to be here today to introduce the next big development in Blackbaud AI. As I'm sure the audience has noticed, technological breakthroughs like generative AI have the potential to transform the way we work. This section sets the stage by highlighting why AgenTic AI is a game changer for fundraising professionals and what benefits it brings. We will also explore a visionary outlook on AI powered philanthropy. But navigating tech frontiers is a serious responsibility. At Blackbaud, we are committing to harnessing the new potential of AI innovations in a way that ensures the social impact community gets maximum impact and takes on minimum risk from AI driven capabilities. Intelligence for Good is Blackbaud's AI strategy to combine powerful, convenient, and responsible AI with exclusive sector specific data across our entire portfolio of solutions. What that means to us is that we are committed to providing tools that are convenient, powerful, and responsible. Let's break those down a little bit. First, our tools will be convenient, embedded directly within software customers already use, building complete ready made AI solutions that could be confidently used at the push of the button, accelerating the availability of AI driven partner solutions in the backbot marketplace, providing education and training to equip the social impact community with the skills they need to successfully adopt new AI tools. Second, our tools will be powerful, driving meaningful measurable outcomes thanks to differentiators like the world's most robust philanthropic database, which has continuously improved through machine learning to drive real time gate changing insights. Deep sector expertise to understand where and how AI can be most effective and enhance, streamline, and drive our customers, key workflows. Actionable analytics to transform data into powerful descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights. And most importantly, our tools will be responsible. By prioritizing an approach to AI that is grounded in fairness, inclusiveness, reliability, and trust. Summing it all up, Blackbaud's AI strategy is about moving our customers' missions forward through the combination of robust data, leading edge AI tools, and the expertise that understands the business challenges and the sensitivity of their relationships with their supporters. We're here to fuel impact that creates a better, more connected world. To do that, we can't just jump into the answer. To be AI or any other technology, we have to start by digging deeply into the unique challenges facing our customers right now. For example, for fundraising organizations of all types, whether a local nonprofit, a mid sized university advancement department, or a national health care system foundation, you've told us that issues like high staff attrition, difficulty engaging and retaining do donors, and the cost of fund accounting or grant management noncompliance and regulatory scrutiny are key concerns. In education, operational costs, enrollment fluctuations, and collection delinquency impact stability and effectiveness. Corporate responsibility teams need to continue to show their value to their companies by enhancing employee engagement and optimizing the flow of grant dollars to their recipients. Payment service fees from, face threats from cybersecurity attacks and fraud, which require robust security measures. And there can even be challenges in adopting solutions to these problems. You've told that the limited budgets make custom AI solutions prohibitable, increasing demands on on staff hinder productivity, and difficulty leveraging data effectively to accelerate growth. Blackbaud helps address these challenges by providing solutions tailored to the unique needs of social impact organizations like yours. Transforming business operations to liberate time for your unique human work. And our goal is to build tools that measurably enhance the organizational outcomes you are working towards. Intelligence for Good leverages expertise, scalable solutions, secure design, and strong partnerships to address these challenges effectively with the intention to improve your operational efficiency and, most importantly, your impact. Sorry. One second. Jumping on slides. Of course, AI feels so new that many of you are probably concerned about whether you can trust it, both as a technology and as an investment. To that end, it is important to note that AI isn't new to Blackbaud or really even new to those who are our current customers. In fact, you could say that, that together, we've been doing AI since before it was even a thing. The timeline here is a visual representation of the ongoing use of artificial intelligence within our products. Blackbaud has used machine learning to help nonprofits better understand their donors for decades, and AI is the natural progression of these capabilities. Above the line is how AI shows up in our product via capabilities. Below the line is what we built to help drive these capabilities. In 2001, we launched our first data intelligence capabilities and have aggressively adopted AI and big data technologies to solve key challenges like helping your organization's benchmark, its performance against your peers, finding public donation history to add to support or records, identifying the best prospects to target for annual and major giving. In 2023, it was our first installment of using generative AI within our products, where we have generative AI help peer to peer participants