Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Payment Services":
Hello, everyone, and welcome to the May 2026 Blackbaud Integrated Payments product update briefing. We're excited to share the benefits of Blackbaud Integrated Payments as well as recent product releases and what's up next. My name is Mike Simmons. I'm a product marketing manager here at Blackbaud, and the rest of the team delivering today's presentation are Jake Gaston, Meena Mistry, and Purnia Mural. Here are some tips and tricks for an optimal webinar viewing experience. Most importantly, if you're having connection issues, try refreshing your browser as that usually solves things. You will receive a link to the webinar recording via email and you can check the docs tab on the right side of your screen for links and resources referenced during the presentation. Last but not least, use the q and a tab to submit your questions and we'll do our best to answer them during the presentation or circle back with you after. This presentation contains forward looking statements that involve inherent risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. It outlines Blackbaud's current plans and general product direction as of the date this presentation was created. Functionality described in this presentation that is not currently available is subject to change at any time without notice at Blackbaud's sole discretion. It does not represent a commitment to develop or release specific features within the time frame discussed according to the present design or at all. Please make any purchase decisions based on features and functionality that are currently available. And with that, I'll pass it to Mina for the rest of the presentation. Thanks, Mike, and welcome, everyone. My name is Mina, and I've been on the Blackbaud team, on payments for the past eight years. And I've experienced firsthand the difference that a payments platform makes to an organization. The features of a payments platform touches supporters when they donate or pay. It affects your staff's time when managing payments. It impacts your revenue growth and your organization's peace of mind when handling compliance, fraud, and regulations. Blackboard integrated payments is differentiated from other providers because it's designed for social good use cases. It's also embedded across the Blackboard ecosystem. So when you're using Blackboard products, payments is not just an add on, but it's embedded within the, connected singular system of record at Blackboard. What we do here on the payments team is we center what we build around three things that we've heard directly from nonprofits. The first is to raise more. Supporters accept expect the same giving experience everywhere online. It should be easy, it should be fast, and it should be familiar. So when someone decides to give, there's really should be nothing that stops them in that moment. On saving more, we're talking about processing fees. We're talking about manual data entry and reconciliation, not just in money, but in time is where we wanna save you in real costs. And you have options to reduce these costs and cut down on the back office work that takes up time. And then finally, for sleep better, it's all about security and compliance, which are critical and the foundation of a secure, reliable, and compliant platform that provides peace of mind. So Blackboard integrated payments provides a single platform for every touchpoint across different fundraising needs served by all these different Blackboard applications, and that includes online donations, in person events, peer to peer campaigns, or working with corporations. And all Blackboard applications can use a single merchant account as the common thread across them all. We serve organizations across the globe in North America, The UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand with supporters who can make payments from anywhere in the world. And in in addition to global reach, having the right payment methods in those regions is what really matters the most to supporters. Because when the way someone wants to give isn't an option, it translates into a loss of revenue. So payment methods are really the last step between someone's intention to support a mission and them actually giving. We support over a dozen different payment methods, and we're adding more so that our customers can meet their supporters' preferences globally. And it doesn't stop with the Blackboard ecosystem. There is now a growing marketplace of partner solutions from text to give to event platforms, kiosk payments, and more. And payments from these non Blackboard applications flow through your existing merchant account to give you the same reporting, the same reconciliation processes, and the same place to go and find the source of truth and find the data. So for organizations who are juggling multiple point solutions and making up, you know, matching up payments from three different systems. This is just one example of something that makes a real difference in saving time in someone's day. Alright. So managing a payment processor and the transactions, looks different for different departments and different roles in your organization because your your development team is thinking about payments in one way. It's very focused on the donor experience, on the conversion of that gift, and, you know, whether or not that that transaction completes. Whereas on the other hand, your accounting team is thinking about it quite differently. They're talking about fees. They're looking at reconciliation and making sure that everything ties out. While IT are thinking about security and compliance and connectivity. So while it may be the same flow and the same transaction, it's different based on where you sit in an organization. So today, we've divided