Hello, everyone. Good afternoon, and welcome. Thank you so much for joining us once again for the next in our series of visualizing your single source of truth. Well, our webinar series all about how you can bring data from alternative places into Razer's Edge NXT to allow you to see a holistic view of your supporters' engagement. My name is David Upcroft. I am senior customer success manager here at Blackbaud in the Europe, UK office. Joining you today from Manchester ahead of a conference for hospice fundraising leaders tomorrow. So, hopefully, if there's anyone here that's attending, you never know. Drop me a note in the chat. It'd be lovely to hear from you. Now I'm very quickly going to run through some webinar housekeeping for you. If you've joined us before on a Goldcast webinar, this won't surprise you. You'll know it off by heart by now. But if this is your first time joining us, here on on Goldcast or on our webinar platform, just a couple of quick things. So the audio for today's webinar is gonna automatically be broadcast through your computer speakers, or it will default to your headset if you've got something connected. Should have gone through that when you started. If you've got any issues with your audio today, the easiest IT solution is our favorite. So turn it off and turn it on again. Refresh your browser, and you will hopefully resolve most of those. I'll jump very quickly to the cogwheel, which is down the bottom. You can use that to enter our light mode as well, which will disable some of the more complex features of Goldcast just to improve your speed and download speed and fix any buffering audio visual issues that you may continue to have. This session is recorded, so you'll be able to watch it back on demand, for a few hours' time once it's all rendered and uploaded. And you'll be able to come back on the link that you've used to join today to watch it back. We've also got closed captions. So if you hover over the screen, if you do need them, you can select the CC button to launch closed captions or turn them off if you don't like them. Okay. Q and a and chat. On the right hand side, you'll spot that there's a couple of, options for you. There is a chat box. Please do say hello. Let me know where you're from. It's always nice to know who I'm speaking to on here. So let me know who you are, where you're from. This session is broadcast for our UK, Europe, and Canadian customers. So, hopefully, there's a bit of a spread of you from all around the world today. So do say hello in the chat. Also, on the right hand side is the q and a. Please use the q and a for any questions that you have today. I can pull a report on the q and a after the session, but I cannot do that for the chat box. So if you have questions that you you would like asked, or answered or you would like me to take away and come back to you, it would be lovely if you could use the q and a tab. No documents, no no pieces today, but there'll be a few things that we can refer to. And at the very end, I will launch a very quick survey just to say you know, tell you how you found things, would you like to know more, and, also, what would you like to see more of. So please use that as well. It'd be lovely to say, to see. Lovely. Couple of folks saying hello in the chat. That's lovely. Hi, Carol. Hi, Charis. Lovely to see you all. Now today, we are going to be talking through the importance of email integration in establishing your single source of truth. We're going to be joined by our partners at the Zeidman Development who are new to the single source of truth series so far. We've had about nine sessions so far where we've talked about integrations for all sorts of solutions, third party pieces, and other organizational solutions you may well be using. What's lovely about email integration is it's such an integral part of communicating, engaging, and fundraising. And why this is so essential in establishing your single source of truth is that it underpins the way that you communicate with everything. So if you're using a third party email marketing solution, then today is all what you need. Now we're gonna go into a bit of a demonstration and a talk through from our friends at Zeidman Development. So I'm gonna hand over now and, come back to you afterwards. So, yeah, let's see what we've got to share. Give me one second. Hey, everybody. Welcome back. Thank you so much for joining. My name is Craig. I'm with Zeidman Development. For those of you that might be a little bit less familiar with our company, we are a technology partner of Blackbaud. We've been working together in close to twenty years. Started out, back in the early two thousands, working with Razer's Edge database view, VBA module, some assorted data customizations. Right? Since that time, a lot has changed. Right? As Blackbaud has continued to innovate and evolve, so too Apologies for that. That doesn't seem to be doing anything, does it? Let's have a look see and see if we can fix anything else here, and it might be possible to do it this way. If not, I've got what I need from another place. So, hey. This is