better tell their story and secure more funding for their organizations they support. In the realm of AI, generative AI and agents are still new, but you will start to see more of it in our tools like Impact Edge, Razorjet NXT, and Financial Edge NXT. But today, we're here to talk about the most exciting and impactful new solution set, Blackbaud's agents for good. These agents aren't just bots or automations. They're virtual teammates. Think of them as AI powered colleagues who show up every day to help your organization move faster, smarter, and more intentionally. They're designed to augment your staff, not to replace them. That distinction really matters. In the social impact space, we know that human relationships drives outcomes. But we also know that resource constraints mean important work often gets delayed or dropped. Agents for Good step in to fill those gaps. They take on the repetitive, complex, or time consuming tasks that pull your team away from high value work. They're like an intern who never sleeps, but with deep domain expertise and the ability to execute with precision. The goal here is simple. Free up your people to do the work that only humans can, building relationships, telling stories, and driving mission impact. So what does this look like in practice? Meet our first agent for good, the development agent. This agent is built to help fundraisers engage mid tier donors in scale, something that's historically been hard to do well. It builds personalized relationships, manages cultivation plans, and even keeps your major gift pipeline moving, all with minimal human input. But here's the key. It's not about removing the fundraiser. It's about empowering them. The development agent handles the busy works. Your team could focus on the strategic high touch outreach that drives real results. We're launching this agent in mid November through an early adopter program for Blackbaud RazorEdge NXT customers. If you're ready to explore how Agents for Good AI can help your team do more with less, this is your chance to get in early and help shape the future. I'm gonna hand it over to my colleague, Tim Hammond, to give you all a demo. Alright. Thanks, Paul. So, yeah, my name is Tim Hammond, and I'm, the lead user experience designer on the development agent project. And I'm really excited to show you guys what the development agent is all about. So I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen. I think, Ray, I might need you to stop the slides from yeah. There we go. Cool. Alright. So I'm gonna share the development agent. And right now, I'm here just inside Raiser's Edge NXT on the home page, but we've built the development agent to live directly inside of Raiser's Edge. So if I go to the portfolio area, we have a whole page here for the development agent. And this is kind of your home base for overseeing and managing everything the development agent is doing. And the development agent is a fundraiser in Raiser's Edge, Again, it operates just like any other fundraiser would. If I go to the work center and look at the fundraisers in this sample database, we have the development agent here sitting alongside other people who are fundraisers. It has its own work center with its own portfolio, so you can see who all is assigned to the development agent. And once someone gets assigned to the development agent, that's when it takes over and, starts to plan the outreach and craft a plan for communicating to the people in its portfolio. The the way that works is once someone, is assigned, it's gonna start to generate some messages, and then we want you to have a chance to review all of its work ahead of time. Paul mentioned earlier about yeah. We've heard so much about the lack of time to outreach enough people, and we wanna make it easy for you to keep tabs with what the development agent is doing without giving you a ton of extra work to do. So with this, we have this area here where you can go in and see every time it plans a communication. You can come in and see the actual message that it's planning on sending. So we give you an opportunity to review everything. We think it's really important to, give you that that point point time in contact with, this process so that you can just get more trust that the right things are happening. But we also don't want you to feel like you have to keep managing it over time as you get more and more comfortable with these. This email, is gonna be sent out on November 2, whether you review it or not. Again, we don't wanna get in the way of, things happening, but we do wanna give you that those seven days to review this if you want to. And this shows you this is the, subject line of this email message, and this is the exact, email that this constituent will receive. A couple things to note here. Each organization, can give their development agent its own name. So in this environment, we've named ours Devon. And the email that the development agent is sending will come from your organization. So in this one, it would be an email that, would be configured. So it might be something like devon@foggyvalleyanimalrescue.org. So this will help build trust that it's coming from you and that, this is a known and trusted person. Another thing just to touch on here, the development agent is, currently sending emails only, but we have plans in the future to also include text messages and other types of communication so that, you know, it it can reach out to people, in the right way based on, you