He will be here throughout the webinar to answer any questions, and you can directly message him through the messages tab, and he will be reaching out to you. And with that, we will pass it over to Will. Excellent. Thanks all. Looking forward to the conversation today. My, I should make sure that I'm there we go. My background is that I'm basically a 100% school guy. I went to Colgate in Upstate New York, absolutely loved it. Literally left the graduation stage, and walked right into the development office, stopped people on the street, told them the school was so great. They need to send all their money there and their kids there, and really never left the school environment after that. Went and worked at a variety of places, but where it became interesting and relevant to the conversation today is when I became the, director of advancement, at Saint Mark's School in Southborough, Mass, where I came onto the leadership team and we had a conversation, really about, you know, who we were. And the issues that we faced were that we were perceived as a school we were, you know, twenty years ago. Parents were logging into five different places. Alums, you know, had, misgivings about, you know, what was going on, and we basically had a communication problem. And, as the person who was in charge of raising money and raising, you know, good feelings for the school, I was whining about this constantly and finally my head of school said, you know, be quiet and go solve the problem. And what we ended up doing, is bringing in a variety of different vendors who solved lots of these different issues, and, probably as as as you are, and basically had, you know, different conversations. One of the people I ended up meeting at that time was a guy named Travis Warren. He was building a company at that point called Whipple Hill. He had all of two employees. And the way that he discussed it with me is basically the way I'm gonna have this conversation with you, going forward. And it's not having the conversation from a technical standpoint, but having the conversation from a persona standpoint. Meaning, tell me how your perspective families are finding out about you. Tell me how your parents find out about what's going on in their kids' lives. Tell me how your teachers go through their day. So that's what we're gonna, you know, sort of cover, today is I'm gonna basically spend about, you know, five to six minutes just talking to you about how we how and why we built the software the way that we did. So as you're doing an assessment, you can sort of see the groundwork of what we did. And then I'm gonna just log in and show you what it feels like. I'm gonna take you through that experience from look at a pretty website that looks and feels like me, to inquire, to imply, to fill out a financial aid form, to sign a contract, to choose my tuition management type, to see what's going on in the classroom, to the point that I love this place so much. I'm gonna give you a million dollars and have that go into my general ledger. So can't cover necessarily all of that in thirty minutes, but I'm gonna show you how all those pieces go together. And then at the end, we're gonna get into brass tacks. You know, how can school get this done? Roughly, what's the timeline it takes? You know, guidelines to pricing and and things like that. So without any further ado, when we talk about, you know, what the ultimate outcome is that schools are are looking with for when they when they're coming and looking for a sort of a total school solution, everything in one, It's basically long term sustainability. Now I know that sounds a little lofty, but in the end, you really do just need the the ability for, a family to come in and be able to, see the value of of what's going on. And if they do, if families can come in and see how great the teachers are, the coaches are, the dorm heads are, you know, all of those people, then they're going to be able to give back, even more. And that's sort of a a the the idea that when you look at the the process and the systems that make it so that a a family and a teacher can can do those things, that's what that's what we're we're gonna go through today. So basically, the the underlying, systems that that Blackbaud has, you know, before when we when we started this, we literally brought in private school parents on Wednesday, teachers on Thursday, admin on Friday, and we took them through the process of just use these tools. And what we found out was there's sort of bare tools that everyone needs. I need a website so that I can find out this place looks and feels like me. It needs to roll into an admissions and enrollment process that that reflects our process. And you might have multiple ones, One for lower school, middle school, upper school, international students. You might have completely different ones, but those need to all be in the same place and make it easy for someone. I need all that information to, go into a tuition management system so that we can tell them how much it's gonna cost for them to to go to the school of their choice. I need all that information to go to a registrar so I can put that information into a student information system. I need teachers to be able to do their work every day and have a learning management system, that works well or or we need to integrate with one that you're already using. And we're gonna create an experience where the teachers can do their job and, who might also be coaches and advisers and and all of those things. And parents need to be able to come in and see that so that at some point, they love the place so much, and give the place a million dollars and have that go into the fundraising, you know, components and have that all go into the general ledger. So today, that's what I'm gonna sort of take you through is that process, from