Transcript for "Grow Revenue and Unlock Deeper Insights for Canadian Nonprofits with Raiser's Edge NXT": Alright. Hello, and welcome, everyone. This is, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, webinar for Canadian nonprofits. So welcome. I'm Kirk. I'm the solutions consultant, who's gonna be kinda walking you through this here today. Some housekeeping slides here. Obviously, if your audio is not working, you're not gonna hear me say the audio stuff. So, hopefully, audio folks are reading those. If you want, there are some resources like a q and a where you can throw some questions if you have questions. If we don't get to the questions during, I will follow-up with emails afterwards. So just know, go ahead and throw questions in the q and a. If you wanna introduce the shields in the chat, let us know where you're coming from. That's cool too. Like I said, I'm Kirk. I'm your solutions consultant who's gonna take you through Razer's Engine XT here today. Quick bio about me here on the screen. I did used to work in the film industry before I came to Blackbaud ten years ago. And most importantly, ukulele enthusiast, who loves to cook and spend time with my wife. We have a turtle who's, like, 35 years old, and two cats, who are much younger than that. Alright. So good to meet you all. If I haven't met you before, let's actually talk about Resideo NGX t. So the idea here of Resideo NGX t is that we are gonna gather all of our data. Right? You heard that idea of that term where you can't see the forest for the trees. The forest here is our data. And what ResEdge is really good at doing and helping you do is to focus in on that one piece of information or that large group of information that you need. So sometimes I need to see the whole forest. Other times, I might wanna focus on what is that little red dot. So let's see if we can zoom in a little bit. Maybe we're looking at a closer group, a regional group in a specific city or gifts to a specific fund. We can break things down that way. And, of course, I can also zoom in on that one specific record if I need to as well. So basically, ResMed is a really useful tool that allows you to zoom in and discover those insights, to help you, continue and further your stewardship and your fundraising. Some interesting information about our software here. Of course, we're Raiser's Edge NXT, then we also have, Financial Edge and some, crowdfunding through JustGiving and other tools. So just things to keep in mind. Raised Edge is a useful tool. It's gonna help you streamline your work, everything you need in one place. It's also gonna help you grow major giving pipelines and focus on the right actions to follow. Even does some automation. Take some of the, manual processes off your lap, to help you automate some of those interactions and conversations you might be having as well. So, of course, that's gonna help you grow, as you move forward. Alright. As you probably guessed by the cadence and the speed of this thing, I am not much of a PowerPoint person. I'm much more of a Raiser's Edge person. So let's dive into the actual demo. I'll show you around the system, talk about some of the tools, some of the functions, and, of course, keep an eye on that q and a in case there are any questions. Alright. So if you haven't seen it before, welcome. This is Raiser's Edge NXT. We're starting today here in the work center. And the work center is a tool that is designed to take everything that is, in this case, Mark's responsibility, and put them in one place. So this is where Mark is one of our fundraisers or as you can see, because I have full admin access, I can go see any of my fundraisers' areas. Mark can come and kinda start his day, by planning his next steps. So this is everything that is assigned to Mark. So that would be his portfolio of records. Right? Individuals, organizations that are assigned to Mark. Gifts, that the individuals and organizations on this portfolio have given. Action records. Some folks like to call these contact records. These are face to face meetings, interactions, like phone calls. You can track all of those. Opportunities. Opportunities are records that allow us to track major gift tasks and grants and tools like that. Kinda follow these records through kind of a moves management process, if you will, able to report on them and kinda compare them to each other and things like that. So really useful for Mark that all of this is put into one place for him. Everything his responsibility is kinda pointing, him to this work center. Now the work center is also gonna try to help Mark organize things. It's gonna start with his needs attention area, and that needs attention area is driven by tags. And the system has a couple dozen tags, and those tags can be good. They can be bad as it says here in the description. Good tags are things like recent gift or signed up for event, things like that. Of course, bad, so to speak, tags are things like overdue pledges and things like that. Now RaiseEdge Gen Xt, being a modern tool, also has AI built in throughout the system. You've got an AI chat over here that