up the session based on real moments that matter in an organization so that we can show you how the payments platform supports these different areas. We're gonna start at the point at which the intent to pay from your supporters meets checkout at that really critical moment and when someone is ready to give or when you're also meeting that same intent to pay, but in person instead of online. We'll also talk about how to stay ahead of compliance changes and what features are running in the background to ensure things are running smoothly. And then we'll end with finance teams who are closing the books and reconciling. And then for each of these moments, we'll show you what's new and what's coming to make these areas easier for the people in those roles on a day to day basis. Alright. So let's start with when a supporter is ready to give, and they're landing on your giving page, and what happens in that moment determines whether or not that gift comes through. We know that anything that slows someone down or makes them think twice or asks them to go and find their wallet, that's the moment where you're gonna lose them. We know that, digital wallets really remove that friction almost entirely. And they used to be, you know, a niche preference. They're no longer a niche preference anymore. In 2025, digital wallets accounted for 40% of online spending in The US alone, and that is forecast to increase 10% annually over the next five years. If you look at things at a macro global level, they're actually already the majority at 56% of online spending through digital wallets. We also know that for younger demographics, it's just how they pay for everything. And we know that as that generation enters the peak giving years over the next decade or so, organizations that don't accept wallets yet will see an effect on the money that's raised. A key highlight on this slide here is to remind you all that Apple Pay and Google Pay now support recurring payments through online giving and Luminate Luminate online, which matches enormously enormously for, growing a sustainer base. Another call out here is is PayPal. We know that with, PayPal and simply having the branding on your giving forms increases trust, which we know is just a critical component of that checkout conversion moment. So it increases trust in, in your brand as well as helps improve the conversion of the transaction. Coming soon, we're adding Azim Pay and DAF Pay. These are gonna be releasing first in Illuminate online, and DAF pay in particular is something I know many of you are already paying attention to because Giving via donor advised funds or DAFs have grown nearly 20% year over year, and it's one of the fastest growing areas of fundraising today. These are donors who we know have already set aside money for charitable giving, and they just need to find the right place to give. So by putting DAF pay on your page, it's opening up your organization to receive these dollars that are already in motion towards charitable giving. So for Luminate online customers, you can look out for an early adopter program later this year. So adding more and more wallets to your page, though, is not as simple as it sounds, and there is a balance to strike, when you're looking at all of the payment methods that you offer. And more payment options isn't always actually better, and there is a point at which too many choices creates its own friction. And this is where it can get really interesting. Too many choices at this moment of giving is gonna add a few unnecessary seconds of thinking time for the donor. The data also shows that simply reordering the payment methods with the most likely ones first is gonna still impact your conversion rates. So we've been working on something new that addresses this directly. And this is a prototype that looks at real time signals at that moment of intention. It looks at the device that somebody is on, their browser, the type of transaction, and it uses that to show a ranked and trimmed set of payment options specific to that donor in that moment. So it won't show all the options, but it's gonna show the right options for that moment. And this is gonna present overall a cleaner checkout, fewer choices, and therefore, meaningfully higher likelihood of conversion. The second thing that we're doing with AI is using it to help identify, in fact, where to run AB tests in the first place. We're using optimization agents to move through the checkout workflow systematically, looking at where donors drop off, how they're selecting different payment methods, and what the context looks like. And then having the AI surface specific, high confidence, data driven hypotheses that we can test to make sure that we're converting at the most optimal rate. And overall, this makes our whole whole cycle of AB testing that we already do much faster and much more effective, and therefore, ultimately, resulting in better outcomes for performance. So these are just two things together. As an example, a smarter display at checkout and AI driven AB testing that shows how the giving experience is optimized and continues to learn over time based on the behavior that we see from users. For those of you, who are working with supporters in The UK and Australia, here is an important update. We're really happy to share that Blackboard Integrated Payments now supports UK and Australian direct debit. It's available today in Raiser's Edge, NXT, and online giving. This unlocks the ability to manage your recurring payments in one place. And since direct debit is the primary method for recurring payments in these regions, until now, supporting this this in a fully automated way has required a lot of manual work that falls on someone's plate every single month. So this new functionality includes regulatory compliance for all