As we share these updates with you, we want to be candid upfront that some of these advanced capabilities will be possible only on the cloud. So one of my strong recommendations for you would be to adopt the cloud based Blackbaud CRM. Thank you once again. Enjoy the pub. Hello, and welcome to the Blackbaud enterprise fundraising CRM and Blackbaud Internet solutions product update briefing for November 2025. I'm Allison Madrigal, enterprise fundraising product marketing. If you've joined today's session in hopes of hearing updates for razors edge NXT or eTapestry, please note that we have separate product update briefings for those sessions. Before we get started, I'll go over a few housekeeping items. The webinar audio will be broadcast through your computer speakers. Captions are available by clicking on the cc, the closed caption button at the bottom of your screen to turn captions on and off. If you encounter any audio or technical issues such as slides freezing, usually a quick refresh of your browser is the best way to get it working again. Worst case scenario, leave and log in again. On the right hand side of your screen, you will see the q and a and resources or docs section. We have a great team in the background who are here to answer your questions. We'll do our best to keep up, but Experian says we may need to handle some questions as a follow-up. To help us manage that, please try to be specific as you formulate your question. For example, instead of saying when will this be available, ask when will Blackbaud AI chat be available, for example. We will respond to all questions, so please be patient if we need to follow-up. Next, because this is one of our product update briefings, I do need to read the following safe harbor statement in its entirety. This presentation contains forward looking statements that involve inherent risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. It outlines Blackbaud's current plans and general product direction as the date of this presentation was created. Functionality described in this presentation that is not currently available is subject to change at any time without notice at Blackbaud's sole discretion. It does not represent a commitment to develop or release specific features within the time frame discussed according to the presented design or at all. Please make any purchase decisions based on the features and functionality that are currently available. For our product update briefing today, you will hear from several leaders across product management team who are working to transform enterprise fundraising with you. Today's agenda will focus on our vision and strategy for enterprise fundraising innovation. You'll learn how we're building enterprise fundraising CRM for the future and what that path looks like. We'll also look at specific road map items that are in active development. In this section, you'll see prototypes of work underway and learn about the value streams we're driving for you and your teams. And we'll close with the recap of resources and ways to empower your journey with Blackbaud enterprise fundraising CRM and Blackbaud Internet solutions. Now it's my pleasure to introduce Nina Gupta Nidal who will guide you through our vision and progress for enterprise fundraising innovation. Nina. Thank you, Allison. I am so thrilled to join, you, and thank you for the introduction. And I'm especially thrilled to join all of our customers and our partners, and everyone attending this product update briefing. The most compelling part of what we are achieving is really building fundraising innovation with you and for you. And what we will be sharing today is a view of the progress that we have made, and then also the plans and the innovation vision that we have, planned out for you and with you to really drive that fundraising innovation and that value and that strength that we really wanna, make sure that is in the hands of our customers and the market. So in many of you may have been in conversations with me and our product team members. We use this, guiding product vision statement really to underscore, and it is constant reminder, but to underscore what our commitment is to all of our customers and to the market. The guiding vision is to power every organization to really achieve its fundraising objectives. This is the domain that we focus on every day, and every minute of what we're trying to achieve. So really, it is driving that fundraising with you and for you that is such a critical part of what we're achieving. It's also amplifying our social impact with Blackbaud Intelligence for Good. So Intelligence for Good is a strategy that we use across the company. It doesn't just mean that it is something in a product that we that we add. We look at the overarching view of what does data mean, how do we use that for powering greater innovation in our products, and how do we do it responsibly and with trustworthy, practices that have to be in place. So that focus is also one way that we are actually achieving that amplification of your objectives and then truly benefiting from that end to end connected experience and that continuous time to value. So with that, we know that we operate in a vendor ecosystem that you're managing. So how do we connect the experience in greater ways, not only at the product level, but at the data level as well? So those are many of the areas that we have, gone through in our discovery and our design and our definition processes. We're sharing that with our customers to gain, more knowledge and inform how we should be delivering, but all of that actually does power that next generation innovation that we're so excited to to bring to all of you. So building the future of enterprise