits. We'll reorder this a little bit because when I create my batch, I wanna make sure everything is exactly where I want it. So I'm gonna bring my splits column up. I'll put that in how to heal up appeal. Move package up. Put that where I want it and we'll put some defaults in here also. Yeah. We'll do a default campaign. This is good. I'll go ahead and save that. Jumping at into the batch screen, and I'm gonna create a new batch here. At the bottom of our splash screen, you'll see an option for batch templates. So I'm gonna select that batch template I just created because I'm gonna do my product update. Create batch. And here we'll see the batch drawn out exactly how I had it defined in that template. I have my splits column before I have my campaign from appeal. And I'm gonna make a change here. So when the template's created, when the template's used to create this batch, we draw out the batch and then you can configure the columns. It does not update that template automatically. We are just updating the instance of that template for this batch. But I'm more a visual person, and there's some changes I wanna make here. So I'm gonna go ahead and drag some of these columns where I want it. And I'm gonna save this as a new template. Because I like the way this looks better. Seeing it in the grid definitely helped. So I'm gonna go ahead and add that new one, and I'm gonna save it as a new templates. So next time I have to do one of these batches, I'll have the template exactly how I want it. So we borrowed a lot from database view, and this is how the structure is gonna work for web view. And our EAP is working on it, and we're getting feedback every day. So we have this amazing tab navigation experience. We have templates and defaults. But what's next? Based on feedback, this is how we we rearrange things. And really, your feedback is the most important part of this because it really helps us identify what is needed for you to be as efficient as possible in your day to day work. So what's coming up next is reports. So your control reports, any report that you run before approving a batch, your reports you wanna have to approve a batch, that is next on the list. And then more fields, specifically gift code. I think everybody I've talked to has said gift code is the most important field out there, so that is at the top of the list. As well as those other fields that we talked about previously for the gift and marketing code tile, we wanna bring those in. From there, it's gonna be more advanced workflow. So we have advanced workflows for pledges already built in the system, but we wanna get more advanced workflows. So things like, opportunities, attributes, and events that happen on the back end, we want to be able to have an upfront end experience so you can manage those if they're already on the record or add those if they're on the record. And we can include benefits, matching gifts and memberships, gift date as well. So all of those advanced functions that are in that gift drop down in database two batch, we wanna bring after that. From there, the focus is gonna be import. An import for gifts is going to go directly into batch. So we foresee the model where you're going to import a file, and that file is gonna show up in batch. You won't have an exception report to handle. We will be able to read everything into batch. You'll be able to see your exceptions in batch, handle everything you need to handle from batch and approve it. Batch really is going to be positioned as this mass gift entry hub, that can do all the processes you need to do at one spot. From there, really, it's gonna see what's left, and and we'll evaluate that closer to our next product that we're briefing. But this is this is the structure of what we have on deck for everybody coming up soon. Up next for gifts is editing gifts and adjusting gifts. Right now in WebView, the ability to edit a gift, it was only available on a one time cash gift entered in WebView. So we need to make this available for all gift types and all situations. And whether it's an edit or adjustments, you need to have the full functionality available for all gifts. And that is the plan to have that available in WebView. Campaigns, funds, and appeals, mentioned this a little bit earlier. We have basic entry and basic functionality for this across the board. Like batch, we kinda have a three pronged approach through the releases on this. So we're working on geo distribution across funds and fund relationships now. That fund relationship is a hugely requested item. We called that out with our little, re light bulb here. After that is what I'm calling common processes. So across campaigns, funds, and appeals, there are tabs and tiles that exist across all of them. For instance, fundraisers are on every one of those, those types. You can you can look at the associated campaigns and funds on an appeals tile or the associated appeals and funds on a campaign's tile. So those associated functions across all three campaigns, funds, and appeals would be next. Custom fields is also that list. You'd see custom fields across all three of those items. From there, it's really the unique ones that are gonna be left. So campaigns has an events, nothing really else has events on it. Packages, expenses, and actions are in appeals, they're not out anywhere else. So we're taking care of that unique situation for fun first, then we'll get into the common processes, and then we'll handle the rest of the unique workflows to give you full functionality for campaigns, funds, and appeals, and packages in WebView. Direct debit, across United Kingdom and Australia, huge request. It's already available in Canada. But with our payment upgrade, we're gonna get this available in United Kingdom and Australia. And, really, with our automated pledges functionality we're we've released, with Direct Debit. I feel like their power there is gonna be amazing for you to just kinda set and forget a lot of these items, including recurring gifts, which has been around for a while, but hasn't had the Direct Debit availability for, areas around the globe. So bringing that really unlocks a lot of functionality, that we already have built in and, gives you the flexibility to do some automated processing, and free up your time for other things. Automated gift receipts for online giving. So we are working on this as well. So currently, your automated process happens after batch approval if you have that set up. But what we're doing now is reworking this so that when a donor gives via the outline donation form