beginning to end. And what tends to happen, and hopefully, some of these resonate with you who are on here, is what happens for a school to evaluate? What what breaks the camel's back? And one is the classic, I've got too many systems, and I'm looking for a one stop shop, both because my administrators are going nuts, but also because we're multiply we're we're communicating with families in a lot of different places and it's and they're not they're not understanding it. So we're having to send them different emails, a newsletter, you know, log in to this over here. We're we're making it very confusing for them to get information from us. On the teacher side, there are, you know, again, lots of different systems. You might use one for grades, another one for, you know, the classroom LMS type thing, another thing for sports or the nurse. And then when it comes to communicating back and forth, whether it's, you know, the the boring, hey. Practice is gonna be late. Come for pickup later, or the important stuff. Hey. This is the training we're gonna do, or this is the stuff I need to know from the classroom. You need to people who wear all those hats need to go into all different systems. It'd be a whole lot better if you were going into one. And then on the application side, the admission side, you know, a lot of times when we go to school websites and we look at this, it's like fill out this form, then this form, then this form, then we'll get back to you this way. The business office gets back to them by email. Somebody else gets back to them by phone call or text. And then we make them do that all over again, you know, every year. And then the other sort of key thing is that with all of this, we need to do more about fundraising. And we're doing that after we've confused people, you know, you know, throughout. So, when it comes to sort of if you do this and, you know, if you if you take a look at all of these these issues, the outcomes need to be about Blackbaud being able to, you know, have a user experience where the parents will see that value of their child's education at your school. So if you're a k through eight school and it's all about, you know, all the teachers in the classroom and people coming by the and and, knowing that they have, you know, a particular STEM program or, you know, that they wanna they wanna see. They what they need to be able to see that value. It can't just be a brochure where on your front end website. And then to be able to do that, to be able to provide a place where parents can log in and see all aspects of their their child's education, you need to have a place where teachers can basically do all the things, put in grades, put in, notes, put in special things about, boy, you know, Billy seemed a little off today. You know, I need the the coach to know about it as well. So you need a a solid place for everyone to come in and do that. And then, hopefully, all this information is going into one place. So now school leaders are gonna have all the key data from across all of these systems to be able to make better informed decisions in the long run. And that's what I think as all of us go through an evaluation process, that's what we're asking people to look at. Because when you do, and this is something that is you know, we've been proven out again and again, is that when parents do see that value of their education, they will pay their bills on time. They will volunteer and give more, and they will also give you exceptional word-of-mouth marketing, because they'll they'll be logging in, you know, seventy, eighty, 80% of the parents will be logging in once once a week, and they'll be able to see that. And the other nice part is that when teachers can come to one place and do their job and know that the good information that they're trying to get back to parents or trying to get back to students, they do become more satisfied with their jobs, and their their satisfaction goes higher. And the other part is that if all that data is in one place, you can now actually measure student success in a variety of different ways. All of those things sort of, like, need to come together as one. And there's really specific outcomes and proven results that we can get to. And this literally is out of the box when it comes to enrollment management. When you clean up the process and make it easy for people, you will get 21% more inquiries, more applications, and more contracts done online, because it's just as easy. The, you know, the analogy I like to use is, you know, Delta Airlines and things like that. You might not love Delta Airlines, but they make it really easy to find the two destinations you wanna go to to pick a seat, to pay for them, and to say show up at the airport here, and then they nudge you along the way. They give you a little text saying it's time to check-in. It's time to do all those things. That's the same sort of thing that Blackbaud is doing, but we totally specialized on the private school experience and made that special, and that's what I'm gonna sort of take you through. To the point that when you do it well, yes. There's a 20% average increase in giving in year one for people who are using Raiser's Edge and and taking all the data that you're learning and just doing a better job of reaching out to people in ways that are meaningful. So let's dive in and take a look. From a beginning, what I'm gonna do today is I'm gonna show you the parent piece, where we're gonna show how you can basically drive family engagement through parents can log into one single login. They're gonna be able to see all the three sixty degree view, billing schedules, calendars, all their pieces in in in one. So it's sort of for parents, the idea is I need to come to one place to see everything. And for teachers, it's more about I need to come to the one