Blackboard Integrated Payments is our fully embedded payments platform for the social good sector. Earlier this year, we introduced Blackboard Integrated Payments as our new overall brand for payment services, which includes Blackboard Merchant Services or BDMS. And our mission is simple, to help you raise more funds, save more time and costs, and sleep better knowing that your payments are secure and compliant. To raise more, we're making giving easy with intentionally designed user experiences, the latest payment methods, and optimized checkout. To save more, we offer ways to lower your processing costs. And as part of the connected ecosystem at Blackboard, we minimize data entry and we streamline workflows for back office teams. And lastly, we know security is nonnegotiable, and we apply a defense in-depth approach to all payments. We have a dedicated global team focused on anti money laundering and transaction monitoring twenty four seven, and they all also keep us ahead of the curve with any new compliance needs so that we can keep you informed of the things that you need to know well in advance. So, overall, we're offering a purpose built set of tools and features designed specifically for our customers in the ways that you need to accept payments, whether that's online, in person, for sustained giving, via corporate social responsibility programs, or peer to peer, and more. Payment services power all of these Blackboard products, and you may use payments across more than one of these solutions. So by using Blackboard integrated payments, you benefit from a single platform for payments and your different fundraising needs. We serve customers across the globe, so you can create a merchant account wherever you have a legal presence in The US or Canada, The EU, The UK, Australia, and New Zealand. And for your supporters, they can pay from anywhere in the world in the currency that you have set up. In addition to global reach, having the right payment methods is what matters the most. It's critical so that you can present the payment options that your donors prefer to use. And today, we're gonna share some new payment options that make giving even easier for your supporters. And it doesn't stop with Blackboard products. We've added many new payment integrated applications this year, covering text to give, events, school programs, and more. Payments from these non Blackboard applications still flow through your existing merchant account, keeping everything streamlined. So with that overview of Blackboard integrated payments, let's get into the updates and what's coming soon through the lens of the payment length life cycle. From left to right, starting with support to acquisition, which for us means all the different channels where you can accept payments in all the different settings that you support. We'll then then dive into the details of payment processing and updates to the checkout experience. We'll cover new items that you need to know for fraud prevention and compliance. And last but definitely not least, some exciting updates around reporting and the future of reconciliation. So Giving Tuesday is right around the corner on December 2. The Blackboard Institute, in partnership with Giving Tuesday, has released a new report that's packed with insights on giving trends and information on how each generation's behaviors, can ins and that can help you inspire new ideas for Giving Tuesday and for your end of year campaigns. And there's a lot of really useful tips in there. One example is that we see generation z is, growing in terms of their engagement. They're starting to seek out causes to support, and they're very willing and engaged. And in fact, donations from Gen z increased in 2024 compared to millennials and boomers where it actually declined. So what this means for you is that when you're thinking about the payment methods that resonate, think about the younger donors and what you choose to put on your donation forms. Let's do a quick poll here. And if you can, let us know, if you're using any of these digital wallets today in your payments. So we see that digital wallets are a real game changer, and they're an easy way to capture more revenue with younger generations. While 57% of adults use digital wallets, that jump in that number jumps to 91% for Gen z. And many Gen z donors don't even carry their physical credit cards or know their card numbers like I do. You know, wallets speed up checkout by up to 50%, and they can have higher authorization rates. So if you're not using, wallets today, scan this QR code, and it's gonna take you to instructions that are specific to your application and help you get those wallets set up and ready before getting season ramps up. Speaking of digital wallets, so in addition to having them online on our website, here's another way that you can accept those wallets for in person events. Tap to pay is now available for Blackboard's mobile pay terminal iPhone app. For those of you familiar with mobile pay terminal, you know that you had to use an m two card reader connected to your mobile device. But with Tap to Pay, the difference is that there is no additional hardware that's required. Supporters simply hold their card or their digital wallet that's on their phone, close to your device to take the payment. And the good news is that if you do have the m two reader, you can easily toggle between using the reader or tap to pay on a single device. So in the, you know, fairly rare occurrence that your supporter doesn't have a contactless payment method, you can still accept their payment. We do think though that that's gonna become more rare over time because, you know, we know that contactless payments is now almost ubiquitous, and most card issuers now support the contactless technology, and a lot of people are very familiar with paying that way. So with this new feature, you're also ensuring that you're up to date with how supporters expect to be able to make a payment. Tap to pay is now available through