I can reach out to anytime I wanna chat. Also, when it comes to things like tags, I can click on a tag and you can see it's not only gonna describe what the tag means, it's gonna give you advice on what to do, and it's gonna allow me to add an action directly from here. And this is actually a brand new functionality. This is something that came out in the last couple weeks. But when I click that add action through that little pop up, you'll notice it actually started filling it out for me. Filled out the summary, gave me some notes here. It's actually starting to fill out this action record for me, based on what the tag was, which is the overdue pledge. So really, really useful tool trying to help Mark stay on top of his day to day, kind of prioritize his next steps, actions to remind him to give Lucy a phone call to follow-up or reach out to Jennifer, via email, however he might reach out to these folks. Down below that, you can see some more tiles. They're gonna help Mark stay on top of his, portfolio. So you can see these tiles do refresh themselves, so they're always trying to give you up to date information. Mark can interact with these things in any way that he'd like. So, for example, if he wants to examine his at risk portfolio members, he can click on that little number eight. You can see it jumps over to the portfolio tab and filters based on that tag, at risk donor. Incidentally, at risk in Raizer's Edge means a donor who has not given in twelve to fifteen months. They're at risk of becoming a lapsed donor. All that stuff can be found through the help tool. If you ever need help, you can always look things up in help. You can see here an overview of the work center. You can search. And maybe most importantly, here in the help, there is a chat, and that chat is with a human being. So if you are alive in Raised Edge and you're working and you have a question or you, need to reach out to, help, there is a chat built straight into the system as well. Now Mark could have jumped over his portfolio and filtered it himself, but everything in Raised Edge is designed to be actionable. This is why you can very quickly click on these numbers, to jump to your next step. Next step we're gonna talk about is prospect insights. You can see prospect insights tile here, but let's actually look at the tool. Prospect insights is an analytics tool. This is included with Razer's Edge NXT. It's built straight into the system. You can see it actually lives over here between my, work center and my action lists here. So prospect insights is going to analyze all of the records you already have, and it's gonna assess their fitness as potential major donors. So this is looking at the individuals you already have in your database. This doesn't look at organizations. And like I said, it's analyzing them and their fitness as potential major donors. Are there potential major donors already in your database that you didn't know about? So I'm gonna show you this first queue, the untapped candidates queue, and this will kinda help you understand what this tool is really all about. So first and foremost, this is run, through Razer Edge. Like I said, it's included with Razer's Edge. It is using, some intelligent software, applications, and what it's doing is it's producing a couple things here. First, it's making a recommendation, and that recommendation is to qualify this prospect. That recommendation will be reflected in whatever button lights up. If the recommendation was to assign fundraiser, that's the button that would be lit up. In fact, that button would jump to the front of the line as well. So system is trying to help you, by telling you, here's what you we think you should do. The other thing it's doing is it's stacking these records in order of priority. So according to the analysis that prospect insights did, Eunice here has the highest potential of my untapped candidates to be a major donor, then Wendy, then Jessica, then Malcolm and George, and so on. So it does think prioritize Eunice first, then check out Wendy and so on. So what does that mean, untapped candidates? So like I said, all of the records that are being analyzed here are people who are already in your database. So likely, if they're in your database, you have some kind of access to them. You have an email, an address, phone number, those kinds of things. They've shown affinity to your organization in the past, through support. What this is trying to assess is their ability to be to give at a major donor level. And what it's producing is two things, target gift range and major giving likelihood. Now those two metrics are produced by analyzing giving behavior and giving indicators. Giving behavior is exactly what it sounds like. Giving behavior is the giving that they've done to your organization. Now what it's listing on this screen is the first gift they gave, the most recent gift, and the largest. But, of course, it takes into account all of this case of Eunice's giving over time. So that's the first data point that gets run through the model. The second data point or set set of indicators is your giving