We're here for the product update briefing for Luminate online, TeamRazor, including Goodmoo. Thanks so much for joining us today. We're really excited to have you. Now before we get started, as always, we have just a few housekeeping notes. If you do run into any tech issues during the webinar, just try refreshing your browser. That usually does the trick. You'll also see a q and a button on the top right corner of your screen. Please submit questions throughout this session at any time. Our team is standing by and ready to help. And right next to that, you'll also find some downloadable resources, including our product update briefings companion document. That's gonna be a handy summary of today's updates and is perfect for sharing with the rest of your team. Don't worry if you have to drop or you couldn't make it today. Everyone is receiving a follow-up email with the web the webinar recording. So just in case you wanna revisit anything, that will be there. Let's go ahead and dive in. Before we get started, just a quick safe harbor reminder. As always, we're excited to share what's coming, but some of what you'll see today is still in development and could change. So just a heads up because any purchasing decisions you want to make, those should be based on features that are available today. Now just quick round of introductions. My name is Seth Braddock. I'm a product manager laureate, and I oversee of Luminess Online and Team Raiser's product. I'm joined by my colleagues, Sean Porteous, principal product manager, and Jason Derocher, our product marketing guru. Now we'll get on to the good stuff. And as a reminder of why we're all here today, Luminate Online and TeamRaiser is a personalized donor engagement, and it's built into the fabric of the platform to enrich build enrich and build your extraordinary relationships. Now this product has been around for a very long time, and that's for a reason. Luminate online and Team Raiser is well established as the most powerful system of online giving, marketing, and peer to peer fundraising experiences on the market today and is powering the most successful nonprofits fundraising programs across North America. Our commitment continues to be to you, our customers, and we will continue to invest deeply in the power of this suite of products so that you can be empowered to build strong and more engaging connections, which power the success of your mission. Now let's see these principles in action with a real life example of a customer using TeamRazor. Cancer Research Society's Challenge Against Cancer program demonstrates what's possible with Blackbaud TeamRazor. Blackbaud Team Raiser has been a lifetime partner to CRS and is powering their peer to peer fundraising goals. Now by empowering participants to take on global sporting challenges, CRS creates personalized fundraising pages and engages all of their supporters. And through this, TeamRaiser has helped CRS raise $5,000,000 since 2010. And their annual fundraising has grown tenfold with over 700 participants involved. Now CRS next big milestone is to double their annual fundraising volume from 1 mil from $500,000 to $1,000,000 within the next three years. And they'll continue to do that by leveraging Blackbaud's Luminate online and TeamRaiser solutions as its technology partner at every step of the way. Now that's the kind of growth, engagement, and partnership we're committed to delivering for all of you through the existing functionality you already own today and all the innovations coming that we're about to talk about. Now let's begin by celebrating what we've achieved together this year. In 2025, we delivered on our commitments. We've modernized payments, compliance, and launched new payment methods and experiences for all of your supporters. These critical updates have laid the groundwork for everything we're building next. Looking to 2026, our focus is shifting intensely to participant and donor facing innovation. We're committed to upgrading the public facing experiences you rely on with enhancements designed to deepen engagement and drive more revenue for your organization. This is the story we're excited to share today and is setting the stage for everything you'll see in the rest of the presentation. Now really quickly, here's the arc of the conversation we'll have with you all today. We'll start by sharing a few major updates on features we've recently released to you, and then we'll spend much more time on what we're doing in 2026 and beyond and set the stage for those commitments we're making you today on that intense focus on upgrading and modernizing the participant and donor experiences to drive more revenue for your organization. Now in the next section, we have a much higher degree of confidence in delivering those features in 2026, but we will be spending a little bit of time on the looking ahead section. And I wanna emphasize that those are ideas and themes, Some of which we've already started talking about with you, but those are more exploratory and are less of a commitment, but items we still are excited to share with you as we look further ahead. Now I'd like to hand the mic over to Sean Cordias to start taking you through this journey. Sean? Awesome. Thank you, Seth, and thank you everyone for being with me today. And to represent visually on the functionality we are planning in q four and then in our next phase covering the next six to twelve months, you know, the times a timeline snapshot that we wanted to to surface today with a focus on the tenants, of course, of secure modem