the mobile pay terminal app for US iPhones, and it offers all the same security benefits, of a standard terminal transaction. We think this is gonna really make it easier for you to manage events. It's gonna reduce the number of terminal readers that you need to bring to the events, but it's still gonna allow you to take the payments that have contactless functionality so that you can overall have a much more smoother event experience. Some additional enhancements that we're planning to bring to mobile pay terminal in 2026, we're gonna extend support to Android devices, and we're also planning to bring donor cover to mobile pay transactions so that you can save more on fees when you're taking those in person payments. So look out for more updates on on these features at our next product update briefing in early twenty twenty six. Alright. So I'm gonna shift gears now to accepting payments online. And as a reminder, we released a new and improved checkout experience this year to standard forms and registration forms for our NXT. The checkout is not only PCIV four compliant, but also includes more wallets out of the box such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal and Venmo. We talked about the importance of these wallets earlier, and the good news is that you can now accept recurring payments with Apple and Google Pay and not just single onetime payments. Continuous optimization is also built in to this new checkout, and it was both designed using best practices and continues to advance from AB testing so that we can boost conversions and ultimately help you raise more. We have a modern payment architecture, under the hood that's gonna ensure optimal performance for our global customer base, eliminating any deployment related downtime, for any user across the globe and making sure that your supporters can make payments around the clock. I'm also thrilled to be able to share that this new checkout can be used in any custom partner or third party application via the Sky payments API. Many of you use the API today with the current Blackboard checkout, and now you can upgrade that experience to benefit from all the things that we've just talked about, like digital wallets and modern user experience, continuous optimization, donor cover, and more. So if you are interested in learning more and joining the early adopter program, please scan this code or leave us your name in the chat, and we can get in touch. And just to recap for you, if you're not aware of the Sky payments API and how payments can actually extend beyond Blackboard, let me tell you a little bit more about that. So working with multiple vendors for different fundraising channels, which we know that many of you do, often means multiple merchant accounts and managing, you know, different fee schedules, different reconciliation processes for each of those different applications. So our partnerships can help you still expand and use those different channels, but keeping payments simple using the merchant account that you already have. So the image on the left is gonna show you some examples here about things like mobile or face to face fundraising, telephone campaigns, ticketing, event applications. We know that, you know, if you are using these other applications and they come with a fixed payment provider, it actually introduces a lot more work because you have to go and set up a new merchant account. You have to work with finance and figure out how to get the data out of the new platform into all the existing workflows. You have to answer how you're gonna reconcile the payments, what the fees are gonna be. You know, do they have all the payment methods and maybe the digital wallets that we really want on our on our payment methods? And suddenly, it's a lot more work and a lot more things to think about when you're setting up a new vendor. So instead, by partnering with other platforms, Blackboard is working to help you expand your fundraising channels with the vendors that you want to work with that help make the process easier by minimizing the friction with payments and extending the use of your merchant account that you already have to be used with other solutions. And to help you illustrate to help illustrate, here's a quick snapshot of just the types of use cases where we have partners who are already connected with Blackboard integrated payments. There are applications here that are gonna help you with telethons, with memberships, with face to face fundraising, school programs, virtual events, alumni engagement. This is definitely not exhaustive. We do have a Blackboard marketplace that includes all of these listings and more. So I highly encourage you to go and check it out and see what's available. And as always, if you don't see what you're looking for, just let us know. You can also drop any questions here in the chat if you're curious about an application that you're using today, and about integrating payments, and we can we can help you out. We have many customers, like I said, who already benefit from using integrated partner solutions today. And a shout out here to Melissa at the semester at c who shares the time savings for her team, and just having all the data already consolidated in BBMS and RE NXT, especially on high volume days like Giving Tuesday. So a key takeaway for you today is thinking about how you can save time and money for your organization by using your BBMS account across third party applications, keeping your rates keeping your benefits consistent, and keeping your back office simple. Alright. So now that we have covered acquisition and channels, let's turn to payment processing. Jake. Thanks, Mina. So I'll take us into the world of payment processing and discuss what is new and upcoming to help you guys raise more, save more, and sleep better. First off, we previously mentioned that our checkout system relies on AB tested best practices. I wanna focus in a little bit more on those aspects of our ongoing payment optimization with those AB testing