fundraising, really is a function of a few areas for us. Number one, it is truly our ability to deliver on our commitments that we have made to you and to the market. So we are committed to delivering a secure, modern, set of value streams and meeting the requirements and those requests and ideas that really we are gaining from all of our customers and from the market and from our partners. It is that level of sort of discovery and those conversations, the many ways that we gather that information that strengthen Blackbaud enterprise fundraising that is Blackbaud CRM and the experience that we are that we're innovating and, of course, modernizing. So it's that, that comes from idea bank submissions. It comes from conversations. So thank you very much for informing so much of our process. So there are two paths that are really critical for us. Number one, it's modernizing the the experience with Blackbaud, Sky. The Sky framework is a Blackbaud, open source framework that is available to all customers, partners, and to the market. But we are using Sky UX, which is part of that framework, really to deliver that modern intuitive, experience. Those are workflows that, in many cases, we're just looking at them, making sure that maybe something that took, let's say, 10 steps that we can optimize that, but without being disruptive to the processes and the operations that you're already charting. So that is also giving us the ability to deliver to you quick access to a number of the areas where your fundraisers are focused, whether it's the tasks, the reports, or that content that they require to be available. Also, it really helps us to ensure that we are really driving that the type of capabilities that ultimately power that high value engagement that fundraisers require. With the modernization is also our focus on fundraising intelligence with AI. So that is our ability to really build on that deep data foundation, data that lives in Blackbaud CRM for every customer, but also data that actually lives in our data stores that are really powered and give us the value of intelligence for good. So how do we combine that to support really good intelligence, technologies that we're investing in and making sure that our customers who are on Blackbaud Cloud operations have that, strength that we can bring to them. It provides us with the ability that we can give you the insights, optimize those areas of, assistance that we wanna bring to you, and then, of course, it ultimately helps donor stewardship and the connections across your datasets. So I'd like to, use this quote. It's from McKinsey, but it really underpins how we are thinking about what intelligence should mean, especially AI. For we don't see this as a buzzword or hype. For many, many industries, it's coming together very quickly. In our case, we're seeing it as an opportunity to really help those areas of decision making, or how can we actually power that value of automating those basic day to day tasks that may be complex or just regularly occurring so that we can provide fundraisers with greater time and the ability to focus on the more human domains that is really necessary to power social impact. So that can include greater capabilities for collaboration, for communication, but many ways that technology should be used as a force multiplier and not just as hype. So for us, this is a very, very critical part of how we see, the power that we wanna bring to you. And then the intelligence technologies that we're that we're investing in, all of that fund the powering of fundraising innovation. So I'd like to just give a high level view. Our team is actually gonna cover a more detailed view of all of our progress, but also all of our plans. But this view gives us a a way to chart what does modernization mean and what does innovation mean. So it I just wanna start at the left hand side and really say that as we started on this path, we started at the level that had to be the primary focus, and that was really at the data level. We invested in, for our cloud, Blackbaud Cloud Operations customers, built in transparent data encryption that is an investment that we are making to ensure that data is secure at rest, on Azure for any of the hosting hosted customers on our Blackbaud cloud operations. We also know that, as I've mentioned, this is a very, very connected ecosystem that you're managing. So how do we actually connect at with data at the data level with connectors? And we started with a digital marketing connector that, of course, gives the ability to for us to understand data in modern digital platforms and how can that be actually combined with Blackbaud CRM to give the extra strength and the power that, organizations need. Our modernization path really has been gaining speed. And today, you'll see many areas that we're gonna be demoing how we are bringing that to life. But that Sky UX modern experience, that implementation that we have started on, we will be delivering in the first half of next year, all goes to what every single one of our customers, who is on Blackboard CRM will be actually getting. So we'll deploy to all customers regard regardless of their deployment model and ensure that everyone has that modern experience that they're able to use and, of course, operate in more optimized ways. And then the parallel track that we're on is the innovation track, And that is where we can understand data, and then, of course, create that unified data model that really helps power greater and greater ways that we can bring Blackbaud AI chat to our customers. And we can actually also, bring that fundraising, intelligence that is giving us the ability to have, greater dashboards and the abilities for BI to be