Welcome to the product update briefing of Financial Edge NXT. I'm Sudip Datta, Blackboard's chief product officer. I'm sorry I can't be there live today because there are several sessions playing concurrently. But I wanted to kick things off because I understand how important this session is for you. The road map of financial edge NXT is themed around providing a modern, delightful user experience with intelligence built in to drive efficiency. We had taken up the UX modernization project for Financial Edge NXT a few years back, and we are now close to the finishing line. Those who have been with us along this journey must have followed that we took one module at a time, starting with payables, and converted them to a modern web view. The new UI is clutterless with a left hand navigation and bubbles up only the things that need attention. But our overall modernization does not end there. We strongly believe that the next generation of financial accounting is not only about system of records, but also about financial intelligence and efficiency. That's why we are about to release a set of capabilities aided by artificial intelligence for our financial edge customers. These include a closing assistant that helps close the books faster and AI enabled invoice scanning, anomaly detection, and Blackboard AI chat that helps interact with the product in natural language. Of course, while AI innovation is critical to increasing the value we provide you with financial edge NXT, it is not our only focus. Our product is designed to lower the total cost of ownership of your technology portfolio. It is integrated out of box with Razer's Edge NXT and other partner solutions, which help avoid integration costs and implementation challenges. And we continue to build in features like payment assistant that eliminates the hassles of traditional checks to help you save even more time and money. Finally, I want to thank you for being a trusted partner. Enjoy the Financial Aid NXT product update. Wonderful. Thanks for Sadiq's video. Great way to kick us off. Welcome, everyone. Thanks for being here. As we heard from Sadiq, our goal is to empower finance teams with an integrated ecosystem where data flows seamlessly across Blackbaud products and partner systems. This ensures accuracy, security, and audit readiness while also driving efficiency through automation. By using tools like AI powered insights and connected systems, finance teams can allocate more time to strategy and impact rather than manual processes. Financial Edge NXT is designed to support your organization's success every step of the way. As we continue to evolve financial edge NXT, artificial intelligence is at the heart of transforming nonprofit finance operations. Automation is streamlining routine tasks, intelligent insights are guiding data driven decisions, and seamless connectivity across the Blackbaud ecosystem and partner systems, all pinned with trust and compliance. Together, these advancements empower finance team to focus on driving mission success while maintaining operational excellence. This slide illustrates how Blackbaud accelerates impact by connecting your financial system with the broader eco ecosystem of your institution. At the center, we have Financial Edge NXT, an intelligent connected hub for nonprofit accounting. What makes this powerful is the flexibility to extend and connect. Surrounding the hub are gears that work in harmony, ensuring that financial data flows seamlessly across fundraising, program management, and stakeholder engagement. The result, a unified system that not only handles transactions but drives strategic outcomes. And we might be having a technical difficulty. There we go. Well, get back to it. Thanks, Nikki. But yes. So this is really just, driving one system that, drives strategic outcomes, and it's empowering you to manage funds responsibly, report with confidence, and ultimately amplify your mission impact. We know that you as nonprofit financial teams play a critical role in helping your organization achieve their goals, but sometimes face challenges that affect efficiency and accuracy. You deal with complex reporting demands, manual data entry, and outdated processes that can lead to delays and errors. That's exactly where intelligent solutions come in, automating this routine task, integrating systems, and freeing up time for strategic priorities. As we move forward with today's presentation, we'll just wanna take a quick moment to reflect on key outcomes that we've shared previously and that you all tell us when you engage with Blackbaud what you're looking for us to partner with you on. We aim to help you achieve these with financial gen x t. These outcomes drive the solutions we deliver, and today, we'll highlight a few examples that directly align with these objectives. Keep these priorities in mind as we discuss how our tools and updates support your mission. In today's presentation, we'll discuss how the features of Financial Edge NXT align with three key outcomes for your organization, increasing efficiency, enhancing accountability, and enabling better data driven decisions. We start by alleviating administrative burdens and saving staff time through streamlined processes with features like AI document intelligence and payment assistant and needs attention items for quick action. We're automating reconciliation and managing costs are critical. We're delivering things like closing assistant, Blackbaud AI, and smart reconciliation to ensure financial integrity across departments, giving teams confidence in their numbers. Measuring and optimizing performance