of the required mandates, plus all the email notifications to supporters that are needed to comply with these rules in each of these countries. And all of it is fully integrated into Razer's NXT, along with all of the automated recurring giving, that you get within, Raizer's Edge. So this is gonna save you a significant amount of time and, again, another way for you to centralize your processing through one account with Blackboard integrated payments. And moving on to another way to consolidate your payments, this is another reality that many of you are already living. We know that fundraising doesn't happen in one place, and you may be running a telephone campaign with one vendor or selling tickets with another, managing your alumni engagement with something else. And that is the reality of how it works. There's no single platform that will do absolutely everything, and a lot of you are piecing together tools that serve your different programs. The problem is that each of these new vendors can often mean a new merchant account, which is, as we know, we've said many times is, you know, a whole new contract, a new set of reconciliation reports, and another login, etcetera. And so for teams who are already stretched thin, that overhead adds up fast and can create some additional time it takes to onboard all of these new solutions. So what we've tried to address, is, offering new partner solutions. And so what we've built around the Blackboard marketplace is something that is really starting to to impact that, friction and help reduce that for our customers. We've established partnerships with vendors, across different fundraising channels. So, again, think about mobile or face to face fundraising, telephone campaigns, ticketing. These are very common things that we see across our customers, and these partners are already integrated directly with Blackboard integrated payments. So what that means is that when you use one of these partner solutions, payments flow through the same merchant account that you already have, and that piece is just handled. It removes one of the biggest friction points when you're onboarding a new tool because you're not starting a new payments relationship from scratch, and you're just extending the one that you already have. I've put the QR code, on this slide so that you can, go and check out the Blackboard marketplace. I'd encourage you to to take a look, and you'll find partners there who are, again, already connected with Blackboard integrated payments and in many cases to your, Blackboard application, as well. Everything that we've been actually talking about so far as far as the checkout experience, the payment methods, all of it is actually available not just inside Blackboard products, but also in your own applications too. And this is made possible through the Sky payments API. This is actually, in fact, exactly the same API that makes all of these partner solutions also able to use, your Blackboard Merchant Services account. In March, we opened up our latest checkout experience through the API, which means that if your organization builds its own applications or if you work with a third party application that takes payments, you can now bring that same checkout into those experience as well. We did run an early adopter program, and Alan Alan Delmar at Christendom College was one of our early adopters. His team embedded the new checkout directly into their learning management system, and it was custom styled to look and feel like a native part of their application, not something that was kind of a separate component. And it had access to everything, that we've just talked about from all the digital wallets that support recurring payments and donor cover and lots of other payment features. From a visual perspective, you can see on the screen here, visually, you actually have two different options for how you can use checkout in your applications. You can embed checkout directly onto your page shown on on the left, or you can surface it as a model, similar to the current Blackboard checkout. Both approaches continue to carry the same PCI compliant protections, which matters because we know that reducing your organization's exposure to cardholder data, you know, and and anytime is always is always much better. So, again, if you're running any custom applications or you're working with third party platforms that handle payments, this is worth taking a closer look, and you don't have to compromise on the checkout experience just because you're working outside of a Blackboard product. And here's a customer, Melissa at semester at sea. And what Melissa is describing here is exactly what this is supposed to feel like for, when you're using these types of integrations. She's describing here on Giving Tuesday, one of the highest volume days of the year, that her term is her team is not in triage mode. Donations are processing, data is flowing through, and her team are doing the important mission driven driven work instead of moving data between different systems. So, again, the goal is not just that the payments flow through and work, but that your team is actually getting time back. And Melissa's organization is just one of several 100 already running partner group integrated partner solutions through their merchant accounts. And, also, here's, just to look at the range of applications that are already out there and the partners that we're working with today, in call agencies, memberships. I've mentioned face to face fundraising a few times, and we see that quite a lot. Score programs, sustainer engagement, many other use cases. So, again, there's the QR code to the Blackboard marketplace. Take a look and let us know if you don't see any partners on that list, or use cases that serve your needs. We'd love to hear more from you. So, you