introduced. All to go into ways that we're also using, our agents for good. And if you have a chance to actually, attend Paul Goldstein's innovation session, you'll see how he is actually powering a lot of that innovation in parallel to exactly what we're doing. So I am so excited, to have the opportunity to participate with you, very excited with what Chris is going to share, and, thank you for every amount of information and everything that we are able to achieve together. Thank you very much, Nina. Hello, everyone. It's my pleasure to speak to you today. As the slide says, I'm excited to share what's coming to you in 2026. So let me start by giving you a taste of what's to come. Welcome to Blackboard CRM powered by Sky UX, a modern, responsive, and accessible user interface. Users familiar with Blackboard CRM also see the same navigational features and functional areas that you see in the Infiniti view. Let's start our journey by searching for a constituent. We'll look at Rita Daily's record. We'll start by adding our first name, last name, and as the record opens, you'll notice it's much more than a modern accessible look. We've added Power BI dashboards using Sky add ins to allow you to tailor tiles in your applications and extend Blackboard CRM using partner applications in the Blackboard marketplace. In the top right, there is the Blackboard AI sparkle. Blackboard AI chat is our new revolutionary AI powered productivity assistant, offering insights that enable you to save time and simplify complex tasks so that you don't have to sift through years of transactions, donor interactions, and so many other assets. You will see from Blackboard AI chat summarized Breeder's record. Think of chat for Blackboard AI as a coach, not a bot. And what where this gets really exciting is Blackbaud will utilize its forty five years of experience in the world's largest philanthropic dataset to power your users with best practices and benchmarks. Now I noticed we haven't thanked Rita for her recent gift. So let's click the draft of thank you note, and Blackboard AI is going to help us build an email for Rita to thank her for her contribution. From there, I can send that email. And if you're using Outlook integration, that will bring the email back into Blackbaudsierra. Or you can click the add an interaction, and it will prepopulate the email in your interaction ready for you to save a reader's record. Now I wanted to introduce you to our intelligence dashboards that deliver insights and configurable reports. But that's not all because Blackboard AI chat also works here, giving you the ability to use natural language to ask questions. So let's ask what fundraisers are making asks later this year. Blackboard AI chat will create a list of opportunities due to close this year. We can open that list and explore these major donors. By clicking on Rita's record, we can see all of the details relating to this opportunity. Okay. Let's go back to the intelligence dashboard. We plan to have tiles that show details about donor performance and major giving performance. I can see here we have 330 major giving prospects currently. As I drill into those details, we'll see a heat map of where these supporters are based, and we can filter these using our give giving capacity for those that are greater than a million dollars. As we filter this list, we can hover over New York state, and I can see details of the 10 prospects that exist there. The list below has also been updated, giving me the option to drill further into details, such as that as Sophie Lindstrom. So that's just a taste of things to come. And before I move on, I want to review our strategic foundations for Platbots CRM. The strategy is grounded in four key areas. One, building on building on Blackboard's, should I say, unmatched fundraising foundation and deep data intelligence that embodies decades of learning, expertise, and leadership. At the core, Blackboard CRM value is our product and user workflows. This our purpose built our purpose is built to provide industry pioneering fundraising and constituent management, supercharging efficiency and driving outcomes to customers at enterprise scale. This, sorry. Secondly is our Sky UX, which enables Blackboard partners and customers to extend the value and impact in a secure, agile, and scalable way. Speaking of security, we know this is nonnegotiable, and we're track tackling security risks through a multi land approach. I'll be talking more about this later in the briefing. Finally, our unparalleled data and AI innovation that Neil was referring to and talking about, leveraging our deep data foundation, our AI ready data models, and AI expertise that power insights and drive actions. And talking about Blackwood Sky, that itself is made up of multiple different elements. It's a combination of different foundational pieces. So as we roll this out, it's much more than just APIs or a new user experience. It's a foundational piece that enables Blackboard AI capabilities, insights, agentic agents, tools that will help you each and every day to make a real difference to your missions. And as a Sky developer, Blackboard Sky gives you the tools to deliver fully accessible, modern enhancements using Sky APIs, Sky add ins, and the Sky UX framework. This is all powered by enterprise level Sky SaaS services. And when paired with Blackboard cloud operations, it can handle the most demanding use cases. But Sky UX is not new. We started this journey back in 2021 with Blackboard ID, our secure identification service that ensures your supported data is safe from unauthorized access. 