requires visibility. Our tools for for report generation, AI powered insights, and a connected ecosystem help organizations understand spending patterns and stay on budget. Together, we'll explore how they can make an impact on your operations. We'll start out by framing the road map conversation that we'll have with you all today. We'll highlight features that just recently released and are available now. Next, we'll share information, things we're working on now and expect to release in the next few months. And lastly, we'll talk about exciting functionality that we are in planning on to focus on down the road, and you can come to the product update session in the spring to hear more concrete details. We have a lot to share with you on improved workflows available now that have been released since our last spring product update briefing. This slide highlights the latest innovations in Effie and XT designed to help you work smarter and faster. There's a lot on this page. We've grouped these updates into the three key impact areas we noted earlier. The green highlighted items represent ideas that you have shared directly with us through the community or conversations, and the purple are all powered by AI that are currently in early adopter programs. You'll see improvements like enhanced check alignment, merging vendors and clients, and a modern home page for easier navigation. We've also introduced automated deposit creation for Blackbaud Immigrant payments, gifts disbursement, and expanded EFT capabilities in accounts receivable. We've also added enhancements for journal entry and bank reconciliation to reduce manual effort and added new functionality, like closing assistant, to streamline month end processes. Lastly, we've made it easier to query data with additional filters with the ability to export. And with that, I will pass over to Hallie and the team to really showcase some of their great work. Hi, everyone. So let's start by talking about the reality that so many of your finance teams face today. Picture this. Your day starts with a big stack of invoices on your desk. You've got hours of manual data entry ahead. You have to type those vendor names, amounts, code the expenses line by line, and then you have to chase down approvals. You might be walking to physic you're you might be walking physical invoices from office to office or sending email reminders for this. And then when it comes time to pay, you're cutting those checks in house, spending time again aligning the checks, signing them, mailing them out. Each step is adding additional costs and risk. The process is slow. It's time consuming. It's error prone, and it keeps your team buried in paperwork while some of your strategic priorities are probably sitting on the back burner. That's why we've built solutions to change this story. Tools that eliminate those repetitive tasks, keep the approvals moving, and give your team time back. We've launched two powerful products recently, AI powered document intelligence, which reduces manual data entry by extracting key details from invoices and receipts. And you've probably heard of this one, payment assistant, which automates vendor payments via virtual card, ACH, or check. When you pair both of these together, they deliver a true end to end payable solution directly in FENXT that gives you visibility from invoice all the way through payment. So what does all of this mean for you? It's fewer errors, faster approvals, stronger compliance, optimized cash flow, and real time visibility for your entire finance team. So let's dive deeper into each of these products. We recently launched an early adopter program for AI powered document intelligence in the expense management area. It covers both invoice requests and credit card charges. You simply just upload PDFs or images, and our AI will extract the details, match your vendors and expense categories, generate the invoice request ready for you to just review. We also have a new document preview available, which makes it easy for submitters and approvers to verify all of the information, and this works both on desk or mobile. So we're going to show a recording of an example of just how easy this is to submit an expense right from your phone. And this is an actual expense from BBCon, our recent conference in Philadelphia. From the expense management page, the user clicks generate request on the my invoice request tile. This opens up a modal where they can snap a photo of their receipt right from their phone. They can set preferences, like marking it as a reimbursement or simply letting AI pick the right category and description. The user gets an in product notification when the request is generated and coded. All key fields are prepopulated, including name, date, description, expense detail, and amount. Even the appropriate expense category and distributions are chosen. After a quick review, they confirm the approval path, and it's on its way for approval. So here are a couple quotes from an early adopter who notes the overall time savings with document intelligence and the efficiency efficiency of that document preview that I mentioned. And here's the best part of all of this. Our early adopters, they're not just using the product or testing it out for us. They're really shaping it. Features like this document preview is directly because of their feedback. It wasn't something we planned right away, but they all suggested it, and so we delivered on it. Their input ensures we deliver functionality that truly works for real world finance teams. So to all of our early adopters on the call, thank you for helping us