Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Blackbaud Award Management™ & Blackbaud Stewardship Management™":
Hello, everyone. Welcome to Blackbaud Award and Stewardship Management's November product update briefing. We are so glad that you're here. Welcome to the party. We are thrilled to be able to introduce you to a lot of incredible things that are happening with award and stewardship management. I am Christine Grissom. I am the senior product marketing manager for, this product, and I get the privilege to work alongside, my colleague that you'll meet in just a second. But just a quick intro if you have not met me before, I have over fifteen years of experience in the EdTech and higher education space and have formerly been an award administrator, in partnering with our foundation and advancement teams to secure scholarships, administer those, and then of course to report that impact back to our donors as well. So I have worn the hat that you are wearing and I am so glad to be here. And just quick fun fact, I'm in the thick of working with two children, small children in the six, seven days. You know, I have to throw that hand motion out there too. So, I'm sure many of you can relate to that trend that's happening right now and wish it would go away. But we're so glad that you were here, and are here to learn more about blackboard award and stewardship management as well. Erin? Hi, everybody. Thanks, Kristen. I'm Aaron Wachholz, and I'm the senior product manager for, Blackbaud Award Management and Stewardship Management. I've been in the, education field for my entire career in, various roles. However, with the asterisk, it's all been k 12 until about, July when I came on board, to to the award men and stewardship management product. So, I'm super excited to be here. Still drinking from the fire hose as they say, but it's it's great, and, very, very happy to be part of this team, and to be here with you today. So, really excited for that. And, fun fact about me is that I will be outside anytime that I have the opportunity. So, that's that's just a little bit about me, and look forward to talking with you more in a few minutes. Awesome. Okay. So I know so many of you are probably very familiar with our, platform that we're using today. But if you are not and you're newer here, I just wanted to give a couple of quick housekeeping updates just about how you'll, receive the information today and a couple quick notes about what you can enable or disable based on your individual preferences, but the audio will be broadcasted through your computer. Certainly, I hope you can hear me. If you cannot, feel free to drop us a message in the widget that you see on the right hand side of the screen. We'll be glad to help you. But if anything happens in terms of connectivity or things are lagging, the best course of action is just to refresh your screen. And if that still doesn't resolve that, hop out of the platform and log right back in. That typically clarifies and really remediates about 95 to a 100% of the challenges that we see come up from time to time. But if you need captioning, you can hover over, your stage that you see us on right now and you can click the CC button on on the bottom of your screen to turn captions on or off. And if you need to ask questions, you'll see that widget on the right hand side of the screen with q and a. And if you have to, just be specific if you can as possible when you are asking your questions so we can know exactly what it is that you're referring to within your question. So the better, or more specific that you are, the better we're able to be able to address your questions. We have a team with us as well on standby to make sure that we're getting your questions answered as quickly as possible, but right beside the q and a tab you'll see a docs tab. This is where you can go to access a ton of helpful resources that will assist you throughout today's webinar. You can also download those and share those with your colleagues if they were not able to attend. This session is recorded and it will be emailed directly to you, within twenty four hours after the session ends. But today's session will be interactive, not that this is a surprise to you. We like to keep it fun and light here as well, but we will add the polls that you'll see pop up on your screen, throughout this session. If you want to respond to those, you can quickly do that. Several of those are multiple choice. If you want to select multiple options, you can do that as well. But you can address any settings that you want to update on your, your platform as well by just clicking the cogwheel on the bottom of your screen. And finally, you can use the tabs on the top of the event space just to meet, your speakers or address or access any additional information, about today's session as well. And so even though we are speeding up a lot of our releases, some of the product capabilities that we'll talk about today are not yet ready. And so any plans or future plans that we have are really subject to change. So we expect there to be changes in the roadmap plan based on normal product, delivery and also development cycles and iterative trade offs that we have to make to accomplish, the delivery of market facing needs, customer feedback, and all, of course, in response to unforeseen, events that may happen as well. So please make any purchasing decisions, based on currently available functionality and you can certainly see the docs tab like we mentioned before in your engagement panel if you'll like some additional information about Blackbaud Award and Stewardship Management, our release notes, and what's coming up soon as well. And so today, what we're going to talk about is certainly, the updates about, things that Blackbaud has curated to really make your experience as great as it humanly pot as possible that it can be. And then we'll certainly be addressing, the product road map, what's new, looking ahead, and what's to come for you over the next six months, and beyond. And we'll also share some valuable resources, many of which are free to you as our customers, and we'll also, share resources for you to get engaged with the Wharton Stewardship Management community