Transcript for "Raise More Money with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®": Welcome, everyone. We are so excited that you were able to join us today for this product tour and webinar that focuses on Blackbaud Raises Edge NXT. My friend Abby and colleague Abby here is going to add some quick notes, some housekeeping items, some tips and tricks and whatnot in the chat, so please take a look there. But a little bit of an introduction here into who I am. I'm Matt Sander. I'm a principal solutions consultant here at Blackbaud, and I actually began my career at a a small community health focused nonprofit who really provides a full range of services for underserved families. And although I was hired to launch new programming as one person on a very small team, I wore many different hats. I used a lot of spreadsheets and was very limited due to a lack of resources and modern technology. So, you know, ultimately, that just did not allow us to serve our community to the best of our ability. And so I'm glad to say that since I've joined Blackbaud here over a decade ago now, I've had the pleasure of serving hundreds of nonprofits who are leveraging RayStation XT to raise more, maximize their potential, and ultimately serve more, right, power their mission. Now before we jump into the demonstration, I just wanna briefly share a little bit about who Blackbaud serves, the role that, let's see here, the role that really, you know, Razer Gen Xt plays and how it fits within our ecosystem of tailored solutions and just really, you know, how we the different types of outcomes that we're focused on. Right? So that you can see how really Razer Gen XT and the innovative solution and service that it is is really designed to support and empower your mission, not just, you know, manage data and maybe report on it in a few different ways. So give me one second here to make sure that I'm still sharing my screen. Should, like, should see that on your screen. Okay. It looks like we are good to go. Perfect. So if you're unfamiliar with Blackbaud, we serve a collaborative community of over 35,000 nonprofit organizations across the globe. So we're really excited that you're here today, to learn more about how you could potentially leverage Raise Edge NXT to be able to significantly change the way you fundraise. Now Raise Edge NXT is just one of many connected solutions that's designed by Blackbaud to help you succeed. And these connected solutions are a part of the Blackbaud ecosystem, and really go beyond fundraising and donor management to help just enable all the different functions and processes that your organization deals with today. And as we zoom into what Raised as GenexT specifically provides nonprofit organizations like yours, I think this diagram really illustrates the breadth of what's possible. And since we have limited time today, I'm gonna focus on, right, the key functions and features that are gonna lead to your desired outcomes as well as address the various different challenges that you're facing, that are preventing you from achieving those desired outcomes. And so I think it's important to highlight that Raised Identity is much more than just a modern software solution. It's very important to Blackbaud, all of us here to, that you actually raise significantly more funds, right, to support your mission and expand your reach. And so we walk alongside you in a number of different ways to ensure that the way by which you're using Resideo XT actually aligns with the goals that you're looking to achieve. Now there's a lot here, and you might see some similar functions and features that you're familiar with with other solutions and whatnot. So I think it's important to highlight what is truly unique and different about Raised Edge NXT. So for example, what you'll see in the demonstration here in just a moment is just how uniquely structured Raises Engine XT is for fundraising, meaning it has a native place for all the information that you want to and should be tracking, which, of course, is critical because you need to be able to accurately report on and analyze your performance in a timely and actionable way. Second, from a gifts operations and moves management perspective, Raise to Gen XT natively supports all of the grant, sponsorships, major giving, annual giving, planned giving fundraising workflows, whatever it might be, whether it's building and tracking relationships with major gift prospects or donors, all the way to high speed gift processing will, for what will become a increasing volume of annual gifts that you'll receive. And speaking of gifts, whether it's checks, online gifts, gifts of stock, bequests, in kind gifts, property, whatever it might be, Razer Design Xt eight, out of the box, truly has a place to store and leverage that information to empower you to capitalize on all these efforts and raise more and more each year. And the last theme that I think you'll see illustrated very well today is just how embedded analytics and artificial intelligence as well as quick actionable insights are all the key critical components of a strategic fundraising CRM solution compared to, say, something that's simply designed to store data and, you know, report on it. Bottom line is that Raiselytics XT truly enables you to fully understand your operation and know which actions to take depending on your role and responsibilities so that you can advance your organization forward together. When our customers really lean in to the functionality in Resideo XT, they partner with us in many different ways from a support standpoint, a