make this product better for everyone. And on the payment side, payment assistant is nearing general availability for our US customers. You can now process payments from multiple bank accounts, unlimited accounts, in fact. We've got many customers already managing three or more accounts at a single time. We've also streamlined ACH enrollment and done a lot to enhance reporting with export options for full visibility. And, again, all of this is available directly in FENXT. If you're interested in learning more about payment assistance specifically, scan the QR code that's shown on this slide, and a member of our adoption team will reach out to you shortly. And for those of you, listening that are purchasing users, we've done a lot to, improve the grouping and filtering options that are available in WebView. We've got this available now, and it makes it easier to consolidate your requests into a single purchase order. If you haven't checked it out, and taken a look in web view, encourage you to take a look at it now. And we're not stopping with just those purchase order improvements. We've been promising this next step for a while, and I'm excited to announce that we recently released our first iteration of it. So a couple weeks ago, we we released a view only experience for purchase requests right in expense management. This means that you can see all of your submitted purchase requests or formally called requisitions in one place, making it easier to access them and review. You can gain real time insight into their approval statuses. You can see which requests are awaiting approval, who the approvers are, where each of those requests stands. It's very similar to our existing admin experience for invoice requests. And this all ensures visibility across teams with a clear audit trail of requests and approvals. This is just our initial release, and it's designed to help with the transition from web purchasing or web portal to web views expense management. We plan to fast follow with actual approval workflows and all of the necessary ad edit functionality that you'd expect. And for those of you not using payment assistant, if you're still, doing those payments in house, we've improved check alignment so you can now better control the accuracy of those printed checks. We've added batching for one time checks for faster processing in those ad hoc payments, and we've also added attachments to bank accounts for record better record keeping. And another very exciting milestone that we've reached this year is the introduction of automated deposit deposits, which is raise which connects Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, and Blackbaud integrated payments. This ensures the flow of gift payments processed through Blackbaud integrated payments to Financial Edge NXT. It automates the reconciliation of gift deposits to the general ledger. With this capability, we meet the need for manual journal entries. Gifts are posted from within RE NXT to the general ledger and FE NXT, and finance teams can now view and manage deposit records directly in web view, gaining full visibility, audit readiness, and faster reconciliation to the general ledger. This is a big step forward in our connected ecosystem vision, which unifies donations and accounting data so that finance teams spend more time focusing again on the insights and mission impact. We have this currently rolling out in an early adopter program, and the early feedback so far has been very positive. Customers are seeing significant time savings and improved accuracy. And that's all for me. So I'll pass it over to Russell now. Okay. Well, thanks, Hallie. Great stuff. I've got a number of features to go through with you today and enhancements, starting out with our, modern home page. So our modern intuitive home page makes navigation easier and decision making faster. It can be customized for each user's role, highlighting key insights and tasks for quick access. Critical information like bank bank account balances are all in one view, enabling real time decisions. Plus, it's mobile friendly so your team stay productive anywhere. This delivers efficiency and accountability, and it's available now in Canada and The US. The new general ledger overview page is designed to improve efficiency and accountability. It consolidates all key general ledger insights and tasks into a single view. This means faster data driven decisions because you don't have to navigate multiple screens anymore. Everything's right there where you need it. The closing assistant provides guided workflows and progress tracking. This helps streamline the period end close process by summarizing period closed data and providing the ability to drill down to, details. The fiscal year tile gives quick access to fiscal year settings and controls. This makes configuration and visibility much easier so teams can manage fiscal periods without digging through complex menus. Let's take a look at it. This is our general ledger overview page. At the top, you'll notice the tile we have for needs attention. In here, you'll notice, three different items for your attention, how to balance batches, pending batches, and previous, unclosed fiscal years. You select entities by clicking the links, and it takes you to the filtered list in the journal entry batches page where you could take all the actions that you could in that page, through this filtered list. So you can see you can approve and validate, and validate and post as well. Next up is the closing assistant. At the top of the closing system, you have the ability to fill, to switch between fiscal periods. And