Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Internet Solutions™ (Americas and EMEA)":
Hello, and welcome, everyone. We are so glad that you are here. Welcome to Blackbaud CRM's product update briefing. We are thankful that you have carved out time in your day to spend some time with us learning about the exciting things that are to come and things that are have been recently been released to Blackbaud CRM. I know many of you may not know me or who I am, but I'm Kristen Grissom. I am overjoyed to be able to be here with you today. I am the senior product marketing manager for higher education here with Blackbaud, And I'm coming to you with over fifteen years of experience in higher education and working with nonprofits all across the country, to be able to support students in their educational endeavors as well as gaining, funds to be able to make education possible. So as someone who has also been the direct beneficiary of funds that have been raised directly by individuals just like you from advancement teams as well as fundraising teams all across the, country. I was able to graduate from my undergrad as well as my graduate degrees debt free. So I am deeply and forever indebted to the people who serve, colleges all across the country and nonprofits as well to be able to make education possible. So thank you for what you're doing. And, again, we'll just love that you're here. And hello, everyone. I'm Trit Mulligan, director of product management, coming to you from Charleston, South Carolina. I'm excited to be with you guys today. I am a twenty nine year veteran of LiveWOD, and I think I know a lot of you that are Sorry? Hello? You can't hear me? I I couldn't hear it. Can you hear me now? Yes. Yes. Okay. Great. Sorry about that little glitch with, this, program. Again, let me start at the top. I am Trent Mulligan, director of product management. Coming to you from Charleston, South Carolina. I'm a twenty nine year veteran of Blackbaud of Blackbaud, and I think I know a lot of you that are on the call today. As, someone who has focused and worked on Blackbaud CRM and Razer's Edge NXT in the past. I've currently been focused on online giving, but I'm coming back y'all. So, thank you for having me, and I'm looking forward to delivering. One of the things I'm excited about is, my daughter is graduating from college on Thursday. Thank you, Clemson University, for helping her get her degree in biochemistry, and looking forward to where she is headed. So thank you for that. And I think I'm gonna hand it over to Neena for intro. Thank you, Trit. And before I introduce myself, I just wanna say congratulations, Trit, to your wonderful, wonderful daughter. And if she is anything like her mom, she is an absolute powerhouse. So many, many kudos to her. Hello, everyone. I am Neena Gupta Niedel. I head up product, for our donor management portfolio that includes Blackbaud CRM. I am based out of Austin, Texas, and, I just wanna say before we even get started, thank you. All of the feedback that you give us, the many, many, sort of hours of your time where we are asking for your for your insights, we're learning from you, All of that is actually captured into what we're delivering and also what, this vision and innovation strategy is that we'll be sharing with you. So very excited to give you a view of the now and the next and, really, really just looking forward to your feedback. Hi. I'll wrap it up here. I'm Kerry Campbell coming to you from Portland, Oregon. I am part of Blackbaud's platform pillar, and I'm the senior principal technical product manager for Sky UX, which is our open source design system here at Blackbaud. So I get to enjoy helping all of our products provide an easy to use product experience for their employees, constituents, and students. And I have a real passion for making sure user experiences meet web accessibility requirements, making sure all of our users can take advantage of our fantastic products here at Blackbaud. So I'm excited to share with you more about Sky UX, later on. I think Kristen's having a little bit of a technical difficulties and should be on here in just a moment. Hi, everyone. Again, my apologies for that. My, audio completely blipped out. And as you can tell, we're human. Things happen. Thank you for bearing in there with me. But this product update briefing is usually where we would also feature updates on Blackbaud Internet solutions. But today, we're really going to be focusing on the vision and road map and CRM in particular. So if you joined today's sessions in hopes of hearing updates from Raiser's Edge NXT or eTapestry, please note that we have separate product update briefings for those solutions, and we certainly encourage you to register for those sessions with the link that you'll see, on your screen in just a little bit. We'll drop that in the chat for you as well. But if you can't make it, if you'll still register for those sessions, you'll re receive a copy of those recordings as well. But just to get you acclimated with the platform that you're hearing and seeing us on, I just wanted to run through a couple of webinar housekeeping items for you as well. The audio, of course, will be broadcasted through your computer speakers, so hopefully you can hear me. Maybe my speakers won't go out again, and certainly that's about par for the course for me. But we're going to continue