Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Blackbaud Award Management™ & Blackbaud Stewardship Management™": Hello, everyone, and welcome to Blackbaud award and stewardship management's product update briefing. We are so glad that you're here. We are giving everyone just a second to get into the room so you can hear our audio and, hear and see what we're saying and all the goodness that we have to share with you today about a Blackbaud award and stewardship management. I'm Christin Grissom. I am the senior product marketing manager for award and stewardship management. And I'm coming to you with close to fifteen years of experience in higher education in the EdTech space. And as someone who was a direct recipient of many scholarships, I can personally say how instrumental they were to me and being able to not only access education but finish my degree, and degrees debt free. So that was a huge thing for me and so scholarships are near and dear to my heart in terms of their, power and potential to change the direct trajectory of students' lives. So, and also having experience in working in scholarship administration, I know exactly how difficult your roles are. So thank you for what you're doing. And I know that the students that you are serving are incredibly grateful for your work and your role as well. And, hey, guys. My name is Danielle VanHorn. I'm the product manager for award and stewardship management. I've been with Blackbaud for a little over nine years now and with award management for two years focused on our product strategy and ensuring that what we're delivering is aligning with your feedback and your needs. Danielle has a huge and instrumental role on this team and so thankful for all the work that you're doing and the goodness that you're bringing to the solution as well. We are amped about the things that you are going to find out about today that Danielle and the development team have been working towards. And I know that their team is excited about this, and we hope that you find a lot of benefit, from what we'll be sharing today as well. So just a quick, housekeeping note just to make sure that we're at getting acclimated with the solution that you're on. You should be hearing audio through your computer speakers. Hopefully, you can all hear me okay. If you need captions, you can certainly hover over the stage. We do have a closed caption option, so you'll see a CC button on the bottom of your screen to turn captions off and on at your leisure. But if you encounter any audio issues or technical problems such as slides freezing or lips, usually a quick refresh of your browser will do the trick for you. But worst case scenario, simply just log out and come right back in and that typically resolves the problem. We will have a q and a, available for you throughout today's entire session. You can use this in our engagement panel that's on the right side of your screen. You'll see a q and a area. If you don't mind clicking that, drop us question anytime. And we have a team on standby to be able to help you with any questions that you have. And so if it's something specific, be specific as possible. If you're referencing something in the slides that we will know exactly what you're referring to to be able to help you get the exact answer that you're looking for. So the more detail you can provide, the better, so we can help you out. So but next to the q and a, you'll see a doc tab. Take advantage of this. There are a ton of resources that are available to you. Click through those. You can download pieces of information or grab links that you need to share with your colleagues. And today's session is recorded, so we will be sending you a copy of this within twenty four hours of the session. And, certainly, you can share that with your colleagues as well, but the session today will be interactive. You'll see some polls pop up for you as well as as some, a survey at the end so you can share your feedback with us about what you'd like. Maybe if you have any questions or anything that we can follow-up with you to share, we'll be glad to do that at that time as well. But But you can adjust any of the settings that you see in your panel, just using the cogwheel at the bottom of your event space. And finally, you can use at the top the tabs on the top of this event space to meet the speakers or access additional information that you may need. And so even though we are speeding up our releases, some of the product capabilities that we'll talk about today are not yet ready. So future plans really are subject to change based on normal product development cycles, customer feedback, and, of course, unforeseen, events that we'll need to respond to as well. So as such, please make any purchasing decisions based on currently available functionality, And you'll be able to see the polls, tab in just a minute in the engagement panel if you'd like additional information on Blackbaud award and stewardship management. So our team will reach out to you if you want some additional information. Our team will, help you out with that as well. So the poll is now activated, so you'll be able to see that in the engagement panel on the right side of your screen there, if you need some additional, information. And so, also, we just wanted to make sure, some people may not be as familiar with award and stewardship management, but, we wanted to make sure that you're understanding just how our solution fits in with the ecosphere of Blackbaud, solutions. So we provide essential software for, our customers that really helps you to free up your time to be able to do what matters most to you, which is delivering impact. So with powerful data intelligence and expertise as well as an ever growing network of partners, our software is really the designed to be that foundational infrastructure that expands what's possible for you. Because we understand the unique challenges and expectations of the work that you're doing, we build our solutions really specifically to be able to deliver outcomes that matter most to you. So with the right tools and the right expertise built in mind, insights become more actionable. So award and stewardship management is not meant to be a replacement tool for your financial aid or your