indicators over here. You'll notice these are all estimates. Estimated net worth, estimated liquid assets, estimated total assets based on the average asset values for the dissemination area that includes Eunice's address that we have on file. Now quick note about dissemination area. Think of that like neighborhood, and I do live in Toronto, so apologies for the Toronto centric example. But imagine, a well off neighborhood like Richmond Hill, that kinda thing, these numbers would be higher. Less well-to-do, lower numbers. So it's based on the averages of that neighborhood that we have on file for Eunice. It takes those estimates, combines them with the hard numbers, runs them through some models that, frankly, somebody much smarter than me built, and that's what produces your target gift range and your major giving likelihood. As always with anything AI, we have a human brain does some work, the AI does its work, and then the human brain needs to come back in. Trust but verify is maybe my favorite phrase that I've heard since I started kinda really diving into and studying AI. So this is a stage where we're gonna trust the system, but we're gonna verify. And verification is a human thing. So this is where I can say, oh, actually, no. I actually spoke with Eunice, and Eunice is a snowbird. And it's getting to be fall weather. I might not get a chance to talk to Eunice before she disappears to Mexico until, like, April, so I'm gonna review this again in six months. Or maybe Eunice has said, you know what? Maybe talk to me next year. So we can review again in twelve months. Eunice has indicated that she's actually more interested in planned giving or something like that. I can mark her as disqualified. Of course, if I do think Eunice is a good fit, I can mark Eunice as qualified. If it's also my role to assign her to a specific team, I can also assign her here. The reason I point that out is because the second queue is to assign the folks that we've marked as qualified. So you can split that up into two different roles, but I could do that all the same steps. The third queue are my under giving major giving prospects. So what does that mean? Well, you can see here target gift range a $100,000 for Martha. If I jump over to giving and wealth, historically, the last couple years, she has not been giving to her potential. So this is really analyzing Martha, who is currently assigned to one of my fundraisers. So she's not untapped. She's somebody we've tapped into. But, really, what this is trying to do is help align my ask amounts and make sure I'm not leaving on the money on the table, with folks like Martha. So that's what that queue is. Who do we have that we've been speaking with who maybe has a potential to give more than we've been asking for? And then the final queue are my low likelihood prospects. These are folks who aren't likely to fit as a major donor, who are currently on a portfolio. So this is where we might do some portfolio churn and move Antoinette off to a different portfolio that is more focused on annual giving or something like that rather than major giving. Great tool for churning your portfolio ahead of a capital campaign, for example. Now this tool runs itself. It'll actually refresh your entire database every three months. It'll also refresh folks on the fly. So if I gave a gift today, my gift gets processed. It'll reanalyze me kinda midstream because I gave a gift and my profile has changed. But like I said, it'll do folks as they give gifts, and then every three months, it just refreshes the entire database. Alright. Let's look at a constituent record. Let's go to have a look and meet Jennifer. This is Jennifer. Constituent records are the 360 degree view. Right? Everything I know about this constituent is going to show up here. Now constituent records can be individuals like Jennifer. They can also be organizations like foundations and sponsor organizations, things like that. The records are gonna look very, very similar. A few minor differences, like an organization won't have a spouse field, for example. But for the most part, they're the same record. If I scroll down, you'll see all the tiles, where information is stored. Now the system is keeping this record up to date, and, of course, we can also manually keep this record up to date. If, Jennifer reaches out with a new email address. I can come in here and add that email address, for example. But when we send Jennifer an email from Raiser's Edge, the system is gonna update, that email tile, to say, hey. We sent Jennifer this email on this date. We'll even track when she opens or clicks on links in the email. Couple key things to talk about before we move on, constituent codes. Constituent codes are codes in Razor's Edge that are designed to tell me how Jennifer connected to us. So, again, Jennifer has many connections to us, but this is a completely, customizable feel. Your organization populates this with the types of codes you wanna track. But Jennifer has too many, I would argue, but that's because she's an example record. So you can see in different scenarios, you might track, monthly