rocking and rolling through this. But if you do need captions, you can hover over the center of your screen and click the CC closed captions button on the bottom of your screen to turn that off and on. If you encounter any audio issues or technical issues such as the slides freezing, you can usually refresh your browser. That's usually the best way to get that to resolve. But worst case scenario, just log out and log right back in, and the issue would should be resolved. But if you have questions throughout the session, we have a team that's on standby to be able to address anything that you may be encountering or anything you may be curious about. Chances are if you're thinking it, someone else is is too. So go ahead and drop a question in the chat or in the q and a button that you see on the upper right hand side of your screen, and we'll be glad to address those questions for you. But if you could be specific about exactly what you're looking for, if it's mentioned in the deck that you're seeing on the screen, the more specific that you are, the more specific we can be in getting an answer to your question. But next to the q and a button on your screen, you'll see a docs tab. That's documents to be able to help you to navigate a lot of what we're talking about today. There's a lot of very helpful resources that are in this section. Please take advantage of those resources. You can also download them or grab the link to be able to share with your colleagues as well. But today's session will be interactive. When polls and surveys are live, you'll be able to see them pop up on your screen or appear in different sections of your engagement panel on the right hand side of your screen. And finally, you can use the tabs on the top of the event space to be able to see today's agenda as well as meet your speakers as well. And so without further ado, we are about to get into the exciting part of our product update briefing. So even though we're speeding up our releases, some of the product capabilities that we'll talk about today are not yet ready. And future plans are subject to change based on normal product development cycles, customer feedback, and certainly in response to unforeseen events. As such, please make any purchasing decisions based on currently available functionality and see the polls tab in your engagement panel if you would like some additional information on Blackbaud CRM. So without further ado, I'm going to turn it over to Neena to share some exciting updates. Thank you, Kristen. And to get us started, we really wanna make sure that we are looking at what is the now and the next and even what we're planning for, what we will deliver in the next, pub as an update. But to orient us, we wanted to make sure that, first and foremost, we are delivering on our commitments. You know, these are the things that you have told us in conversations. You've logged in the idea bank. Any sort of idea that you have that we then, as a product team, think about, look at, and then, of course, add that to our to our plans. So delivering on those commitments is incredibly important for us, and Trit will be covering what we have delivered. And there's an entire sequence of things that that have actually since the last product update briefing, been delivered to our customers. Accelerating, with Sky UX. Kerry is gonna walk us through just the power of what that design system is bringing to Blackbaud CRM. So many of our products already benefit from Sky UX. So, really, everything that Kerry leads with the our platform team and the ways that we should all be thinking about that interface and that user experience layer, that is what we are also implementing. So very excited to partner so closely across teams for this innovation that is, of course, going to not only bring a more modern experience to you, but also better API coverage and the number of things that our our Sky platform, does provide. And then finally, we are going to cover, what fundraising AI should mean. So many of you are already on this path, and we are quickly catching up to how can we introduce AI and really the power of the data foundation on which we sit and bring that to life with all of those productivity and efficiency, types of capabilities that truly that innovation can provide us. So very excited to share with you, and I will pass it to, my colleague. Thank you, Neena. And speaking of delivering on those commitments, let's take a moment to highlight a few of the recent releases and topics we will cover today. BBIS now requires all customers to be on the latest version of checkout powered by Blackbaud, formerly known as Blackbaud. Gender codes are now globally available, including support in the data warehouse. Online Giving is available for US, Australia, New Zealand customers and coming soon to Canada. New Online Giving donation form features will ship automatically, like the release of social sharing recently. Make sure to stay tuned to the online giving pub for more details or keep an eye on what's new. With the availability of Sky API, we've now released a connector on the power platform, which I'll highlight in a moment. And some of the biggest changes are coming since the last major release of Blackbaud CRM, focused specifically on accelerating Sky UX and building building the fundraising AI. There as you know, there is a heavy focus on Sky UX. It's starting