payments, TeamRazor, Jenny Eye content rights on tone enhancer, and security compliance and, optimization. Now let's take a look at the features and capabilities that we're releasing this month as we wrap up q four and focus on end of year giving. And I will try and keep my excitement in check over my section because I know when I get excited, I tend to speak much faster. So, hopefully, I'll keep it slow and everyone can, can can catch what I'm seeing. So diving in and looking at what we're releasing in this quarter that we're very excited to share. So we shared at the and as Seth kind of alluded to, we shared at the end of last year in our April, in our end of year session, product update briefing. And then in our April product briefing, our commitments this year in 2025 of delivering a whole new unified payments engine into Luminate and TeamMaser that brought with it not only PCI version four compliance, but the new payment methods, the new digital wallets, the choice of support or experience in their checkout with the model and the embedded. And now the excitement is that we get to move into the options and sprinkling some of those, additional enhancements such as the fee cover solutions and donor cover and complete cover. And staying on the theme of choice to provide you the options to grow your fundraising revenue to the models that best fit your organization, support or community, and events. So starting with donor cover, we all know donor cover, which is typically industry standard for asking supporters to cover the payment processing fees for their generous gifts to your organization. And with donor cover, you, of course, reduce your processing fees, generating more funds, connecting to the incredible missions that you support. You receive 100% of the donations. The donor cover feature is available with our digital wallets. It is at the flat donor cover fee rate of your local Amex Blackboard Internet payments rate. And, very importantly, and I'll cover in some later slides, it is configurable on a payer form basis. And as you can see with the images on the screen here, we have our feature parity with our fee cover solutions both with the checkout embedded image and with the checkout model experience. Now let's take a look at Blackbaud Complete Cover. Complete Cover being our Blackbaud enhanced fee cover solution to help organizations completely eliminate all payment processing, fees for donations and event forms that the the solution is configured for. With the focus on driving greater fundraising revenue, you come back into the missions that you drive change for good. So with Complete Cover specifically looking at, you receive 100% of the donation, and that is regardless of whether the daughter chooses to opt in and cover the fee support or opt out and not cover any of the fee support. This means that you eliminate completely per transaction processing fees, and that creates a predictable maximized saving output. And it's available again both on the checkout experiences as shown on the image here. And for parity as well, for our customers that use TeamMaser, this is not your Blackbaud TeamMaser usage application contractual fees. The complete cover covers the solutions of support or donor processing donation fees. Now many of our Luminate and team leader customers also utilize our Raizer's Edge NXT platform, which also surfaces, these fee cover solutions as well. And having these fee cover solutions enabled on our platform and with other products, it allows us to collect the data from the usage. And what we can share with you is in 2024, organizations using the fee cover solutions with Blackbaud have saved a combined total of over $10,000,000. That's $10,000,000 going back in to change for good and back into those incredible missions that you are all supporting. And, look, we're not out of 2025 yet with the end of your giving, as you all know, and but we expect that figure to be even higher when we get to the close of 2025. Now I'm gonna spend a little minute on this slide just kind of covering, some summary aspects of of of the fee cover solutions. I share on this slide that the donor experience of fee cover options are a storytelling moment and one that I feel is extremely important for the success of the fee cover solutions. That fee cover is both an art and a science. The science aspect is the strategic placement of the fee cover ask that we clearly highlight the capture and capture the fee cover ask and the donation payment workflow. That the fee amount is easily understood. It is updated on the total donation amount at the finish and donate button section of the workflow, making it very clear for the donor to see the final total as they go to checkout slash donate to your organization. And that the fee cover is front and center with a clear opt out or opt in selection option. It's not hidden. It's not hard to see. It's not hard to read. It's not hard to find. Placement is key in providing that empowerment through choice. And we have been able to anchor that science, of course, in many, many of our AB testing performed on placement locations of our fee cover solutions on the donation form checkout process, creating the most optimal outcomes for our customers, all with the focus, of course, on your donor experience. Then it comes to the art of fee cover. And for me, that falls into the storytelling moment. Sharing with your donor that with complete cover enabled on donation forms, you as an organization benefit from complete elimination of per transaction fee costs, that your donor, by supporting