donors this way, volunteers, board members, major donors. If you're an organization, you might track things like, parent information, athlete information, whatever you want to be a constituent code. These codes are really, really useful because later on, when I'm using the data, I can filter by these on exports and reports. I can very quickly pull a group of records together by saying, hey. Grab all the records that are marked as volunteers. Currently marked as volunteers, not previous volunteers. So really, really useful tool when it comes to, analysis and segmentation later in your fundraising process. Now the system's also designed to keep you up to date on all sorts of information, like giving information. This is actually a reporting tile. You can see it refreshes itself within every ten or fifteen minutes. The reason I call it a reporting tile is some of our older systems, some of the other systems out there, if I wanted to know how many years has Jennifer been connected to us, I have to run a report to get this number 18 here. How many years in a row has she supported us? Seventeen years consecutively, she's been giving. What's her lifetime giving total? Those were three different reports in our older system, and like I said, some of the systems that are still out there. Now Jennifer calls on the phone. I don't really know Jennifer. I can quickly look her up and see that Jennifer's had a major impact on our organization over the last eighteen years. So nice reporting tile to give you a kinda quick glimpse into Jennifer's history of giving to our organization. Now the giving history tile, that's a list of every gift that she's ever given us. So I can click on these to go see the gifts. I can even see a table of all the gifts here as well. And like I said, contact information, this is stuff that I can add and edit. You'll notice, address, phone, email, online presence. You have the ability to mark things as primary. You have the ability to mark things as due of contact. You'll notice even the business address is noticed as primary employment. So when I connected Jennifer to our employer, it actually connected that business address for me as well. So like I said, the 360 degree view, everything I know about the supporter is gonna end up here on this record. Now if I want to pull together a group of records, there are four different types of lists that you can build. Constituent list, gift list. We've also got action lists and opportunity lists. I'm just gonna clear that filter for a second. And list, as you can see, are very simple to use. Right? It's just based on filters. And filters, you can add whatever you need here. So you can see this example, very straightforward, very simple. Total giving greater than a thousand dollars. I did not restrict this by date or fund or campaign. So this is a very broad group. All time total giving a thousand dollars or more. Of course, I can add more and more filters if I need to. The advantage to lists there's a few advantages here. One of them is that I can actually view this table as a map. Click on my little map point over here. It's using my IP address. I live roughly at this corner here. But let's zoom out a little bit. We'll see a little bit more. See if we can get the entire country in the shot here. So this is these red dots are my 7,705 constituents. Right? I can actually use the map to build groups as well. I can draw on the map. I can put in an address radius, which you just saw me clear. Who am I gonna pick on today? I'm gonna pick on my hometown. I was born in Edmonton, Alberta. There we go. Let's do 25 kilometers. And now show me everybody within 25 kilometers of Edmonton. At most, all the red dots outside the circle disappear, and I'm left with a 116 constituents. This is really useful if I'm going to be on the road and visiting somebody, and I wanna know who else I can speak to while I'm in town. Or we're having a regional event. Who should we invite? It's a useful tool if you need to segment, and analyze your data by location as well as other factors. Now these lists, you can work with here. Right? You can choose your columns. You can click on things. This will open up Gordon's record. This will open up that gift record and so on. I can also save my lists, and then they become useful in other tools like the built in email tool that comes with raters edge. This email tool, like I said, comes with the system. And, open rate, click rate, bounce rate, those three numbers are the average email performance. So that's the open click and bounce rates for all of the emails that have been sent from this database in the last six months. Each email is also tracking its own numbers. You can see here, I can see things like, total transactions. Alright? Click on that. Who gave you this? There's gonna be two names on this list. Right? Who clicked on a link? Who opened the email? Who do we send it to? We can see, transaction count, total amount, average of transaction. I can save these as lists, so I can send out emails to follow-up with Lisa and Troy. So it's tracking more than just open, click, and bounce for each