with a new internal tool to help accelerate Sky UX conversions for our engineering teams. We're focused on two milestones, one being an early adopter program for constituent and revenue in Sky UX, and secondarily, one to test the SDK customization translations to Sky UX. We'll get in and then finally, we'll transition current capabilities continue to transition current capabilities and workflows to Sky UX to align with the WCAG two point two AA standards. Say that a couple of times. We'll get into more details today, and we have a special guest, as you've heard, Kerry Campbell, who is the subject matter expert on the topic of Sky UX to talk more about the Sky UX framework. Finally, you'll hear from Neena about the vision and strategy for reporting in AI. We've for phase one of our unified semantic, data model, we completed which will help lay the foundation for what's next. So let's dive into these exciting updates. CRM customers who are hosted by Blackbaud Cloud Operations are the first to receive the rollout of Blackbaud's new backup request tool. This tool allows you to directly request your backup. No longer do you need to file those customer support tickets. By fully leveraging our automated infrastructure, the human element is removed, increasing security and dependability for delivering your database backup. It's simple and easy to use, and later this year, we will be rolling it out to other Blackbaud products as a new standard. In our last Pub briefing, we shared that we were continuing to focus on new Microsoft Power Platform tools to add to your toolkit. We're excited to announce the release of the Blackbaud CRM Constituents Connector. You can use this connector to bypass the heavy lifting with APIs and leverage Microsoft Power Platform to create apps and workflows, leveraging your constituent biographical information. For example, you could create an app to allow nonprivileged users to submit constituent updates. Or you could automate workflows to bulk update appeal responses. Or finally, you could create workflows to perform data integrity checks. I know this group, and I know you guys are very creative, so check out a link to the Blackbaud connector, in the resources section. Product improvements are just as important to us as they are to you. We're committed to ensuring that we are constantly and consistently iterating on Blackbaud CRM to add value, improve your workflows, and create capabilities that propel your fundraising strategies forward so you can achieve the best results possible. But don't take it just from us. Jeff Hill reminds us that Blackbaud CRM is key to helping deliver to the goals of the university yesterday and tomorrow. And congratulations to the University of North Carolina for raising $4,250,000,000 exceeding their campaign for Carolina goal one year ahead of their original target. And Blackbaud CRM continues its transformation journey. Our focus now is on a modern UI experience powered by Sky UX to improve the look and feel of the product and address compliance concerns like accessibility. Our Sky UX modernization approach is threefold. One, increase the velocity of our Sky UX conversion, resulting in the ability to dynamically adjust hundreds of page layouts. Two, to accelerate our time to delivery with minimal rework required by you. And, three, improve the user experience of key workflows. In addition to crucial accessibility benefits, it will also provide additional modern developer tools, add ins, and design standards that benefit your end users. This is a view from a Blackbaud CRM implementation with the new Sky UX user interface enabled. It's beautiful. You can see many of the functions you may be familiar with from our existing Blackbaud CRM experiences are already converted and render automatically with new Sky UX components. A common look and feel, improved usage of white space, and a UI that is dynamically responsive provides an intuitive, familiar experience that just feels more natural. While navigating into each area, which is working today, in our development environments, this commonality extends to each subsequent experience all the way down to the common data entry flow, like batch. While many areas may be usable now, layouts are still evolving and additional improvements are in progress ahead of our general release, but it's great to see so many of the common functions already updated to the new look and feel. Here's an example of a customization that was built with Blackbaud CRM SDK. You can see that the new Sky UX interface dynamically renders the customized experience, utilizing the new converted components from Sky UX. Nothing needed to be done by the owner of this customization for this one to work. The new UI engine recognized the visual elements and dynamically rendered them when the customization was activated by the user. There will be times when there are customizations that will be more complex to render, but Blackbaud is committed to helping you transform as well. In forward looking, part of our ongoing efforts include reimagining and introducing new elements to the improved Sky UX experience. On your screen, you can see just a couple of the new designs being considered. Aim to offer increased value through new analytic elements and push button integrations to additional services that are easily accessible from within the user interface. Again, we see the themes