2023 saw the release of Sky APIs and Sky add ins. Both of these enable us now to bring you the Sky user experience, which will start rolling out in 2026. But the Sky user experience for Blackboard CRM is far more than that look and feel. It's built on a dynamic engine, ensuring that any page designer changes are mirrored in Sky just as you have them in Infiniti. So when I say it's more than just a look and feel, it is. It is your purpose, designed new look and feel. Finally, transformation doesn't stop there, and we keep improving the Sky user experience and bringing you all the power of Blackboard AI next year. And our goal with AI is to help you work smarter, help you work faster, and, be more strategic. Powered by unmatched data is our focus. We'll do this in three distinct areas. There's chat for Blackboard AI, which enables engagement with your data using natural language and quickly surface insights, generate content, and access fundraising best practice. Excuse me. The next is our intelligence assistance, which is AI driven fund, word flows to accelerate tasks across cultivation, stewardship, strategy, and digital fundraising. This means less time on manual processes and more time building donor relations. Our agents for good you is the third, and they utilize Adjintiq AI team members to expand your capabilities and your capacity, augmenting your staff and supporting them to unlock new revenue streams and dive deeper into engagement. These new offers can help you, these are new offers, and you can find out more by attending the agents for good product update briefing. Finally, let's dive into a little bit more detail of our road map. We'll start by framing the road map, conversation we'll have today. We'll categorize these updates into three areas. When we talk about now, that's either available today or due to be available in the next year. Next looks at features we're releasing in the 2026. Whilst as we look ahead, our focus is on the 2026 and into early twenty seven. Now it's my pleasure to introduce Deepinder, who will guide you through our Sky user experience. Thank you, Chris. My name is Deepakar. I'm leading Sky UX modernization for Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM. At Blackboard, Sky UX design system is the guiding framework behind our product design strategy. Let's go through some of the fundamental philosophies that we take into account as we work on the Sky user experience. The first being consistency, a standardized interface that feels familiar across all Blackboard products in terms of user experience. Ease of use is a multidimensional priority for any design system. While enhancing the end user experience remains central, Sky UX extends this focus to include implementation simplicity. Our design system is built not only for intuitive user experience, but also for seamless integration by your developers and our partners. The natural outcome of an easy to use system is efficiency for users. Accessibility is a foundational principle for us. We understand the diverse needs of our users and are committed to creating inclusive experiences that serves everyone. From thoughtful color contrast and visual elements to built in support for assistive technologies, accessibility is embedded into every component of our design system. Our goal is to deliver an experience that supports digital accessibility by default. Finally, quality has been another focus area. We provide testing frameworks and regular updates to the component libraries. Built in automated testing helps ensure that updates mitigate any breaking changes. Sky UX empowers organizations to work smarter, faster, and more inclusively. The power of Sky UX helps Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM become more modern in multiple ways. Our modernization approach is threefold. We have built the dynamic conversion engine that renders your Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM into the sky user experience. This include your page design changes and workspaces. With this, we can accelerate the time to delivery for this new user experience. We will provide you with the ability to switch between user experiences and allow this to be secured by role. As we are on this modernization journey, we are streamlining and improving the user experience across multiple key user journeys removing redundant or unnecessary steps to help with productivity while ensuring we keep any changes to a minimum. In the upcoming slides, I'll outline what we are working on now and what's coming next. Let's start from the view of a fundraiser. You can see many of the functions you may be familiar with from our existing Blackboard CRM experience. You will notice the functional areas on the left hand side and consistent and the constituent tabs next to them providing a streamlined and consistent look and feel. Constituent page will include an improved overview tab that gives you access to the most important data for your users. With full mobile responsiveness, fundraisers can manage key activities anytime, anywhere, ensuring flexibility and productivity on the go. The intuitive Sky UX design ensures fundraisers can quickly adapt to the system, minimizing training time and accelerating productivity. Optimized navigation and task flows help fundraisers do routine tasks more effectively, freeing up time for relationship building. Clear, consistent layouts simplify navigation and processes, enabling fundraisers to access and manage donor information with ease. Let's take a look at what is coming next for fundraisers. By streamlining prospect plan management, it makes tracking plan and step stages simple and intuitive. Fundraisers gain clear visibility into next steps and engagement history, ensuring they stay organized and focused on building meaningful relationships. This enhanced usability reduces complexity, saves