experiments and targeted improvements to boost conversion rates. Both are vital for increasing payment acceptance and providing a better experience for supporters. To begin with, AB testing serves as an invaluable method for discovering which payment process works best. By conducting controlled comparisons between different versions of payment pages and flows, we identify what delivers stronger performance. Through experimenting with various layouts, messages, and payment options, we uncover what appeals most to a supporter. This approach equips us with a solid data guiding our decisions and yielding measurable outcomes. In addition to AB testing, we actively pursue comprehensive enhancements and conversion rates by focusing on specific improvements in the payment journey. For example, we've worked to adjust the look and feel of checkout pages to ensure they are accessible and easy to use, which helps boost conversion rates. We also simplify the checkout process by minimizing required steps, thereby decreasing abandonment rates and increasing overall supporter satisfaction. Ultimately, our ongoing strategies, including both these AB tests and focused conversion efforts, play a crucial role in maximizing payments and improving user experiences. Staying proactive and adjusting based on this data ensures that our payment systems remain streamlined and effective. Up next, I'm super pleased to announce the upcoming introduction of new payment methods as part of our enhanced checkout experience. These options are designed to broaden your range of payment methods, optimize transaction processes, and support an expanded audience. First, DAF Pay provides a secure and efficient means for donors to contribute using their donor advised funds. By integrating DAF Pay into our checkout, donors can complete their contributions directly on our platform without having to access external portals. This integration offers several benefits like a seamless and straightforward donation process, which encourages ongoing contribution contributions and strengthens donor loyalty. Additionally, donor advised funds are often associated with significant contributions frequently exceeding thousands of dollars. So it's important that we offer robust digital transfer system and comprehensive security protocols to ensure safe transactions. Next, Amazon Pay utilizes the reliability and convenience of Amazon's payment infrastructure, which enables users to make payments through their existing Amazon accounts. The advantages of this integration include familiarity with Amazon's interface, which can reduce abandonment and improve conversion rates as supporters can finalize transactions efficiently without reentering payment information. This enhances their overall experience. It also provides advanced security measures provided by Amazon to protect users' payment data. So by incorporating DAF Pay and Amazon Pay, we're enabling supporters to benefit from more flexible, secure, and convenient payment solutions. These enhancements are expected to elevate user user satisfaction while driving increased engagement and revenue. And while talking payment methods, the new checkout experience now supports Canadian direct debit payments in Luminate, Team Raiser, and online giving. You can accept both one time and recurring payments online. We will handle creating the pre authorized debit agreement and sharing that with account holders. We know a lot of customers are manually processing direct debit today with banking institutions. The goal here is to save you time in sending and receiving files from banks and matching up those records to gifts. Many organizations also have to get approvals from senior leaders every time they wanna send a file to their bank. So using this new feature, not only is all processing consolidated with your usual credit card volume, but you're saving a lot of time when recurring payments are due. As mentioned, we handle the management pre authorized debit agreements, which are the mandates required by Canadian regulators. These are required for every one time or recurring payment, but we've built the features to make it really easy for for you guys. You can access these mandates anytime and we'll get even update them if there are changes to recurring gifts so you can rest assured you always have the latest compliant version of the agreement should you need to provide it to any authority. If you have any questions on Canadian direct debit, please reach out to us and also join the product update briefings for online giving or Luminate online to learn more there. Then as part of our global strategy, we're focused on bringing more payment methods for international currencies starting with direct debit. It's a reminder that any organization with a formal legal presence in these countries is able to collect payments by creating a dedicated DBMS account for that country, which allows us to pay out in that currency. Unlike The US, direct debit is a preferred payment method in other countries for sustaining gifts, so it's vitally important for customers who wanna grow their recurring programs globally. So we're excited to offer you this capability in online giving forms early next year. We're also looking to add these payment methods to our API to allow you to process payments through any non Blackbaud applications. Next up, you can't talk about payment processing without talking about fees. So I wanna remind you all of what we offer to help you reduce costs and put more back into your missions with Blackbaud Merchant Services. Our two fee offset options are complete cover and donor cover. Both models give you a way to significantly reduce processing costs. Both models give donors an option for how they can help your organization. By providing both complete cover and donor cover, you now have options on leveraging whichever model is right for you on a given donation form. You have the flexibility to use both as these features are configured per donation or registration form so you