then next is the various different subledgers, and account of all the unposted transactions in them. When you select into it, you get a list of all the transactions from all from from various different screens within the application. So there's no need to have to cycle between different screens or run different reports, to find all of them. Those are transactions. They're all right here for you to take action on. And then you would have the ability to go ahead and post those and validate and then, select the post parameter as well. Further down that, area, again, you can find the relevant unposted batches for that particular fiscal period here. And just like above, you can, take all the same actions, as you could in the journal entry, batch page. And lastly, for close assistant, you can also, close the period as well, and it gives you a warning message here and let you know what what what it will do, before you do so. The next step is the fiscal years, action hub where we have, a quick link into all your open fiscal years and closed fiscal years. Again, a filtered list will appear giving you, everything you need to know right at a glance. And then also a very detailed tutorial for you to run through, about closing your fiscal years. Then one other thing I want you to invite you to try is the shape of the future. This is our survey that'll help us improve this page and the product as a whole. You can fill out the survey questions and then also leave some verbatim feedback for us as well. So very much would ask that you do that if you can. Okay. Next up is, the general ledger overview page. So this page is designed to improve efficiency and accountability. It consolidates all key general ledger insights and tasks into a single view. This means faster data driven decisions because you don't have to navigate across screens. Everything you need is right there. The closing assistant provides workflows and progress tracking. This helps string align period close process and summarize data. This makes configuration and visibility much easier so teams can manage fiscal periods without digging through complex missed menus. Okay. I think I might have. Okay. Here we go. So we've made significant enhancements to both journal entry and import to help in help you experience more streamlined workflows. And for general entry, we've made available flexible line insertion. Add lines anywhere within the journal batch, not just at the end, for greater control. Improve batch performance. Large batches now load and respond much faster. Asynchronous endpoints boost stability during large batch processing. Direct transaction import. Import transactions directly from journal batches, minimizing manual effort. And for import, sample file support, easily create and download sample files to simplify your import setup. Import and export records, generate import files and export records for use as sample or data files. Exception report download, download detailed reports for any failed import so so you can quickly identify and resolve issues. Flexible formatting, support for additional separators and text qualifiers make, ensures compatibility with diverse file formats. Quick import from context menu, Validate and import files directly from the context menu for faster access. Allocation management automates financial processes to make them faster and more accurate. With this feature, you can easily manage both direct and indirect allocations. This means overhead expenses or income earned across endowments can be distributed quickly and accurately. Reusable templates allow you to run allocations repeatedly without starting from scratch. This reduces complexity and significantly shortens the time it takes to close a period. The result is increased efficiency and better data driven decisions. This helps finance teams save time, reduce errors, and maintain transparency. And the best part, these cap capabilities are available in The US and Canada. Chat for Blackbaud AI brings the power of AI into your workflow, helping finance teams work smarter and faster. It gives users instant answers by accessing our extensive help and knowledge based content, automates routine tasks, and surfaces key insights. Instead of spending time searching through records and building reports manually, you can simply ask the AI to summarize a record or create a report. This means finance teams can make informed decisions quickly and stay focused on mission priorities rather than administrative tasks. It's about reducing the friction and increasing efficiency. This is currently available for our early adopters, but let's go ahead and take a look. Here, I'm demonstrating the Blackbaud AI chat. So I will open up a chat window, and the first thing we will demonstrate is the report builder functionality built into Blackbaud AI chat. So So we'll start simple with, a quick prompt to create a balance sheet report. So we will have it do that. And here, it gives us a button that links us into the basics tab of the report builder and then prepopulate the balance sheet name and description. And then you would just you would just finish out the the parameters. At that point, you could save, save, generate, or or just generate. Next, we're gonna have it create a report and also send it on a specific day. So we'll have to do some scheduling. So here it goes. And there's the report. As you can see, now it has prepopulated the name and description, but it's also started adding all the all the scheduling information down here at the bottom as well. So, again, you would go in and finish out, any parameters that you need, But this will help you