your complete cover ask, is helping your organization save payment processing fees for every donation that comes through that event or form, that they are supporting the fee for their specific donation, but that that generosity extends so much further by helping eliminate, as mentioned, all the fees for the event or the donation form that complete cover is enabled on. And that is an extremely powerful message on cost savings and that those savings from your organization are going back into supporting the missions and outcomes the donor is most passionate about, and that's the success. And a reminder, a key takeaway is that you have complete control. You can enable as an organization donor cover and complete cover on a pair form, pair team razor event configuration setup. Okay. So we spoke a bit about the art and the science and about the features that are coming. There is always a few questions I get asked and a few specifics, and we just wanted to call them out here and share those. So couple of things is I won't drain this whole side as you have a look at it. Key first question is on tax deductibility. If you're using donor cover, the full amount, including the fee cover support, is tax deductible, and can be covered in your tax deducts deductions. Complete cover is different. So the voluntary contribution goes to Blackbaud and not your organization. So the complete cover fee is not tax deductible. It would just be the original donation that is tax deductible on a complete cover donation. Then what is supported? For donor cover, we support onetime and recurring for credit and debit cards and direct debit for US and Canada. We also support onetime recurring for Apple Pay and Google Pay for both USD and Canadian dollars. And we support at this time just one time for PayPal and Venmo with PayPal recurring and Venmo recurring coming soon. For complete cover, it is a little bit more nuanced. We do support one time only for credit and debit cards, and we support onetime only for direct debit, USD only. And it is supported for Apple Pay and Google Pay for onetime only as well for USD and Canadian dollars. The differences is we don't yet support for complete cover, recurring gifts, PayPal or Venmo, or Canadian direct debits at this time. And lastly, you're seeing there that we don't support transactions over 3,000. So that's any transaction that is greater than 3,000 becomes ineligible for the complete cover ask. But what we've done is we've built the solution dynamically because we we understand then that if an ineligible transaction for complete cover comes in, so say a $5,000 donation, we know that you chose to have fee cover enabled on that form. So what we'll do is we'll default the fee cover to complete cover, and we'll ask that donor if they would still like to cover the processing fees that are applied to their donation. And, therefore, you still have an active fee cover ask set up on the form. And with, our approach to refunds and and and, cancellations, I wanted to show, and let me show you that the images are not very pretty on this slide, but I wanted to show the context of the configuration options that are available. With donor cover, you can refund the full donation, including the donor cover, fee support. And you can also just refund the fee cover support, and you can also refund partial refunds, and that's for the recurring aspect of donor cover. If your donor chooses a recurring gift and they apply the donor cover solution to it, then they they may, at three months or five months down the line, request a refund for the fee cover solution for a set period of time. You have that control. With complete cover, you can refund the full donation or the full donation the full donation and the fee cover support. So the full donation and the fee cover or just the fee cover support can be refunded as well. And we we'd haven't stopped there. We're keeping with that constant theme of choice and control. Just as we covered the refund options there, we also provide control to your supporters within their gift service center. For any donor that chooses to support donor cover on the recurring gift, as I mentioned, they can then have access to their gift service center and choose at any stage to remove the fee cover support for future recurring gifts, providing them with full control of the ongoing contributions. And we've also added fee cover reporting tools that share the fee cover type and the amount with donor cover. And with that, we've applied those, parameters to our report rights of transaction reports, to donation management reports, and to some report classics. And with the reporting tools, your team can really then double click into the transaction and fee cover data coming from the forms that you have activated with different fee cover options or indeed that have no fee cover options using the data to help make indirect decisions based on strategic events or your fundraising revenue opportunity growth. Now is the next slide? Yeah. Just took a second there to update. What I wanna do is I also wanna take a second just to chat about, AB testing that's available to you. I've said, you know, throughout today that, the theme of control and choice was very important as we developed out the, solutions for our checkout experience and with our our fee cover solutions. And now you have the ability to choose whether you want the embedded checkout, the model checkout, donor cover, complete cover, or both. And with that, what we wanna try and achieve is give you the different layouts, give you the control that