of streamlined, familiar, intuitive interfaces that guide the users to critical information and related actions, as critical to the success of this transformation. And now, here is Kerry Campbell, who lives and breathes Sky UX every day, to share more about the Sky UX framework. Thanks so much, Trit. I am so excited to get to speak here at the Blackbaud Pub today and show off some of the overall value that you all be gaining from this journey. So as I said earlier, I'm one of our platform product managers here at Blackbaud and focus on how to enable our developers both inside and outside of Blackbaud. So I'm working to make, delivering software easier. We are able to enable our product teams to drive valuable features needed for to our needed for our customers. So the great part of the Sky Developer platform is that not only do we use it internally, but we make it available externally as well. So partners and customers can all use our product APIs and add in capabilities to extend our solutions and solve more specific problems than Blackbaud could. So if you haven't already, I encourage you to take a look around the Sky developer platform as it has functionality to support users regardless of technical expertise. But for today, I'll jump more specifically into Sky UX. So first, I wanna talk about the different parts of a design system that can provide in the provide value individually, but that we package up together as part of Sky UX. So the primary goal of a design system is to help the user to anticipate how to interact with the product. One part of the design system is the style guide. So an oversimplification of this part of the design system could focus on just the color elements of the user experience. From a user's perspective of interacting with a product, having part of the UI drastically unaligned with the rest of the surrounding new product can cause confusion or uncertainty in the experience. The uncertainty comes in small ways like them thinking, well, I usually have blue buttons that tell me to focus my attention, on actions that need to be done, but now all I see are green buttons. This can lead to less adoption of a feature or lower the user's feeling around the visual cohesion of the experience. So then once we look past the outer paint of the design system, we can consider how to apply it. So design guidelines help define when to apply different visual treatments to the user experience. So thinking about our blue and green buttons again, where the style guide tells us we should be using blue buttons, the design guidelines tell us that blue buttons are actually reserved for the primary action on the page. So not all your buttons are blue after all. Only the most important actions that you wanna call attention to are actually blue. The rest should be maybe white. These guidelines help further standardize the user's expectations when interacting with the product. Further down the rabbit hole of the design system, we come to design patterns. So these are common UI elements used throughout the product. We've talked a bunch about buttons, but there are other l UI elements, might be things like data grids or input fields. They can also be larger, like different page structures. For example, we have design patterns for record and list pages, as they're really common throughout all of our products here at Blackbaud. And then finally, we come to the component library. It's actually the main part that I own, with inside Blackbaud. So the component library helps to drive the reuse of common code and reduce time to market for new features. So at its simplest, it's a shared library that combines as much as possible the style, guidelines, and patterns into a technical implementation, that helps consumers of the design system do the right thing out of the box. So Sky UX is our design system here at Blackbaud. We use it as a framework for our user experience. So we provide this open source, like I said, to the community at large as a way to help provide that consistency within user experiences end to end. So one of the main benefits I like to call out around our to our external consumers of the design system is the fact that Sky UX is a proven design system specific to the social good space. We have many designers and engineers working to ensure that our shared users have experiences that meet their needs and use cases. Utilizing Sky UX means that you'll benefit from the decade of development that have gone into the design system and the continuous maintenance and compliance efforts that we lead. So let's go through some of the fundamental philosophies that we take into account with Sky UX. The first thing, consistency, which we've touched on a lot already. It really is the foundation to the design system that is built on. So the more we can provide consistent and expected experiences, the easier our products will be for users. So ease of use, is the second one. It can be thought of in several different ways, for the design system. Like I said, making end users have an easier time using products that is top of mind for most design system. And, for Sky UX, our focus on ease of use has also extended beyond the user's experience, the end user's experience, to also include the implementation ease of use. So the technical implementation of the design system focuses on usability for internal and external users, designers, and