advancement solutions, but instead to be able to be a complimentary tool to help you and to be able to strengthen the work that you're doing to surface scholarship dollars to make college more accessible, to deserving students. And so while you may not hear, as much specific work surrounding security, we know that's a base level expectation, and that's what we're committed to. So over the past few years, Blackbaud's really made a lot of significant investment in security. So in our previous pubs, we our product update briefings, we have highlighted, updates that have been made to the solution. For example, things like BBID, MFA, as well as additional security enhancements. So we've shared, about changes that we really have that we've implemented to, really prevent incidents and certainly respond to those as well as our vulnerability management programs. But our programs are really always evolving. What we really want you to know is that they're always evolving and we're always committed to, working on security measures to protect your data and your systems as well as to detect, current threats and anticipate future threats as well. So we're aligning all of the work that we're doing across Blackbaud solutions, to align with these frameworks, to make sure that we're protecting you, and and having that defense in-depth, posture to really protect you as much, as possible. So without further ado, I know that you are really anxious to hear about all the good things that are coming to your Blackbaud award in stewardship management, and I'm going to turn it over to Danielle. Thanks, Thanks, Christin. Alright. Let's hop into our product update. So, just to set the stage for today, wanted to start by just walking through our product vision. So our goal is to make it easy for students to access awards and opportunities for you to be able to create, promote, and fully administer those awards to increase the odds of your students obtaining funds and accessing higher education, and then also simultaneously driving donor desire and delight by executing on your donor agreements and funding your donors' ideal recipients. So with that in mind, we've broken down our product vision into three key themes that you'll see throughout today's update, which is strengthen, streamline, and soar. So we're focused on strengthening the solution to ensure that we're providing you with a space that is reliable, secure, and accessible. We're streamlining by improving intuitiveness within the solution and iterating on existing functionality and soar by focusing on delivering new features and functionality to help you achieve your award and stewardship goals. Also, just a reminder that today's update is also broken down in three parts. So we'll start with features that were recently released within the product. We'll then move into coming soon where we'll share information about specific features and enhancements that we have a high degree of confidence in releasing within the next few months. And then we'll end on next up where we'll cover product development work likely to be released six to twelve months from now. Alright. So let's start with what's available now. So on this slide, you see what we've highlighted here is work that we've released over the last six months. So first up, we have released additional accessibility improvements to address the proper use of names and roles to label user interface components such as form elements, links, and images. We've also worked to provide text alternatives for all of our non text content, ensuring the proper use of ARIA roles, states, and properties to enable interaction with custom controls by users of assistive technologies. We are also releasing an enhancement to sorry. Not also releasing. We released an enhancement to the needs snapshot column within our funds grid within stewardship management. So the needs snapshot column now accurately reflects the snapshot status. Previously, if a snapshot was created and then deleted, this needs snapshot column showed a status of false even though no snapshots were published. Within this enhancement, when you publish a snapshot now, the needs snapshot column changes to false. But if you delete that snapshot, the needs snapshot column updates to true to indicate the accurate status that no snapshot exists. We have also released a new donor sign in experience for stewardship stand alone sites. To improve the donor sign in process on our stewardship stand alone sites, we have now surfaced a donors tab on the sign in page that allows donors to log in to their donor portals using Blackbaud ID. We've also recently opened the early adopter program for the redesigned applicant centric awarding experience. This feature was redesigned to improve your experience when using award mode to award your applicants. So I'll go into more detail about this experience and how you can join the EAP on the next slide. We also have opened the early adopter program for the award cycle dashboard, which is a new optional dashboard that gives you a centralized view of your award cycle to help you navigate your site, execute tasks, and monitor performance throughout your award cycle, all from one location. I'll also cover details on how you can participate in this EAP on an upcoming slide as well. And last thing before I move on, just wanna call out that you can keep up with our latest releases and what's available now within what's new, which we have linked in our release notes today. Alright. So just to give a bit of background on the redesigned applicant centric awarding experience, we redesigned this experience to address the performance and functional challenges that admins were experiencing when they were using award mode to make awarding decisions. Using your feedback, we've redesigned award mode to provide a better user experience that includes a new, a focused view of individual applicants featured in modernized grids with faster page load times and data load times, a new progress bar that clearly indicates if applications and applicant data are still loading within the grid, an award model that highlights key information needed when making your awarding decisions, fund balances across the top that automatically adjust as, as the grid also updates as award