to collaborate on best practices with your peers so you can ask questions as you go, to get any support from our team or from your peers that you may need as well. But also speaking of resources, Blackbaud knows that, security is a top priority for you and our institutions that we work with. So that's why we're excited to release the Blackbaud trust center. And so this is your new centralized hub for all things Blackbaud security related. And so at trust.blackbaud.com, you'll find audit reports including SOC and PCI documentation, as well as security white papers, a dedicated knowledge base for frequently asked questions, Blackbaud security credentials, and self-service access for many tools like risk assessments and due diligence that you may need. So you can access the trust center using your Blackbaud ID. No extra credentials are needed there, and this resource is really designed to be, and make your security reviews faster and easier to reduce the time spent on due diligence and provide you with the direct access that you may need, to the information whenever you need that. So it's part of our our commitment to your transparency and to supporting your organization's security needs throughout your journey with Blackbaud. So without further ado, I wanna make sure that we are carving out all the time and space that you need for to learn more about our product vision and then certainly what's, been released lately as well as what's coming next. So, Erin, you wanna take it away? Absolutely. Thank you, Kristen. Sure thing. Once again yeah. No problem. Thanks. Once again, everybody, just welcome welcome to our time here today. As I mentioned earlier, very excited to be here and to be part of this team. I think that award and stewardship management is a an amazing tool. And my goal as the product manager, as all the product managers who have come before me, is to help listen to you as our customers and understand what your needs are, what problems that you have that we can help you solve, and make this product do the best thing it can for you, which is to award students who need awards, who deserve awards, and to use your donors' money the best way that you can, in the most efficient way possible. So those are our goals, and we are just really excited to be able to provide that, that that for you. I'm excited to be here to be part of that. So, kind of along those lines in terms of what what the broad overarching goal of award and stewardship management in addition to what I was just mentioning is to strengthen, streamline, and soar. And so as we think about these these words, you know, the the idea that we want to provide a solution that is strong, that performs well for you, that provides efficiencies for you. The efficiencies also then, you know, come into that streamline effect too, and we're gonna be talking about here, in in a few moments in the what's available now, things we've released. This is about the applicant centric awarding process, the new, dashboard that we created. All of these things are in this idea of streamlining things to make everything easier and more efficient for you. And we wanna just keep going beyond that. That's what the soar, word there is meant to identify is that we wanna keep going. Right? We don't wanna stop. We wanna continue innovating. We wanna make the product the best that we can, and, that's what we'll continue to do. So, giving out money to the right students, to the deserving students, and utilizing your donors of funding and providing a feedback loop to those donors, that's what we're doing for you, and, we're excited to keep pressing that forward. So, with that said, what we're gonna do during our time together here, today, between you and and I, and Kristen will come back on around at the end to talk about some of our things too. But I'm gonna be talking to you primarily about this product road map, where we are today, what's coming in the more nearish future, and then what's kind of on the horizon in in the looking ahead there. So, keep in mind particularly that what Kristen was just referring to, you know, as we look forward to things, keep in mind that those are those are forward looking things, and we'll give you the best information that we can today. But things change along the way. But we do have some pretty solid ideas, though, about where that's headed and and what we can share with you about that. So, in terms of what we have now let's get forward here. Alright. So, these are some things that we have to talk about over this available now topic here. We have been continuing to work on the accessibility enhancements, and we know that's important to all of ours, institutions, particularly at the higher ed level, that, for many reasons, but most importantly, so that your students can access the information that they need to access properly, and there's no impediments along the way for them. And we wanna keep providing that and also give you the ability to be able to report, your accessibility out to others as well. Continuing security upgrades, that's something we always are doing. That's a given. Right? We're always gonna provide a secure product for you. It is a big part of what we do, and so this is an ongoing effort that we're making to continue to upgrade all the underlying technology that makes award and stewardship management run. As I mentioned previously, the applicant centric awarding experience and the award cycle dashboard, are two of our biggest releases that, were released into general availability this past fall, and we'll spend most of our time in this available now section talking about those features. Alright. So just to give a little bit of a high level overview here of benefits of the dashboard, we're really trying to do our best to empower, you to manage the funds you're responsible for, at both the institutional level and the donor level. And so this is really the high level goal here. We wanna make sure that we are giving that to you in the best way that we can and the easiest way and to make it most efficient for you. So a few, highlights here of what the dashboard is doing for you. This is an optional dashboard, so it's something that you do need to turn on, and, we can help you, with that