individual email as well. Building emails in here, very straightforward. You can start from scratch, or there's a couple dozen templates built into the system. Because Blackbaud has only ever worked with nonprofits over the last forty five years, these are all gonna be built with nonprofit and marketing best practices in mind. So you'll see their label listings like newsletters and sustainer and welcome series, things like that. And the idea here is to choose the format that you like, and then you'll see editing these is very straightforward. Click your pencil, swap out your logo for this logo. Down here, my text, this is a real advantage of having the email tool built right into Raiser's Edge, is that my merge fields are built right into the email tool. So personalizing emails is very easy. I can just quickly say, you know, dear first name, thank you for your recent gift of latest gift amount or something like that and very quickly and easily personalized. I don't have to create an export to send out to a third party program, send the emails, and then have that program come back and say, hey. These emails were sent. It's all internal. The system is trying to update itself and stay up to date at all times. When you're sending these emails out, you have a couple required fields. As you can see, you can send those internal tests. You can select the list. Right? We talked about list. Pick your list, and then you can either send it right away or send it at a later date. So that's, a marketing email that you can send from the tool. You'll notice there's a second tab here, workflow designer emails. Now the email tool works exactly the same. When you're building emails for the workflow designer, you build them the same way. Just designate them as workflow emails. And what does that mean? Well, the workflow designer is an automation tool built into Razor's Edge that can send emails out for you. So some of those emails I designated as workflows were for this workflow, which is an example of the welcome series. So just like we saw before, everything's based on those groups of records. So my list here is my criteria is constituent gives a gift, and it's their very first gift because this is a welcome series. So that's my criteria. Just like we saw earlier, lists are dynamic. So imagine I give my first gift today. When that list refreshes, it pulls my name in, and we've told the system as soon as somebody's name pops in that list, send them this email, this welcome series email number one. Then after you send that email, wait one week or seven days and send email number two. Wait seven more days, and then send the final email in our welcome series. So this tool can automate sending emails. It also can create actions for you. So let's say, like I said, our cadence is three welcome series emails. Last email went out. I'm now telling system, wait five hours. Alright. Five hours isn't quite what I meant. Let's edit that. I meant five days. That's pretty funny, though. Okay. Wait five days. And then finally, instead of sending another email, I'm gonna create an action. Right? So this is an internal tool. I'm gonna say, hey. Let's do a follow-up phone call assigned to the fundraiser Kirk's assigned to. And now that's gonna show up on that work center we saw earlier as part of Kirk's to do list or Kirk's fundraiser's to do list. So not only did I receive these emails over a couple weeks, the fundraiser assigned to me is gonna start to build up that relationship because they know I've been sent these emails. So a nice little tool here to automate processes that might involve creating action records for your team, but also sending out emails to your supporters, and volunteers, etcetera. Alright. Shifting gears a little bit. Let's look at some, supporter facing things. Let's talk about donation forms. Raised Edge actually comes with two different kinds of donation forms. The first one we call standard donation forms, kind of form you see embedded into a website, that you can fill out kind of top to bottom, one long form. We also have a second type of form we released called optimized forms. Optimized forms are designed to take that one big long form where you're filling things out and kinda broke it down into three quick little interactions instead of one big long form. I call it three quick bites. So these forms are designed to kinda capture those folks who kinda get halfway through one of those standard forms and then just walk away. Right? Those folks who, they're filling out the donation form and then they just kinda give up on it. This is designed to capture those folks because it turns it into three quick a quicker sequence, of information. Also important, since we are Canadian, these can be published in French as well. Res Edge does publish some of its tools to French, so I can quickly show you, a French form if it's been built out, in this example. There we go. So you can see here a French form for an organization. And, of course, there's also the English form, available here as well. So these forms, you put in your image and your text, and then it asks how much do you wanna give