place to do everything. So I'm not logging into this one and going in here and copying and pasting from here and going in here. I'm just doing my job, whether it's my, you know, teacher hat or my coach hat. I'm coming into one spot and I can do, you know, all those things. So this is the world you're up against. So as I dive in and start to show you the tools and and how we do this, this is the expectation that your families have. They use these things all day. I am wearing an L. L. Bean shirt right now. I live in New Hampshire. I go to Maine all the time. I love going to L. L. Bean. But could you imagine if online, they made me sign line into you know, log in to one place to buy shirts and another place to buy pants? And it's insane. You would never do it. And now think of what you're doing to your families, to your teachers when you're telling them to go to different places to, you know, to get the value of of of what you're trying to say. They love their kids, so they'll do it, but it's not there. So what we're gonna do is basically show you how we do that. And for the purposes of today, I'm gonna be logged in as Peter Abel. He's gonna be my character today, so I can show you a lot of things. He is a, parent of three kids at the school, one in lower school, middle school, upper school. He's also got a graduate, and he's also got someone who's applying. He also happens to be a biology teacher. He also happens to be a coach, a dorm head, all of those things. So I can show so I can show you a lot of things in a short amount of time. And, hopefully, I'm thinking that a lot of you probably have, somebody similar on your staff that, you know, is this person plus being the development director and all that. So, really, it's a good system to be able to, to have lots of different roles. So when it comes to, the beginnings of a website, we design, you know, hundreds and hundreds of private school websites. And I'm showing you these not to say, oh, I hope you like to say this this looks beautiful. But what we've done is heat mapped and tested all this so that anybody who's coming to a website, we know, because all we do is private schools, how quickly you want them to get to the admission buttons or the giving buttons. This has all been heat mapped and tested so people find what they're looking for. The other part is the the days of pretty websites are almost over because about, you know, 65% of your families, even prospective families, are coming on their phones first to look at things. So most of this has to make sure it all works beautifully, and everything I'm gonna show you today works beautifully, on on the phone. That number keeps rising and rising. But as you come and, you know, say, okay. This place looks and feels like me, You know, whether it's a big school, small school, you'll see all different types of schools that we work with. There's still sort of key things that you have to do to start the process, and it usually starts in admissions. And what you'll see now is, you know, hey. Here's schedule your tour, inquire, apply, summer camps, all of those things. Boom. Right there on the front. But the key here is that they're not just going to let random forms. They're going into a place that's going to begin the database that is Blackbaud. So as we as you look at different ones, I'm gonna use Harlem Academy as our example today, and then I'm gonna log directly into the system where I come to a beautiful website where they're telling you the things that they they're looking for you to do. Apply now, donate, learn more. You know, they're really straightforward navigation. Even if you don't use us, I welcome you to come here and shamelessly rip off the navigation and and use it on the tools that you are. But when it comes time to do the application, this is where the magic begins. So here I am. I'm gonna start my application. I'm gonna do what many people do. I'm gonna create an account saying, yes. I'm interested in doing this. If I had just filled out an inquiry form, I could have done that. But the reason I'm showing you this is that, you know, at this moment, I'm gonna fill out the basics just like I go to Facebook. Here's my name. Here's my email. Here's, like, some basic information. But even at the moment, I'm choosing the basics. For your school, it might be lower school, middle school, upper school like it is here. Or for another school, it might be international student or boarding versus day. You might have different things that you ask people in the admission process, and this isn't only gonna create an individual admission piece. It's going to create an admission, experience. It's also gonna be connecting to tuition management and eventually to Financial Edge or QuickBooks or any of the pieces. So as we're doing this, we're connecting all of those dots. So I'm gonna log in now, and this is where I'm going to show you my true director of development background here and see if I can get in here, and I'm going to stop sharing this for a moment. Yeah. Where they're showing my And can someone con confirm if they see Olivia Abel? I can't see you. So I'm gonna assume yes unless somebody comes on and screams and says no. We can't. So when I come in see. You're seeing Olivia? No. You're not? Great. Okay. Thank you. Oh, now we see the nightmare. Oh, the share part. There we go. That important button. Now I'm assuming we see Olivia. Yep. Okay. So now when I come in as a prospective family member, I'm gonna, you know, sort of kinda get you used to this screen and and it's because it's what somebody's gonna be using for the rest of their times, at the school. It's not like we have to introduce you to admissions and then introduce you to the LMS. I'm coming into one spot, and I'm immediately presented with a checklist that is unique to the one that I chose. So if this was the