know, the context of where they wanna be reached. So then I wanted to show oh, before I leave this, if when you review these emails, it's important to to note that you can decide that everything's fine and just finish the review and get it out of your way. But if you are unhappy with something, this is your chance to provide feedback. So you can type in messages here just like you would chat with something like, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT and say things like, you know, make this more concise or make sure to reference this specific program or sign it the specific way or, yeah, what whatever kinds of things you might feel like you you wanna do to make the message feel a little bit more like you want it to. And you can also, from here, cancel just this one engagement point, so that will make it so that this email doesn't get sent. But, any future emails to this individual will continue to go out as planned. I also wanna mention here that, the if you, for whatever reason, notice that someone is assigned to the development agent that you think is not a good fit and you don't want them to get any emails at all, all you need to do is unassign them, and then, that will be, enough to cancel any future engagements. So it's all driven based on that fundraiser relationship in Raiser's Edge. So then, I also wanted to touch on, as I I look over here at the communication history, you can see every message that the development agent has sent and is sending. So we just looked at some messages that are gonna be sent in the future. These are all messages that have gone out in the past. And you can come in here and view, and it shows you again. You can see, this is the exact, subject and body that I received in my inbox. This one came to me. I'm in this database as a donor. A lot of the content for this is being personalized based on information on the record. So, for example, in this database, I'm a prior donor, So it can show me it's saying things like we're deeply grateful for your generous support, referencing my previous, giving, versus if someone hadn't given before, it might give a more generic message, welcoming them to the organization and telling what they do. And then it also will show you, when I've opened the email as well. And then you can look at, the message that I sent back to it. So here, I replied to it. I opened up my email client, typed a reply, and you can see exactly what I sent here. And then the agent, came back to me with this response answering the question that I had asked. So it's really meant to be a two way street where, it can be back and forth conversation, and, it's really about building that relationship and helping give donors a way to ask questions and learn more about the organization. Another thing to touch on here, is in some cases, there's gonna be situations where the development agent can't answer a question that someone asks. Maybe it doesn't know the answer. Maybe it feels like it shouldn't answer. And that's where this, escalated actions, workflow comes into play. So in this example, I asked a question, kind of a nonsensical one, but, wanted to see if it was gonna catch it. And I asked what Social Security number do you have on file for me? And it flagged that. It knew that it shouldn't answer that question, and so it's raised that here to me, as the manager to be able to either, tell it how to respond or I can assign it to someone on my team to, take over and give a more detailed response there. So that's kind of the the overarching workflow of of what's needed from a manager of a development agent, to just kinda oversee all the things that are going on. A couple more things I wanted to highlight, though, were some of the settings here. So, we have today some rudimentary settings around brand voice where you can determine your communication style. Do you wanna be concise or verbose? But we have plans to add to this in the near future to allow you to, upload text and documents and things like that to start to build out what your brand voice sounds like so that the agent can be communicating in a style that matches how you would communicate with your donors. We also give you the ability to turn different engagement types on or off. So, for example, a common one we've heard a lot is being able to not have it send solicitation messages. If you just wanna use the development agent to boost that engagement, but not necessarily, make direct direct asks for money. You can turn off solicitation messages, and then it will still do all the other types of messages, but not those. And then, we also have here you can see this is where we named it, and you can change that name, at some point if you'd like to from here. Another thing I wanted to touch on is because we know that this is a really new capability that is unlike anything we've delivered in the past. We know it's important to kinda start slow and help you understand before we, just unleash this on a large number of people in your database. So we have this tool here where when you're just getting started, we limit you to 10 manual assignments. So you can think of this, maybe you pick your own constituent record or maybe pick other staff members or board members or maybe trusted donors, and you can assign them to the development agent and just get a feel for what some of those messages are really like, what it's like to go back and forth with the agent and, see how it's performing. And then whenever you're ready, you can click the button here