get started, and it takes your language and converts it into the proper fields on on the actual input screen. So next, I'll demonstrate our we're calling them record summaries. So in this case, let's do an invoice. I will open up the invoice, and then I will open up the chat, and you'll see that it prompts me to summarize this invoice. I can select that, or I can type in summarize this invoice, either way. And there, it gives us all the relevant information about the invoice, when it's paid, dates, due dates, pays, who who changed it last, who touched it, ten ninety nine information, everything you need to know about that invoice. And then lastly, I'll go back to the home page to demonstrate this. I want to demonstrate the help functionality. So in this case, I'm gonna ask it, how do I add a new vendor? So right now, it's searching through our help content to find relevant information. Once it finds it, it'll summarize that content so that you don't have to go find it and then figure it out yourself. It breaks it all down for you. And then here at the bottom, it'll even give you a navigation to the to the page as well. So it'll take you straight there, and you can complete what the instructions are asking you to do. Okay. Blackbaud knows that security is a top priority for you and your organizations. That's why we're excited to introduce the Blackbaud Trust Center, your new centralized hub for all things related to Blackbaud security. At trust.blackbaud.com, you'll find audit reports, including SoC and PCI documentation, security white papers, a dedicated knowledge base for frequently asked security questions, Blackbaud security credentials, and self-service access to information for risk assessments and due diligence. You can access the trust center using your Blackbaud ID. No extra credentials needed. This resource is designed to make your security reviews faster and easier, reduce the time you spend on due diligence, and provide you with direct access to the information you need whenever you need it. It's part of our commitment to transparency and supporting your organization's security needs throughout your journey with Blackbaud. Okay. Next up is Regina, and she will be talking to us about what is up next. Yeah. Thanks, Russell. Thank you and Harley for taking us through all the amazing features recently released since the last pub in April. In this section, we'll share information about features we have a high degree of confidence releasing in the next few months. So, our focus about the next three months is on expanding AI capabilities, improving visibility across financial workflows, and continue to drive automation in the areas that take the most time today. The the items highlighted green, IDEA Bank request. These are changes that customers specifically asked for, and we are delivering them. This continues our commitment to customer driven innovation in financial edge NXT. Document intelligence is also expanding into payables, enabling faster invoice processing, and we'll continue to add support for everyday workflows like batch one time checks and AP recurring invoices for Canada. We are also rolling out the new geo reconciliation tracker, which brings more transparency to the month end close process. We are also introducing smart mapping for import to eliminate repetitive data setup and expanding Blackboard AI with capabilities like record summaries. Also underway, AI recurring invoices, third party billing, and sales tax, as well as consolidation management. All of these updates continue to reinforce our three guiding teams, increase efficiency, enhance accountability, and better driven decisions. I will touch on a few of these individually, but for more details on all the features on this page, please refer to the companion doc. Now let's talk about what's next for Document Intelligence. We have shared what's available today in expense management, but we know not everyone enters invoices that way. If you add invoices directly into accounts payable, we are planning for you too. Soon, you'll be able to bulk upload invoices. Just drop in your PDFs or images, and our AI will extract the key details and generate draft invoices for you to review. And just like the workflow in expense management, you will have a clear image view alongside the extracted data. So it's easy to verify everything before posting. This is all about bringing the same time saving, error reducing experience to accounts payable. So so no matter how you work, automation works for you. Another key enhancement coming soon is the GL reconciliation tracker, which gives finance teams full transparency into the reconciliation process. It clearly displays what's been reconciled, what remains outstanding, and the overall status. By highlighting progress and exceptions, it helps teams prevent bottlenecks and close books faster. This is a perfect example of how we are using intelligent design to turn what was once a manual process into a guided, visible, and auditable workflow. Here's a short demo for you to see how it works. So this will be a action hub on an overview screen, and you'll see here the high level information. You can change the fiscal periods. You can, you'll see the accounts that are matched, unmatched, the total, and then, also be able to ask Blackbaud AI for reasons for the differences. Clicking into the reconciliation tracker, it gives you a screen where you see all the accounts, the ones that are reconciled, under review, in progress, the variances at at that that exist, and then who is working on them and who's reviewing them. Fiscal periods, you can check to see what's been