lower school, in this case, it's Olivia, and she's, you know, entering at the kindergarten, there's a specific checklist that relates exactly to what you need from them. It's already showing you check marks in the places where we've already got the information. So if you wanna come in and fill out the application, I can come in here and I can immediately get into that. If I need to do my parent interview, I can schedule it right here. If I need the media release form, I can come and add it and start and then get all your pieces there. In addition, it tells me exactly what I need to do, the processes to go through. Everything here is all altogether, and I can sort of get to my spot and and collect all this. On the back end, for you admission directors or anybody else who's out there, there's all of this stuff is being collected in the place. So if every Monday, you wanna send a a a polite nudge process for everybody to the top of the funnel, hi, Abels. Thanks so much. We have your, math teacher recommendation, and we have your, sorry. My dog's going a little nuts. So math teacher recommendation and and but we need these other things. It can politely sort of nudge them along just like Delta Airlines does five days before your flight, asking you to, you know, say, do you want special security? Do you wanna pay extra for your baggage? All that sort of stuff. Everything here is makes it easier, and it's just sort of a modern, process that that people go through. At a certain time, you're going to want to say, hey, you're you're accepted. And every school does this differently. When I was at Saint Mark's, we went over the top. We called them. We had somebody local to them, that was, you know, that would pick up the phone and call them, and we would also send out a nice letter because you might wanna send that to the grandparents who aren't online, or they can also come in here and come in online at a specific time of day. Let us know your decision, and they can, you know, say, yes. I accept them. I've declined. This is not them signing their contract, but this is them just giving you the nod in which direction they're going. One of the big pluses here is that when you do this, and we tell you that if you give this, spot here, literally within thirty six hours of you sending this out, you're going to have about 80 or 90% of the people checking one of these things. So if I'm in the admission office, I know it's going to be a good year. Oh my gosh. We better go hire more teachers to get all these people who are accepting, or, we better get, you know, going on the, on the marketing side because we're we're a little lower than we were than we thought. So it's just an an official note that's there. And then you're gonna notice, instead of it just being, you know, stopping the admission process, congratulations on your acceptance. Please indicate your, you know, decision below. Now we want you to, you know, to complete your enrollment contract. And that is the beautiful thing about, you know, the systems being, you know, connected. Your system, as soon as you said they you accepted them, the process already the, the the user environment automatically created their enrollment contract. And now I can come in here, and you can see he's got multiple kids. I'm just gonna grab, the one at the top. And now you're going to see, which looks exactly like their application piece, I'm gonna come in here and here's my contract. Here's Brookfield School. Yep. There's Henry. You know, is he returning? Is he not? And then this is the standard. Here's the contract that says I'm gonna be a good kid. If I'm not a good kid, you get to kick me out. Yep. We all agree. Awesome. Next. And now we're getting into the the juicy stuff. You know, are you gonna split the accounts? How are you gonna pay us? Here's the expenses. Yep. I want the summer camp. I don't need the after school. Yep. This all looks good. You know, now let's go to the tuition management. Okay. Great. How are we gonna do this? Where these payment option plans, again, these will up to these will be completely up to you. How am I gonna pay you? Again, these will also be completely up to you. But the beauty is that we're collecting all of this information, all these types of things, and it's basically gonna roll right into, Financial Edge. Or if you're using QuickBooks, we're gonna, you know, collect all this information, and go. So literally, from the moment you've accepted them at at the right at the time of acceptance, you can basically have them sign their contract to do all those things as opposed to have multiple things in the end. It's what modern systems do. It's what you should do, and I'll show you the back end a little bit here in a second because it it makes it even easier for them to pay. So ta da. We've come through the admission process. Everybody loves this. I've now gone through. I've I've I've paid. I've I've I've let you know how, I'm going to pay. I'm gonna do all those things, and now the system recognizes me as a parent. And one of the neat things about our system is that, you know, as I was saying before, when we built it and we had that sort of discussions with parents, students, and teachers as we were designing it, what we found out was that parents navigate by their kids and teachers navigate by what they do. So for the next couple minutes, I'm gonna show you the parent version of, you know, how parents navigate, you know, how we built this to navigate a certain way. And then I'm gonna show you, how they can see all the information that's going on in their kids' lives and go from there. So the idea is when a parent comes in, it's like, how do we show all the things that they need on a regular basis that currently you might be emailing them and texting them and, you know, sort of doing that. But the nice part is that the