and they get that confirmation email, in that confirmation email, they would have that download PDF item directly there. So not waiting for batch approval, not waiting for you to manually go ahead and do it, in our EXT web view afterwards. It happens automatically. And then any of the gift linking that needs to happen after batch approval, we're gonna handle that automatically for you. But in the end, the donor's gonna get that confirmation email immediately with that download PDF link so they can get the receipt, without having to wait for any other processes stacked. So a lot going on in gift, even more going on in the data management and analysis area. So I'm gonna go ahead and hand that off. Thanks, everybody. Hi, everyone. In this section, I'll be talking to our database admins and power users. So these capabilities are all about giving you the tools you need to support behind the scenes operations that are critical to everything else working smoothly. Looking at our recent releases, we've released a lot in the past several months. We've been making enhancements to query, releasing additional fields, quality of life improvements, and the ability to add and remove queries from lists, and the control report have just come out. Custom fields are now fully in web view with the ability, with the ability to export the custom field report. We've also released improvements for online data review, including better handling attributes, matching organizations to individuals. We've also begun our release of the WebView Luminate online integration and released a slew of new reports and improvements that you can see on the right side of your screen here. And also note there are several of these that are, labeled with the user with the idea bank, icon here just showing that a lot of these came from your direct suggestions. So as always, thank you for contributing to making Razer's Edge NXT better. Now let's dig a little deeper into another release recent release. So released just recently was, multi merge for duplicate records in Data Health. So previous releases improved the interface to give a better sense of duplicate confidence as well as more clearly representing which matching criteria apply for a given pair of records. With this release, we're also allowing users to select and merge multiple records at once up to 500 pairs at a time. So this makes the merge process more efficient, allowing users to get the benefits of WebView merges while still maintaining the ability to work in bulk. And as we all know, clean data is happy data. So let's all get happy. Moving on to work in progress now. We are currently working on our modern redesign of export from database view, which we're calling single row query. Why the change? Export in database view is primarily different from query in how its resulting data is presented. So, for spreadsheets, it deduplicates the data and moves all of your many to one fields, like addresses, phone numbers, etc, onto a single row instead of the multiple rows the query gives you. And to do that, you have to create both a query and an export. So this means taking similar steps in different parts of the application and learning the difference between these two related functions. This has caused confusion for decades, and I'm guessing I'm not the only one who only realized I needed an export after looking at query results. So in WebView, we'll have users choose which result layout they want when creating a query, and then you'll have the flexibility of setting your criteria and output in the same place and only pull in a second query for the grouping if you want to. So it's fewer steps, less confusion, and more flexibility and consistency of prog process. So that is the theory. That's our thinking in designing it. Now let's, take a look at the prototype so that you can get a feel for what it'll look like in practice. We'll also be adding a layout filter and a layout column to the query list so you know what you're working with. But the primary change for single row layout is going to be is going to start when you create a query. So we're adding select from, to this create model, so you can choose that without going to the options tab. We'll also have the selector of single row or multiple row query on the create tab here. And, obviously, users aren't going to immediately know what that means, so we're gonna put a little help icon and show explicitly, single row query equals database view export, multiple row query equals equals database view query. So, we wanna remove as much guesswork as possible for users. Criteria tab will be the same. Output tab, we will see there's an icon distinguishing between many one to one and many to one fields. When I select the many to one field, I'll get essentially the same filters just laid out in a query format. So I can choose the number of solicit codes to export, choose the node name, and then choose what I wanna filter by. So in this case, I'm going to go by, choose a couple solicit codes and export only those solicit codes. I'll also be able to sort by any fields as well. So we can see here I'm ordered by solicit code. And that's a pretty straightforward process for a simple field like solicit codes. For summary fields, it's also pretty simple, but it's a little bit different. So we've got, not only the filter tab, but we've also got some options. Right? So we've got select from query and soft credit matching gift options for this total amount specifically. And we've got not only the filters that database view gives you, but also any other filters under the same node. So many of these will not necessarily see a whole lot of usage, but, you know, something like batch number, post date, I could certainly see being useful for many users. So I'm gonna cancel out here. We don't include the actual amount in this prototype. Head of household processing is gonna show up on the options tab. And then when we see the results, we can see Kim Smith with both of her solicit codes on this one row, unlike query, which would give it to you in separate rows. So identical, results to database view export with a much simpler workflow. So there it was. Lots more to come as we get nearer to release. We are planning an EAP starting in early twenty twenty six with full release coming after. If you'd like to get involved, just scan this QR code to sign up for the early adopter wait list or to be added to an early wave when we're ready to release. I'm really excited to get this in front of folks and see what you think. Now I'll hand it to Danielle for another reimagined