what we get when we're preparing for these things. Bear with me one moment then, folks. We're going to jump through into, another option. So stand by. Give me a moment whilst I just jump through a couple of hoops to get through this. I don't need that. Hopefully, you're all having a lovely day, a much less complicated day than I'm now having, whilst I set this up because this is not what I expected at all. Bear with me a moment whilst we get all this out. There we go. Now I think we should be ready to roll. K. Here we go. It was playing for you. Lovely. Frustratingly, it wouldn't play for me, so I have no idea what was going on. Now I've got another solution, which will be fine. We'll get there. Don't worry. Hold tight then for me, folks, and we're gonna jump to another option. Thanks, sir, Jennifer. And for the, couple of thumbs up that we got there, so that's all good. I am going to just hop through a couple of little pieces that I've got here, and we should be good to go. Make sure you incorporate that information and all. Here we go. Let's see what's going on. This is what we love. Okay. How do we prove that we are live in an instant? Technical problem for me, technical problem for you, all at once. This is where it goes wonderfully well. Right. Let's try one more time. We're gonna try something else. Bear with me one moment. Hey, everybody. Welcome back. Thank you so much for joining. My name is Craig. I'm with Zeidman Development. For those of you that might be a little bit less familiar with our company, we are a technology partner of Blackbaud. We've been working together in close to twenty years. Started out, back in the early two thousands, working with Razor's Edge database view, VBA module, some assorted data customizations. Right? Since that time, a lot has changed. Right? And as Blackbaud has continued to innovate and evolve, so too has Zeidman Development. And so now we're at a point where we're actually able to offer a variety of different data solutions, to our NXT customers. One of those solutions we're gonna talk about today is Chimp integration, which is an integration that we developed between Mailchimp and our NXT. It's gonna allow you to do a variety of different things, certainly at a base level. Right? It can allow you to retrieve data from Mailchimp and make sure you incorporate that information into RE NXT. Right? So oftentimes, folks in the fundraising development side of the house who are in RE NXT, right, unless those individuals also have access to Mailchimp, right, that tends to create a little bit of a gap there. Right? They're usually not privy to what kind of email communications, supporters might be receiving, how those supporters might be interacting with those email communications, right, whether or not they're actually opening the messages, whether they're clicking any links in there that they might wanna know about as far as where their interests sort of lie. Are they unsubscribing from any email communications? Right? So Chip O'Grace is gonna allow you to retrieve data such as that and deliver it back into Blackbaud RE NXT seamlessly. Right? We can also, as you would imagine, share information between Blackbaud RE NXT and push that out, into Mailchimp so the folks on the communications marketing side of the organization are privy to that kind of intel. Right? Maybe it's as easy as just letting, the folks on marketing know how this individual might be connected to the organization. Right? Are they a board member? Maybe they're an alumni. Perhaps they're a monthly donor. Right? Whatever the case is gonna be. Maybe you wanna include some giving information. Right? Some other offline details that maybe marketing doesn't necessarily have insight into, but that data is within available within Blackbaud RE NXT. You can certainly share that information, with the folks in marketing communications through chip integration if you choose to do so. Pretty customizable solution. Right? It's gonna allow you to, pick and choose information that you wanna share back and forth between the systems. Right? At the end of the day, by and large, what people are looking to do is be able to visualize all this information in one place. Right? Of course, that one place being RE NXT. Chip integration is gonna allow folks to do that. So, really, the goal for chip integration here is really to help streamline workflows. Right? Let's eliminate folks doing manual data entry in both systems, perhaps manual exports and imports into both systems, Mailchimp and RE NXT. Right? Let's take take that burden off of them, allow them to focus and invest more time back into the mission, and just leverage technology to do the data integration piece for them. Right? Certainly improve data accuracy and reduce, the risk of error. Right? If we can do those things manually. Certainly wanna allow folks to be able to personalize and segment your communications a little bit more effectively, within Mailchimp. Right? And really just maximize the paternal investment across the organization's technology suite. Right? So we're gonna take a look at chip integration here in