can see which works best for you and your supporters. Across Blackbaud, we have been able to redirect thousands of dollars back to our customers in the form of fee savings. These are powerful tools that you can start using to help grow your revenue by saving costs. Since 2024, we have saved customers $23,000,000 in processing fees. And to that end, I'd like to share a quote from Joanna Young at the Manchester University in Indiana who has been using complete cover since our early adopter program. They have been able to use these additional funds on some really impactful programs, including student food pantries to address food insecurity among college students. We love hearing about all these real life examples, so thank you, Joanna, for the feedback. And now taking donor cover a step forward, we're adding the ability where you can customize your donor ask amounts to cover more than the processing fees and where your organization keeps the extra funds. Until now, donors could cover processing fees, but coming soon, organizations like yours can customize donor cover ask amounts to go beyond the fees to help cover other operational costs. This flexibility allow lets you align fee coverage with your fundraising strategy, give donors a clear and impactful way to contribute more to your mission. So next up, we'll take us through everyone's favorite topic, fraud prevention and compliance. First off, we at Blackblood aren't the only ones using AI to be more efficient. Fraudsters are constantly adapting using automation AI to bypass static defenses. Modern payment fraud is a moving target requiring dynamic real time protection strategies. Traditional tools like address verification settings and CVV blocks were once the backbone of fraud prevention. However, these data controls are increasingly ineffective against sophisticated attacks as fraudsters can now source stolen cards with valid ABS and CVV data, rendering these checks less reliable. Blackbaud's fraud prevention approach combines multiple AI driven and rule based controls, including automated bot detection, IP threat assessments, and AI powered risk scoring on every online transaction. Our bot detection solution, reCAPTCHA, is deployed to detect and block automated bot attacks such as card testing. By analyzing user behavior and transaction signals, reCAPTCHA can actually distinguish between legitimate users and bots, reducing friction for real donors while stopping fraudsters in their tracks. This automated capture is triggered based on risk signals, and we're actively doing discovery to further optimize its effectiveness. Blackbaud's fraud stack also includes IP address blocking, velocity checks, and geolocation verification to to identify and block suspicious activity from known bad IPs. These controls help prevent attacks from proxies, VPNs, and botnets, which are common tactics in modern fraud attempts. And then finally, Blackbaud uses AI powered dynamic risk scoring to deliver real time network based risk profiles using over 80 data attributes, including IP reputation, location, device fingerprinting, and velocity analysis. Dynamic risk scoring evaluates each of these transactions risk profiles considering those factors and then enables adaptive blocking logic that evolves with emerging threats. This layered defense ensures that even if one controls bypassed, others remain active to protect the transaction ecosystem and allow you to sleep better at night. And so while in this area of fraud and compliance, I did wanna spend some time on our platform level optimizations, which are a critical goal for improving payment acceptance rates or authorization rates, and they're all free to you. These range from balancing fraud settings across risk and revenue, using AI driven adaptive adaptive acceptance, utilizing secure network tokens, and our credit card updater. So let's dive into what these are. The first example of how we boost acceptance rates involves refining how payment requests are transmitted across card networks and implement implementing real time retries based on AI and machine learning. This can include adjusting the timing or elements of the message format used to send payment requests resulting in higher acceptance rates. Next, we can increase auth rates by using network tokens. These secured tokens are unique to the card network and replace raw card numbers, resulting in more successful secure transactions. We we request the creation of these tokens on your behalf. We are seeing an increasing number of payments using network tokens behind the scenes. When combined with Blackbaud's first class recurring engine, this leads to dramatically improved authorization rates. And then speaking of recurring, you've probably seen our credit card updater reports in the BBMS web portal, where we ensure that card tokens stored for recurring gifts have the latest and greatest processing information, so we can ensure that you raise more. In addition to updating store cards, we also update cards in real time at point of sale of supporters using old card data to complete a transaction. Then finally, we continuously experiment continuously experiment with the best settings for fraud protections based on those learnings we just discussed. We analyze overall effectiveness of our fraud suite against changing threats. We're able we are able to turn dials to ensure that we are not blocking too many good transactions along some potentially fraudulent ones. Some areas this includes is around three d s or MFA required transactions, CVV code blocking, and then address verification settings. We are sure to balance our defense in-depth approach to lean on the most performative fraud measures where you remain protected, but continue to raise the money you need for your mission. Overall, these platform level optimizations are essential for maximizing payment acceptance rates and enhancing the supporter experience. By staying vigilant and making data driven adjustments, we ensure that our payment processes are both secure