time, and empowers team teams to work more efficiently so they can concentrate on driving impact rather than navigating systems. Now let's take a look at what's next for gift processors. Managing donations, pledges, recurring gifts will feel effortless with fewer manual steps and reduced complexity. By streamlining workflows, teams will give will gain more time to focus on what matters most while improving overall efficiency. Looking further ahead for gift processors, revenue batch workflows will be easier and more intuitive, reducing complexity, saving time with simplified batch entry while standardized forms and built in validation will help minimize errors and improve accuracy. This modernization empowers gift processors to operate with greater speed and precision. As a next with Sky UX, Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM empowers donor relations officers to deliver exceptional donor experiences. Streamlined event workflows mean less time on logistics and more time building relationships. From faster setup to smarter execution and accelerated task completion, your team can run events seamlessly and focus on creating meaningful connections that drive long term engagement. Looking further ahead, we plan to enhance appeal workflows with simplified setup and improved accuracy. Stay tuned. I will now hand it over to Lokesh. Thank you. Thank you, Deepinder. Hello, everyone. I'm Lokesh, senior product manager, Blackbird. I look after data intelligence and innovations. I will talk about on what are innovations and data intelligence we are bringing for Blackbird CRM. With the advent of AI and data intelligence at every steps of our task and activities, we at Blackbird aim to incorporate AI to unlock possibilities that were previously unattainable. Our goal is to help you work smarter, faster, and more strategically powered by unmatched data. By harnessing intelligence for good and leveraging philanthropic dataset, we will strengthen your fundraising efforts, making them faster and smarter than ever before. To start with, our focus is on two distinct areas. Intelligence for good, where you can track your fundraising performance with actionable insights. Blackboard AI chat, where you can engage with your data to easily surface insights, generate content, and access fundraising best practices without complex queries. Now I want to deep drive deeper and highlight on these features a little more. All Black box CRM personas will get to see data insights dashboard where they can track their fundraising performances and their revenue to aid fundraising optimizations and drive impactful actions. Using all these insights and concepts, we are going to bring for you intelligence dashboard, which will make your fundraising journey and fundraising strategy smoother and faster. These are few of the sample insights displayed. In addition, you can embed your existing Power BI dashboard using Sky Add ins to make this unique to your organization so that it tracks against your mission's goal. Your organization can decide whether to allow users to create their own dashboard, or you can pre create dedicated dashboards for users to access. These are based on Blackbaud CRM data. You can configure your refresh rates. They are securely designed with fully role based access. Moving forward, we would want to discuss a little bit on details on Blackbaud AI chat. Blackbaud AI chat will also be available through these dashboards to aid in natural language, seamless integration interactions with your data, gaining insights, generating content, and accessing fundraising best practices without complex queries or waiting for others to provide informations. In short, you get a powerful assistance at your fingertips. Let's take a little closer look at Blackhawk Edge eight, your intelligent fundraising assistant. It's designed to help you ask, discover, and fundraise more efficiently through natural conversational interactions. I'd like to highlight few of the features of Blackbaud AIChate. To start with instant insights, simply ask Blackboard AI, and it delivers donor insights, personalized outreach, ideas, and strategic recommendations right when you need them. Context aware expertise. This isn't just a chatbot. It's a smart, context aware assistant that understand your data and acts like an expert fundraising strategist. Real time summaries. Open a prospective major donor record, and Blackbaud AI instantly provides a quick summary of your history with the with the donor. Creative engagement. You need new ideas? Blackbaud AI can brainstorm engagement strategies tailored to your donor profile. Finally, future power. We are building advanced capability soon. You will be able to create optimized opportunities or even a full cultivation plan, complete with step by step follow-up actions designed to secure your next step In short, Blackbaud AIChat transforms how you interact with your data making fundraising fundraising smarter, faster, and more strategic Finally, Blackboard AITF will assist with outreach and planning providing you with AI driven workflows to accelerate task completion across cultivation, stewardship, and digital fundraising. This means less time on manual processes and more time building donor relationship. AI helps you access details about constituents and prospects, freeing up your time to focus on customer engagement. If I can summarize, Blackbaud CRM intelligence innovation module is designed to help you unlock new levels of efficiency and impact in your fundraising effort. Please do consider Blackbaud AI has access to all Blackbaud Institute white tables and industry best practices. It will be regionalized and understand your vertical, like nonprofit versus high