developers. So an outcome of an easy to use system is efficiency for users of the design system and the experiences created from it. Sorry. We also work to remove the question of how is or should this be done from designers and developers so they can instead focus on answering important questions. From an end user's perspective by creating a design system that prioritizes efficiency, we help our customers focus on their primary needs and ideally not leave them wondering how to use the product. Web accessibility has been top priority for Sky UX, for some time now. So we recognize that there's a wide range of users who utilize our software and providing them with a welcoming experience that meets their needs is key. So Sky UX is built with accessibility in mind from considerations like color contrast of our visual elements to built in access it's assistive technology, to support with components. So we continue to work on providing out of the box functionality to support digital accessibility and all of our users of our products. I'll expand a little bit more on some recent work we've done in a couple slides, around specifically the accessibility. And then finally, we have a focus on quality where we provide testing frameworks and maintenance for component libraries. Automated testing access to components helps ensure that customers of Sky UX can evaluate changes made, and accept them to mitigate any breaking changes as they go through releases. So our maintenance of Sky UX components is one of the other major benefits of utilizing the component library. The front end software development space is really fast moving and ever evolving landscape, especially when you're thinking around, like, prioritizing security remediation. So Sky UX is built utilizing a front end framework called Angular from Google, and we maintain it to its twice year feature version that releases. So it's not only means that we keep our packages up to date, which is really key for front end security, but also that consumers are able to utilize the newest front end features being released. Alright. So one of the reasons I love working on Sky UX is because we're constantly learning and looking for new ways to feed that back into the design system. So an example here is accessibility, which we can improve and adapt within the design system and more specifically within components. So as new requirements kind of came out around WCAG two dot two, the accessibility guidelines required in The UK and soon The EU, we've been able to review Sky UX or where gaps are found. For many of these findings, we can solve the gap for our products centrally within Sky UX, and then product teams can, adopt a lower cost than maintaining compliance by themselves. Another example are more generic design needs that can be identified in one product where, UX designers and engineers can iterate on different solutions to see what works for the users. Once the solution is developed and tested, the product team can then provide insights and insights gained from that research back into the design system. This could result in clearer design guidelines that other teams can then leverage to implement more successful user experiences from the start. It can also result in direct implementation within Sky UX components to enable functionality by default, or it could be the basis of a completely new component and pattern, that can be built and shared across all products. Again, all of this time and effort testing development that Blackbaud puts into its design system is open source and made fully available externally. Alright. I'll be wrapping up this overview with one of my favorite examples of how there's always room to make things better. It also shows how feedback from one product has improved the design system for all of the products here at Blackbaud as well as for those utilizing Sky UX externally. So the product statement summarize, an issue we faced with Blackbaud over a year ago. We had a new development team onboarding trying to update products, using Sky UX to the latest major version as well as provide some remediation for accessibility issues that had not been identified through some assessments. When the developer responsible for onboarding this team sat down to walk through the nuances of implementation of standard, form in an acceptable way, they realized that Sky UX had grown overly complex. Luckily, we worked with great teams who knew we were open to iterating and finding a solution. So once we took a step back from the specific component issues, we could see how The US components and designs had been built over a decade of time. So and over that decade, development best practices, accessibility requirements, and tools had changed. When looked at altogether, components were implemented in several ways requiring a higher level of knowledge around the evolution of the components and how they changed over time, and that just wasn't realistic for a new team to take on that knowledge. So these screenshots are likely way too small for you to read. However, they represent the lines of code required to write a single input field that met accessibility requirements. So the long 90 plus lines of code reduced down to nine lines of code that is actually more accessible than the original, which we later realized had an error in it. So maintaining accessibility compliance is now easier for products