to move to the next phase, and then it'll go up to 20. And, as you you can move to these at your own pace whenever you feel like you're ready. But, at after this, the phases start to include some automatic assignments. So the different manual assignments are people that you just assign to it. Automatic assignments are, people that we are using our predictive AI through prospect insights to identify the best candidates to give a mid level gift in the next twelve months. And, we will automatically assign those people, to the development agent. But, again, as you move, from one phase to the next, the numbers will start to grow as you get more comfortable with it. And you can think of this sort of like if you've just hired a new employee and you start them with a few people and then you are looking over their shoulder, and then over time as you get more comfortable, you start to give them more and more work to do. And then, we do have a few, reports here to help you track giving coming in from, the various people who are assigned to the, to the development agent. And we also have plans to add some reports around, click rates and open rates and things like that on the the various communications. And then, I did also wanna touch on so a really important and cool thing here is, within security. The development agent, as I mentioned earlier, is a fundraiser, but it's also a user, and, it has its own Blackbaud ID. And in security, you can, I'll just go ahead and show you this. Like, they show up in user management, as a user here, so you can go in and manage their roles so you can make sure that they only have access to the data that you want them to. So you can configure, what data they can see and you can, based on the roles that you have in your organization, you can assign them specific roles, so they can only see specific pieces of data. And then, we also have security in place for, making it so that the right people in your organization have access to this page so that only, the people that you want will be able to get in here and actually manage these escalations. So I think that covers a a high level overview of what the development agent is and what it's all about, but I'm definitely happy to answer more questions about this, going forward when we get to the q and a section. Hey, guys. I heard my name. Back behind the scenes looking at all these q and a, I thought I would jump in here. I think we wanted to, like, summarize one of these, like, kind of all of the there are a lot of really good questions that kind of very, what exactly is this before we even sorry. My camera keeps hitting the button. It's not turning on. Before we kinda get into more of the nitty gritty, there seem to be a fair amount of, like, what exactly is this and what is it not? So maybe just to kinda summarize, I saw something about, like, is this just workflow? Is this just better ways to send emails? And if so, could I have them come from a a person in that's on staff? You know, how is this different than just, you know, physical place not looking for you to work? So maybe talk a little bit about kind of the you know, after that first pooling of the right prospects and the first, let's say, send of email that might sound similar on that first wave. Like, what's different next as people start to respond in a variety of different ways and makes it different than just sort of executing a multichannel workflow or multistep email workflow? Yeah. So it's really getting to know the customers in real time and communicating to them while not impersonating real life. So some of our design partners, all of them have actually sent out emails to, to constituents with really positive response explaining that they're reaching out with, this, you know, virtual fundraiser, virtual development agent, and they've seen really positive response. And they can be personalized. The agent will be able to drill in each and every response. As constituents ask questions and wanna know more about the organization or wanna clarify more about what their purpose are, they can quickly and easily be able to respond, but then also be able to prompt, their human teammates for more relevant information where useful, where it is helpful. So, Paul, if I'm I'm just I wanna make sure I'm characterizing this correctly then. So, like, if we were, like, sending a a set of bulk emails that really, you know, can't be personalized like a mass email would be traditionally when we would do something like that. So the idea here is is that the the agent would be able to provide drill into each question, response from them and provide, you know, if it was a request for more information or some type of prompt, it was a, like, a relevant next step, all those things. That's like the difference essentially is we're having a conversation. And then at the right time, perhaps, then that personal human attention comes in, at the right time. Is that sort of what we're describing? Correct. And, you know, in certain cases, constituents may ask questions they don't know the answer to or or don't know what people are responding to. And that will be escalated to their human teammates so that we could provide the right level of oversight there. You wouldn't want, these development agents going out and speaking on their behalf when they don't know the right information to say. Right. And this this you know, I guess, just to clarify because there I think Allison was touching on this. There's a few of these things in there. Right? Like, this