just a moment. We're gonna take a look at the cloud application. It's fully compatible with RE NXT, and we're gonna run through a few different processes. Right? Processes through which we can, share data from RE NXT and send it out to Mailchimp, process through which we can retrieve data from Mailchimp and affect RE NXT data. We're also gonna take a look here at the end at the, Sky add in, which is a custom view tile within RE NXT. That's the tile where your staff members can actually see when they visit a record in RE NXT. Hey. Is this individual subscribed to our Mailchimp communications? Right? If they are, what kind of communications are they receiving? When are they receiving those communications? Right? Most importantly, what are they doing with those communications? How are they interacting there? Right? In case they wanna plan accordingly as far as next steps. Existing Mailchimp and or NXT customers, we do offer a two week free trial of Chimp integration in case folks wanna test out the integration for themselves. I always recommend they do so. And we've also got folks to help them out along the way with that trial, or even help them out with some demos. Also, a variety of different on demand demos, available on our website as well. So we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna take a look at Chimp integration here at a high level. It is, again, a cloud based application. Right? So if you're in RE NXT and you were to go to the Blackbaud marketplace, into the apps area and search for Chimp integration, you could connect the app, right, and you could log in to the application, right, which I am now. Our options for running processes are gonna be over here on the top left. Right? Depending upon whether we want to affect data within RE NXT or Mailchimp is gonna let us know which of these processes we wanna run. Right? So for example, Mailchimp data update, as you would imagine, it's gonna allow us to leverage the power of our NXT, the data within our NXT. We're not gonna change our NXT. We're only gonna affect the data on the Mailchimp side of the house. Right? We can either do a standard update or a group update. Very simply standard update, add new records to a Mailchimp audience or update existing records in a Mailchimp audience. Group update is gonna look at existing records in a Mailchimp audience and add, add them to groups in Mailchimp to help segment those mailings. Right? You can do that based on information with the r e r e n x t such as, constituent codes, constituent attributes, solicit codes, consent. Right? Things like that. We'll then we'll run through a standard update really quickly. First thing you're gonna wanna do is give this process a name. Right? Mailchimp data update. Maybe you wanna call it export. Maybe you wanna throw in some additional details. What kind of information are we in fact exporting here? Right? Is it new donors, new members? Right? You could also include those details as well. You've then got a couple of different options down below. What kind of process, is this gonna be through Chipmigration? Is this gonna be an ad hoc process? Meaning, simply, I'm gonna run it here once right now. And then if I wanna run it again in the future, I need to come in come in here and tell Chipmigration, hey. Go ahead and rerun that process. Right? You also got the ability to schedule recurring processes. Right? So we can leverage the automation if we wanna do so. Schedule recurring process. Right? Where we're gonna do that, couple different data sources from within our NXT that we can retrieve this information to then share with Mailchimp. So do you wanna do that based on x t lists, or do you wanna do that perhaps based on x t query? Right? If you wanna take a look at an x t query, I think I've got one here ready to go. Alright. You can also inform Chimp integration. Hey. Maybe, maybe I don't wanna allow this process to create new records in this Mailchimp audience if they don't already exist. I only want them I only want this process to be able to update existing records in Mailchimp, but ignore any other new records who happen to be in this NXT query. Don't create a new record within Mailchimp. Right? Or you can let it do both, right, which I'll do. Right? Down below here, it's gonna let you know, hey. When you built your query, whatever criteria you used identifying the population of records that you wanna share with Mailchimp, on the output tab of that query is where you wanna specify the fields that you wanna make available for mapping and ultimately to share with Mailchimp. Right? For me, it's like we know, based on this query, here are the fields in the output that I that I included in that query. Right? I could edit those fields if there's information you're missing. Right? But this gives you a little, preview of what fields you're gonna be able to map between already NXT and Mailchimp based on this particular query that you built. Right? Here in Mailchimp, the Mailchimp tab, you're gonna simply just tell Chimp integration the audience in Mailchimp where you wanna send this information. Tags, very simply a way