using Sky UX as we've built in so much functionality to the components, and individual development teams don't have to have engineers who are deeply knowledgeable on how to make functionality accessible. So there are so many more examples like this that I'm excited to have Blackbaud CRM leverage, as well as have the findings we have from Blackbaud CRM filled back into the design system at large and see how we can iterate over time. So with that, I'm done for today, but I'll pass it on to Neena to keep on chatting through more functionality within CRM. Thank you, Kerry. And I will just say that, as I switch to the next section, innovation for us is across the board. Everything that Kerry and team are bringing to us with the ways that we will provide that modern experience, and in a faster way as well. Because our plan is not only to adopt Sky UX in the way that she and team are envisioning it and really delivering it to all of us, including our customers and our partners, but also for the way that we have this engine that Trit covered. Would love to give you more details on that because one of the objectives of that engine is to ensure that your customizations are something that we can run through the engine as well to make sure that it's not a refactor moment for you. But with minimal lift, you could then convert that to the more modern experience as well. But now I'm going to to cover sort of the forward looking part of what we are of what we're really working on realizing with our AI strategy, that innovation vision. And as I had mentioned at the top of our, product epic briefing that so many of you are already on this path, and what we are doing is really taking advantage of the fact that, number one, as we build a data foundation on top of which AI will sit, it's really just not for us a it's not a buzzword. It's not just for us to come and say that we've got, you know, this type of AI or this agent or any of those types of of interactions, we wanna make sure that it is purpose built for you. And starting with that data layer, because, ultimately, this McKinsey quote really describes the philosophy that I think, really helps us understand the needs. What we are trying to achieve is making sure that we can automate those basic, sometimes cumbersome daily tasks, those things that are just those recurring decisions that you have to make. How do we bring that data to life for you? Because that's ultimately the human aspects, that human engagement that really AI, if done well, can foster that collaboration and that communication. So to give you a view of how we see this, it's automating those actions, the decisions, the productivity, really the efficiency that we can bring with those types of innovations, to our particularly with the the investments in technology on our cloud. So first and foremost, we are optimizing and automating workflows, to ensure that in your very connected ecosystem, we are able to bring you those types of capabilities for that high value engagement. We also know that Blackbaud has some very incredible, products that really drive predictive analytics, prospect insights. So what does it mean for us to put those types of capabilities at the fingertips of our Blackbaud CRM customers who are on our Blackbaud Cloud operations? And that's where it does make a, a very, very big difference of what data those analytics and those insights sit on top of. And then finally, it's about fundraiser collaboration as well, not just fundraising performance and and benchmarking. So when we think about AI and what we can bring to you, it's about those ways that there are so many fundraisers that if they had access to the ways that they are managing their portfolios in very efficient, very effective ways, how can we engender that collaboration that really just scales that level of of productivity? As we often say internally, we could never build this, all of this, on our own. Blackbaud, of course, has really wonderful, product engineering. An entire, business is focused on how we bring capabilities to you. But our partners, across the board, one of whom I really wanna showcase because that data foundation that I mentioned is really built on technology that Microsoft is has delivered to market. So the way that we see that is this very strong collaboration across, both of our teams. We are working with them right now, I'm gonna say, almost on a daily basis. They have that data foundation or that Microsoft Fabric and One Lake Foundation. And when we combine forces, that's where we can take our our data model and marry that in the way that it can actually start powering AI. And that is only important. I'm gonna share a diagram that some of you may have seen. This diagram is only important for actually what it ends up powering for us and what we can bring to you for our AI and the ways that we can bring analytics visualizations and that type those types of capabilities. So I won't focus on every single element of this AI, but I do wanna of this diagram. I do wanna focus on some areas. So we, of course, Blackbaud CRM, every customer has their dedicated Microsoft Azure environment. We make sure that that is provision permission to you. Now what we can do then is bring that to into Microsoft's Fabric and One Lake and make sure that your organization's data that's represented here with the cloud icon is, first and foremost, only permission