and how frequently. Of course, they can put in their own amount here as well. Allowing them to choose a designation, allowing them to, give a tribute or add comments. These are all optional, not required. But, Of course, you can add these to either of our form types. But all the system needs is how much do you wanna give, how frequently, how are you paying. And then on the third page, it's gonna ask for all that stuff you need for your CRA compliant receipts. Right? Name, address, all the stuff that we need. Receipts from Raised Edge do come out. They are CRA compliant, and they are automatically sent, after someone, gives a gift. So like I said, two different types of donation forms come with the system. You are also, able to access these unlimited. So you can use as many of these forms as you like. There's no limit to the number, of donation forms that you publish. The same would be said for event registration forms. Res Edge comes with an events module. As you can see here, it lets you track things like financial goal for the event, capacity of the location, put in an address, it'll populate a map. You can add fees, right, registration fees, also any additional fees. So while we are having an event and you can buy your individual ticket, you can also buy some raffle tickets for a fifty fifty draw. Any other additional things you wanna collect through the form? I'm just gonna open up one of these. You can see that when you build these, you name each level, how many registrants are included with each level, the fee amount, and the contribution amount. So maybe it costs a $150 to go to the event, but $60 is actually a charitable contribution. You can track that here, and you can limit the capacity. So maybe we only have space for 50 individuals. I can put a limit on that, here. Scrolling down, you can see you can build as many online registration forms as you need per event. We have three here. You may have events like golf tournaments, where you have a golf tournament and a dinner, and you want a form for the golf tournament. You wanna form for the dinner, and you want a form that does both, you could do that very easily here and allow folks to register for which of those two events or both events at the same time. You can also add participant options. This is a gala I have open. So, of course, we need to know, your meal preference. You can collect any additional information you wanna carry from here. Right? T shirt size, seating preference, you know, are you okay with photo release? All of those kinds of things to be collected, and those options can be pulled into the forms just like those registration levels. All of the records in Raised Edge have attachment tiles. This is a tool where you can just drag and drop files or link if you already have it secured in a SharePoint or something, you can link to it here. Again, unlimited. You can put as many files as you want in Raises Edge. Important to note that each file has to be a 100 megs or less, but you do have unlimited file uploads here. Nice expense tile to track the expenses for the event. Raised Edge also has a very robust custom fields tool. And there are custom fields for all sorts of different record types. So you can build custom fields for constituent records, for events, for gift records. This allows you to create fields to track additional data that doesn't have a native field on the form. These fields can be used as filters in your reports and exports, and even pulling groups together. Show me every event that is being held at the Victoria Conference Center. It can pull all those records together for you. And then this participant window, as you can see, is already built to segment my participants. Right? As we send out our invites, this number will populate as folks register as yes, no, maybe. These numbers will populate. It's also going to match constituents to existing constituents. It's going to create new records if you need it to. It'll flag any it's not sure. Is this the same person? Can you check this duplicate? And even post event, who actually attended who are my no shows. And, of course, all of these things are clickable, to go and see that exact segment of those 31 no shows, for example. I can also click this work with participants to see the entire group. This is useful because I can now filter this, like we saw on other tables, to say, show me only my attendees, show me only my speakers, show me only my no shows, whatever you wanna filter by. I could also have my tablet open at the event, and folks can walk up to me and I can mark them as attended. I can add a guest. Luke, oh, great to see you. So glad you're here. I'll mark you as attendant. Oh, you brought a guest. Let's add a guest. So you can always update these records on the fly. And because Raiser's Edge is available on any smart device that has an Internet connection, you could use it in real time, as part of your registration. Alright. We got one more area to go over and then we'll, I'll see if there are any questions there in the q and a. And, of course, that area is reporting. So, of course, the data in your database, we