training standpoint, really leveraging our customer success team. The combination of that is what leads to significant results for our customers. Right? So, to highlight a few different things, what we see for our customers who are utilizing Resogen XT for a number of years and really leaning into it is a a 44% growth in total dollars raised, 35% growth in the number of donors, and then also 48% growth in the number of donations. Just a few quick things to highlight here. So let's jump in and talk a little about how we're going to to do that within Raiser's Edge NXT. So I'm going to give you an idea of what we're going to walk through here as a part of our live demonstration. And this will be kind of three main things that I wanna highlight here. First, just talking about how the solution is very uniquely designed to help you attract and engage with new supporters. Right? So how we can do that through optimized, very efficient online giving forms, how you have the ability to manage various different events to fundraise and market your mission and the amazing impact that you're having on your communities, countrywide or nationally as well as worldwide, whatever it might be, how there's also built in tools to help make sure that the information you have within your system is as clean and accurate as possible so that you can leverage that information in many ways through the amazing functionality within the system, how gift management is simplified, and also how you can automate various different personalized communications throughout the solution, let's say via email, for example. We also wanna highlight how you can grow existing relationships with your amazing supporters, how you have a true 360 degree view of each and every constituent, how you can leverage artificial intelligence in many ways, but first and foremost, to help identify new prospects or new opportunities with existing donors, to be able to to maximize their giving and ultimately empower your mission, how we'll update information for you automatically and also how you can really leverage the functionality that's uniquely designed to help you really build those relationships and engage with the right people at the right time and not miss out on any important particular task and be as proactive as possible. And then under operating together efficiently, I mean, really, that's a theme for all the functionality within Resideo XT. But I do like to highlight specifically some of the amazing list building, querying, and reporting and analysis that you can do out of the box within Resideo NextD that provides transparency and the insight for all of the colleagues of yours, board members potentially, other stakeholders that need to, just have really their finger on the pulse of just how your organization is doing and performing and, ultimately, the impact that your effort is having on those that you serve. So let's jump on in here to a live example. I'm gonna flip over to Raised Edge NXT, and I'll double check to make sure that you can see my screen. Looks like that is the case. Great. So I'm gonna start here on the home page of Raised Edge NXT, which is typically where our users do when they log in each and every day or throughout the day. And what you can see here already right off the bat is just how uniquely designed this is to provide different AI powered fundraising insights to really just enhance usability and really drive each and every user to what it is that needs their attention when they log in and are leveraging the solution. Now each user, right, has very personal work, and, therefore, it's important that their home page and other areas of the platform can be personalized as well. So, for example, you might be somebody who wants to get a quick snapshot of how you're performing year over year, in this case, month by month, year over year in a cumulative format, with the ability to drill down into underlying information above and beyond just how much we've raised from how many donors, comparisons to this time last year. Maybe I also want to have a quick look at my actions. Right? So maybe it's tasks or reminders or it's important engagements that I have planned or scheduled with my important prospects. If maybe I'm a development officer or gift officer, for example, I can also see a list of all the amazing fundraising opportunities that I have with my prospects or, it might be corporate sponsors, foundations as well. And so I can see a nice breakdown of what that looks like and where each and every important opportunity lies along that moves management process. As I scroll down, you'll see some other examples of things where I can, you know, be able to track the progress of how much we have raised towards particular campaign goals, funds, initiatives, programs that we're remain raising money for, as well as even a quick highlight here in this prospect insights tile of just how well we're doing at really focusing on engaging with those prospects and donors who are truly, our highest, you know, highest potential prospects, those who truly have not only the capacity, but more importantly, a high inclination to support your cause. And we'll get a little bit more into how you can leverage prospect insights in the solution. Now if I wanna make a quick change, I can just jump right up on top here, and I can customize my page. So, for example, if I wanted to add a quick quick list of my favorite queries that I wanna run directly from the home page because I do so on a frequent basis, I can add that. If I wanna add a tile that shares all the exciting updates that