is not something you know, what we're talking about today is the early adopters program. You know, if you're hearing and seeing what we're talking about today and you'd like to participate in, you know, the con ongoing the development of this as we move forward. Some of the questions that you have, you know, quite frankly, we don't have answers to yet. Many of them we do, and we're gonna get to some of those. But, so this is not you know, there's a question in here, when is this rolling out? Well, you know, it depends on what level of early participation participation, right, that you wanna be involved in. If you wanna be involved now, that's one of the questions we're asking today. If you'd like to be an early subject of this, then we'd love to have you on board and help us develop this exciting new thing. But, it's not something that anybody's gonna be forced into immediately, certainly not. And, and it's not something that is, that they're required to do. Right? This is about, you know, providing information for them. So let's jump into some of these questions. So I think we've, gotten into and, Allison, if you wanna help as well, if you see a good question that you wanna spring up, let me know. So I will start with this. Any one of you who wants to take this? Yeah. So we are, we have it integrated into our product, and our customers that have been designing have been very clear with constituents, on the first email disclosing that this is, a virtual development agent, what their name is, that it's not a human. So we are making sure to provide the right safeguards there. Yeah. And I'll I'll add too. We've been doing a lot of testing, both with our, early tech preview partners, but also with donors as well. And, really just trying to find the the right way to introduce this. We know it's a new concept, but, it's really important to us that it doesn't feel like, you know we want people to know that it's AI. We're not trying to, you know, fool anyone. We want it to be really crystal clear that it's coming from AI. We're including a disclaimer on the emails that says, powered by Blackbaud AI. And, so, yeah, we just we wanna make sure that that's obvious to people, and it's something that we're continuing to iterate on and, learn about as we talk to more and more people about it. Are the actions, documented? Yes. They are. All agents, communications, and actions will be documented for you to be able to review, and, potentially be able to say that you don't want them to take certain actions if you wanna have that hand in in in in the process. And just to clarify too that when we talk about actions, those are in Razer Design XT tracked as action records, as well. So you can see all of the communications happening, on the record level. Yeah. So the response from donors has actually been very positive. So some of our customer tech preview customers went at different paces in how they wanted to communicate to their donors, how they wanna preview to them. I think, overall, a lot of donors were really excited for the organizations to get to more people, that their organizations were investing in the technology, and driving more relationships with their donors. So overall, we've seen positive response. We have some examples, and we'd be happy to share, some of the viewpoints from folks that maybe weren't excited at first. And I know that, you know, when I was on stage for those that were at BBCON, one of one of the folks that spoke, Stephanie, actually mentioned that, you know, she had some constituents that were not happy. They were using AI. And it actually led to a really, really positive conversation that they were able to have about why the organization was testing, and how they were using this responsibly. And now they were able to change those people to people that are excited that they're using AI, and excited about the organizational's direction. Yes. We are gonna offer tips. We're gonna offer classes. We're gonna do what we can to make you successful. I'm I'm not sure. I think this probably came in during part of, Tim, your demonstration. So I don't know if you can maybe think back through that and see you can pinpoint where this question may have been asked. Yep. Yeah. I know what this is referring to. So, yeah, right now, the way the edit works is through the feedback only. We don't have the ability to go in and, like, edit, one word at a time through the text. So, this next one that I'm gonna pull up, either one of you wants to take, but I I realized that this I think this offers us an opportunity for some clarification even though the question may not be as germane to our subject matter. So if you wanna kinda internalize this and maybe answer it to under to clarify what what how this actually works and what it does. I also before getting to this question, I did wanna call out, that we announced a certification for AI social responsibility, to help, folks get up to speed, and get comfort with leveraging AI in the right ways. So, wanna make sure that people, one, know about this because we announced this at Blackbaud and are able to access this at blackbaud.com, -ai. And it's fully free, to all of our customers and prospective customers. So you could theoretically, send more larger scale emails, to folks if you wanted to, set some outreach. Like, let's say you wanted to talk about an event you're hosting, and being able to send that, in a way to different folks, you could do that. Sorry, y'all. I have lost my place, but I had one