if that's something you need help with. But we really want to just give you an improved navigation, a better sense of intuitiveness, and giving you a centralized view of this award cycle. It's we all know that this is a complex and difficult thing to manage. We all know that schools and institutions have folks in and out of our system that may not be in there all the time. Right? They're, they're not the main person that's knee deep in this or neck deep or eye deep if you will. Maybe only ankle deep. Right? And so the idea of the dashboard is to give folks like that a better way and an easier way. Many institutions are what we call decentralized. Right? So you might have many colleges within the university that are using the system in different ways. And so, again, that just brings complexity to the situation. The whole idea of the dashboard is to make it easier for everybody across all of those, user roles and different departments that might be using the system. Alright. So we're gonna go through a couple of screenshots here of, different aspects of this. So the enhanced applicant centric awarding, gives you a variety of new features and functionalities here. We'll talk about a few of these, as some highlights here. We did do a lot of discovery, got a lot of customer feedback from, schools and and foundations and so forth and took that all into consideration as we redesign this to provide the best user experience that we can. So what we're attempting to do here is to provide a more focused view of the individual applicants featured in these modernized grids. We're trying to increase the page and data load times. There's a new progress bar that helps indicate if applications and applicant data is still loading. There's a new award model that highlights information needed while making award decisions. Fund balances automatically adjust in the grid as award decisions are made. The expansion of the filter functionality is huge, and we are still, going forward with this, continuing to develop this as we receive more feedback. Because it is new, we wanna make sure that we're getting feedback quickly. So if you do have feedback for us, get that over to us, through any channel that you have, and we want to know, you know, how this is working for you. So we are continuing as we move forward even into 2026, from a product development standpoint of tracking feedback, that is specific to these new features so we can continue to iterate on that and and move things forward, as as we go. Alright. So, this is another view here that gives you a, idea of the centralized view of your award cycle here. There are sections dedicated to each stage of the award cycle. You have inline help, navigational links help you executing tax tasks, excuse me, and monitoring performance along the way. This is not meant to replace your opportunity dashboard. It's rather an additional dashboard that gives you insight into your awards and fund utilization. Alright. So a few more, pieces here. The optional dashboard does provide a centralized view as we, mentioned just a minute ago. Sections are dedicated to the different stages of the award cycle. You have that navigation on the right hand side there, which we're gonna pop out here and zoom in on in the next slide. The new dashboard, again, does not replace your opportunity dashboard, but it's an additional dashboard that gives you a different perspective on your awards and fund utilization. So this is a pop out of that fund and award panel, on the right hand side there. This is really a pretty exciting addition, from the customer feedback that we got and as we did discovery because it shows a high level view of fund and application performance for all the awards that you manage. So it comprises a summary of all the awards in your current award cycle. As award administrators, we all know that you're trying to do your best to award all of the money that you have available. The last thing anybody wants to do is leave donor money on the table. Right? So this is a great new way that you can manage that in a quick and easy view. You can see how much has been awarded, how much remains, the percentage of applications that have been reviewed, what remains to be reviewed, how many more opportunities need to be awarded, where there is follow-up needed, so many different things that you can access from this one quick view here with the whole purpose of helping you do the primary function of what we're all doing here together is making sure that that funding that's provided goes out to the students. So the app applicant centric awarding piece here, again, through a lot of customer feedback and discovery, went into developing this. And this functionality is designed to save you time and reduce administrative burden, improve accuracy and transparency, and just enhance the impact overall in how you're utilizing your funds. This is also known as award mode, so that's a a word that many of you are are term, I should say, that many of you are are aware with aware of, excuse me, already. And but this is really, like, modernizing that experience. Right? So easy to navigate, dynamic grids, filtering, resizing, customizing. There's 31 filter options that are now available to you, which is, Hugh, it seems like a ton of of options. Right? Sometimes it can be information overload, but we know that you need that information. So we wanna provide you the opportunity to have access to it that will best suit your needs, at your institution. So, going ahead with a few more screenshots here of this, new process here. So, you're gonna navigate to opportunities from the main navigation menu and then choose applicants, and then select the award mode on the left side of the grid. If you're already familiar with award mode, this navigation should be pretty pretty familiar to you. You can personalize how you're viewing, the things on your grid here. So you can filter on columns. You can move or remove columns. You can adjust column size. Adjustments to your grid can be made across the top row and in the right hand panel. Selecting the right hand panel enables you to see all the field options. You can select fields in the column and filter options or deselect them for the ones you don't