rates. It will understand sentiments and your branding. It will be secure by rule. With this, I would like to pass it on to Chris where he will take us through the roadmaps. Thank you very much, Lukesh. Just to recap where where I started and bring a slide I showed you at the beginning, the areas that you've seen from Deepinda, from Lukesh, really do help power our Sky UX journey. Whereas the fundraising intelligence built for nonprofit, as Lukesh said, or the power of Sky UX, Sky add ins, and Sky APIs, It's all built on Sky's proven service to make Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM better for you and your users. So let's take a quick look at some of the other areas on today's road map. We've spoken about Blackboard, back to CRM, but we've not forgotten Blackboard Internet solutions. In fact, we are committed to four key value streams for investment. We're enhancing the strength of our, online donations using Blackboard's new payment capture to provide safe and secure transactions. We're also offering additional payment methods, and our email capability capabilities are receiving further email editor updates, and we're upgrading the underlying email systems next year. To make your life easier, we're also giving you the ability to copy custom parts just like you can do with standard parts, therefore, allowing you to copy custom event registration form parts used for last year's event or customer volunteer sign up, parts when you create new pages. Finally, security is always top of mind for us, and we'll be rolling out virus scanning on the content that you upload into, Blackboard Internet solutions, such as Internet, to keep your organizations and your supporters and alumni safe. And that's all. Blackboard online giving donation forms are now available to Canadian customers. In addition, a new rule type was added to the batch distribution that enables the splitting of batches into two separate payment and recurring gift plan and pledges. This is a valuable, addition for organizations who want to keep postable revenue separate from their commitment records. Now with optimized and standard forms, you can encourage our supporters to share with friends and help broaden your reach with our social sharing feature. When you enable this feature, donors will be encouraged to share with their friends through Facebook, WhatsApp, or by copying the link and sharing it on their favorite platforms. Based on customer feedback, we've also increased the number of designations available to optimize fonts from 10 to 30 to allow more flexibility for for designated giving. And we move standard donation forms to the latest payment technology as we are with Blackboard Internet Solutions with no downtime in showing continuous payment processing, and it adds Google Pay as a payment method. Both Google Pay and Apple Pay will now be available methods for recurring gifts. Plus, donor cover will become available in place of complete cover where transactions are ineligible. Finally, we've added Google Tag Manager to settings to unlock a powerful, insights, solution. And in the coming days, a revenue category mapping will also be added to the CRM connection and preferences that enables you to select your revenue category and how it applies to all the revenue generated by online giving. This is an optional field that will be especially helpful if your revenue category is required by your general ledger setup. Something we're working towards next year, for everyone, we'll be releasing a new type of website component called the donation reminder. This is for forms that you're launching on your own website domains, not the ones hosted by Blackboard. When donors start either a standard or optimized donation form, but then abandon that process for any at any stage, when they navigate back to your website or return to our donation, it will give them a friendly reminder and allow them to continue where they left off, encouraging them to complete their donations. Now moving on, this is one for customers that are hosted in our Blackboard cloud operations. Previously, we announced the release of the Blackboard's backup request tool, and we've been listening to your feedback and how we can make this better. So one of the first updates was made was to quickly and easily see the number of backups the year after we received, how many are remaining for each month, and the total number of backups for the year. And when you request a backup, you update we've updated this to show its status so you can see when the backup has, been completed, if it's failed, and for what reason, or if the download has expired and whether that is ready for you to collect, from our download service. And sticking with the technical thing, I wanna talk about SQL 2022 and SQL 2025 certifications for Blackboard CRM. We've started our initial testing of SQL '20 22 and plan to start a certification for SQL '20 20 five in the new year. As many of you are aware, SQL Server '20 25 no longer includes SQL Servers reporting services, and it's been replaced in favor of Power BI reporting services. As we certify SQL 2025, we'll be including the migration steps for your reports currently in SSRS. Obviously, we'll keep you updated on our progress in these two vital certifications for Blackboard enterprise fundraising CRM. And we're soon to release service pack 41. Both service packs forty and forty one contain security updates that we want customers to adopt. These service packs contain always contain far more than functional updates. They have platform security updates built directly into them, closing vital vulnerabilities in the platform, all Blackboard Internet solutions. Hence, we are encouraging all our customers to update to