picked out. There we go. Yeah. So the agent will get information about your organization from things that you tell it, through the, I showed the actual, like, upload feature for getting us that information. That's something that will be there by November, but it's not there today. But when I showed you in the brand voice where you can kind of configure how it sounds and talk about different things. You will be able to upload, really anything you want. It can be links from your website, maybe an annual report, anything that you think would be really helpful in teaching the agent about your organization. We'll go in through there. Yeah. So this one this is a great question. It's actually something that, we learned really early on in talking to donors. The email itself will come from like, the from line of the email will will be from the organization, but the email address, first of all, the email address can be you can name the the email whatever you want. It's something that you can configure on your end to be anyname@yourorganization.org. The email will come from your organization, but it will be signed at the bottom by the agent. We found that, getting a random email from a name that they didn't recognize, unsurprisingly, didn't lead to a lot of opens. But, putting your organization's name as the sender, for people who already have a relationship your with your organization led to a lot greater success on getting people to click and engage. So this is a question around, black bots deploying this agent across Blackbaud and the impact to being carbon neutral. We're trying to be incredibly thoughtful in how we leverage AI and the impact we're making to the environment. Obviously, we are moving forward to try to offer our customers the right, product capabilities and AgenTA capabilities to be able to be more successful. So we are working really closely with our Gen AI council, as well as all of our leadership within Blackbaud and legal to make sure that we're not just being thoughtful, make sure we're being very proactive as we make decisions on how to build. So, what will it cost to enable any of these AI agents? In terms of price, the pricing of the solution is about 5% of the potential mid tier giving opportunity that their average Razor's Edge NXT customer has in their database. We'll be sharing that. If you're interested in joining the EAP, you'll be getting very advantageous pricing and very, very close support. Yes. So, how does the development agent work with security by constituent code? So do only certain users see engagement for their security access? You there will be settings for who can view, the development agent and what level of access they'll have, to its engagement. So you can set that up as you're getting set up. I think we've covered this that we're not trying to dupe any dete anybody. Right? This is a a more nuanced version of kind of a similar question there. Right? Yeah. So, you know, with regards to, getting emails over to human teammates, that is very easy. So part of the escalation flows we've created is you can actually be able to assign to a human teammate. So, if, let's say, somebody reaches out and said, hey, I talked to this person. Can you connect me to them? The agent will be able to do that or it'll be escalated to that person for them to be able to resume the conversation. Yeah. I'd say right now, everything is tied on the, the fundraiser assignment. So, it wouldn't work for supporting someone else. That's where we see Blackbaud AI chat coming into play as sort of your personal assistant for being able to, help draft content related to constituents, and then the development agent is really all about having it known assigned to constituents. I think we answered this one already, but I didn't wanna skip over it. So I I yeah. Yeah. They they can reply directly to the agent. I'm not sure that I understand the context of this question, so I hope it makes sense to wanna be more than me. No. I I got it. Yeah. That's a good good call out. So we give you seven days before the original message gets sent out, but then any replies will happen quickly. We found that it's really important to have that timeliness in the response. So we've got we've basically errored on the side of just having it reply and, do that quickly. So it won't take the full seven days there. Can we assign this agent a role responsibility such as the discovery agent? I think, do you mean with discovery agent more of like a prospecting agent? I think currently, this agent's really built to be able to, you know, do the things that we mentioned earlier, cultivate, you know, do outreach, potentially, you know, raise money as well. Right now, it's not built for discovery, but this is something that we are looking at, adding in in the future. Yeah. So part of the configuration of the development agent is for you to create a new email address on your email servers. So it come from your organization's email. So, it wouldn't be sent it it it would be sent using our technology, but through your email so that it is appearing as if it's someone at your organization. So, there is data. I think when we've had, our design partners reach out to their constituents, there's been actually excitement from a lot of those constituents that they're being reached out to. For a long period of time, those mid tier constituents haven't had any outreach. They have mostly gotten, you know, phone calls from people that don't know context about, you know, what their relationship