know, you can use the q and a that you have, today to reach out and let us know if there's anything that you would like to see or explore with us further. So all in all, you know, every time you're bringing a new fundraising tool into your organization, you have a choice between how the how how the payments are gonna go flow through it. Instead of standing up something separate and a new contract, you can simply extend what you already have. And using your Blackboard Merchant Services account across third party applications means that your rates will stay consistent, your reports are gonna be consolidated, and your back office is gonna just remain manageable. Again, saving you time and buying back real time to stay focused on other work. Alright. I'd like to talk about a new feature coming soon. This is a new capability called donor cover plus. This is a new feature that's gonna enable organizations to have more control over the amount that's asked for when donors cover fees. So with donor cover plus, the flexible ask amounts can cover not only card or direct debit fees, but also add additional operational support to your organization. This is a setting that will be enabled on a per form basis. You know, you can manage it per campaign or however you want to, apply it selectively. It's also gonna be, manageable by payment method, so it doesn't have to be applied everywhere, and you can really choose where it works best for you for you. Overall, donor cover plus, helps you retain more net revenue. It gives you more control about how you engage your supporters in different scenarios and different use cases. And, ultimately, the goal is to unlock extra support for your mission. And this is gonna be coming, first to Luminate online. Alright. Before we move on to the next section, I want to just take a quick minute to look ahead at something that's moving faster than most people realize. You've probably heard the term AI agents, which is software that can take actions on a person's behalf. And we at Blackboard have our very own agents for good with the development agent that is designed to augment your team. And this concept around agentic payments is extending that to a payment. And this is actually already happening today in retail and ecommerce. And the question we're asking ourselves here is how long before this surfaces in the giving space? And the data actually suggests that it may not be too distant in the future. We had a recent survey run by the Merchant Risk Council who surveyed over 1,300 merchants across retail and services and digital goods, so mainly in the commerce space, and found that nearly 20% of large enterprise organizations already have a solution in place to accept payments made by AI agents. And a huge chunk at 63% are already actively planning or exploring, this capability. And that just to me indicates a really large, you know, sign that something could be brewing here, something pretty significant. And so, you know, we've been thinking about what that means for fundraising. And as donors become more comfortable with this idea of an agent handling a transaction on their behalf, and, you know, looking ahead at how quickly the comfort may build, it may feel quite foreign to us now, but we've seen how quickly things like agents and LLMs have generally been adopted over the last six to twelve months. You know, we think that it's something that we should definitely be paying attention to. Again, we've talked you know, I kicked this off with meeting your donors where they are, which right now is digital wallets. But, you know, in the not too distant future, it could mean accepting a payment that was initiated by an age an agent on behalf of, a donor, for example. So, we're still very much in early days here, and there are lots of questions to work through. For example, you know, which payment methods are gonna be supported, or how do you manage fraud when, you know, it's not a person clicking a a button on a form? There's a concept of KYA now that's emerged KY know your agent versus know your customer. And it's all ultimately about establishing trust. Trust is the the critical component here, as it apply you know, just as it is in a checkout transaction today, trust is paramount, and trust is gonna be just as paramount, if not more, in these types of, payment scenarios. And there are, you know, a lot of large companies, out there establishing new protocols to ensure that trust is in place to support these types of transactions, and that's including Mastercard and Visa who have, been releasing new functionality to support these types of transactions. So, if this is something that you are curious about or you're already thinking through, agentic payments, I would genuinely love to have that conversation. We're gonna post a a quick call actually here right now to see how many of you would like to participate in some joint discovery. So we're gonna post that now. Thank you in advance for your responses. And after this poll finishes, Jake is gonna take you through in person payments. Awesome. Thanks, Mina. So your biggest fundraising moments don't always happen at a desk. They happen at galas, walkathons, capital campaigns, or community events, anywhere your supporters show up in person ready to give. When that moment happens, the last thing you want is a clunky payment experience standing between the donor and their gift. So let's talk about what we're doing to make sure your team is ready when it matters most. First off, I wanna chat about the WisePOS e, which is what we refer to as our payment terminal solution. This should seem familiar to our all true customers and some payments API customers. This countertop device supports EMV chip, contactless cards, and mobile wallets, offering a fast and secure experience. It's ideal for front