feature. Perfect. Thank you. I'm excited to share that import is coming soon to WebView starting with bulk endpoints for constituents and gifts to connect to Sky APIs. Along with the new bulk API endpoints, we'll be introducing a new import user interface designed to make the workflow simpler and more intuitive for you to use. With import and web view, you'll continue to be able to insert and update records from a single file, but you'll no longer need to select an import type. Instead, import will intelligently process all accepted import fields from your file and know where to put that data, along with asynchronous background processing ensuring that you can keep working without interruption. Once all of this work in this first phase of import is complete, we'll be introducing the ability to bulk edit and delete to make global changes, and we'll be adding support for additional import types. Up next, we have some online data review updates to share. Hi. I'm Daisy, and I'd like to share an update about another tool, online data review. Online data review was initially released over a year ago now to allow you to review online donation form transactions, link them to constituent records, but most importantly, prevent duplicate records in your database. Soon after we heard your feedback and this summer, we expanded online data review to include tribute transactions. With recent releases, you can now display and link multiple constituents in a single transaction, from donors to honorees to acknowledges. And we've expanded our linking and search capabilities in online data review to allow you to link acknowledges to non constituent records, include deceased records in your search results, and more. And coming up next, we want to expand Online Data Review to support event registration form transactions. We will still use the same settings, and the some of and the functionality will remain familiar while helping you review and link hosts and registrants to further prevent duplicates in your database. And as we continue to expand online data review in the future, we are currently researching how to support the new membership form transactions you'll hear about later in this presentation. Thanks, Daisy. Now let's turn to what's coming next for constituents. We've got some exciting work coming next year to fill out the remaining fields on constituent records. Stuff like enhancing relationships to make them more accessible and easily visible, adding contact information and custom fields to them. We'll also be looking at address address enhancements themselves, so fields currently missing like county, info source, and, of course, making their data health easier too by modernizing our address accelerator service. And finally, we'll be bringing more information like primary, addressee, and salutation into lists, increasing their utility in many workflows. So, as you can see, lots of good stuff coming across the board: Query and export, import, online data review, plus filling those record gaps to enable users to manage their most important workflows entirely in WebView. So with that, I'm gonna hand it back to Tritt for fun fundraising and more. And while we are laser focused on getting to a unified view, it is important to continue to invest in fundraising and engagement functionality, especially with new technology like AI. Our focus on fundraising needs remains a priority. A lot of the capabilities that will be shared are focused on helping your fundraisers be effective in helping you to raise more. Let's take a moment to look back at the enhancements we've delivered recently to drive engagement and raise more for your mission. We've updated the home page to provide new dashlets. You can now easily add constituents and gifts from the Luft navigation. We're continuing to focus on communication improvements for consent, and Prospect Insights continues to make enhancements including the ability to refresh models weekly and provide actionable results. And donation forms continue to evolve with the ability to now accept tributes on the optimized form, social sharing to increase your reach, and an approved checkout experience for the standard donation forms. These updates reflect your feedback and our commitment to continuous improvement. I encourage you all to explore these new features. Incorporating AI to unlock possibilities that were never before achievable is an area of focus for Blackbaud. Our goal is to help you work smarter, faster, and more strategically powered by unmatched data. We'll do this in three distinct areas starting with chat for Blackbaud AI. This will help you to engage your data using natural language and quickly surf surface insights, generate content, and access fundraising best practices without complex queries. Using natural language interactions, you can chat with Blackbaud AI to get donor insights, generate personalized outreach, and receive strategic recommendations. Want immediate guidance or insights? Just ask Blackbaud AI. Blackbody AI chat is a tool we expect all Raiser's Edge NXT customers to have access to by the end of the year. It's a smart conversational assistant. It understands your data. It's an expert fundraising strategist, and it's context aware. So you open it on a prospective beta donor, and it's going to offer you a quick summary of your history with that donor. Wi Fi to AI chat can brainstorm ways to engage this donor, and we plan to provide more power with AI by offering new advanced functionality to do things like create an optimized opportunity or a full cultivation plan, including step by step follow-up actions designed to get your next gift. And we're also sharing a major enhancement for how you act on data with intelligent tagging, replacing the work center tagging that you have today. It will give you more flexibility, precision, and control over how tags are applied and used across your workflows. Service the right information to fundraisers at the right time. Drive efficiency by automating actions tied to tags. Customize user experiences across roles and teams, maintain flexibility with custom tagging and visibility controls. It's still available from the work center, but now more powerful and bestow to your organization's strategies. And to help you nurture and recognize your donors, we are building recognition programs, a purpose built solution designed to help you manage your most valued donors in a dedicated place. We are starting with legacy programs, which honors donors with planned or estate gifts. Adding a program is easy to start and adjust to your