to you. We do not train on that data. We don't model on that data. We also know that there will be instances where all of you are thinking about other datasets that you can bring into my to your fabric within our Blackbaud cloud operations. The reason that's important is fundraising doesn't start at the CRM. It starts often where, you are engaging perhaps on a platform like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. So when we can bring in those types of data elements and bring them into your fabric, that's also giving us the ability to actually map those relationships, those interactions of where fundraising engagement starts. With that, that is also your data. We permission that exclusively to you. That is not trained or that is not part of our model. Where it gets very exciting for us in this data model, this diagram, is that Blackbaud's forty years of understanding philanthropy and social good and the thought leadership, but also the industry leadership that's represented with the Blackbaud icon, those are actually datasets that our data science team is leading, whether it's for Blackbaud Institute or for, donor centric. Those are all ways that we can actually take those datasets and provision and permission that for everybody who is sitting within this this, this cloud model. We also invest in a lot of data. So as we invest in that data, we can actually permission that to all of you as well who are sitting in fabric. What that lets us do is then we can put Copilot and those types of innovations that that we are building on top of this data foundation. And, again, it also lets us build the Power BI or Power Automate capabilities that ultimately connect more and more of your of your system, but also provide those those capabilities to see what fundraising AI actually means for any organization. And I will call out that Sky UX and everything that Kerry had described, the engine that Trit had described, all of that is gonna be available to to all of our customers, regardless of whether you are hosted on our Blackbaud Cloud operations or you are on, your own self hosted platform. What we do know though is that on the data platform, what we can start doing is bringing that generative AI. So if Colton Chamberlain is one of your if he's your if he's your alumni or if he's a donor in your donor base, we can actually make sure that we generate with generative AI, we bring more and more of that information directly to you. So it's not about going to so many different sources and trying to understand Colton. It's not about investing in those extra sources because we're investing in those datasets. It's about bringing that generative sort of context of who Colton is so that that actually adds to the productivity and the efficiency that we're trying to bring to all of our customers. We also know that so many of our customers, they really are using the power of business intelligence analytics. And we decided that sitting on that data foundation that I just described, what does it mean for a product team then to expose these types of BI and analytics, these visualizations that truly represent not only your data that is sitting in Blackbaud CRM or the types of data that you would bring in, but, really, what does it mean for us to expose some of the the fundraising insights that we can actually embed in any of these types of visualizations. How can we bring benchmarking to you, fundraising benchmarking, to really reveal that the industry is trending in a certain way and there are certain practices that may actually, help your team as well. And then again, as I mentioned, there are so many wonderful, products in the Blackbaud portfolio just as Kerry is bringing Sky UX to us, and we're really gaining efficiencies and a lot of strength from from that type of, design system, we also have other products that when we combine that with the data the data foundation and put those tools at your fingertips, then we actually power more and more of those action oriented workflows, whether it's major giving and the ability to actually understand your prospects and with our prospect insights, product. Or how does AI just surface more of that experience in a seamless way so that you can actually understand giving propensity by identifying, qualifying, and optimizing your high value prospects? Because your time and resources are so valuable. We wanna make sure that that becomes clear as to how you have access to the parts of your portfolio that perhaps driving in better ways can can achieve those outcomes. Same with outreach and planning, even tools such as an acknowledgment rider. We actually released a simple version of this. We're planning to scale this for our Blackbaud CRM customers. But with any campaign is the requirement to acknowledge the contribution of of your entire donor base that has participated. So being able to give you that enhanced productivity or that leg up with there's perhaps a efficiency of some content that we could show you of how to power that productivity. This is, of course, not something that we would ever send. But any of your fundraisers, if they just use this, they can say, alright. I have the good first draft, but I wanna personalize it even more. I wanna make sure that truly reflects the tone and tenor of my organization and how we engage with with our, donor base or our, alumni or our volunteers or members.