desk, galas, and recurring events where professional donor facing setup is important. Terminal's plug and play and reliable. It integrates seamlessly with platform merchant services, making it easy for staff and volunteers to use. What I'm excited to share is that we're working to enable donor cover support with the cover ask appearing directly on the terminal screen. This will allow supporters to cover transaction costs for in for in person payments to ensure that 101100% of the payment can power your mission. And now for the organizations that collect payments on the go, at events, in the field, or anywhere their team is, Tap2Pay turns any iPhone into a payment terminal. No hardware, no card reader, no extra equipment to manage. Volunteer or staff member opens the app, a supporter taps their card or wallet, the transaction is done. Faster lines, happier supporters, and the team isn't tethered to a fixed checkout point. It's fully PCI compliant, so every transaction is encrypted and authenticated the same way your traditional terminal would be, so you're not trading security for convenience. On iPhone, this is available today. But now we're bringing that same experience to Android. We are currently looking for more Android first organizations, runs with volunteers on a mix of devices to help us test it before releasing the general availability. We're actively recruiting organizations for our early adopter program, and their feedback will shape how we roll it out. If that's of interest, feel free to shoot me an email to see if you're a good fit. The goal is simple. Your mission shouldn't stop because you don't have the right hardware in the right place. Alright. Up next is everyone's favorite. We're gonna talk about some compliance updates and what we do to reduce payment risk so that you can sleep better at night. One of the things we hear most from customers is that fraud revenue feels like a trade off, like you have to choose between protecting your organization, not turning away real donors. We don't think that should be true. That's something we've invested heavily in solving. On the acceptance side, we use AI models that analyze how payment requests are structured and routed through card networks, adjusting in real time to give the transaction the best chance of going through. That means fewer declined gifts that weren't actually fraudulent. Combined with network tokenization and automatic card updates, more of your donors intent actually converts. At the same time, every transaction runs through AI risk scoring across 80 plus signals. There's device fingerprinting, IP reputation, transaction velocity, behavioral patterns. These These are models trained on millions of payments so they get smarter over time. The goal isn't to block more. It's to block the right stuff. Real donors don't feel it, but fraudsters do. What ties it together is that these two things work in sync. Our fraud settings tune continuously based on what the models are learning. So as threats evolve, controls adapt without someone having to manually intervene, you stay protected, and you keep raising money. Alright. So now double clicking into those fraud solutions. We at Blackbaud aren't the only ones using AI to be more efficient. Fraudsters are constantly adapting using automation and AI to bypass static defenses. Modern payment fraud is a moving target requiring dynamic, real time protection strategies. Blackbaud's fraud prevention approach combines multiple AI driven and rule based controls, including automated bot detection, IP threat assessments, and AI powered risk scoring on every online transaction. Our bot detection solution, Recapture, is deployed to detect and block automated bot attacks, such as card testing. By analyzing user behavior and transaction signals, Recapture can distinguish between legitimate users and bots, reducing friction for real donors while stopping fraudsters in their tracks. Blackbaud's fraud stack also includes IP address threat assessments and geolocation verification to identify and block suspicious activity from known bad IPs or high risk regions. These controls help prevent attacks from proxies, VPNs, and botnets, which are common tactics in modern product teams. And finally, as I mentioned before, Blackbaud uses AI powered dynamic risk scoring to deliver real time network based risk profiles using over 80 data attributes, including IP reputation, geolocation, and device fingerprinting. Dynamic risk scoring evaluates each transaction's individual risk profile, considering factors like IP velocity, email reputation, and card demographics. This enables adaptive blocking logic that evolves with emerging threats. This layered defense ensures that even if one control is bypassed, others remain active to protect the transaction ecosystem and allow you to sleep better at night. Alright. Email deliverability is critical to fundraising and support engagement. Email providers like Google and Yahoo are increasingly requiring authentication to prevent spoofing and proof of trust. This isn't a rare recommendation anymore. It's becoming the standard. On 07/01/2026, DKIM will be required for any domain you use in the from address for any BBIP customers that use email functions within payments. The good news is that many organizations already have it set up on their sending domains and won't need to take any action. We've made it easy to check. There's a new email authentication settings page available now, the email resource center, where you can verify if DKIM is configured on your domains. No support case needed. If any of your domains don't have it in place, we'd encourage you to set them up before July 1. Getting that done now helps protect your brand, improves deliverable deliverability, and reduces the risk of any disruption as deadlines approaches. Visit