requirements. Choose to add levels with giving ranges, set constituent and gift rules to determine who qualifies for the program and who does not, and you can validate those rules using live data from your database before you activate the program. So here, I'm going to search for Amber and see if she qualifies, and she does based on my rules. Now I will search for Juliet, and I can see that she does not qualify. Once you are ready to activate a program, you can choose to approve donors automatically or manually. The program is refreshed daily based on giving changes in your database to help you streamline qualification. Finally, the recognition list is your workspace for managing qualified donors. You can situate details, see the gifts that qualified them. You can also adjust a donor's recognition status. So, for example, maybe you have someone who is no longer involved with the organization, the give giving society. You can update their status to declined and add a comment to record it. And if you have a donor you would like to add but has not yet qualified for a program, you can add a one off quickly and easily from the list. Recognition programs give you full control of who joins your giving society while automating reporting and letting you focus on stewardship activities to strengthen your personal relationships with your donors. We will be launching an early adopter program in early twenty twenty six, so let us know if you are interested in participating. Now let's talk about membership. We are continuing to build and release additional Sky API endpoints for membership. The API, for those of you who are not familiar, is a set of rules and tools that allow different software applications to communicate and share data with one another, and the endpoints are the specific addresses that allow an application to access or exchange data with a service. These are the foundation that have allowed us to start development on the brand new online membership forms. These forms will allow your supporters to purchase memberships online. They can choose a level, add an additional gift, gift a membership to someone else, or sign up for a free membership. The early adopter program for membership forms will start in 2026, but the EAP is already full. As membership transactions come in from the online forms, you will be able to view and manage these memberships in web view. We will be adding a new membership tile on the gift record that will let you view and edit the membership link. The membership tile on the gift record will also allow you to link memberships to other gifts, all within web view. The expansion of the membership API endpoints will allow partners and developers, if you are one yourself, to start building your own integrations with other membership solutions. Looking ahead, we will continue working more and more on bringing membership into WebView. We want to support your membership organization's needs. Now let's talk about consent. Our consent management is key to tracking which constituents you can communicate with simply and responsibly. You can track communication preferences on the record on the constituent record to ensure your outreach aligns with your supporters' preferred channels. We help you meet compliance standards by providing consent statements, privacy policies, and full documentation. Consent from your supporters can be collected seamlessly through donation through donation forms, event registration forms, or partner integrations. Plus, you can customize categories to display only the most relevant options for your organization and properly and properly apply the solicit codes you need based on channel or category. Setting up your categories will be crucial in helping you transition from solicit codes to consent and ensure consistency with historical data while also meeting current and future compliance requirements. Finally, detailed tracking information is always available for auditing, giving you confidence and transparency every step of the way. Let's go over some recent release updates for online giving. Coming out this week, we are shipping two of the top voted items for donation forms. The first, the ability to close a form. Closing a form allows you to stop accepting donations through a form when your campaign ends. You'll be able to set a close date and time for any standard or optimized form and set a friendly message for your donors. This will keep your form's performance stats intact and allow you to elegantly close down your campaign online. Second, we just released Google Tag Manager support. This expands on the already available Google Analytics support to allow you to use your tags to track your donor's progression from your social campaigns to your form to form completion. And let's take a peek into what's coming up next for online giving. Constituent forms, such as email sign up forms. They will give you the flexibility to collect new constituent information, including name and contact information, consent, and the use of custom fields. These forms will be compatible with online data review. Abandoned donation reminder. When donors start a standard or optimized form and then abandon the form at any stage, if they're still on the website or return to your website, a reminder widget will remind them to finish where they left off, encouraging them to complete their donation. And finally, more payment methods, including Amazon Pay and DAF Pay for donor advised funds. These new additions will bolster your payment options, streamline transactions, and cater to a broader audience. To learn more about these upcoming features and more, go register for the online giving product update briefing. And let's take a moment to talk a bit about volunteer management. We are taking an API first approach to enhance volunteer management. Development is planned to begin in 2026 focusing on building volunteer endpoints in the Sky API. This will enable partners to build integrations for volunteer solutions using our Sky platform for optimal flexibility and scalability. This approach also allows us to deliver benefits to you more quickly. You will be able to connect volunteer data for a complete three sixty view and create custom workflows and integrations based on your needs. Looking ahead, we will start research and discovery into our future vision for a modern user experience of volunteer management in the web view. Our vision is that it will allow a volun a volunteer manager to view their volunteer activity, track hours, manage events, and more. Sign up if you're interested. Thanks, Daisy.