are being added into RaySage NXT on a routine basis, biweekly, sometimes even weekly, I can also add that tile here into the mix so I can see what's, been recently added to RayStation XT for the benefit of our customers with quick links to learn more about how what are the what are the benefits of this particular function or feature or new enhancement? Can I get quick access to training on this so I can leverage this as quickly as possible to be able to, of course, raise more money, engage better, whatever it might be? Now if you remember back to the kind of demonstration agenda that I mentioned earlier, I wanted to highlight a few thing things and ways in which we're helping you attract and engage with new supporters. So for example, I have the ability to, from an online giving perspective, track a number of different things. And, well, first and foremost, I should say, create an unlimited amount of online donation forms to then be able to create great opportunities for folks to very easily be able to make a donation online, whether it's on your web page or it's tailored or specific to an event. So I can, here in the online giving page, create a brand new donation form from scratch and use the very easy builder tool to do so. And even we'll create the HTML code for you so you can just share that with whoever's managing your website, and they can embed that very easily directly into your website so it's easy for folks to make a donation. I can also copy previous donation forms so I don't have to necessarily reinvent the wheel from scratch, for example. And then, just to give you an idea of what that looks like. In fact, I'll just jump over to a few examples of some donation forms, and then we'll come back to some of the analysis there. So you can see I have a number of different examples of donation forms to to utilize here. I'm going to just grab one of these here to give you a quick preview of what this looks like. So first and foremost, I have the ability to see the performance of a form if this one happened to be live. I have the ability to edit this form very easily, whether it's utilizing that, form builder tool, like I mentioned earlier. Or here I can come in and make any changes to really any of the information that you see here, whether it's the types of gifts that we're capturing, the dollar amounts that are suggested, the different funds and things that donors can support, right, make this an anonymous gift, add some tribute related information, for example, so to give an honor or a memory of somebody, for example, you know, add contact information, capture communication preferences while you have their attention, and then be able to very, of course, simply and easily securely give Veeva their mobile device or their laptop, whatever device they're using to access that form and do so via whatever method they prefer, whether it's Venmo, PayPal, credit card, debit card, ACH, direct debit, whatever it might be. You also have the ability to enable folks to donors that is to be able to cover the processing fees that, unfortunately, you inevitably have to pay in regards to credit card transactions. So, one, you, of course, certainly can pay those options. You also have the donor pays option here, which provide your donors with the option to cover the fee, which we certainly recommend because we'll find that roughly 80% or more of folks who are making a donation are more than happy to cover that fee. However, we also have this complete cover option, which allows you to, when turned on, ensure that each and every donation you receive well, you'll receive 100% of each and every donation. That's under $3,000 on a giving form. So, essentially, it provides the donor the option to cover the fee, but in the event that they don't, Blackbaud will actually cover those fees for you, which, of course, means you receive more in donations, you have less operational costs and fees to pay, and it also saves a ton of time in regards to transaction management and reconciliation and all the work that goes into that on a weekly basis. There's also a number of different intelligent things added into forms as well. So the ability to leverage what we call intelligent ask, which will leverage an artificial intelligence to essentially customize the ask ladder that a donor sees within tenths of a second, based on the information that we have on them to maximize the opportunity and therefore see an increase in the average gift size, for those donations given via an online form. Also, a quick notification to notify somebody who's maybe making a one time gift to maybe, become a recurring donor and just reminding them of the impact that that could have, on your mission and the community and the folks and people and, animals, whatever it is that you serve today. So, you saw a little glimpse of the form itself. And then if I jump back, for example, to the main online giving page, you'll see that there are a number of different ways in which we are in real time doing some analysis on your performance. Right? Are we doing a good job increasing the average gift size? Are we doing a good job from a conversion perspective? Are we raising more? Right? And then have the ability to see what that looks like year to date, last month, yesterday. A lot of amazing AI powered insights here added into online giving. Now in addition to making it easy for folks to donate online, to the particular, you know, cause that they care about on your website, You also have the ability to manage a number of different types of events very easily, whether it's your typical kind of