done throughout the year in terms of reconciliation for each fiscal year. You can go back to previous fiscal years and check those as well. And then a high level overview as a I call this sort of a project management overview to kind of manage the whole reconciliation process, out to the teams, and those types of things. Yeah. And then continue with, the Blackboard AI chat. We are continuing to evolve involve that feature. Coming soon, users will be able to perform record record lookups and filter searches directly through chat. For example, asking, show me invoices during the next thirty days. This capability turns the chat interface into a true AI assistant, helping finance teams retrieve and interpret data faster without navigating multiple menus or reports. It's another step towards a conversational guided experience across Financial Edge NXT. Smart mapping here will transform how users manage imports in Financial Edge NXT. The system will intelligently detect and remember mapping patterns, ensuring fields align correctly each time you upload a file. This eliminates repetitive setup steps, reduces import errors, and saves time especially for recurring uploads. It's all part of our commitment to make every workflow not just digital, but intelligently automated. Here, just wanted to talk about performance. We are rolling out significant performance enhancements across the platform. This includes faster data retrieval, optimized processing endpoints. We have introduced asynchronous workflows that prevent timeouts, implement processing, and reporting task. We have also improved check alignment precision, all of which mean faster load times and greater reliability for customers. We will continue to address sporadic performance issues in FE NXT with targeted improvements across invoicing, reporting, and imports, ensuring faster load times and fewer time outs. And with that, I will pass over to Heather. Thank you, Regina, Russell, Hallie. Just such amazing work and really great questions from everyone. I'm I'm glad everyone was excited and engaged. We'll take a look at at what we're thinking about next. This slide represents things we're exploring or doing discovery on to focus on next. We are introducing AI powered features like anomaly detection and inbox automation to reduce manual work and speed up processes. We're also adding capabilities like purchase request management, smart reconciliation, and smart import, making it easier to control, spin, and streamline workflows. Finally, better data driven decisions. It's all about giving you deeper insights. Expect drill down reporting, AI smart insights, and expanded APIs to make reporting more flexible and actionable. Instead of bulk uploading invoices, imagine vendor emails being triaged triaged automatically from your inbox. Invoices routed straight to document intelligence, statements sent to your team, AI extracting the key data, assigning the correct approval flow, and getting them out for review, all without you lifting a finger. That's how AI works for you. This slide highlights how we're connecting finance and grant making to create a truly integrated ecosystem. By leveraging AI, organizations gain real time insights into commitments, disbursements, and outcomes, helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions. In addition to the AR enhancements called out earlier on the available now and in progress, we are focused on improving efficiency and increasing cash on hand. Collections will be simpler with the new email invoice feature. You'll be able to create and send invoices with an embedded payment link that direct users to make payments on our Blackbaud integrated payments platform. Once paid, transactions are automatically recorded in Financial Edge NXT, streamlining the entire collections process and reducing manual work. These are five primary areas that we are embedding AI driven automation in Blackbaud AI. Tasks that are customarily periodic, month end close, month end reconciliation, reclassification of transactions will all be continuous, cutting down the time it takes to deliver current financials. Blackbaud AI will help answer, questions, continuous ad hoc reporting that are continually bombarded, your finance staff. Blackbaud AI will help support better cash flow forecasting, and we'll continue to enhance all of these workflows based on your feedback. We will continue expanding our intelligent overview hubs designed to give finance team a centralized AI powered view of critical operations. First, the treasury hub providing visibility into all cash and bank accounts with AI driven insights for forecasting and reconciliation. This means less manual work and more confidence in your planning. Next, payables and spend management hubs, consolidating all outgoing payments, whether automated payables, purchase cards, or reimbursements into one streamlined view. AI analytics highlighting top vendors, payment cycles, and anomalies, helping you spot trends and exceptions quickly. Together, these hubs transform oversight from reactive to proactive, enabling smarter decisions and stronger accountability across your organization. We're leveraging AI and automation to match bank transactions with ledger entries, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrections, eliminating tedious manual reviews, and improving data accuracy. The result, significant time savings during bank NGL reconciliation, fewer errors, and faster period close with greater confidence in your financial data. AI powered anomaly detection, continuously monitoring financial transactions to spot unusual patterns, errors, or