you can help segment your mailings, within Mailchimp. Right? So typically, these might correspond to things like constituent codes, in RE NXT. Could be constituent attributes in RE NXT. Right? But if I want the folks on the communication side to know, hey. Maybe they don't have access to REXT. And these folks are board members. Right? I want you to know that in Mailchimp, in case you wanna segment your messages, accordingly, right, based upon board members or monthly donors or volunteers or whatever we're gonna do. Right? So I'll let them know, give them a heads up. Hey. These folks are board members. You can create a brand new tag in Mailchimp if it doesn't exist already. It's a free text field. You just type in whatever you want there and add a new tag in Mailchimp here on the fly. Right? Of course, you can add to existing tags already there in Mailchimp on these records, or you can replace any tags on these records with only this board member tag. Right? I'll go ahead and I'll add to existing. Here on the schedule tab, ultimately, is where you're gonna find the frequency with which you want this process and chip integration to run. Right? So we set a scheduled process, so my choices there are gonna be daily, weekly, or monthly. Right? So very simply, if you say, hey, we wanna do a daily process, maybe we want it to run Friday, perhaps for the first time, we want it to run at 7AM. Right? We'll configure it as such. You've got the ability to, put in an end date here if you choose to do so. Right? If after a certain period of time, you don't think this information is gonna be all that relevant. Right? You can throw in an end date, and it'll stop processing on that date and not process again, or leave it open ended as I've done here. Right? Just know the way I've got it set up, it's gonna run on Friday at 7AM for the first time. Right? It's gonna run on Saturday at 7AM, and then on Sunday at 7AM. Right? So on and so forth until you come down your template manager area and find this template that you just created and make some adjustments at that point. Alright? So we'll go next. We'll talk a little bit about matching. Right? How do we wanna match records here across these systems? Do we wanna match based upon constituent ID? Do we wanna perhaps match based upon email address? Right? Maybe we'll do ID this time. Field mapping wise, right, so the audience in MailChimp I chose to send this information to, here are those fields in that particular MailChimp audience. Right? These are the query fields for my NXT query. Right? So I included email. Here it is. Right? Here's my first name. I wanted to go to the first name field in MailChimp. Right? Last name from the query. Right? Last name in MailChimp. Right? So on and so forth. You can map the nickname. Constituent ID, right, is a good one. So oftentimes, I'll encourage folks when they're gonna do a MailChimp data update or export data from ORINXT and share it with MailChimp. Not a bad idea. Go ahead and export the constituent ID from RE NXT as well. Right? Mailchimp doesn't need a constituent ID. But if you do that, you'll see as we run through some other processes. There's different logic we can use to match records again across these systems. One of those things we can use to match is the constituent ID. Right? Most accurate way to match. So I generally encourage organizations when they're gonna do an export for a Mailchimp data update, export the constituent ID from r e x t and add it up to the corresponding record in Mailchimp. Right? Looks like I got a gift field and it looks like a phone field in this particular Mailchimp audience. I don't see any of those fields here in the output to the query that I'm gonna use. I could pause it back up and edit that query if I wanted to, or I could just simply leave these fields blank and just not populate the last gift field or the phone field with any information here from RE NXT. Alright. I'll choose to do that. You're gonna come to a confirmation screen. Right. It's gonna give you a quick little rundown of what we've done here thus far before anything happens. It'll let us know, first and foremost, it is gonna be a scheduled process. It's retrieving data from this NXT query here that I'm retrieving, and it's gonna share with this audience in Mailchimp that I specified. Right? In doing so, the records in there, it's gonna add a board member tag to these records out on the Mailchimp side, right, in the audience that we picked. It's process set up to run daily at 7AM. I'm actually based upon constituent ID, and here are the fields that we had mapped, right, to make sure emails go into the appropriate field, first name to the appropriate field, last name, right, nickname, constituent ID. Alright? We hit done. We save this template. We set this process up. Now this process will run the first time on Friday at 7AM the way we've structured it thus far. Alright? So that was a quick little overview. Right. Here it is. I'm gonna let us know. Mailchimp data update. Right? So under our upcoming scheduled processes, hasn't run yet, but this is when it's gonna run. Right? I'm the