very first time a parent comes in, the system is actually literally going to walk them through how to use the system. Now most people wouldn't even need this, but I just wanna show you the first time they come in there and be like, hey. Guess what? Over here is your kids, and this is where you're gonna be able to access all the information about your kids. And over here is where we're gonna show you all the stuff about their performance and their athletics, and you can get all this stuff. So it's gonna walk them through a process of, you know, exactly how to use the system. But I think I can make it even, you know, easier for you in that as you sort of go, you know, left to right here, everything that I'm gonna show you here, directories, calendars, news, billing resources, the groups they belong to, parents don't have to do anything. When they log in the very first time, it knows who they are, who their kids are, what classes they're in, how much they owe, their permission slip is due. And literally, the system is going to, you know, punch and nod and and sort of politely poke you in the forehead, telling you, you know, what needs to be done. So when I log in as, Peter Abel remember, Peter's both a parent and a teacher, but I'm gonna see the directories that are relevant to him. So I can come in and I can see the parent directory. I can see the carpool map. Teachers might be able to do even more. When I come in and see my news, I'm gonna be able to see recent activity. Now, again, remember that this is, it knows who all my kids are, so I'm seeing the July 4 is closed. Victory alert. Why? Because it knows one of my kids is on the cross country team. Brookfield runners make race. Guess what? Also, very active coach who's telling me these things. You know, so lots of good information here. Science fair coming up, extra piece. And then the fourth grade weekly bulletin, I'm seeing this because it knows that my kid is in, fourth grade. So common sort of thought process to, you know, anybody's news feed on Facebook. It knows who I am. It knows who my aunts and uncles are. It's putting all that information there mixed in with things that the school wants to tell me. In addition, for those of you who are still sending out newsletters, you can still do that with our system, or you can have sort of a real time news where you're constantly just posting things in a place where, you know, here's the the things that are that are coming up, and here's here's what needs to be done. But the really nice part before I get into the individual, pieces is that when I initially came in, right, and you've accepted me, this yellow bar is one of the best things that we've ever invented. So literally, you know, as I come in, it's going to say, if the yellow bar is here, we need something from you. And what I love about when we launch these things, heads of school, take your least technical person getting up in front and saying, welcome back, families. We're so delighted to have you here. Here's your user ID and password. And if there's anything we need from you and, again, you can be on your phone, your iPad, all of that. This yellow bar is going to show up, and it's going to, you know, recognize here's the things that we need. So for you as a new family, guess what? This checklist is gonna show up. And shocker, you know, here are we need the, emergency contact forms, the back to school supplies, and and these are, you know, simple things. When I come up here to fill out, I don't need to fill out. It's basically already filled out. I'm just going to sign it. So you have really straightforward, you know, pieces that are there. And then when I come to my other forms that are here, you're gonna notice that the tuition manager one that I was showing you before, great, but I don't have to go to a different place to get my other forms. Here's the one for acknowledgement and permission form for the field trip. All of these things are done, and when I come in to take a look or review them or continue them, you're gonna notice that they're already filled out. So the idea is instead of sending and pushing and and sending out forms to people and hoping they fill them out, all of this is is collected, and the person on the back end, if I'm the person who's managing the field trip, this doesn't go to some magic place where I have to teach them how to use it. It's a tool that the teacher can use to manage things as they go forward. So, when it comes to, the resources, this also is intelligent. It gets it knows who I am. It, you know, so I'm seeing tuition management. I'm seeing financial aid. When I go into tuition management, it's already got my information. It already knows I've got my multiple kids, so I'm immediately presented with, you know, what I what's due, what's what's owed. So when I go into my nineteen fifty here, and I'm seeing, yep, there's my two tuitions for my three kids, the after school program, the sweatshirt. Yep. Yep. Yep. I agree. Now I can come up here and I can pay. So it's a beautiful way to just easily, you know, come in and and and get to all the things, that I need to. And then if you have other systems, you know, you can see some of the names here, August, or people wanna make a gift or do any of those things. Guess what? Automatically connected to Raiser's Edge here, integrated with August Schools here, integrated with Pick A Time here. So as part of implementation, if you've got other systems that you're using, this would be the place to bring all those things together. But now let's get to the juicy stuff, which is now it's all about my kids. This is the way the school communicates with you on a regular basis. I don't have to go to a variety of different things. I can come to one calendar, and in one place, it's going to know all of my kids. It's going to know what teams they're