decisions are made, and we've expanded the filter functionality so that you can now multi select when filtering on your data such as scopes versus the previous ability to only be able to filter by one, all, or none. We are still accepting EAP participants. So if you're interested in participating in the EAP for the enhanced applicant such as awarding experience, you can simply scan the QR code here on the screen and fill out the participant survey. Alright. And we also have the new award cycle dashboard. So as I mentioned a few minutes ago, this new optional dashboard was created to provide you with that centralized view of your award cycle. This dashboard has sections dedicated to each stage of the award cycle with inline help, analytics, and navigational links that help you execute on tasks and monitor performance throughout each stage of your award cycle. This dashboard is not meant to replace the opportunity dashboard, but rather is an additional optional dashboard that gives you insights into your award and fund utilization from a different perspective and, as I said, has those helpful links to get you more easily to where you need to go within your site. This dashboard is scoped by users' roles and permissions, so users who are accessing this page are only going to see what they have permission to see. And the early adopter program for this dashboard is also open, so if you're interested in participating in the EAP for this feature, you can simply scan the QR code on this screen and fill out this participant survey as well. And to enhance the donor sign in process on our stewardship stand alone sites, we have surfaced a new sign in tab for our donors to more easily log in to their donor portals directly from the sign in page. As we see more and more of our stewardship stand alone clients using SSO, those customers' donors had to constantly refer back to their invitation email for the sign in link to be able to log in to their donor portal. With this new donors tab, the donors now have the ability to log in to their donor portal directly from the sign in page using Blackbaud ID, eliminating that need to refer back to their invitation email when those donors wanna access their donor portal. I do wanna also mention that this change only applies to our stewardship stand alone clients who are using single sign on or SSO within their site. Any of our stewardship stand alone clients who are on local or allow list as well as our customers who alright, let's move into coming soon. So here we have highlighted the specific areas and capabilities that we're working on now, but we also have a high degree of confidence that we'll be releasing within the next six months. So first, we're working on additional accessibility remediations for keyboard accessibility and link purpose to increase our compliance with web content accessibility 2.1 a and double a standards. We also have a few improvements that go towards providing you more control over your site, your data, and your processes, which includes surfacing a scope deletion tool. So today, if you, you are able to delete scopes on your own, but you're only able to do them one at a time, which can be a tedious and time consuming process. Admins can also work with support to delete their scopes today, but even on the support side, scopes are only able to be deleted individually. So by servicing a scope deletion tool, you'll now have the ability to delete scopes en masse from an opportunity, saving you time and helping you better maintain your system. In stewardship management, we are also providing the ability to unpublish a snapshot. So currently, if you want to remove a snapshot from a donor report, your only available option is to permanently delete that snapshot. By allowing the option for you to unpublish a snapshot, you have the ability to keep past snapshots for historical records and you also will now have the flexibility to resurface these snapshots on your donor reports if needed. Admins will also be able to set your own custom labels for the fund code, auxiliary fund code, and project ID fields that appear on your portfolio records so that you can choose labels that better align with industry terms and these codes intended purposes. When this is available, you'll be able to change the names of these fields in your custom label text section of your site settings. We are also modernizing the look and feel of the applicant user experience. And as part of our journey to providing concurrent cycles, we will be updating all system grids beginning with our frozen opportunity grids. So as I just mentioned, as part of our modernization efforts, we are updating the look and feel of our applicant experience. So this does include enhancing the visual and navigational experience of all areas that an applicant may touch during their application process. So this includes the my application page as well as the application forms that applicants fill out, the application sorry, the applicant facing opportunities and donor pages, and the account details page. As part of this modernization effort, we are also making minor improvements to improve the applicant's insight into what actions they can take and ensuring that they are clear on their application progress as well as making it easier for them to access information that they may may need throughout this process. The visual you see here is a mock up of the updated my applications page, which is where your applicants can monitor their application status, see what needs attention, and make application updates. And here, I just wanted to show you guys some additional mock ups of the updated applicant experience. What you're looking at here are the updated our opportunities page as well as a new modernized look and feel to the application forms that your applicants will be filling out. As part of these modernization efforts, we are also ensuring that the updated pages include translation files so that we can offer language translations of the hard coded areas within the applicant experience in the future. Within the next few months, we are going to be releasing the updated applicant experience to select customers for early feedback. So request for participation will also be going out within the next few months. But