big fundraising gala or maybe it's a golf tournament or it's a small regional event. Whatever the event might be, you have the ability to manage that from end to end right here within Razor to Nextiva. So you can see a quick example of an event record where I can capture the important details about the event, the various different fees that might be charged to sponsor a table or purchase a ticket, any other potential fees that might be important to add on as well, things like different participant options that you wanna be able to capture, as well as, the ability to then create very simple online registration forms just like the online giving form you saw a moment ago so that folks can very easily register, select the maybe different way in which they're going to sponsor the event or attend the event, also, you know, add the different, you know, participant options that are important, dietary restrictions, things like that. You can potentially make a donation, RSVP no potentially as well so that you can capture all that important information, which is then going to all flow automatically here into the participant section. So you can very clearly see who who you've invited, who has, who has RSVPDS, plans to attend. After the events, you actually see who has attended, right, who are the no shows. These are all quick lists that you can, not only view and, you know, mark somebody as attended, change information, add somebody after the fact, whatever it might be, as people maybe come in to, attend the event and check-in before they enjoy the evening or the golf tournament, whatever it might be. Then you also have those quick lists for post event communications to remind them about the amazing, you know, impact that their generosity, during the event is providing to the community in different funds and maybe remind them about fun things that happened during the event, whatever it might be. Or maybe it's a unique message to those that were maybe not able to show up to the event and maybe ask for a donation in lieu of their absence, for example. So great ways to very easily manage the event, make it easy for folks to register for that event, enjoy the event, and then receive post event communications, which you can easily do directly from the email area here within Raices' Edge NXT. So if I were to jump to the communication section, I have the ability to, create an unlimited amount of different emails here directly within Raiser's Edge NXT. So, really, just to ensure that you're able to get the right message into the right inbox, you can create your own emails from scratch. You can use one of the various different templates that we have available in the solution. And you can you know, I think there's maybe 18 or so best practice templates, right, that are really kind of get you started and allow you to be able to use a very simple drag and drop editor to be able to create and tailor those emails. So, for example, if I were to open up, let's say, this template here, this email that I'm working on, you're seeing how I have the ability to use that same type of builder on the right hand side to simply drag and drop some of this, this functionality here and different features and whatnot into the email to, be able to craft a tailored message for the specific, group or group of individuals, that audience, that segment that you're looking to engage with. And then as those emails are being sent out, whether they're en masse at a specific time or it's a part of an automated series, personalized kind of workflow to engage with folks, over the course of maybe a few months, for example, you have the ability to see all of those key metrics here, like bounce rate, open rate, click through rate, conversion rates here in real time, including for specific emails. And you have quick links to access more information about who are the folks that opened the email, maybe you clicked on the button to donate, where the folks that actually did make that donation or did register for that event. All those details are here as well so that you have the ability to measure your impact as you engage with the right people at the right time, here through Ray Socionics team. And as folks make donations, right, they attend events, they also receive email communications and interact with those communications, all of that is going to flow back here directly into RaySage NXT. So whether it is under gift management, for example, getting the unified view of all of your giving from all sources with message of recording, you know, essential details for all the gift types, you know, automatically processing pledges and recurrence of standard gifts, just monitoring that control full control of, you know, or so I should say, really, the flow of transactions that are received through these integrations and different functions and features. It's all flowing here into the gift section as well as all the way to a constituent's record, which I'm just gonna do a quick search for here in the search bar up on top, which I can do from anywhere within the solution. Oh, sorry. I clicked on the wrong name there. So I'm gonna go ahead and jump back to our good friend, Robert. I clicked way too quickly. There he is. Alright. There is our friend, Robert. So we're gonna jump to his record here, and you'll get a quick glimpse of just all of what's possible regards to what you can natively track here on a constituent record and how you truly have a full 360 degree view of who this person is. You can do some simple things like all of their giving history, contact information, which we're gonna