and as efficient as possible. And then finally, to wrap up this section, there's two areas where we wanted to bring your attention to the near term for compliance requirements. The first is the new Visa acquirer monitoring program or VIN. Visa just launched this program, which is designed to deter excessive fraud and dispute activity across its network. The main takeaway for customers today is to monitor the rate of fraudulent transactions and disputes you're seeing on your accounts. Anything going over 1,500 fraudulent transactions per month or a rate of 1.5% for chargebacks means action should be taken. Note, this is a relatively high threshold and beyond what most of you guys see. So steps to reducing chargebacks includes ensuring statement descriptors reflect the correct organization name so that payers always recognize the charge on their statements. Secondly, as a reporting entity under the Federal Bank Secrecy Act, Blackbaud audits and reviews payment accounts to ensure compliance with these regulations. Organizations must annually review and confirm signatory information within financial accounts. To help you avoid interruption in payment processing once a year, the BBMS web portal homepage now displays an alert that asks you to confirm if your signatory information is still correct or to make any necessary updates. You'll start seeing these alerts start in 2026. And with that, we'll wrap up our fraud section and kick it over to Purnima. Thank you, Jake. Now that we have heard all about the exciting fraud prevention and compliance changes, let's shift our focus to the critical part of the payment, life cycle, which is the reconciliation and reporting. Who doesn't love a well reconciled report? This is where everything comes together. Right? Like, making sure the transactions, the gifts, and the finance records align seamlessly. Our goal here is simple. Give you tools that simplify workflows and save time. We have added several enhancements in Blackboard integrated payments to make reconciliation easier, and we will also look at what's coming next. So whether you're exporting transaction lists or reviewing disperse disbursements or transactions, these updates are designed to reduce manual effort and, improve accuracy. But before we dive into the details, let's start with something that makes your everyday experience better, and that is easy portal navigation. We have made some changes to navigation and home page and portal, So there is no more extra, clicks and digging to find the data you're looking for. This means you can jump straight into what matters most without wasting time. Let me show you, what this looks like in portal. Here's the updated home page. Notice that the, navigation menu is on the left now. It's consistent with other blackboard applications like Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT. So it's easy to find what you need when you're switching between products. In the center, you have the disbursement schedule clearly displayed. And on the right side is the recent disbursement, which is the latest edition. It's a quick access to your recent disbursement, and it will display three latest, disbursements. This is these changes are all about, reducing clicks and giving you instant visibility into the data you care about. These changes might seem small, but they add up to a smoother, faster experience every day. Now that the navigation is simple, let's look at the specific tools and enhancements that make reconciliation easy. So let's start with the big picture. For those using Blackboard CRM, we have the built in reconciliation tool in, CRM inside the application. But for Razer's Edge NXT and Blackboard integrated payment users, we know and we have heard from many of you that, reconciliation involves a lot of manual steps and a lot of, like, manual matching which takes up time that you would rather spend elsewhere. We wanted to give you the tools, which will simplify the process and save you time. So, again, our goal was simple here to say, let's make reconciliation easier and faster across Places Edge NXT, Blackboard Integrated Payments, and Financial Edge NXT as well. So let's dive into to see what we have done. First stop, Blackboard integrated payments. We have added a small but mighty enhancement to the disbursement report, which is a view as transaction list link. Now with one click, you can jump straight to the list of all transactions in that disbursement. So no more digging and filtering. This is the first step towards making reconciliation less of a chore. So once you click on that link, you will land on the transaction list. So once you're here, you can review all the transactions in your disbursement. You can add and remove columns that you need and customize it to what your finance team needs and make sure everything lines up with our e n x t. One key column to notice here is the payment transaction ID or the transaction ID column. Why why is that important? Hang tight. You will see how this becomes the magic connector, between products. But before we get to that magic, from the transaction list, you can export that entire list that you have customized with the different columns to excel with one click. So now you will have an excel file with all the details your finance team needs right there. So no more copy paste gymnastics. This means, faster reconciliation and saving you more time. But if you're wondering how do I connect these transactions to the gifts from Razer's Edge NXT, that's where the magic happens. Remember that our payment transaction ID that we talked about, that ID is your common thread. Think of it like connecting puzzle piece. This payment transaction ID is on the transaction record in Blackboard integrated payment, and it is also on the gift record in Raices Edge NXT. Now we have connected this dot and added something new and amazing in our NXT. So in our NXT web view, we have added the payment transaction ID to the web view query. So you can create a query with payment transaction