if you are interested in participating, in the meantime, you can reach out directly to me just to let me know and get your name on that list. So as we introduced in our last product update briefing, we are also on a journey to making concurrent cycles available to you and making create users upon import more broadly accessible. We have made progress on this journey, and I'm going to take you through some updates on where we're at within this journey next. But first, just wanted to level set on why we're doing this large body of work and what this large body of work includes. So within this work, we are going to accomplish four things. It's going to provide you with the ability to create concurrent cycles. You'll have grid modernization and improved grid functionality. You'll see performance improvements across the solution, and you'll also have broader access to creating users upon import. We are delivering this functionality incrementally so that you can begin leveraging it as soon as it's available. And today, as you can see here, we're in the phase of the journey where we began work to modernize our frozen opportunity grids. If you're not familiar with what frozen opportunity grids are, frozen grids are a historical snapshot of data from a specific award cycle where applications and other information are archived and no longer editable but still accessible by admins for future reference. These new frozen opportunity grids have been created, and we're in the stage where we're working to add the additional bulk actions and updating the UI components before we're ready to release these grids to you. After these frozen opportunity grids are released over the next twelve plus months, we'll then be moving on to modernizing our auto match grids and the remaining application dependent grids, which includes all grids that house applications and applicant answers. These grids are a priority as part of this journey because updating applications is what impacts our system's performance. It impacts concurrent cycles and also the ability to create users upon import. So we will continue to keep you updated and provide updates on this progress as we move through this work. So what can you expect from our updated, modernized grids? The features and functionality that exist in today's grids are still going to be present in your new grids, but you'll have an updated look and feel and a few additional enhancements as well. These new dynamic grids will include new capabilities that have been top requests in our idea bank, including the ability to expand columns to read the full header. So any adjustments that you make to the filter and columns are automatically going to save per user, eliminating the need for you to constantly adjust columns to read the full header or to read additional information within the column every time you visit a grid. We also are going to surface expanded filter functionality, so you'll be able to filter by and and select multiple options when you're filtering versus the current functionality of filtering by all, one, or none. And you'll also have the ability to download the current grid view without having to create a new saved grid view. The new grids are also going to include a progress bar that will clearly indicate the status of data loading within your grids. And then also on the back end, this is helping us develop the foundation so that we can provide you with simplified cycles. So this is going to include making improvements to the way data populates within your grids. It also will come with faster data load times, faster data turnaround time within your grid as updates are made, and system performance improvements. And last here, we have what is next up. So here we have what's coming in the next twelve plus months. First up, we have, accessibility. So as we continue to work to improve our product's accessibility compliance and ensure that we're taking the necessary steps to evaluate our product against new standards and regulations such as web content accessibility guidelines 2.2, we're going to continue to have accessibility remediations on our road map to address these and keep our solution compliant. Some of the key areas of focus for additional accessibility remediation are working on meaningful sequence order to ensure interactive elements on a web page are arranged in a logical order and presenting information structure and relationships in a meaningful way that can be interpreted by assistive technologies. We are also going to allow you to customize the tabs of your sign in experience. And on the API front, we are working to strengthen and expand connections between award and stewardship management and other Blackbaud products as well as other vendors. So, which are, as I'm sure you guys are very familiar, some of our most highly requested enhancements for this solution. So over the next several months, we plan to provide a new version of the fund disbursements API. We will be enhancing the RE NXT to stewardship management API, and we are also going to work to improve our integration with Ellucian Cloud. We are also going to surface calculated fields on conditional applications. For those who are not familiar with calculated fields, they're predominantly used by our Canadian customers to help determine financial need. It's essentially the equivalent to the data that comes from the FAFSA in The US. Not all students need or want to apply for bursaries, so by allowing the option for these calculated questions to be added to the conditional application, it's going to give our Canadian customers the flexibility to no longer require all of their students to fill out a long application and application questions that may not be relevant to these specific students. And then last, we are planning to continue our efforts to modernize the look, feel, functionality, performance of our system grids as part of our work to ultimately provide you with the ability to create concurrent cycles and provide expanded access to creating users upon import. So as part of our continued focus to improve the usability of our solution, we are releasing the highly requested ability to customize the tab names of the sign in experience. This is going to give you greater control over how you want to