potential fraud, alerting finance teams in real time. This enables organizations to respond quickly, strengthen internal controls, and maintain data integrity, all while reducing the time spent on manual reviews. And we'll take a look at this in action. This is our our prototype, what we're planning to build. It starts off as a action tile, and you'll see it surfaces the high level information about the number of unusual transactions. And then you click in through the get started, and you get a full list of all the transactions that it found that were unusual. You would then as you click on each of these, you get more details about the transaction, its history, any notes, and then the analysis from an anomaly standpoint, the risk level, the reason why, recommendations, as well as, the attachment of the invoice so that you can review. Alright. Smart Import Hub will auto detect, import types, apply parameters, and fix file errors. No reuploaded needed. And we'll take a look at that in action as well. Demo demos always tell it better. Gonna go ahead and start down here where you would initiate the import. And what you'll notice first is that in you're not having to open up a parameter file in order to start your import. It will start now with just uploading the file. It'll look for the parameter that matches that particular CSV in this case. And so in this case, we've got three files that we wanna upload, and we can do this because you no longer have to manually upload one file at a time to each parameter. It's gonna go through and it's gonna match those parameters. So that means you can now upload these in bulk and have it enter into the system. So here, we're uploading it. It completes the initial valid validation of the import and brings it all to your attention. So in the case of the first file, it could not find a parameter file. So in this case, it'll walk you through the steps of mapping the fields in your import. And this will look familiar from what we showed you earlier because we're building on this concept of auto matching or smart matching, your fields by using that same logic to smart match your parameters as well and, therefore, making this a much, much more streamlined process. And, again, you'll have an, opportunity to review here. And in this case, it just found a few errors within the file. So instead of having to go back and correct the file and then reupload it, you'll be given the option here to have AI, take a take a stab at at fixing this for you. Of course, you'll have to review those those seals to make sure it did what it was supposed to, or you can and you'll also be able to override what it put in. But at least it gets you down the road of being able to get this corrected without having to reupload. And then on the last file, it's just ready to review. You'll just go through the review step, and that would be, the completion of it. And so what this will also allow us to do is to automate your imports. So let's say you want to point a import to a folder on your network where you keep all your import where you want to to consume all your imports, we can point it and then we can set a schedule here so that it'll go out at midnight every night and then import all your files in. When you come in in the morning, you look through the needs attention, and you complete the imports. And another thing we're looking at and considering is suggesting certain API or data connectors that you could use in place of an import to reduce your reliance on imports. So if there's a data connector we have that can that can consume the same data as is in that that import, we'll show you those as well so that you'll have that option to go ahead and connect through an API. So all of this is about streamlining the data ingestion process, and I see this very much as an extension of the document intelligence as well because that really helps you ingest data from documents. This streamlines the import process so that, it's much smarter, much faster, much easier for you to manage. Awesome. Great looking things. So this slide is meant to introduce virtual agents for nonprofit accounting, AI driven assistance designed to transform how finance teams work. On the right, the value for finance teams is clear. Let AI remove high volume, low value, repetitive task, and shift resources from administration to impact. I would encourage you all to check out a great BBCon session that's virtual, that Hallie and team and a customer, they go into a little more detail on a potential procurement agent in, the session called enhancing efficiency with payment assistant, AP automation, and spend management in Blackbaud Financial at Gen XT. And to us, innovation isn't about chasing trends or adding flashy features. It's about transforming the way nonprofits operate at their core. It means reimagining everyday processes so finance teams spend less time on manual tasks and more time driving impact. We innovate to create space for insight, agility, and most importantly, mission. When we talk about innovation, we're talking about empowerment, giving nonprofits the tools, systems, and intelligence to move faster, act smarter, and scale their impact like never before. We, again, really appreciate your feedback, and we're just gonna keep answering those. So for right now, with less than four minutes left, I'm gonna go ahead and just give us a few minutes of quiet time at the end to continue doing some questions, and I'll come back and close this out in momentarily. So remember that, but, you will get that. I also saw a few comments about maybe the, the polls not, the survey not coming through.