individual that actually created it. Right? And we're gonna come back to this tile here in just a minute. So that was very simply high level Mailchimp data update. Right? Think export. Right? We're gonna leverage our NXT information. We're not gonna affect our NXT, only affecting Mailchimp. Couple different ways through which we can actually retrieve data from Mailchimp and affect our NXT. Right? Depending upon what information you're looking to retrieve is gonna dictate which of these two processes you might wanna use. Right? For example, campaign management is when it you're sending out communications in Mailchimp and you wanna start retrieving those details back in RE NXT. Things like, hey. Who got this communication? How do they interact with it? Right? In terms of opens, clicks, unsubscribes? Did anything bounce? Is anything reported as spam? All of those different types of activity is gonna be in this campaign management process. Right? So we'll be able to run one of those processes. Again, perhaps you give us a name, maybe throw in some additional details as far as what kind of data you're looking to retrieve. We'll say sends opens and clicks. Here, I could run this ad hoc. Right? I can run it scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly. Some opportunities to capture stuff in real time from Mailchimp's API. We wanna set up a real time process. Right? Maybe we go with the scheduled job here and we say, hey. Let's go ahead and have this process run every day. We'll go ahead and we'll start it now. Right. Again, you can throw in an end date here if you want to. Here, you can retrieve data from either the audience level in Mailchimp, from the campaign level in Mailchimp, and you can actually choose up to three specific campaigns in Mailchimp. Or if the the organization uses automations in Mailchimp, you can certainly retrieve data from any one of their Mailchimp automations. Right? Maybe we're gonna retrieve data at this point from the audience level. Right? So we're gonna select the audience from which we wanna retrieve this information. We've got some folks in there. It looks like about 31 records in there. Again, how do we wanna match these records across, the systems, Mailchimp and RE NXT? We could match based on constituent ID. We've already exported that information and shared it with Mailchimp. Right? We can certainly use that most accurate way to match. If we don't wanna use that, we can match based upon email address, which is these two options up top here. And if we wanna match based upon email address, we got two different options. Right? There's no rule, in, CRM and Raiser's Edge and Ori NXT that says email addresses are required to be unique. Right? But that is a rule in Mailchimp. Right? So this is saying, hey, if we're going to be retrieving data from this particular Mailchimp, audience, do we want to record this activity back to all the records in REXT who happen to share the same email address with the actual subscriber in Mailchimp? Right? You can choose the top option. Or perhaps we only wanna record the activity back to the subscriber who actually, is a subscriber in Mailchimp and ignore any other records in our e n x t who happen to share the same exact email address. Right? You could choose the middle option. Right? Or, again, do it based upon constituent ID. Activity wise, right here is sort of a window into the different types of activity and data we can retrieve here from Mailchimp via the API. So we can get hard bounces and soft bounces and unsubscribes, emails marked as spam, send data, open and click data. Right? So here is where, hey, for this particular process, I'm looking for sends and opens and clicks. Right? I'm gonna check those two boxes, pull that information together. Right? Ultimately, then here on the process tab, here's where ChipMigration presents a a menu of options, right, for how you wanna, handle different types of activity and data that you're retrieving from Mailchimp. Right? The stuff up top, quite honestly, for sends and opens and clicks, probably not gonna be all that relevant. Right? If I were looking to retrieve maybe, hard bounce information and record that in r e n x t, then, hey. We had an invalid email address. Right? Maybe this stuff would come into play. Right? Maybe I'd want to, in that case, perhaps, change the email type for the email address for the person to, like, hard bounce or invalid email type. Right? Or maybe also mark the email as inactive. Right? If I'm looking to pull unsubscribe data for this particular process, right, maybe I wanna mark it as do not email, right, which I can do very easily here. Maybe you also wanna add a custom field, perhaps add a consent indicating that they've opted out if you chose to do that. Right. So all these options pretty configurable over here. Again, based upon the activity, the data you wanna retrieve, just tell ChipRegration how you want that data to be reflected in within r e n x t. Right? But, again, this stuff up top, if I'm looking strictly in this particular case, I said I'm looking for sends and opens and clicks, this stuff up