wanna see. A really great part, I think, is it's, it will automatically save your selections. Alright? So you don't need to click save or anything. It's auto saving in the background, and it will when you come back, your selections will be what you picked before. So this idea of auto save is a super time saver. We're gonna hit on auto save again later. When we talk about the applicant experience, that's gonna be a huge addition in that, as well. So we're we we have, again, this concept underlying, all of this is that streamlining. Right? We wanna streamline things for you and help you to be more efficient all along the way. Alright. So, we're talking about here, as you can see, the the pop out there, the opportunity information, to make awarding decisions, selecting the filters, and then select each opportunity to see more details. So you can just click there, and it's gonna pop out that fly out that will give you that more detailed view into that particular opportunity. Applicant profiles, same concept. Right? Like, you can click on that, and it's gonna pop open a fly out giving you a step down in detail, allowing you to see, again, more information about the applicant in a quick and easy way. Awarding in award mode. You can award directly from the grid. You can select the application category and update for each opportunity as needed. So these this will just, again, streamline the whole process for you by clicking that link, popping that open, and making the award. And you can see it, the blue button there with apply changes. Click that and move right along. The filtering, we hit on earlier. Again, I'll say it. 31 filtering options. So you have a lot of detail that you can dive into here, and we just again, the goal is to give you more opportunity to accomplish more within the grid that's unique to your process. It's very important, that we're continuing to provide you with that, ability of customization. So, we have this filtering, option here improvement for you to be able to do that. Filtering parameters. So special characters are no longer needed in your filters. You have this modernized drop down functionality. It, again, just simplifies and strengthens the way that you can get data, analyze data out of the system. There are other ways now that you can filter your data as well such as operators like and, or, or between. So, again, just helping you cut through, get to what you wanna get to as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can also filter with, scopes. So, this is something that we did hear a lot of feedback from. As you can see there, you asked, we listened, and you now have access to simultaneously filter on one or more scopes. So, again, streamlining, making things simpler and easier is the theme of all of this and providing a modernized view for you from a user experience standpoint. All of those things, those are our goals, in these in these new releases. So, really hope that you're able to take advantage of this. Please reach out if you have questions. Like, Kristen mentioned earlier, there's documentation here as part of the pub. You can refer to that, or your normal support customer success channels. We are here to help you. If you have questions about any of this in your day to day work, reach out, and we will help. Alright. So, moving along then to the middle of our road map here, which is the next, area and which is gonna be things that are coming, in the near future. Alright. So maybe within the next year ish. And these are things, again, just by definition that we're a little bit more confident about what we're doing here and the time frame around that. The safe harbor statement that Kristen talked about at the outset is always applicable. Things change. Priorities change. Teams change. But we're we're feeling pretty good about the direction that we're going here with this, and so we wanna talk with you about some of these things, that you can look forward to, getting from us in in the near future. So the first one there, of course, is we'll always and forever be part of what we're doing as I've I, again, previously talked about is the security. We're always working on that in the background. It's it's a huge priority for us, not only within our product, but at Blackbaud, that's something we will always do. Alright. And okay. So oh, alright. We're back. I think there was a poll. There's a poll there. I believe in your navigation on the right side, you can click poll. And in my view, anyway, there's a little red dot over there next to the chat. I believe if you click that, you can go ahead and, participate in that poll. So please feel free to to do that. That gives us great feedback from all of you that are on the call with us today. Alright. So security. Moving then down the list there, French Canadian translation. So this is we, obviously, unique to, Canada, but it will give many of our customers, in that market a great advantage to be able to offer the the the the application process in in French Canadian. The other cool thing about this is that it lays the groundwork for us to be able to offer more language translations for customers that that may be interested in that. So while you may not be affected immediately by the French Canadian translation specifically, please know down the line that, again, that's laying groundwork for future, translation possibilities. The applicant user experience modernization. This is the biggest, what I would call customer facing kind of piece of work that we're working on right now, and that will be coming next year, for you. Complete redesign of the applicant experience into a modernized view. Very excited. We're gonna talk, quite a bit about that in the in the next coming slides here. And we'll be able to show you a lot of, screenshots and, mock ups of what that's looking like. And, again, that's in development right now, and we'll proceed with that into the 2026 as we work towards the release of that. The other, two big pieces here are, the, connections. Right? So we are also continuing to work on building connections between the black bot systems, as well as with other partners like Ellucian. So that is another focus that we have going into 2026, in addition to, working to build up