update for you automatically. Think, for example, of bumping up their physical addresses against a national change of address on a quarterly basis, updating email addresses, phone numbers. We can also see what prospect insights, which is a an amazing tool and service here embedded into Raisige NXT to help you identify, new prospects but also opportunities that you have with existing donors to be able to grow their giving, as well as some additional prospect management related information, a full timeline of all of their activity and engagement with your organization, more specific details on, let's say, those one to one actions and engagements that we have with this particular person as well as fundraising opportunities. There's a major gift opportunity, a planned gift opportunity, a sponsorship, as well as grant related opportunities, by the way, as well, and all kinds of information. And you're gonna see event participation, like I mentioned, email participation as well. So a number of things all flowing automatically in real time directly into this constituent record. Now I mentioned prospect insights a moment ago. I wanna talk a little bit about how you have the ability to leverage some of the amazing functionality directly here within Resideo's team to identify new opportunities with new prospects as well as new opportunities with existing donors within your solution. Now one way I'm going to to do that is, first, I actually want to show you a little bit about Blackbaud's AI capabilities, and there's many ways in which Blackbaud is leveraging artificial intelligence right here within Resilgenics team in a very purpose built way to empower and enable you as a nonprofit organization. And that's truly our commitment and strategy to make sure that we can ensure that you have the right functions and features that are truly going to have an impact on the way in which you, leverage this information to be able to best engage with individuals. And so here, what you can see are, right on on the right hand side here, an example here with chat for Blackbaud AI, which is you can think of it like a typical generative AI productivity tool, something like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, whatever you might prefer to use today. However, it is unique in very in many ways, first and foremost, it is securely and conveniently located or embedded directly within Raised Agent Xt. It has access to all of your information securely within the system. It has the it's also trained on the, really the world's largest philanthropic dataset of information, and it's also trained on all the research and insight and best practices that the Blackbaud Institute is providing our community and our customers. So it is truly trained to think like a fundraiser and enable you in many ways. And you can see here that it quickly gave me a quick summary and added some additional information here about Robert. Right? So it went through his entire constituent record in a matter of seconds and provided me with a quick synopsis on some of the important things, that I should know, about Robert. It also notices that he maybe recently attended an event or has a pledge coming up, a pledge payment. So it's asking if I want want help drafting a pledge reminder or maybe sending a thank you for attending that event or maybe brainstorming ways to reengage this donor. So some great opportunities here. Now I mentioned prospect insights a little bit earlier in the opportunity to maybe identify some other untapped candidates or prospects, for example. Maybe I'm already engaging with Robert, and I want to know let's see here. I want some help finding some untapped prospects. So I'm just going to add that prompt in here very simply and easily, speak to chat for Blackbaud AI in natural language. And what it's going to do is look through all the data here that we have within Resideo XT to then pull together a curated list for me right now to be able to review, and determine who is the best person to engage with. So it's creating that list and allow me to then review those prospects. And in this case, it's actually partnering with prospect insights directly on Raising NXT to then essentially create a number of different curated lists, this one being of untapped prospects, prioritizing that list, and then giving me some important detail about these individuals. You can see Peter here is number one in that list. It is providing me with some important information about the target gift range over the next twelve months for Peter, Also, that he has a very high major giving likelihood score, which means he's very likely to provide a major gift here, over the the course of the next twelve months. I can also see some analysis about what this exactly means as well as a next step or recommendation on how to best engage with Peter. In this case, qualify this prospect for discovery, consider signing him to a fundraiser, and starting to build that relationship. I can also see some other supporting information, like giving information, right, as well as maybe giving behavior, so things like gifts to your organization or to potentially other organizations. You can start to see where their philanthropic interests lie and if it aligns with maybe some of the initiatives that you have at your organization. And then also note too, while I was reviewing the information that ProspectInsight is sharing with, in regards to Peter, then you have the ability to see here on the right hand side that chat for Blackboard AI was automatically doing a quick, provide me with a quick summary, based on the