top, probably ignore it. Right? Where you don't wanna ignore is gonna be this little actions area. Right? So I wanna record the action as the email sent. Right? So I'm gonna enter some action details. Right? This is gonna pull up all the different action types you've got available in your Orion XT. Hey. What kind of email was it? Right? Was it a newsletter? Was it a holiday card? Could be an alumni communication. Was it a thank you? Right. We're gonna go ahead and choose the appropriate action type. We can use today's date. You could add summary notes, location details to any one of these processes. Certainly, wanna go ahead and mark the status as complete. Right? And then here we've got so we're gonna have an action in RE NXT indicating when they got the email and what was the email. Right? Now we're gonna have some custom fields in RE NXT to let us know, hey. Did they, in fact, open this email? Right? Were there any links in this Mailchimp email? And if there were, were any of those links clicked? Right. So we're just gonna map these custom fields. Here's our campaign ID. Here's the actual name of the Mailchimp campaign. Right. Again, not uncommon. Our folks in fundraising development side work in RE NXT. They don't always have access to the information out in in Mailchimp. Right? So they might see the actions here. They might also see open and click related data. If they're if they don't have access to Mailchimp, they're unsure about which particular campaign in Mailchimp this information is associated with. Right? So not a bad idea. Just go ahead and bring in the campaign name for Mailchimp. Let's go next. Again, a little confirmation screen here lets us know what this job is intended to do. In this case, again, this is gonna be a scheduled campaign management process. It's gonna run every single day. In this case, it's retrieving data from this particular audience in Mailchimp. I chose to match based upon, the shared email settings here, not based on constituent ID. I'm looking for send and open and quick related data. They're gonna be actions, and it was a thank you. Right? It's gonna be our action type. Right? Send that process off. Save it. Again, that template's gonna live down our template manager area. In case we wanna make any tweaks to it in the future, we can certainly do so via this template manager area. And that was a quick little overview of our campaign management. Right? Again, this is all the campaign related data to email analytics. Sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, emails reported as spam. Right? The other way you can retrieve data from Mailchimp and incorporate it into OrientXt is more along the lines of, like, collected data, biographical type data. Right? Not the email analytics, but what information about them are we tracking in Mailchimp, and do we wanna share that information with REX T? Right? That's gonna bring us to razor's edge data update. Right? Here again, you could do a standard update. You can do a group update if you if you wish to do so. We'll go ahead and do a standard update. Again, give this process a name, something that's easily recognizable. Right? So you're gonna know what it is. Maybe you throw in some additional details. Hey. What kind of information are we pulling through here? Right? Maybe it's new sign ups. Right? Again, you could run this ad hoc just once, and then when you wanna run it again, come down your template manager area, hit a button and rerun it. You can schedule this process to happen daily weekly or monthly. And maybe you wanna do a real time process. Alright. We'll go ahead and do that. Here again, select the audience in Mailchimp where you wanna retrieve the information from. Matching wise, right, same options. Right? We saw prevalent in the other, Chimp integration processes. Right? Match based upon email address, match based upon constituent ID. Right? Do we wanna allow this process to create new records in RE NXT if they don't exist? Right? Maybe we do. Maybe we don't. Right? Could be the organization has a rule there, that just simply as a result of somebody becoming a brand new subscriber, they don't wanna necessarily just automatically create a record for them in RE NXT. Right? If that's the case, you only wanna allow this process to update existing records in RE NXT. Right? Check the box. Alright. I'm gonna let it do both. Field mapping wise, again, right, here's our Mailchimp fields. Right? The audience we're retrieving this data from, here are the fields that exist in that Mailchimp audience. Right? Down here in the middle, we've got this little concept of razor's edge category. If we're looking to pull in the email address from Mailchimp, right, here's our email category in Razor's Edge. Here's a different email types we've got available in our NST. Right? Maybe we went so far as to create an email type called Mailchimp email to make it very easy and recognizable for our folks that, hey. This is if they've got multiple email addresses, this is the one they're using in Mailchimp. Right? We're looking to pull in the first name from Mailchimp. Same sort of