our, presence in Australia and New Zealand as well. So excited about all that, and let's continue to move forward here, into this next section. Alright. So the applicant experience. So most of the next step we're gonna talk about here is around the applicant experience and how we are working to help improve that for you. For and I when I say you, of course, I mean, both you and your and your applicants. Right? So this will be immediately affecting the applicants, which in turn, of course, affects you on the, on the school and foundation side. So we're gonna go through some highlights here, and give you a chance to just see what this looks like. I will point out that QR code there. We will be and are looking for volunteers to be part of the EAP when we get to the point of that. So if you're interested in being part of an EAP, we welcome you to scan that QR code. There's just a short form that you can fill out and let us know, that you're interested, and then we'll follow-up with you accordingly. If you've not done an EAP before, that stands for early adopter program. That's that's when we get the new functionality to a point where it's pretty well locked in. You know, there might be a a thing here, a thing there that we're still working on, but it's it's pretty much locked in, And you have the opportunity to, where we have the opportunity to turn it on for you, essentially, and you can provide direct feedback to us about things that you like or don't like about it. So, it's it's a fun opportunity, and if you're willing to do something like that, we'd love to have you on board. Alright. So I'm gonna skip to the next slide here then, and we'll just kinda keep taking a look at some of these visuals here. We have the navigation changes as you can see there across the top. There are those four options there, and just giving, the students again the ability to see that very clearly and quickly. We have the related links on the right there that will always persist on the screen so that the students are able to see that very quickly and and get into that information. Here's auto save. I mentioned this earlier. The current, application process for students does not have this. We get a lot of feedback around this. The student goes in there, they get some work done, they get sidetracked, and they come back, and they've been logged out or whatever. It times out, and it it doesn't save their data. Those days will be gone with this new functionality because it will auto save as they're working through the application form. So, we're super excited about that and very happy to have that as an opportunity for us to improve the process for your students. Inline help, this is great because it streamlines the view for the user. And in any application or any applicant user experience, to have inline help provides a smaller group of text for the, the person to see while they're looking at the form. But if they need a little help, it's very clear. Everyone's familiar with the help icons in forms like this. They can just hover over it and get another deeper level of information. So, the inline help is another piece that we're continuing to to pursue there. Couple slides ago, I mentioned about the persisting links on the right side of the screen. So the FAQs, these are customizable by you at the school level. You can create these and then have them there. Again, for the students, you just click that link, opens up as a fly out. It doesn't open another tab. It doesn't open another window, stays on the same screen, and allows the student to see, and quickly understand, and get some answers to, you know, those frequently asked questions. Same idea here with the applicant record fly out. You know, if the student needs to see that information, they can click that link and it pops it open there for them to see very quickly. The new applicant reference page, enhanced to provide these additional capabilities, organizing by category. Again, just the whole idea of streamlining this for the students is top of mind for us as we put this together. And so the references page is continuing to pursue that theme here for the students. The application center, redesigned and reimagined, again, just all about the visual experience here and the ease of use for the student applicant as they're coming in here to be able to quickly and easily see all the information they need, where they need to go to see it, easily identifiable links, easily identifiable inline help, really just making everything simpler and easier for your students as they're going through this process. We also have a new student facing donor page. So this also is a great help for the students as they look to provide those thank you letters or learn about the donors that are providing the funds for them. So we've enhanced and redesigned this page as well to make that, again, a more modernized and, easy to use experience for the students. Alright. The next part here, the final part of the three parts is looking ahead. So this is, again, where we are going into the future. Things that may not be available in the immediate time frame, but will be available going out into the future. We continue to, focus on our accessibility. So we are having a new audit done right now, actually, and so we're very happy to be able to have that done because it's gonna provide us with a whole new, set of feedback of things that we can work on to help you and your students make sure that all of the accessibility is in the place that it needs to be and that we are, providing that, that ability for you to also report to those who need to be reported to by the schools and the institutions the information that you need to do that. The ever recurring theme of ongoing security upgrades, so, that's going to ever persist across across time here. And then moving down into the concurrent, or or sorry, the, connections here, that will continue to move forward. It's both the next and a looking ahead. We really wanna build out this concept here for everybody that we know that many of our, award and stewardship management users are also using other Blackbaud products, And we really wanna continue to build those connections between the products. We wanna continue to iterate on the