to the organization is. Or, you know, something that doesn't feel personalized enough in building this communication. Generally, the response has been really positive in wanting to be able to build this communication and learn more about the organization, being more up to date. Pulling something from chat. Tim, there's a question in here, that somebody, I guess, missed how the agent gets the information about their org when you answered that question. Would you mind repeating that answer, please? Yeah. Absolutely. So, the agent you you can upload information to the agent, things like an annual report or information from your website to help, teach the agent about your organization. And, one thing I do wanna kinda touch on there as well is, just to kinda reinforce the idea that, you know, we're taking security into account here as well. All of that data that you upload to the agent, stays within your environment. We're not training the LLM on your data or anything like that. It's really just to help it answer your questions. So it's it's private to you, anything that you upload to it. Excellent. Thank you. So how far are we from text capability? This will be available during EAP. We're currently building out text, and this will be available very, very soon in the coming months. Maybe we've answered this already. I wasn't I can't remember now. I'm getting a little my head's getting full. So if we did, I apologize. Yeah. I think there's there's kinda two dimensions to this, that I'll touch on. So the first is for a single constituent. We're we're not trying to overwhelm them. We have it. It's looking at their their record, the data on it to try and find the right times to outreach to them. I think the average is about once every six weeks or so, but it might fluctuate depending on some key dates. Like, it's gonna try and reach out on their birthday, for example, things like that. So for an individual, it's gonna be about once every six weeks. But in terms of emails going out more broadly, it can be this is sort of the the power of the AI where, it doesn't sleep. Like, it can email multiple people, in quick succession. So if you assign multiple people to it, it can handle all of them at once. But for each person, they won't be bombarded. And, I've lost my place again. So I'm gonna put this up here for levity's sake for a second until I find where I am again. And if either of you wanna take a stab at that, I'm happy for you too. Okay. There we go. So what are the data points from our records that the AI agent can pull from to personalize the messages? It's really about what information do you have on those donors and, you know, how would they have engaged with your organization in the past. We're able to have, you know, great information that they have engaged a certain way, that they're alumni, that they were in a certain department or interesting in certain types of events. All of that can be used to better personalize the messages and create a a better relationship. Okay. So, yeah, there's a sort of question in here about, like, future agents. So we're that it's sort of thinking about things like customer service chat bots to ask technical questions, like how do I get a copy of my receipt for a web donation, etcetera. Any thoughts on the future of how that might look? Yeah. So, there are a lot of opportunities we're currently looking at to add in agents to help you do more. Whether that's, as I mentioned earlier in the call, like, reconciliation, data cleanup is something that especially at Beacon, we heard a lot of customers say, hey. We'd love something to be able to go in and help us clean up our data and keep it clean, as we enter data. There's been interest in a prospecting agent of, like, how can you help me develop that pipeline of prospects? So overall, like, we are working very closely across all of Blackbaud to find those opportunities. And if you're part of this EAP and you're one of our customers, you help drive a lot of this by being able to talk to us and and talk to the rest of your representatives of Blackbaud. What what would be helpful to you? Excellent. And, if either of you wanna, like, sort of read through this, you can look at the bottom of our our chat down below. But there's a question about, like, some metrics and someone asking sort of like, well, what's you know, why pay for this if we don't know if it'll work? So I just wanted to see if you wanted to maybe chime in on that a little bit. Yeah. So, we the average RNXT customer has over a million dollars in untapped mid tier giving potential. The agent will help you be able to cultivate that and actually drive those donations that currently are being un unclaimed. There's a huge, huge opportunity to be able to drive that. But then also, how do you continue developing those relationships with your donors? So not just being able to get that donation once of that, you know, potential that exists, being able to build those relationships onto repeat donations, and be able to drive them to potentially be, at some point, major giving donations. Mhmm. Alright. And I've just popped up a new question here. So Yeah. So, right now, there's kind of three main ways that things are gonna be escalated. The first is if the if the agent just doesn't know an answer, it's not gonna make something up. It's gonna escalate that to the manager to go in and provide an answer to it. The second is, what I showed in the demo where it thinks it shouldn't answer something, and that's really based