talked about being able to zoom in and analyze and kinda use that data. Reporting's a big part of that. There are a couple different reporting areas in Rangers Edge. Earlier, we talked about lists as a grouping tool. You're gonna use lists to group 95% of the groups you need. If you needed to get into the really granular minutiae of a group, then that's where query comes in. So imagine I wanted to all the records that were added to the database in June by Kirk, I'm gonna need to use query for that because that's really kinda granular. If I need all of the records who gave a gift in June, I can do that with lists. So query is where you're really getting into the analytics and getting, you know, like I said, diving deep, let's say. If you need a group that a list can't do, query can do that for you. Graze Edge also comes with standard reports. Those are kinda your canned reports where you choose your records and your filters and you click all the details and you say go, and it generates a report for you. What you see on the screen right now are fundraising dashboards. Those tabs across the top are the 10 that come with the system. You also can build your own dashboards, with the system as well. Now these 10 dashboards, are gonna be fairly similar. They're gonna have filters across the top like this. And then below that, what we call insights, which is a fancy term for table or chart or metric. So this is a headline insight. This is a line chart insight and so on and so forth. You can see this overview is breaking things down by campaign, by fund, by appeal. There's those constituent codes we talked about earlier, and everything here is still interactive. Right? I can hover over, let's say, this yellow wedge and see, okay, number of gifts given by my alum based on the filters at the top, 984. On the revenue side, that wedge is a $1,000,000 in revenue. So I can actually use these. Even better, I wanna drill into this. I just clicked on that little wedge, and my fly out window is building me a list of all of the gifts that my alum have given in the date range, in my filters, which I believe is fiscal year '26. Yeah. So we're at fiscal year '26. Incidentally, you can set your own fiscal year for your organization. This database is set up to match calendar year, but if your fiscal year doesn't match calendar year, don't worry. The system can match that, whatever yours is. So there you go. I've got a quick list. Save this as a list because maybe I wanna export it or I wanna run it through a different report or something like that. Use it as an email list, whatever you wanna do. You can use it use these interactions with your reporting to quickly grab, records and lists and things like that. Let me show you some other ones so you can see the variety here. You can see more filters on the campaigns, funds, and appeals than there were on the overview. Great tables like progress to goals. The other nice thing about this is if I wanna pull this data out of Raiser's Edge, maybe I want this progress to goals table for an upcoming board meeting. You can actually do that just by downloading just this table in one of these five formats. So maybe I need the image for a PowerPoint. I can do that. Maybe I want the raw data because I'm gonna go play in pivot reports. You can do that as well. If you wanted to get the entire dashboard out of the system, you can up here, you can see export. There's a PDF printer. And then this little guy is gonna allow you to set up a regular email of this dashboard. So I'm gonna tell the system, hey. You know what? Every Monday morning and I'm an early riser. Let's do 8AM. Every Monday. So this dashboard will be sent weekly on Monday at 8AM to my email, because I'm logged in as me, as a PDF. So every Monday morning, this system is gonna generate a brand new PDF up to date. And when I log in Monday morning, it'll already be in my inbox. Better yet, I'm gonna send this to other people at my organization. Maybe I'll put all my, board member emails in here and an email message explaining what it is. Now every Monday morning, myself and those board members are getting this email. Now imagine one of those board members doesn't want the email. There's actually gonna be an unsubscribe link in the email. They can turn off the faucet anytime they want by clicking unsubscribe from these emails. This tool is also gonna make pulling, records around things like donor retention much quicker. Anybody's ever run a Libunt report, if you're not familiar with Libunt, that's this acronym over here. Last year, but unfortunately not this. So in this database, there are about 1,700 records of constituents who gave gifts last year who have yet to give this year. Now you can still run a LiveBot report in Raised Edge. But if I just really need the names because I'm building a a special appeal, I can literally just click on this number, and it's gonna build me a list of those 1,600 names. Now when the folks who are building Razorheads, the developers, you know, those really smart folks who know how to use computers better than us, when they're building this, they're getting feedback