allows you to convert more visitors into donors that boost that fundraising revenue. And some examples, that I like to talk through is if you have strategic events, annual events, and you had your annual event last year with the same kind of, you know, the same event schedule, the same roughly audience and and participation, you can choose different events to create different, checkout experiences. One with donor cover this year, maybe complete cover, or with a different checkout experience, all with the goal of using the data, analyzing the data to drive decision making, even keeping it very simple. Let's say you have no specific strategic events coming up, but you wanna set out testing with the team to remove basically decision bias and remove guesswork and allow the data to inform the decisions and drive for success. What you could do is you could take your basic online website form, and one weekend, you could have it with the embedded checkout experience with donor cover. Then the follow weekend, the embedded checkout experience with complete cover. And over the same period being the weekend, you could look at the data, how many acceptance rates, how many conversion rates, how many, conversion rates with, complete cover versus, donut cover. You can break that down by then how many donations versus digital wallets versus credit cards. You can look at your abandonment rates. You can drive into all that data. Then the following two weekends, you can do the exact same, but go with the model experience and then with donor cover to start, and then the model experience with complete cover. And looking at those combinations to maximize the greatest conversion rates that you can achieve based on, the, your supporter base, and based on the, needs of your organization. So the goal for our team is, of course, to provide you with all those options, all those tools to drive success, to drive greater fundraising revenue opportunity, and we really are truly excited to see the combinations and the results that can be achieved with these features and capabilities based on your choice and based on the data that you receive from your support or community. And I I lastly, on this one, I also sat in our audience at at BBCON in Philadelphia, and I listened to our keynote speaker, Adam Grant. And his key takeaway message was to be a scientist in your approach to decision and data. And we believe having the configuration of the checkout experience of embedded or model or the complete cover or the fee cover on a per form basis, per team leader configuration basis, what that does is that really gives you the tools, to really look at how you can maximize your results for your organization based on your needs and your donor community. Now coming to, an end on our fee cover support, we we also wanted to call out and and share with you that we have our Blackboard University's training materials for donor cover and complete cover so you can share those with your internal teams and colleagues. It's a great it's a way of getting greater understanding of the solutions and the configuration and setup and walk through within Luminate online itself and TeamMaser as well. We also have a few blogs written by our very own Jason, on this session today that share some really great insights and information on the use and setup of the fee cover solution. So, yeah, please take a look at those. Share those with your team because it can be a tremendous resource for learning. And, of course, we have, our resources, on this session as well. So you can click in for any additional questions, or review of frequently asked questions, too. And as we round up fee cover, I just wanna add in as well that our commitment, as Seth mentioned, in 2025 was to deliver our new modern, secure checkout experiences with the model and embedded being compliant and supporting PCI version four with the additional payment methods and the digital wall extensions with the checkout model being available across all of Luminate and TeamRise as well. When you think of things like ecommerce, events, personal fundraising, APIs, we also have the back office forms, have the checkouts experience available for back office processing, to now looking at the fee cover solutions that we've just spent time diving into with donor cover and complete cover. And there's also much more that I haven't even mentioned such as the gift service center s 1,300 forms, self delayed pledges, events, or even credit card and and and, direct debit, account updaters, and even more. And that was all Anchored and delivered on our commitments to you in this year of 2025. So let's now switch gears from strategic fundraising revenue growth opportunities and and the donor experience to now looking at greater engagement with your fundraisers and with our generative AI being baked into Luminate and and TeamRaiser. On the horizon, and we demoed this, at BBCON, is our Gen AI content writer and tone enhancer with TeamMaser coaching emails, first of all. Our team have really, really enjoyed working on this feature solution, and we are really extremely excited to get this into your hands to see the power of this functionality. Now with our Genii content right on tone enhanced, you can align messages, tones to your fundraising teams to match your events tone and achieving content and seconds that can be the creative spark needed for your team to get going, to get started, elevating impact of your outreach to fundraisers, capturing the tones, and creating the story and the messages that you want to convey. Now I wanted