APIs that do already exist, making them better. And, again, as I mentioned, working with, other partners of us like that we have like Ellucian to make sure that the connections, again, between many of our customers using those different products, we want to make it easy for you, and so that's a focus that we have. And then the modernized grids, is that longer term concurrent, cycles, pathway. So that continues on. We continue to work on that. That's not something that we've stopped doing. And in fact, I'm just gonna pop forward to the next slide because this is what this speaks to here. Right? So, even though I am still relatively new, I have become very familiar with the concurrent cycles, topic. I understand that it is a, need and a desire for many of our schools, to get to this point. We are continuing to work on this. The modernization of the grids, as you can see there along the pathway, is the first and most important step in the overarching goal to get to those concurrent cycles. So this is not work that we've stopped doing. We continue to work on this. It will be something that we're just always working on, as the path of this still continues. At the same time, we wanna provide now this is a this is a longer term path. Right? So that's why it's here kind of in the looking ahead. Right? So this is, there's a lot of work here in these four steps to get to step or in the first three steps to get to step four. So while that's while that's happening, we still really wanna be able to provide more immediate custom what, like, you know, what I would call customer facing. Right? Things that which is not like security upgrades. Right? Security upgrades, we're always doing that. It's always happening in the background. We wanna continue providing customer facing enhancements for you. Things like the applicant UX, that's a perfect example. The award cycle dashboard, the applicant centric awarding, those are all customer facing things. We wanna continue doing that and providing those enhancements and features for you at the same time that we're doing this work. So it's definitely a balance, and I just wanna be really super clear that this is still a goal that we have. It's still work that we're doing, but we're wanting to do other things at the same time so that we can continue to provide a modernized, efficient, streamlined experience for you while at the same time working, through this process. Alright. And so, this is, we've kinda hammered on this, a little bit here, so I don't wanna wanna dwell on it too much. But this connected systems piece here is is is a big thing for us. Again, we at Blackbaud have so many valuable systems that all of you at schools and foundations can take advantage of. And as I mentioned earlier, we know that many of you are using multiple different Blackbaud products in your everyday lives. And even if you're not using all the other Blackbaud products in your day to day role as as you're, again, like, you know, eyeball deep in award management, other offices at your school may be. Right? And so there's a clear need that we've heard where we want to be able to help you get data back and forth between those systems. Right? Particularly with Razer's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT. Those are the two big ones that connect most closely with award and stewardship management. There are some connections that exist today. If you're not familiar with the Redarc integration that exists out in the Blackbaud marketplace, you can use that today. Just go out to the Blackbaud marketplace and fire that up. It's out there, and we can help you set it up if you need help, but it does provide directions in the marketplace of how to do that. So there are things that you can utilize today, but, again, we want to make those better. We want to improve it as we go forward and give you the ability at your school to really take full advantage of all that Blackbaud has to offer. This is another view of the kind of the story that I'm telling here, just to give you some other ideas of where it's common in different, schools and institutions to, have these connections across the Blackbaud products. So, again, the the story remains the same. We wanna give you the best chance that you have to be the most successful with all of the Blackbaud products without hindrance between the systems. Alright. So that brings us actually, I believe, to the end of my time here. And, Kristen, please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I'm transitioning back to you at this point. You are. You are. So. I know that we have shared a lot of information with you, and there are a lot of questions that are coming. Our team behind the scenes is working diligently to get you answers to these questions too. But I am so glad to see all the, questions that you have, but also the great feedback that you're sharing as well. This is really helpful to all of us. We hear that feedback, and we're also sharing this with our development team, of course, and then partnering with our product team after this session as well to make sure that we are weighing in your feedback, into future plans as well. So thank you for that feedback. Keep that coming and certainly keep your questions coming as well. But speaking of the connectivity that Aaron had mentioned just a few minutes ago, if you have both Raiser's Edge NXT and Blackbaud award management, this may be something that you're not aware of. If you are not yet aware of this, there is a free resource that exists for you to, be able to integrate these two solutions in the Blackbaud marketplace. So Erin had mentioned the Redarc connector, and that's exactly what this is. This integration gives users a three sixty view of award activity inside of Raiser's Edge NXT displaying constituent award information from Blackbaud award management right on the constituent page in RE NXT. And so we wanted to make sure we were surfacing this because from time to time, throughout the past couple of months, we've heard more and more people say they weren't aware of this, but this is certainly available and it is free for you to use, as well. And so just more detail about what this is. This integration actually synchronizes award recipients and