and advice from frontline fundraisers like yourself. So that's where ideas like first year donor retention rate come from. So this lie button number, this four and five, tells me that there are four and five constituents in this database who gave their very first gift last year, and they haven't given yet in year two of their donor journey. But I have to tell you folks, you know, year two is pivotal in the donor journey. So maybe I will create a quick email for these 405, a special appeal. One of the cool things about lists is then you can then say, okay. Take this list, subtract that one. And then the last 1,200, I'll send a different appeal. So really, really useful tools to allow you to stay on top of your conversations and your communications with your supporters. One more thing to mention, and that is the marketplace. I just wanna mention this because Blackbaud is built on an open API system. If you're not familiar with that concept, essentially, an open API system is a computer software that is open to pushing and pulling information back and forth with other open APIs software solutions. Because Blackbaud is built on that open API, we have this little marketplace here. Now I'm filtered for razor's edge, but you can see all of our solutions are here that might have these things. Frankly, I call this the app store, not the marketplace, but it's called the marketplace officially. So I'm thinking of this like it's the razor's edge app store. And you'll notice some of these are built by Blackbaud, some of these are built by partners, some of them are free, some of them have a cost associated with them. These are called low code or no code apps. The idea is they've already built the tool that does whatever the function might be. So, for example, let me find you a good example here. Blackbaud for Outlook. This is a little plug in that goes into your Outlook, and there's one for Gmail as well, by the way. And so when I'm sending an email from Outlook, I can push a button and it will take that email and turn it into an action on that constituent record over in Raiser's Edge. Nice little free app that Blackbaud built. You just have to set it up. So that's the idea is, you can kinda augment and add to your database because of this open API system. This is the same system that would allow you to push and pull information through, Microsoft's power platform, for example. So if you're a power automate or a Power BI user, you could pull information out of Raised Edge, out of your other systems into a Power BI, and generate reports based on all of your data, not just the stuff inside each of your separate solutions. So really, really useful tool, and the marketplace is definitely worth getting to know because like I said, there's some really great apps, that our partners have built in here. Okay. So that was our demo. Just some numbers based on the last five years, and this is a US number, but we do see a growth in numbers, of donors, a growth in dollars raised, and a number of donations, when folks switch over to Raisers at Gen XT. And there's more information about what you won't find elsewhere. Our webinars are monthly, and, we do have one that covers, more in-depth, where we're going with AI. We have lots of AI tools built straight in the system. We saw the chat. I talked about that a little bit, a couple other AI tools. We also have AI agents we are offering and things like that. So if you are interested in learning more, please, check out that webinar, or just reach out, to your local to your AE or the folks you are chatting with here. And then one more thing to mention is that BBCon is coming up. I believe it is I wanna say next week. I believe it is next week. So, thank you. Alexis just shared the link in case you wanna sign up. I know not everybody's gonna go down to Columbus for b b con, but just know there is also a virtual b b con. So you can sign up to see the main stage announcements where they're gonna talk about what's coming next in Raiser's Edge, for example. And, a couple weeks after b b con, they will put some of the key, workshops will be put up there as well. So if you wanna go sign up, you don't have to watch them live. You can watch the recordings later, but there's lots of great information coming. It's a real opportunity to learn more about what we do here at Blackbaud, but also just to kinda catch up on what's going on in the fundraising in general. Alright. So that's everything we had planned to speak on here today. I don't see any questions in the q and a, and I know we've got about four minutes left. So thank you very much for joining me here today. You can see my email on the website or it's not website. On the screen, if you have any questions, you can reach out to me there. If questions do come in after the fact, I will reach out via email to answer those to the individuals who asked them. I'm gonna log off. Have an amazing day. Thank you for coming. And you know what? Have an amazing weekend. Take tomorrow off. Enjoy a long weekend on me. Tell your boss I said it was okay. Otherwise, again, thank you for joining me, and have a great day.