ID plus all your gift details that you need, like the fund, campaign, the gift type, gift date, donor information, and then export it to Excel. Combine that with the export you created in Blackboard integrated payment, and then let Excel do the matchmaking. So there's no more, hunting and matching, different, transaction and gifts. This will be just, very quick and accurate reconciliation. This is gonna save you and your finance team, lots of time. Now here is the big win. If you have all three products, Resus Edge, NXT, Financial Edge NSE, and Blackboard integrated payment together, you will soon have, end to end automated reconciliation. First, gifts are posted in versus edge NXT, and it will automatically create, journal entry batches in financial edge NXT. When the transactions are later dispersed in Blackboard integrated payments, deposits are created and matched automatically in FE NXT. Finally, when the deposits are, are posted, the clearing account is relieved. So the loop is closed. This, the payment transaction ID that we talked about, that is the one that ties everything together. So it eliminates matching manual matching, reduces error, and saves your finance team a ton of time. If you want to learn more about the automatic deposit creation in Financial Edge NXT, be sure to attend the product update briefing for Financial Edge NXT. Alright. So we've seen, we've talked about reconciliation. But in 2026, you will see some more tools in Blackboard integrated payments that will make reconciliation even easier. First, the export from disbursement reports will include RaiserSedge NXT, gift information, like fund and gift ID. So you will have all the details you need right at the fingertips. With this change, you will also be able to quickly review any missing, gift ID without digging through multiple screens and products. Soon, you can also you can use power automate connectors to integrate reconciliation right into your workflow. And for those who want flexibility, you will be able to use the Sky API and, the disbursement and transaction endpoints to customize reports for your financial system. All of these enhancements are designed to save you time and, make reconciliation smoother and easier. Alright. We have talked a lot about reconciliation, but what if we could make finding transactions even faster without clicking through multiple screens? That's where our next enhancement comes in, and it's powered by AI. As you are aware, Blackboard is expanding its AI capabilities in Blackboard integrated payments and making it simple for users to engage directly with Blackboard AI. Some of you may have already noticed a new sparkle in the top right, corner of the BBMAs portal that launches the new Blackboard AI chat. This feature is in the process of being rolled out to all customers. So if you have not seen it yet, keep an eye out. You ask here's how does it help? Here is what it does. The first productivity boost is, in generating transaction list. Instead of manually selecting filters like you do today, you can simply ask the chat to create the list for you. Just tell it what you need and the time frame. For example, you could say, show me the transactions for last week or run a report for all the transactions in October showing the fees. The AI check will generate a clickable list that you can edit or save just like you do today, but without those extra steps. And if you have seen this feature already, please use the thumbs up or down icon in the chat to share feedback. This will help us refine and improve the tool for you. So we've seen that the AI chat can help you generate transaction list with simple prompts, But we don't want to stop there. What if you could go beyond list, and instantly access the data that you are looking for without any digging? That's what the next enhancement in 2026 is all about. With Blackboard AI powered search, we are making it easier than ever to get the information you need. Ask a question, get the transaction or gift info instantly. Using natural language, you can chat with Blackboard AI to get transaction specific details. Instead of navigating through menus, just ask a question. Say, what's the status of this transaction ID? Or show me the gift details from this for this payment. Or show me the transaction ID for this gift. This means you can connect the dots without switching systems for a true connected system experience. Okay. So far, we've talked a lot about AI and how AI can make your work faster and easier. But with great power comes great responsibility. So let's take a moment to talk about how Blackboard approaches AI responsibly. At Blackboard, we know trust is everything. That's why our AI is built on clear principles to keep our data safe and your experience positive. First, we design the AI experience carefully so that the responses are guided by what you type, giving you relevant and helpful answers. And when you interact with AI, you will only see information you're authorized to access. So your data stays, private. We also use your feedback like thumbs up or down or, reverted questions to improve the experience over time. Plus, we follow strict privacy laws like GDPR and roll out features thoughtfully across different regions. Now just as important, is what we don't do. The AI does not train or change itself using your organization's data. It does not learn or update from your data, and it never shares your data with other customers or outside system. So you get the convenience and the power of AI without compromising privacy or control. Alright. We have covered a lot so far. So let's take a step back and look at a recap of everything that is already available to you today in Blackboard integrated payments. There's a lot here that's designed to help you raise more, save more, and sleep better. For example, under supporter acquisition, we have introduced Tap2Pay on iPhone, making in person giving easier than ever. Plus, there's a new checkout experience that is streamlined for donors and for you.