cross references funds from directly within Raiser's Edge NXT displaying award and fund information on a home screen tile with drill down capabilities, to allow our NXT, so Razer's Edge NXT users to be able to see this information without logging into a separate system. But the cool part about this is just really how this data flows to help you visualize this integration and how the data moves between the systems. This illustration shows you just that, and you'll see that once the two systems are connected, you can configure the data to be viewed at either the fund level or the constituent level depending on what type of information it is that you need. And so the more data you have at your fingertips, the better you're able to strengthen the relationship with your donors, and hopefully raise more funds for the deserving students that you you and your institution support as well. And we also know that there are many pieces to award management, whether you are a seasoned veteran with using the solution or if you are more of a newbie, that is totally cool. We have training that's available to you at learn.blackpod.com. So you can join the discussion with interactive sessions for virtual instructor led sessions as well as resources that are available anytime twenty four seven, that are at your fingertips to be able to access exactly what it is that you need. So whether you are onboarding new team members or if you just want a refresher on something maybe that you don't touch within the awarding cycle and processes, but once a year and want that refresher, feel free to tap into these resources to help you, as well. And so speaking of those additional resources that exist to support you, we have, to help you make sure you're getting the the most out of your Blackboard award and stewardship management solution. If you haven't taken advantage of these newest courses that you see here, we have, our newest piece that module that we've released is utilizing reviewer groups. If you've not taken advantage of that, we highly encourage you to do so. And we have several courses that are coming soon as well with streamlining communications with applicants and donors as well as awarding cycle management, that you can tap into as well. So we also have trending topics as well that you can see what users just like you are really interested in at the moment, and this is really cool because you're all or a lot of you are in some of the same cycles, currently, and where you can apply this is certainly digging deeper into getting information about these help resources here, but you can also activate what you're learning within the community as well. And I highly encourage you to get engaged within the Blackbaud Award and Stewardship Management community. This is a free resource to you as well. These are your peers, people across the country and internationally who are doing the same thing that you are. And so if you have a question, this is a great resource for you to get help and to get feedback and banter back and forth about we tried this, this didn't work, but we tried it this way and maybe this was effective for us. So this is a great resource for you to take advantage of as well. In addition to your customer success manager as well, if you do not know who that is, certainly let us know. We can connect you with your some additional help resources there as well. And our customer success team also hosts success sessions to really help you with product adoption, also to gain product insights, as well as getting tips and user, best practices for best way is to utilize pieces of functionality as well. As is the links to or as are the links, I cannot speak, today, but the links for the community for award and stewardship management are also linked in the doc section for you to tap into so you can stay engaged with your peers as well. And so just to surface a few cup, additional resources, save the date for our marquee developer event. This is Phoebe Dev Days. And so you can get more confident, and make the most of these new tools with taking advantage of the resources that we'll plug into the screen and show you here. And so speaking of that certification, we're launching the free sector specific AI certification, with the AI Coalition for Social Impact, which is designed to help you use AI ethically and effectively. So you'll gain practical skills, but also earn continuing education credits, and you'll be able to be a part of a community of change makers that are really leading the way with AI in a very responsible manner. And so the first course module arrives in early twenty twenty six, so sign up for the waiting list if you're interested using the QR code on your screen. And, also just to give you a few additional tips about, our agents for good, this is a virtual team member powered by AI and integrated within your black bond solution. So specifically with Raiser's Edge NXT. So our very first agent for good, the development agent, will be able to help you to identify and steward your donors, that you may not have had time to reach, unlocking new revenue streams for your institution and for your mission. And so this innovation is really all about giving your team extra capacity so you can focus on the human side of doing your specific role in your work as well. But speaking of the goodness that, is coming to a a wide range of our products, we covered a lot of this at bbcon. If you were not there, we'd really want to make sure that you're able to to, tap into the goodness that was shared at bbcon. So we announced how we're delivering more connection and more possibility and also more confidence through innovative strategies in our AI solutions as well. So from AgenTic AI to our free AI certification, we're making it easier for you to drive impact and certainly to lead with trust. So if you'd like to learn more, you can check out the full recap, and I've also linked this in the doc section for you as well if you wanna see more about what's coming, and what we announced at BBCon as well. So we certainly hope that today's session was helpful for you and making sure that you are, learning about all the goodness that has been delivered with Black Model Ward and Stewardship Management, but