these latest service packs as soon as possible to keep your environments up to date but also secure for all of your data. I know a lot of customers have already done this, so thank you. But for those customers, please do stay tuned and look out for service pack 41, and plan for an update as soon as possible. Thank you very much. And finally, I'm really pleased to announce that we have started a brand new resource center for Blackboard Enterprise Fundraising CRM. This will be a one stop shop for all the information you need, giving you detailed information about our progress in the Sky user experience, service pack updates, and also best practices, security updates, links to all of your Blackboard resources available to you as well. Just to close out my section today, we've given we've seen you've seen a lot of updates today, all of which are in progress, or will be with you in your hands very, very soon. Here's a summary of the goodness that we've already delivered or will we deliver in the remainder of this year. Blackboard online giving is now available to our Canadian customers, enabling you to use standard and optimized donation forms. If you would like to know more, please do join the online giving product update briefly, which will focus on more of the the features and capabilities that you will will receive a part of that or are coming to all our customers, with online donation forms. S p forty one will complete our security updates for 2025. Whilst we've delivered fantastic updates to the cloud portal, there is still more to come. But I'm excited to say that, we are just about to kick off our technical previews for constituent revenue transaction and prospect plans as part of our Sky UX modernization. So that's really exciting, literally starting this week. And we have completed our proof of concept for the unified semantic data model. We've learned loads from that. In 2026, we will be delivering that important capability and start delivering that that capability. And looking forward, there's much more to come. Virus scanning for Blackboard Internet solutions to keep everyone safe. The new resource center, which will be, as I said, that central, place for all of your Blackboard resources. We'll also be testing the first release of Blackboard CRM on Sky user interface, in the first quarter of the year with a full early adopter program. And if you'll notice, the the color of that, that's gonna be initially be for a black Blackboard hosted customers. The we're also exploring and, trialing a technical preview for on premise, with Blackboard, Sky. However, this would only be available for our US customers. But as we transition further into the rest of the year, we'll be doing technical previews for a new batch entry and more capabilities in workflow, and workflows within the Sky user experience. And finally, we'll be getting our accessibility certifications, in the second half of next year working towards a WCAG 2.2 double a standard, so working to that latest standards. And going on to what Lakish covered, in our fundraising intelligence with AI track through here, we'll have customer technical previews for both our intelligence dashboards and Blackboard AI chat within Blackboard, enterprise fundraising CRM. And as we go towards the end of the year, we will start to see the goodness that our integrated data layer, unified data layer will bring to all our customers as well. So I'm really, really excited of what we see in 2026. And with that, it's been a pleasure talking to you all. I'm gonna hand back to Alison to close us out. Thank you very much. Over to you. Thank you, Chris. Before we wrap up, I'd like to highlight a few ways that you can learn, share, and be part of the process. Beginning in q one, we're introducing a new look back, look forward series, for Blackbaud CRM. These sessions will give you a chance to stay informed on product enhancements and get an inside view of what's coming next on our road map. It's a great way to stay informed, aligned, and help you plan ahead. Next, we know that peer to peer learning and sharing is an important part of the product experience. So in addition to community discussions, blogs, and success stories, we've expanded our opportunities to connect this year with monthly virtual user groups. In 2026, you'll see more opportunities for both virtual and in person, forums. We'll be sending out a survey, to customers in December to gather your feedback to help inform our plans for the coming years. Please keep an eye out for that and, provide your feedback. We thank you in advance for that. And finally, for our developer audience, we're investing in developer resources. The Sky developer website offers centralized access to documentation, APIs, and community resources, all designed to make building and integrating easier and faster. If you haven't explored that yet, this is the perfect time to dive in. We've touched on updates for Blackbaud enterprise fundraising, CRM, and Internet Solutions today, but there's so much more we want to share. If you're interested in learning about the agents for good, data intelligence, online giving, or payment services updates, you can register, to join those product update briefings, using the QR code, above or the URL at the bottom. Even if you're not able to attend those sessions, by registering, you will get access to the recordings to watch at your convenience. And with that, we're wrapping up the November 2025 Blackbaud enterprise fundraising CRM product update briefing. Reminder to check out the resources in the doc section, and please provide your feedback on this session in the survey. Thank you so much for joining us today and we hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