the email resource center for more information and access the new settings page. And finally, different governing bodies have been escalating regulations on the use of cookies. Analytic cookies are considered not required for the operation of browser based solutions and are subject to the requirement for consent. These analytic cookies allow Blackbaud to understand user behavior and drive improvements to our user experiences. As Blackbaud solutions adopt product analytic capabilities, users of those solutions will be be prompted to provide consent for the placement of the cookie on their device. Once accepted or declined, you won't be prompted each time you access your BIPOC solution. Acceptance will expire after six months, and at that point, you'll be prompted again. You'll also be able to clear this acceptance or denial of consent from your user profile. Keep in mind that the consent is scoped to a given device, so users that access Blackbaud solutions for multiple devices will have to provide consent separately on each device. It's also important to note that these usage analytics do not track any PII or sensitive information. The data is used to understand usage patterns and behavior. We hope you will provide consent for the placement of these cookies so we can continually assess and improve our user experiences. Up next, I'll kick it over to Purnima to talk more about payments running in the background. Alright. Thank you, Jake. Okay. So far, you have heard a lot about, compliance changes. Now let's switch gear. This part is about the stuff you don't always see, but that's it's working in your background, all the time. There's a lot going on behind the scenes to keep the transactions moving and revenue coming in. These are quite, like, optimizations that help improve, approvals, reduce failures, and and the record revenue as well. You don't need to do anything for this, and they just run-in the background. Just wanted to give you a quick glimpse into some of these processes and improvements we have made. Alright. Here are a few examples of things that are already running in the background today. With adaptive acceptance, we are always, improving how payment requests are sent in real time so the transactions have a better chance of being approved, especially in those cases where that might normally fail. We already know about credit card updaters. Credit card updater helps avoid declines caused by expired or reissued, cards, by automatically keeping the card details up to date. This is especially helpful for recurring and batch payments and for, you know, installment payments coming in. So if you guys have heard with the Capital One and Discover merger, many of the cardholders are getting new card numbers as they move to the disc Discover network. And this is happening in waves. With credit card updater, these card numbers are automatically updated without any action required on your part. And lastly, the network tokenization, it swaps out the raw card numbers for secure tokens from the card network that helps with approvals and improve security at the same time. All of this, you can see that it's working together quietly in the background to cut down on failed payments and keep the things moving. Alright. Speaking about optimizations, the next area we are focusing on is how we handle, the failed batch transactions, particularly around the retries. We are enhancing our retry logic to be more, intentional and data driven, like optimizing timing, sequencing, eligibility. So the retries happen, when they're most likely to succeed. That also means, looking at, certain failures very differently. So instead of stopping them altogether, we can retry them more intelligently so it can succeed. So the overall goal here is simple. More successful retries for your payment methods to deal with manually and consistent revenue coming in. Okay. So far, we've talked about behind the scenes, you know, work that keeps revenue coming in. The next part is where, what happens when those payments come in and when finance needs to step in and close the books. At that point, the focus shifts to, data accuracy, making sure everything lines up from payments, you know, payments actually match what's in your financial system. Then the reconciliation between these systems are easier. Month end close takes less time and less manual effort. Speaking about less manual effort, I wanna talk about our new feature, automated deposits, and how we are making reconciliation across Blackboard systems a whole lot easier. This feature brings Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, and Blackboard integrated payments together into one connected, experience. One of the biggest pain points we hear from customers is having, to jump between systems, moving from Raices Edge NXT into Financial Edge NXT and Blackboard Integrated Payments, and manually tying everything together. The the gifts to, disbursement to the deposits and all of that. That's exactly what, automated deposit is designed to fix. From the gift to the transaction through the fund management and the disbursement, the data just flows. So there's no manual work needed on your part. So when the deposits are created, they are aligned, with your general ledger in financial edge NXT. That means less time reconciling. And when you need details, you can click straight from a financial record back to original gift and the related disbursement also. So which will give you full visibility in, you know, end to end. So there are fewer spreadsheets and less cleanup. At the end of the day, this is about making products work better together. So you will, spend very less time, switching these systems together, matching data, and you can, focus more on your mission. We are currently running an early adapter program for this feature. So