information that we have on Peter's record. So, again, just sharing insight. For me to then make the determination to maybe, okay, qualify this individual, assign them to a fundraiser. So, for example, I'll assign them to myself. I'm going to then save that there. So we've assigned this to a fundraiser. The fundraiser, whoever it might be, is gonna be notified about that. And then the next step would be to, let's say, add an opportunity. Right? This is a great major gift prospect. Let's go ahead and add an opportunity, to make sure that we can, you know, best engage with this person. In fact, to do that, I'm gonna jump to another screen here and jump back to that same list to show you some new functionality that we just added in that leverages artificial intelligence to really help you cultivate relationships. So I'm gonna go ahead and jump back to a similar view here where I'm going to, again, assign this particular person to a fundraiser. Oh, I have to actually add the information. There we go. And so we're gonna assign this person. Great. And then we're gonna add that opportunity. So what's actually gonna happen here is Blackbaud AI and what we call our cultivation assistant is going to jump in and provide some suggestions here on the right hand side of what the appropriate ask amount would be, what we should expect, and what, the appropriate deadline would be. And you can see some of that information and supporting information that is helping determine that. It's also adding those particular details here into the opportunity itself. And in this case, I'm going to select a particular purpose. Let's say it's for research. I'm gonna say major gift opportunity, and I gotta spell it correctly. So let's change that there. And I'm gonna go ahead and save this. So great. We now have an optimized opportunity. You'll notice that Chaffer Black Friday is also asking if we want to create an action plan for this opportunity. Meaning, would you like a suggested a cadence of specific interactions that you should have with this person to maximize this opportunity, engage with them in the right way at the appropriate time, to then ultimately make that ask and then secure the funding for this particular gift. So what Chaffer Blackbaud AI is doing here is partnering with that cultivation assistant behind the scenes to take a look at not only what our best practices in regards to the right way to engage with prospects in regards to the opportunity that we have with them. It's also considering, you know, what are ways in which we've engaged with this particular person, Michael, in the past and ways that he has maybe preferred to engage with us. And it's also taking a look at maybe other opportunities that have been successful as well to then create a a tailored action plan that not only gives us some suggestions, but actually would allow us to create the actions, right, scheduled or planned actions for me, which would really take hours and hours of time to not only determine what would be the right plan, but also actually go about creating each image of a budget action, making sure that we have the right time or date or deadline, and the right notes and suggestions all copy and paste it into those actions, which, of course, is, you know, relatively easy to do within the solution, but, unfortunately, it just takes time to do so. And so what chat for Blackbaud AI has the ability to do is go ahead and really provide those recommendations and start to, dig in and create some of those actions for me. And so I have to double check here on if I activated a few features or changed few permissions here behind the scenes. So, we'll let that go to work here and move on to the last couple things here while those actions are loading. So you'll see that here in just a moment. While we do that, I wanna highlight too in regards to right. We set up an opportunity for this fundraiser to engage with this important high value prospect. We also, have created a, you know, a cadence or a series of actions, for that individual to be able to, reach out to that person and engage with them in the most effective way. Fundraisers have the ability to also come to the work center here to be able to, really have a central location that provides them with all the details that they need in regards to their important prospects and the relationships that they're building, and also really help just minimize a lot of the different administrative tasks and things that get in the way and bog them down, and don't allow them to be proactive and truly engage with their prospects and their portfolio in the best possible way. So you can see some things like for Daniel, the fundraiser I am simulating right now, some important maybe prospects or individuals that need his attention because they have maybe are brand new, recently assigned to him, and never been contacted yet. There's an overdue pledge. If I scroll on over, maybe they have a birthday coming up. They have a higher giving potential. Maybe they're considered to be an at risk donor. Maybe they also recently attended an event or registered for an event, things like that, reasons that we want to you know, different things that are happening that we want to bring your attention so you have a reason to reach out and engage with that particular donor. You can see Prospect Insights is also jumping in here to help that fundraiser understand how well they're doing in regards to, engaging with the right people, give them some opportunities to identify and focus on maybe some emerging prospects, and maybe even, determine just how we maybe