on. It's gonna know who's got a quiz tonight. This is all up to the school. You can decide how much you wanna share, not share. I'm showing you a system that's wide open right now, but you might decide that in the middle school, you don't wanna show tests and quizzes. At the lower school, you just want it to be this. So this is gonna be, you know, relate to me. But I can come into one place, and you're gonna see over here on the left, it knows my kids. Here's Henry. If I wanna see more of their schedule, I can get even more detail and get, you know, right into the, you know, exactly what they're doing every day. And if I wanna take this and not have to log in to here, I can actually, you know, export this, put it into my calendar, have it immediately go into my iPhone, my Android, you know, any of those spots. It's just an awesome modern system. But this is where it gets really good. So that's all sort of the day to day getting that information. But if I wanna get to the specifics of my child, the reason I sent them to a private school, I can literally come to one place, and, again, I've got this set to wide open so you can see things you might choose not to share this much. Basically, that parent student teacher triangle, you're gonna decide who sees what in each one of those things. But when I come in as the parent here, just to sort of show you, not only can I come in and, you know, send messages to the teacher, I can report my an absence right from here? So if they've got an orthodontist appointment, I wanna get in there and do that. That's fantastic. So now I can come in. I can see their learning profile. I can see their transcripts, from before. I can see all the report cards if they've been there for seven years. I can, you know, see all those things together. If you're gonna show conduct and show that they were a good kid or a bad kid. But now I can see here's their biology, and you can see mixed in with their academic things. I can also get into their advisory and, you know, their athletics, their football. But the neat things about, you know, all of this information being in one is I don't have to click in individually to any of these things. If there was anything relevant to football or anything, it would have popped up on my calendar. It would have shown up in my news feed or would have shown up in this yellow bar for me to sign it or do it. And that makes it very easy when you're on your phone to sort of manage all of those things. But if I wanna see, you know, particular things about how my kid's doing, if I want to be able to see their assignments and what's due tonight and what tests, you're gonna make, you know, pedagogical choices as to what to share. But the beauty is I just come into one place, and I can get to to all of those things. So, overall, this idea of I just come to one place and take a look, every family sort of uses it differently, but we make it very easy, to get to to one spot. And sort of a a magic sauce is, also, I can come to one place to get all the messages from the adults in my kid's life. So when I come in here, you know, I'm seeing a lot of things from me today, which isn't probably the best, example, but I'm gonna go to actually official notes where now I can see all of my kids, and in this case, I'm also, you know, teaching as well. And I can see uh-oh. Brian's in trouble. You know, scholastic warning, so I can get, you know, all this information, you know, in in one place. Now I could have just as easily gone into, Janie's thing and gone to just hers and seen her official notes, and they're all together here, you know, in one spot. I can come in and see the medical pieces. So this is a way for every family to feel very comfortable that the four or five adults in their kids' life can easily communicate with them in a meaningful way. So with that said, I'm now gonna twist over here, and I'm gonna now show you Peter Bell, who is also the faculty member. And I'm gonna click over, and I'm gonna show you that it's not dramatically different as far as this level one navigation because we know that that teachers and administrators, they also need directories. They also need calendars and news. But now it's gonna be relevant to them. But when I come in as the teacher, you're gonna notice instead of it being about me seeing all the stuff about my kids, now it's all about what I need to do. It's all about my day, and it's immediately, built into this. And the job here is to make it for all of our tools, is to make it easy for the teachers who are also coaches, who are also advisors, who are also helping out with lunch to be able to come to one place and do all those things and be able to communicate it back. So as a teacher, I can come into one spot. I can go to schedule and performance. I can see every single assignment that I've got out and, you know, is is out and looking at it. And as you can see in here, I won't have a chance to go too far, but we can handle mastery. We can handle all sorts of different ways of, of, you know, the ways that you you, measure student success. But in one spot, I've got my all my pieces here. I can get all my grade books in one spot. I can see, the grading that is that that's got to be coming up that I need to do in sixteen days, forty seven days. This is obviously a demo environment, so we've got different ones that are in here. But then I can come into my classes themselves. Oh, wait. I'm sorry. I meant to do this, which is I need to take attendance. Right? And a couple cool things here. One is that, when I log in, you'll see these green ones that have are showing that that something's already there. So I can come into my attendance. I can see, yep, present, present. Here's the person who's absent. Somebody called to the front. The parent either went in and and did filled out that thing that said their kid was