concept. Right? It's gonna be in our constituent category or RE NXT in that category. Right? Here's our first name field. Right? Last name is also in the constituent category. Here it is. We can pull in nicknames. We can pull constituent IDs if we've got them. Right? Here's our constituent ID. Again, we can map over gift information, phone information if we wanna do that. Right? So this can if we allow it, update existing records in RE NXT based upon this information from Mailchimp. Also, the way I configured it, it can also create a new record for RE NXT, right, coming from Mailchimp. And if it's gonna create a new record, right, it's gonna pull in the email address from Mailchimp and put it into this email field. It's gonna pull in the first name and the last name. That record in Mailchimp is not gonna have a constituent ID, but it won't wanna run this job. NXT is gonna create a record with this individual, add that information from Mailchimp, and you can plug in the constituent ID back here. And what that's gonna do is send the constituent ID for that newly created record in our NXT back out to the corresponding record in Mailchimp so that in future chip integration processes, you can use that to match that record between the systems if you choose to do so. So we'll go next. Default values tab here, high level allows us, hey, whether or not we're allowing this process to only update existing records or to update existing records and add new records if we're gonna allow it to do both. Do we wanna do anything else with these records? Right? As apart from just simply retrieving the information that we specified in field mapping, do we wanna end at any constituent codes to any new records that were created in our NXT? Right? Maybe we wanna do that for any existing records in our NXT or updated. Right? You could do the same for consent. Both add consent to new, add consent to existing records that were updated. Could also do some custom field work. Right? Add a custom field to new records that were created. Add a custom field to any existing records in our NXT that were updated. Right? Pull up your options here. Right? Maybe these folks are gonna be friends. Right? Go ahead and save that. Configure any other options you want here. Come down to next. Again, confirmation screen before you actually commit the job. Let's just know, hey. This is gonna be a real time job. It's retrieving data from this audience in Mailchimp. It's matching based on constituent ID. Here are the fields that we had mapped. Make sure those fields look right. Looks great. And in this case, for any new records, we're gonna be adding constituent code of friend for any brand new records in our NXT that were created as a result of this process. Right? Everything looks great. We're gonna hit done. We're gonna save this template, commit this job, and this job will be running in real time. Right? So here's all my upcoming scheduled processes that haven't yet run. Right? When these processes run, you're gonna come down here, recently completed process, let you know that, hey. This was the process. This is when it ran. This is how long it took. This is the actual individual that created this process here within, Chip integration. Right? We see a variety of different things here. Right? Here's another one completed a couple days ago. I ran it. Right? This is how many records were successfully processed. This is how many records that had some issues that weren't successfully processed. Right? So these reports, if you click details, I'm gonna give you the full picture. Right? All the green, good to go. And all these records were successfully exported out to Mailchimp. Looks like we updated some merge fields and added some tags to these corresponding records on the Mailchimp side from our NXT. Right. We had, I think, two records that failed. Right. If we want to take a look at those, it's gonna let you know the records that failed to export successfully, but more importantly, the reason why they failed. Right? It looks like the case for both these individuals looks like it's a compliance issue. Right? So these individuals were previously subscribed to this audience, but they've unsubscribed. Right? Chip migration is not gonna allow you to throw them right back into the funnel on the Mailchimp side and get them right back into that audience. So we wanna make sure that we keep you in good standing with Mailchimp. Not gonna allow you to resubscribe anybody who's unsubscribed through Chimp integration. Not gonna allow you to, incorporate anybody here who's already hard balanced in Mailchimp, where we know the email's invalid, and not deliverable. It's not gonna allow you to add those folks back, into the Mailchimp audience as well. Right? So all those good details here are gonna be on our reports area for you to keep track of how you're doing, how the organization is performing, perhaps any issues that need attention so you can ultimately get those records to process successfully. Right? And kind of the last piece of the puzzle here is gonna be the little Sky add in that we talked about briefly earlier. Right? So