if this sounds interesting, just share your email with us, and we will get you connected. And looking ahead, we plan to extend this feature to our billing management and tuition management as well, as we continue improving our bank reconciliation. If you would like a deeper dive, definitely check out our financial edge NXT product update, briefing. Alright. We haven't stopped with that, you know, first class reconciliation. We have added, some reconciliation improvement in the Blackboard integrated, payments portal, which will actually save you time. One thing we hear a lot, at the end of the month is that finance has, disbursement info, but it is still hard to see the full, gift details without having to dig around. What we are going to add helps you with that. It will it's a single report that you can export that brings together the disbursement and the related r e n x t gift information. So it's easier to connect everything without jumping between systems. The goal here is to make reconciliation faster and less manual. Basically, something that's very much closer to match ready. This will be coming to our our our next customers first. While this actually works for our bulk bulk reconciliation, we also know there are times when you just need a quick answer on one of the transactions. And that's where, the AI assisted investigation comes in, and we will be looking at that next. Okay. So let's look at Blackboard AI chat for transaction insights, which is available today for everyone. It's built for investigation moments when someone comes to you and asks, hey. What happened with this transaction? What's the disbursement status? Has this been dispersed? What's the disbursement date? Any of those. Right? And you will need an answer quickly. With the single transaction lookup, you can use Blackboard AI chat to retrieve details for that one specific transaction without filtering through the long transaction list. You can quickly check things like, disbursement status, the fees, the dates, amounts, which is especially helpful, during the period close. We are also being very intentional about how we use Blackboard AI chat. Here, it's meant to be practical, everyday helper that you can use easily. Next, we wanna make this Blackboard AI chat even more powerful by bringing transaction details and the gift details together. So now let's look at, Blackboard AI chat with transaction and gift details. This solves a really common frustration we have. It just jump having to jump between systems, just for one question, just to connect a particular transaction to a gift. What's coming soon is the ability to just ask in plain language something like, hey. Find the gift ID for this transaction and get everything back in one place. You will see the transaction details and you will also see the related gift information together all in the same conversation. The benefit is pretty simple here. You get the answers in seconds instead of doing manual lookups across systems. It's one of those small things that end up saving a lot of time day to day. This will be coming soon in Blackboard integrated payment for our RE and XT customers. Alright. And lastly, staying still staying on the sale topic of reconciliation, we have heard from our customers using Financial Edge NXT that simplifying and accelerating payments on account receivable invoices will not only accelerate payments, but simplify reconciliation. And that is why we are excited to announce, we are working closely with the financial edge, NXT team, as we continue to deliver deeper, stronger integration across platforms that will amplify your mission. Before we wrap up, I wanna take a quick step back and recap what you already have today, what's coming up next, and how, this all comes together. So now first, let's start with what's available now in Blackboard integrated payments. On the revenue side, you can bring in more successful payments with the new payment methods like tap to pay, direct debit, which is already live in UK and Australia, and in Sky API as well. And then, with our, AI powered optimizations that help payments go through more often. Day to day, we have some nice time savers like, using Blackboard AI chat to quickly look up transaction details and the new checkout experience in the Blackboard payments API, which will make payment, processing smoother. Overall, also wanna talk about quite the you know, what's running in the background. Right? So things like bot detection, IP check, and AI risk coding are already doing their thing to keep everything safe even before the issues pop up. So this gives you a really solid setup and sets sets us up nicely for what's coming up next. So looking ahead, here's a quick look at what we're actively working on and what's coming next. On the fundraising side, we are expanding our, payment methods, with Amazon Pay and TAF Pay and all of those and Donor Cover Plus. For operations and finance team, what's coming next is really about saving time with all the AI investigation tools and the export. And as we continue to grow globally, we are staying focused on compliant onboarding, across regions as well. And this slide brings everything together. These six steps highlight how to power up with Blackboard integrated payments from delighting supporters with modern payment methods to simplifying, processing, taking payments anywhere, targeting engagement, saving fees, and using AI to save time. So the key takeaway here is that you don't have to do all of this at once. You can start where it matters most to your organization, whether that's improving your donor experience, reducing, operational effort, or strengthening security and controls, and then build on that. I will with that, I will hand this over to Mike who will wrap us up and share the next steps. Thanks so much, Purnima.