gonna be absent. So all the information is already here. I don't have to run down hallways and, you know, take a look at at at any of those things. So oh, sorry. And when it comes to the class itself, when I go into my physics class, this is where we get a little bit into our learning management system. And now I'm the teacher. There's lots of different ways I could get here. You don't have to go necessarily the way that I just did. But from within the class, I can launch the Gradebook. And I'm gonna show you this just to show you that the Gradebook is connected with the learning management system and student information system. So you'll start to see things absent when assigned, absent when due, just real big benefits. Over here, you'll be able to see, back end information that might be helpful when it's about time for you to do, you know, your actual grading at the end of the semester. So here's all the things that are in my grade book. Time for me to pop this over here. I can easily, once I'm in my grade book, navigate to all of my other classes, go back to other semesters and shamelessly rip off and steal from it. And then if you're going to be doing mastery over here, you can have the ability if you wanna show the skills. Yep. We wanna, you know, do those things. All of that's there. We would dive in much deeper, if we were doing a full evaluation with you. So just wanna sort of, show you, that part. I'm guessing that actually didn't show up for you, did it? Oh, well, we'll come back to that. Now on the, there's lots of of great things in here, but one of the things that makes it very easy on the teacher side is that when we start getting to the rosters of the people that are in the class, now we'll be able to, you know, not only see everybody that's in here, but we'll be able to get to the detail that that is very helpful in being a teacher. And then I can see medical alerts. I can see a profile notice, which means I need to log in and somebody's saying something like, you know, Janie's grandmother's sick. She might be a little sad in class today. You know, those types of things that will be there. If there's a learning profile, by the way, if that learning profile came in through your admission process, you view those systems being together. Is that learning profile is gonna show up automatically here? And then if there's different things you wanna do, view the profile, send a message, you you know, you can, you can do those things from here. And then teachers can easily, send, an email to all the students, to to all the parents. Again, you're gonna choose to what you need to do. If you need to do, send out a a bulk, text, we can go to mass communication and dive in there. And then, of course, the reports that you wanna have easily available to teachers around the emergency contacts because you're you're you might be, you know, offline somewhere. So all the school forms and all the pieces that are are immediately part of this. So that, you know, coming in, knowing that I'm the teacher and I can I can see all these things and all the roster is great? It's just as great, if you are a coach and it's slightly different, meaning now the same format is used inside, you know, whether this is an after school activity, a sports activity. You're still gonna have a similar look and feel to these other, you know, tools that you can use from from inside it. But the other nice thing from, you know, an athletic side, which mixes in with the medical piece, is that when you take a look at the roster, you're gonna be able to see, you know, those kids that aren't cleared because the person on the back end is there. But here's my roster, and this is the HIPAA certified things that I'm allowed to to share internally. So you're gonna be able to see these things. Again, just a smart way to to do this. And I think that's really one of the the the kickers as I show you all of this, and I feel like I'm speaking like the FedEx guy, and I'm dating myself by even using that reference. But the idea is that with with all of these things, it's like this has constantly been honed to how a private school works, which gets to, you know, some basic sort of pieces of how this all comes together. And the last thing I'm gonna show you on this before I get into sort of, you know, how do we go about it, what's it cost, is that when you do this well together, the the nice part is that as a team, as a leadership team, everybody does their part. I'm a teacher. I'm an admission director. I'm a development director. But in the end, you wanna take this information that's coming from a lot of different places, and you wanna just be able to study what you need to study. So here's, you know, the new and returning students. Okay. Looks like we're doing pretty good on yield, from the admission office. Okay. Our average grade by grade level, it looks like ninth grade is really doing a little too well, which teachers of mine are, you know, really pumping up that. Which students right now are at risk? And you can sort of determine what your risk things are. So if I'm ahead of school and I'm walking down the hallway and I wanna sort of know these things and have it pop out. So these are yours. This is just a demo one that we put together. But these are are pieces that I as a guy who worked at school for fifteen years, this is what I would call the board report. Right? It's something I wanna come out and look at that, but maybe the admissions, you know, director wants to see something a little bit different. You know, they wanna see the funnel. They wanna get, you know, specifically into those or I wanna get into, you know, some very specific things about the admission side. So if I'm the admission director, I come in and see this detail. And this is the sort of the beauty of how this all comes together. So with that