label your sign in tabs to better direct your users to the correct tab they need to sign in on and lessen user confusion and challenges that users are facing when they're trying to sign in to your site. This is going to be especially beneficial for our customers who are using single sign on, who have users such as reviewers today that have an institutional email, who should actually be logging in on your SSO tab, which is the first tab, versus the second tab where they would be logging in today with BBID. One thing to note is that this login experience for each the login experience for each tab is not going to change, and that's not going to be editable. So what that means is that customers using SSO, regardless of the labels that you choose for your tabs, tab one is going to remain your institutional sign in, and tab two will remain the BBID sign in experience. For our local and allow list customers that use BBID to sign in, both tabs will remain the BBID sign in experience regardless of the tab labels that you choose. In addition to being able to customize the names of your sign in tabs, you will also still continue to be able to customize the instructions that appear underneath each tab of the sign in experience as well. So over the next twelve months, we are rethinking how we connect our solution to other solutions to improve the user experience and also thinking through ways to improve and expand our connections to work more efficiently with other Blackbaud products as well as other vendors. So three of the areas that we plan to look into first are the fund disbursements API. With the fund disbursements API, we plan to provide a new version of this API that will allow our admins to query and export data on the fund disbursements and award recipients from our system and report those awards to their student information system, accounting system, and other external software. We'll also be making enhancements to the Raiser's Edge NXT Distortion Management API, which allows admins to import their donors directly from Raiser's Edge NXT. For this API, we are going to be focused on making improvements that include pulling in additional constituent fields, such as if the record is marked as deceased or inactive so that you can continue to keep your stewardship donor records up to date. We're going to be updating our documentation for clarity and to make it more user friendly, and we are also going to be investigating a more efficient and accurate way to connect a donor to a fund that isn't based solely on giving history so that you have the flexibility to know which constituents in RE NXT should be donor contacts in stewardship and receive their donor reports. We'll also be improving the integration between our solution and Ellucian Cloud. We do know that there are upcoming changes that impact many of our customers by Ellucian's move to the cloud. So to get ahead of this, we are starting to have discussions around what improvements we need to make between our integrations with award management and Ellucian's SIS. We don't yet know what our approach is going to be here, but we wanted to let you know that we're aware, we're having discussions, and we will keep you all informed as we work towards a solution. And as I mentioned earlier, we have our path to creating current creating concurrent cycles, which involves many steps, but all of these steps equate to several outcomes that are bringing a lot of value to our customers. So I wanted to take a moment today just to touch on the capabilities that will become available to you as part of this work. Through these efforts, as I mentioned earlier, we are going to be delivering four very large capabilities that many of you have asked for in our idea bank, and we will be delivering these incrementally so that you can access these features and functionality sooner rather than waiting until the entire project is complete to have access to the updates. So this journey starts with our modernized grids, which is bringing you the expanded filter functionality, column expansion, preference preservation, and the addition of a progress bar and column selection capabilities. You're also going to see performance improvements. By restructuring and simplifying how our system defines a cycle, this change will not only give you the ability to customize your own award cycles, but it's also going to minimize system constraints that are causing latencies. Within this work, you can expect an overall improved system performance, which is going to include those faster data turnaround times from when an update or import is made and when a change appears within your grids. These performance improvements are also going to allow us to surface the ability to create concurrent cycles. Concurrent cycles are going to give you the flexibility to manage your programs in a way that works for you. You'll be able to name your own cycles, set your own cycle start and end dates, and it's going to allow you to create multiple cycles simultaneously without the interruption of cycle management. Each cycle is going to have its own general application and subsequent opportunities, which is going to allow you to have cycles for currently enrolled students separate from cycles for incoming students so that you can start another awarding cycle before your prior award cycle is complete. And you're also going to see broadened access to creating users upon import. Creating users upon import is what allows admins to create new users via an import, so you can automatically apply current and prospective students to scholarships without the need for them to fill out a general application. This highly requested functionality is going to bring you an overall more performant, scalable, and modernized solution and a more efficient system for you to manage and administer your scholarships, and we'll continue to give you incremental updates on where we're at within this process as, we proceed through future product update briefings. And then last, before we wrap up our product update today, I wanted to share one last slide of additional progress that we've made on our journey to concurrent cycles, which is the early creation of the cycle management page. This page is still in development, and it's going to continue