need to better engage with those who might be considered low likelihood prospects as well. So we can use a very limited time that we have to really hyperfocus on those highest value prospects and see some important information in regards to how I'm progressing towards my goals, opportunities, things like that. And then I have the ability to see quick curated lists for me as a fundraiser of, let's say, the folks that I'm assigned to in my portfolio, various different gifts that are associated with those important prospects of mine, all of the actions that I have maybe in the past or up and coming with my important prospects. So you can see a number of them here and see all the important details as well as the important major gift opportunities that I have as well. And any of these lists can be tailored or filtered in various different ways. So, for example, let's say I have a plan conversation with one of the folks in my portfolio, in, let's say, the Minneapolis, Saint Paul area where I happen to be located. Maybe I wanna look take a look at some of those unassigned high value prospects, that might also be in the area that I could reach out to and introduce myself while I'm there. So, for example, what I can do is apply a number of different filters here. Just say, let's find some folks who are considered to be of high value. I could also bring in some of those prospect insights, ratings, and whatnot here into the mix as well. So here it's now starting to filter this down. I can also then say, okay. Let's focus on the Minneapolis Saint Paul area. Again, near where I'm located, it's gonna default to, my location for anyone who's using the platform. And then now I can zoom in on the Twin Cities area here and maybe say, okay. Well, the airport's right here. I wanna maybe hyperfocus on, kinda staying near to there. So I'm gonna go ahead and draw a customized area to then use as a filter. So I'm gonna apply that to that already curated list of above that I've started to further kind of pair down into the highest value folks that are in the area that are unassigned and, would be great folks for me for me to reach out to while I'm in the area to introduce myself and hopefully start a conversation that will then lead to a first time major gift here over the course of a few years, for example. And then lastly, I wanna add here to that in addition to the ability to create quick lists like the examples you saw there from a fundraising perspective, I also have the ability to leverage a number of different prebuilt fundraising dashboards directly here within Raised. Genesxt. So when you log in for the first time into Raiser's Edge NXT, you have a significant amount of fundraising dashboards that are available to you, available out of the box. You can you don't have to build them or create them. Of course, you can configure them and tailor them as you see fit. But anything from just a overall kind of overarching overview for somebody who is maybe in more of a leadership role that needs to see just the big picture of how are we doing this year versus last year versus the prior year, month by month, What does that all equate to from a revenue perspective, from how many gifts, what's the average gift size? You can see how that is all, calculated for me up above, providing with some nice visuals that I can interact with and get more detail and even click and drill down into the underlying data, which appears here on the right hand side. So in this case, it's quickly generating the list of those gifts that we received in the month of April here back in 2024 because it happened to be the element on the graph that I had chosen. I can also see down below, our top campaigns and how they're progressing towards their goals, how we're also progressing towards our goals to raise money for certain funds or initiatives, things like that, different appeals, a breakdown by constituent code, and so on and so forth. Then I also have the ability to access a number of other different fundraising dashboards as well, like, for example, this retention dashboard, which allows me to dive deep into a very important topic, and be able to see some different things that are already calculated for me. Right? So, for example, have the ability to see how many donors we've retained so far this year, what that equates to from a revenue perspective, who are those individuals that gave or the maybe gave last year, but, unfortunately, have not yet given this year. And maybe we hyper focus on that particular list of individuals and send them a personalized email communication before the end of the year to hopefully move them from that live on list over to the retained donors list. So here you can see I'm one click away from seeing who those constituents are. We even calculate first time our first year gunner retention as well. Right? Who are the individuals that gave for the first time to our organization last year, that we've retained as well as those who have not yet given this year, and then more and more insight into just how well we're doing from a retention standpoint. Again, among many other different types of dashboards that hyper focus on important things. And, of course, I can go above and beyond this and leverage, for example, you know, chat for Blackboard AI to dive into some of the the further details and ask for, other types of insights directly here within Resideo n x team as well. So as we kinda wrap up the conversation today, wanted to highlight, again, a number of different things here directly within RazerGen XT. I hope you found something very interesting.