said, I'm going to stop sharing that. Probably make a nightmare out of that. And I'm gonna come back over here, and I wanna talk a little bit about, basically, the timelines and the overall cost structure. And I'm gonna apologize for the next slide right here. But for those schools that are looking to do this, and there's so many different spots, but I just wanted sort of so you can have a a way of, you know, seeing how lots of schools that start the project, some do it really quickly, meaning they rip the Band Aid off and say, hey. We're gonna do all of this going from here to there. Some might start with just enrollment management and tuition management, very classic one because it cleans up the whole way that someone inquires, applies, signs a contract, you know, those that part of things. But when it comes to sort of putting this together, ultimately, for schools that are now looking to be live, it's too late to be live for, the coming year for the student information system. It's not too late to have a conversation about getting your enrollments and tuition management set up so that you can be ready for reenrollments next year. So this would be a natural part of a first conversation of, you know, tell me what you're looking for, what you're looking to do, how you how you, you know, what's what's your big concerns are, and then having a conversation of do we wanna which what parts do we wanna bite off, and chew. And, when it comes to, you know, pricing, the idea is that for those who who don't know how we price, it's basically the price per student per product. And you don't have to buy all our products. It's all you you buy what you need. And so the idea is, you know, smaller schools will pay a lot less and bigger schools will pay, a bit more for obvious reasons, but you're basically coming up with, you know, a cost per student that does this. And I think this is where when we have a conversation with you about this, you're gonna see that the costs are very reasonable when it comes to, hey. We're now gonna solve these issues based on which one things that you're looking at, and this is the cost per student to do that. And it's not like there's just this big upfront fee and this, you know, this this annual fee, which is how, you know, things were done, you know, several years ago. So I think that part of, you know, what we're looking at, is, you know, sort of the key part to what I wanted to sort of talk about today. I'm not sure if any questions came up. I felt like I was talking a little quickly, but, that is what I've got to, speak about today. Unless any questions have come up, let me actually take a look at the q and a. Very good. Alright. So there aren't any immediate ones that I see there unless I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm new to this platform. But if there was a, thought process around, you know, if there's any questions about how leadership teams, go about making this this decision. One of the things that we that we regularly do is we sit down for a half hour call at the beginning and just, basically have a straightforward conversation about what your goals are. You know, are you looking to get a particular type of kit? Are you looking to raise more money? And then we would sort of come back like any good, you know, consultant and sort of listen to what you're looking for and then, come back and show you the tools in a way that, that they would address those things, good now. So, I think what I think we're good there. And I'm not sure, Lolly, if there's anything else that you need to add at the end. But, otherwise, feeling like we covered what we needed to cover. Alright. That sounds great. So, Wally, I appreciate having you, have me, here today, and I'll have you I'll have you take it from here. Oh, wait. I'm sorry. I see one. Speak to the timing of Blackbaud offering development offices a usable solution for entering new families into RE. Yeah. Actually, we we can speak directly to that. And, Angela, we might wanna take this, off. But as far as if you're the way that we're doing things now is with something called RE Connect. What is happening, and it's actually in the middle of happening now, is we have a more automated, process. And, we we've we're if you were at the, several last, pieces, pieces, the product briefings, product update briefings. We are diving in deep into not just, the way that the data goes specifically from, into razor's edge, and but it's also how things will go from razor's edge to financial edge, and it's basically a complete, new way of of sort of of looking at all that. And in fact, I think, Angel, if you don't mind, I'm just gonna I'll I'll pick this up and, dive because it it's a it's a fun thing to, to dive into. And, actually, just one thing to be clear here actually, I'm sorry if I'm reading it wrong. And then, otherwise, Lal, if you wanna come on and just just take it, there is a currently, obviously, when new families come into enrollment management, ConnectRE would take that information and and take your if you guys decide when you wanna wanna pull them in. But that information will immediately go into Razer's Edge, and then we would immediately be looking them up and cleaning up their data, finding out basic prospect research information that's there. And that's where the new fun stuff is to talk to you about because we're doing even more, on the data that goes back and forth and making that a two way, integration between the two systems. And we can send you some information offline about all of that. Alright. I don't see any other questions, Will. So, with that, we'll just thank you very much for attending, and, you will hear from Dan. And if you have questions, please reach out to us or your AE, and we'll be happy to answer anything. Thank you again, and have a great rest of your day. Thanks, Paul.