to evolve over the next several months. But when this page does become available to you, this is where you're going to be able to create your new award cycles, manage the names and start and end dates of your own cycles, and view opportunities that are within each cycle. The release of this new page is going to come after the grid modernization efforts, so it will still be a while before you see it within the solution, but wanted to give you guys a sneak peek at what's to come. But that wraps up what I have to share today. So I am going to pass it back over to Christin to talk about our available resources. Thanks, Danielle. And, absolutely, we hope that the information that we've been sharing with you has been super helpful. And based on the q and a, it seems like you're just as excited about all of the capabilities that our product team is working on as we are, which brings us a lot of energy as well because that means that we're, of course, continually striving towards making improvements that matter to you. And same goes for being able to get you the training and the resources that you need to be able to operate well within your solution and effectively scale the solution for usage across your institution or your foundation as well. And so to that avail, we have Blackbaud University. So to help you simplify your training, So our teams are really committed to making sure you get the most out of your solutions, including the training options with interactive classes and live instructor led, sessions as well. That's available anytime. Visit the link that, you see here. So learn.blackbaud.com if you're interested in more additional information. But we did wanna share and highlight some very specific pieces that are available to you within Blackbaud University to help you to see what's new, of course, but also how you can get further information about the specific functions and capabilities within the solution. And so in conjunction with the new features that we've highlighted here today, we have courses that are helped you or certainly equipped to help you get the most out of your solution. And so we've added some new capabilities within our training systems as well. And so our curriculum is really role based and so it's we have a lot of instructor led sessions, but these sessions for better instructor led are ninety minutes. We do have things that are available to you that are self paced. And a lot of these things that are available to you, you can go through at your pace and at your leisure. But in terms of the role based spec capabilities, we have system administrator functions as well as opportunity administrator roles, stewardship management pieces of information as well to help customize your experience to make sure you're getting the most out of that as possible. And we also have updated new pieces of curriculum for utilizing reviewer groups as well as customizing and completing reviews. And so we know that reviews in the selection as well as awarding processes are probably very hot on your minds right now in terms of what you're doing in your day to day workflow. So lean in to these, so these capabilities here in Blackbaud University. If you have access to that and if you need some additional information, certainly reach out to our teams. We can help you with accessing that if you're not sure, or wanna explore tapping into a learn, subscription as well. But even if you do not have, a learn learn more subscription, we also have seven bite sized trainings that are available completely for free. And so if you go to, learn.blackbuy.com and you hit the trending topics section, we have training that you can digest at your leisure for opportunities and portfolios, post acceptance, reviewer groups, intros to reviews, or viewer group templates, as well as post setup for your reviews, application categories, grids, and awarding. And so if I could see a lot of your faces right now, you're probably excited about this because, of course, this is thing these are things that are hot on your minds right now, and we certainly know and appreciate that and wanna give you some additional adoption resources to help you to take advantage of that as well. And so, I also just want to call out a few additional last pieces of resources that you can take advantage of. If you have not done so, taking a look at some of the docs, that are available in your engagement widget so you can download those resources, share those with your colleagues. But we also have a customer success, channel as well that's available in our higher education newsletter. We surface a lot of adoption tips as well as adoption resources and areas to get engaged with our teams for trainings, tips, and then connection opportunities with your peers to be able to get one to one feedback in terms of what other people are doing and how they're leveraging the solution in different ways because we know there's no one size fits all approach that's best, but usually hearing from your peers as well as our internal teams that are working with the solution on a day to day basis, there's a lot of power in attending the end outcomes that are coming from these sessions. So tap into those when you see that in on the higher education newsletter that gets sent to you quarterly or reach out to your customer success manager, and they can certainly point you in the right direction to make sure you're getting tapped into those resources. Another great channel that we have is our thought leadership area that's on our blog. We have a higher education specific blog, that's geared towards staying on top of what's happening in the education space as well as resources that you can tap into, and of course, webinars, tip sheets, and all kinds of resources that our content team works to put together to make sure that you're getting extreme value from not only your solution but getting expert opinions and advice, for for important topics that are happening within our space. And if you are not tapped into the community, we highly encourage you to do so. We have a designated Blackbaud award and stewardship management community that you can tap into to ask questions, get your peers advice, or ask for strategies for how they're approaching a certain scenario on their campus.