also what's to come as well. And so I wanna make sure that we're carving out additional room for questions, that we may not have been able to address yet. Randy, were there any that you think we need to bring to the forefront, to to share with the team? I think, Rainey, we can't hear you yet. There you go. Can you hear me now? Yep. We can hear go. I got a lot of those double mutes. Hey. I gotta come on stage to be able to so you guys can hear me. I think we've. gone through most of the questions. Wasn't able to get a screenshot for the AI certification. Can you please provide that? I think you're gonna be able to have a copy. An email is gonna just see here. It's come up a couple times. Email will come out. It's gonna have a link to this presentation. You're gonna get the deck. You're gonna have all the links. But I think we can probably surface that link again, while we're on. So a link to that AI certification is an ask right now. I hope to see some more organization and stewardship on the side of things. We are adding that, Maya, to the ask. What we found is is getting these new outcomes with the award really will impact the stewardship outcomes downstream. And so we're trying to take on first things first. But we do hear you. And we are passing this information on to our product team. So they are gonna hear your feedback directly. Let's see. In the modernize modernization of the applicant user experience, will there be improvements to searching and filtering for opportunities? Probably you need to hear more about that. You can search on when you're in ACA, it's gonna automatically present those opportunities with a student meets criteria. You can sort against that. You can filter. Again, Aaron showed you that on that right hand side of the screen. But if that didn't address what you're asking in that unique question, Margaret, please do, and this is what I'll encourage everybody. If we don't get your questions answered today, please go in as an admin. You can contact support, start a chat, resurface the question. If we don't get an address, we're going to open a ticket and we will get it we will get your question answered. So I just want to kind of call that out. So please do, reach out to it. Other questions we saw in here, wasn't able to get the screenshot, we got that one. Modernization, we got that one. I'm trying to look for some more here, Kristen. Did you see any there? Yeah. Hey. I was just going to surface this really quickly. I know we answered this, live, behind the scenes, but people were asking a lot about how to activate the new dashboard. And so, if you have not activated this yet, just a quick, tip here is that if you activate it on your screen, it will not change the preferences system administrator. If you change your preference, the question may be the do all of my opportunity admins now see this, view of the dashboard, or will they see the dashboard view with their cards? No. So when you change your settings on which dashboard you prefer to see, that's unique to you. And so your individual opportunity admins can do the same. They can change theirs at their leisure, and you can change this as many times as you would like. So to be able to activate the new dashboard, you'll just go to your name bubble that's on the right hand side of your screen, in your platform, and you will update the landing page. And the new landing page will be called, the award cycle manager. So you'll see that, and you can, again, interchange which dashboard you wanna see at any given point, and and and and at any time. Another thing I wanna call out just so it's on the recording and it's here because I know we've got some BBCRM clients. One of the question was, what about connecting to BBCRM? If you go back to service pack 22 or bbCRM, you will see that connection to Award Management. It's all documented there. It tells you how to configure it, what you can set up, and what details it does bring back and forth. Just call it out, Service Pack 22 for our Blackbaud CRM clients. Trying to see if there's anything else we wanna surface quickly on these. I think we did respond to most, Kristen. If we didn't respond to your question, we do have your email, and we will get a response to you because we do wanna be respectful of the time on the call today. There was a question about what was the name of the application that synchronizes RNXT and award management in the marketplace. Yeah. I can get that one for you. That's Redarc. Yep. And if you go to the if you are a Blackbaud or a NXT client, you can go to the marketplace today and you can look for the Redarc integrations and it will give you step by step instructions on how to create that connection. And, again, what that will do is memorialize the disbursements at the fund level so that you can have conversations with your donors about recipients that receive the award, and then you have the option to create a constituent record for that recipient or it will memorialize the awards they receive. And that is through Redarc, which is free in the marketplace today. Yep. So a lot of really good feedback has come across about, APIs and wish list items. So these are really helpful pieces of feedback too. We highly encourage you to engage in the EAP that is also linked in the doc section, on your screen so you can share this feedback and additional feedback with our product and development teams as they're iterating on what this looks like and what the outcomes will be as well. So just keep those ideas coming and that feedback coming. This is incredibly valuable for all of our teams as we're working on building these pieces out. But, again, it seems like we've gotten to most of the questions. And, again, if there are any if there's anything left pending, we will certainly make sure that we reach out to you directly and again thank you so much for your time today and for your participation and engagement. We hope this was just as helpful for you as it was for us to be able to share the exciting things that have been delivered as well as what's to come with Blackbaud award and stewardship management. We hope you all have a wonderful remainder of your day, and we look forward to engaging with you soon. Take care. Thanks, everybody.