now I'm within Ory NXT on the record. And if I take a look, right, we see the chip integration view tile. Right? A little sky add in. You take a look at an email address, and this is the tile where it's gonna show you how this person's interacting with the email communications on the Mailchimp side. Alright? You can filter by different types of activity, of course, if you wanna do so. You can filter by different audiences. They tend to be they appear to be subscribed to if you choose to do so. But this is gonna let everybody know, hey. What's going on? How's this individual interacting with their email communications? Right? So we've got an unsubscribe. Here's the audience in Mailchimp they unsubscribe from. Right? Here's the date and time it happened. It looks like that email was initially opened here. Right? It was sent here. If there were any links that were clicked by this individual, we'd see those links. If anything bounced, we'd see the bounce information. If you reported a spam, we'd see that information come through as well. Right? So this is always gonna give you the 50 most recent activities between whatever record you're on in RE NXT and how the individual is interacting with your email communications. Right? Nice, neat, clean view here within configuration view. Right? While we're here, we went ahead and we we, I showed you how to run manage campaign to record an email sent as an action. Right? This is what it looks like in RE NXT. Right? Here's our action tab. Here's the email send. Again, we went ahead and we mapped, opens and clicks as custom fields here within the chip integration, process. It looks like we do have it open. Right? Here's when that email was opened. It looks like in Kimberly's case here, either there were no links in the email that could have been clicked, or Kimberly just said simply didn't click the email or we see another custom field here for the Mailchimp clicks. We see the link that she clicked and when exactly that click happened. Alright. So a lot of good information here in the chip integration view tile. This little window in how this information is actually stored within Raiser's Edge NXT, right, to get folks, access to all that kind of information. We'll take a look back here at our chip integration slide here just to wrap up. I got contact information here from myself, from my colleague, Kimberly, should anybody have any questions. There's also an email address here where you can email, either sales or support. More than happy to help you all, with your evaluations here and your pursuits, with customers. I thank you once again for joining. Hopefully, you were able to see a little bit of a window into chip integration. Ultimately, you really hit here now. We're looking to streamline workflows and reduce errors for our mutual customers, allow them to personalize communication, and really take this data work off of their plate and allow them to invest more time back into the mission. So my name is Craig. Thank you all once again, and, we'll talk soon. There we go. So there's a little bit of an interest for you, hopefully, giving you a chance to take a little look at what's on offer with, integrating your email solutions into Raiser's Edge NXT. We are a little bit over time, so apologies for that. So I'm gonna launch my survey just if you don't mind, filling that in. Three very quick steps. If you don't mind popping those things in. And if you've got any follow-up questions, you can also reach out to me directly just because we are gonna run out of time, I'm afraid, today. Now, just one thing. Whilst we are going through the, survey, once you've had a chance to have a quick look at that, I would like to very quickly talk to, is this gonna work? It's not gonna work. There we go. Okay. Well, don't worry about that. I had some slides I was gonna show you to say, what to do, how to, how to get in touch. But instead, what I'm gonna do is just drop my email in the chat if you would like to know more about today's partner. If there's anything more that you would like to talk to, you can reach out to me directly at my email address, which is just going into the chat now. Hopefully, that's gonna reach you all very quickly. There we go. That looks like that's popped in. So, that's gonna be all for us today. Apologies. As I say, we've had a few challenges with the IT, so thank you very much for bearing with me. If you do have any questions from today's session, then do drop me a line at the email address both in the chat. If it's there there it is. And, also, you can have a look at that there. Feel free to watch this back on, on your own, in your own time as it makes sense. And, hopefully, you'll join us again for another one of our single source of truth webinars every Wednesday. At this time, with next week, I believe, looking at Brightvine for Blackbaud CRM, and we've got a lot more coming your way as well with new integrations, new solutions, and new ways to keep your data connected. A very big thank you to all of you for joining me today, and I hope you have a lovely rest of your Wednesday. Take care, everyone. Goodbye.