on, just guardrails that we've programmed in to keep it from answering things it shouldn't. And then the third one is, if there's a an extensive back and forth conversation in the replies, it's gonna escalate that to you just to kind of monitor it and make sure that there's two things that could be happy. Either someone could be really frustrated and it's a good time to assign a human to take over, or it could be a really good sign of engagement and maybe that's another opportunity for a human to take over and, you know, talk to that more engaged person. Okay. Yeah. So how would the EAP program work? How long and the time commitments? So, we that will be shared, post this call. But long story short, we're hoping to start EAP in mid November. That you would get a lot of support. We would be setting up webinars and setups to make sure that you are set up, to go onboard it properly, get the right level of personal customization with your development agent, and make sure that it's set up for a successful spot. We do have limited spots. We're keeping the EAP program pretty small because we wanna be able to give a ton of attention to the organizations that are part of this and make sure that you are seeing success, and that we're incorporating your feedback into the product before we go to general liability next year. And as a corollary to that, just if you're interested in knowing more about details about that, again, please, in the document section, instead of a meeting with either Daniel or Sophie, Grab some time. You will receive an email after today's presentation. You can respond to that email and let us know that you're interested. And there's also a form that you can sign up, in the document section as well. We have a ton of questions still coming in. We have four minutes left. I'm gonna get to as many of those as we can, and we're gonna hang on. Any of these questions that you don't get we don't get to, we will follow-up with a response to you after the webinar, so don't worry. But, I just wanted to let you know that, and now we'll keep jumping in. Is the AOB test oh, go for it, Tim. Yeah. Yeah. I was gonna mention. So in some of the donor testing we've done, we've definitely included different age groups, and, the results have been interesting. We I think going in, we're expecting younger donors to be more engaged and older donors to, be a little bit more, like, confused or unclear about what this was. What we found is that the older donors have actually been embracing it so far and really appreciated the personal outreach, and younger donors have, in a lot of cases, been excited about seeing, this use of AI to really help nonprofits, get more done with less. But that said, anything with age groups is I'm kinda generalizing a little bit. Each person is different, and that's really what this is designed to help with is to communicate with everyone in the way they wanna be communicated with. November, December is a very busy time. How can this help? I love that question. I think right now, we are gonna make it as easy as possible for you to get set up so that you can, you know, during this busy time, be able to get to as many people as you can. This development agent can help you start building those relationships, can share the right information about all your organizations, do the outreach on your behalf during a very, very hectic time, where maybe you won't have time to be able to do that. There's been a couple of questions about mid range, mid level. Those questions were answered in the chat. So just so we don't have to repeat those, you should be able to find that information in there. And I will also to add on to that one. You know, we we understand organizations can differ quite a bit. We're gonna make sure to provide the right level of customization that you can define what's right for you. Okay. Thank you, Paul. So can the DA be, an additional secondary fundraiser assigned to a constituent? This is not currently something we're doing. I think definitely something that could be a feature idea, for something we could do in the future. You know, there are some ideas we've heard, like this. And, you know, part of that EAP group is you'd have to help shape some of the ways we can have the development agent be able to help out. Yeah. I'll say too. I heard this once, in chatting with someone at Blackbaud. This is now the second time I'm hearing it, so might indicate that maybe there is something here we should look into more. And I know that there were some questions also about future Agents for Good. We actually have a product upgrade upgrade update briefing, in November, that myself and Allison Van Deest, will be leading. And we'd be happy to share a road map for what are the ones that are upcoming and what you can look forward to in the coming year. Think we have arrived right at 02:00. And if you guys see a question you wanna grab really quickly before we run out of time, let me know. Try to get to as many as I can. I guess. Alright. We'll do this as the last one. Is there current data in existence that could speak to their effectiveness of retaining, upgrading, and recouping lapsed donors? Recouping lapsed donors. So I think we have some great data in the form of, you know, testimonials from our customers. I don't think we have a large enough dataset right now to share the overall impact. I think as we get more customers on board, especially in this early access program, we'll be able to have a much more data driven story here.