to show the power, and our team wanted to show the power of of this solution. So what we're doing is, we're going to, yep, we're gonna look at how we can save minutes, hours, and days of time creating the perfect message, how to use bullet points to capture the message and then generate the content, and how it can be the starting point for inspiration or the finishing point, for the content that you want to create. So what I'm gonna do is I'm actually gonna pass you over to past Sean who already created a demo to show the JNEI content writer and tone enhancer feature within Team Raiser coaching emails. And once the demo is finished, which hopefully shows the power of this functionality in minutes, we'll jump back to our our deck here. So I'm gonna play the video and the audio, and then I'm gonna come back to you. Demo part of today's product update briefing, and I'm gonna run through our Genesys AI content writer and tone enhancer demo. So in the slide deck, I just mentioned that this can save minutes, hours, and days of time crafting the perfect message, and I hope to show the power of that in this demo. And for me as a person, I am not a very creative writer, so I like to use bullet points to capture the message that I want the content generator to create for me. So let's show that. I'm inside my manage team raises. I'm in my coaching emails, and we're gonna go straight to HTML content. And here is our new generative AI enhanced content button on the right hand side. It is available and highlighted because I have some wording in the content editor. If I remove out testing and we have no text in the body of the editor window, you'll see the enhanced content button is grayed out. We have to have written content for it to generate content and tone for. So to the demo, I said I like to convey bullet points, so what I wanna get across in the message. So here is my five bullet points. I won't read through them all or just we're 10 k away from our 250 goal. We wanna save more homeless animals. We need the generosity of our supporters and a little story of a three legged dog named Tyler who was found lost, hungry, and abandoned in a shed. So we will generate our content, and the new feature creates this window. In the window pane on the left hand side, you have your original content. We have our five bullet points. We have our tones. We have up to eight tones, and it defaults to the first three. The information on the window pane on the right shows the generated content. It shows the tone, the information, and it gives you two options. You can continue you can use this content and put it into the editor window, or you can regenerate content. Now for the purpose of this demo, I said my goal was, my bullet points was that we were only 10 k away from our goal. So with that, I don't wanna be casual and empathetic. I wanna be informative, inspirational, and urgent. So I've selected my new tones, and we now have the content. I'm gonna just use this content. It's gonna replace my bullet points. Yes, please. And then back in our content editor window, we now have a message written. Now I won't read through all of this, but I wanna call out some aspects just first of all because we just put bullet points in, and the enhanced content has now said, as we approach the final stretch of our fundraising effort for the name of the event, I want to remind you that we are only 10 thousand away from our ambitious goal of two fifty, that your dedication and hard work help us go the extra mile to save homeless animals. I'm gonna go on and it says, with your support, we successfully raised a 150, which made a significant impact on the lives of countless animals. Your generosity has been a lifeline for these vulnerable creatures. I would change creatures to animals here. And together, we can do even more this year. Let me share a story that exemplifies the difference your efforts make, and it goes on to tell the story about Tyler and that he's now getting the the the support that he needs, and he's thriving. Remember to help make all the difference as we push for in our and the team is our name event. Let's keep our focus on the animals who are counting on us. Together, we can exceed our goal and create lasting change for those who cannot speak for themselves. I really like that last kind of creative part, there. But for the purpose of the demo, as I said, this could be the starting point. It could be the finishing point. You could finish this could be the tone that you wanna get across. It could be short sharp to the point, creating that urgency to get that extra 10,000 from your fundraising teams, and you can just hit send. For me, it doesn't quite happen the way that I wanna convey the message, especially the story on the three legged dog named Tayo. That that doesn't really create the emotional, content that that that that I want to get across here. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna highlight that specific, section, and I'm gonna choose to enhance the content. So we're just enhancing the content of the story of the dog named Tyler. So you can see here again in the feature on the original content on the left, it's just regarding the story, of the dog named Tyler. I want this to be, empathetic, inspirational, and I want grateful in there as well. So here we are. Right? We've got it. So I'm just gonna you I'm gonna go back, and we're gonna read. So it's changed this from the the the the structure and the story here to today, I wanna share a heartwarming story that highlights the incredible impact of your efforts. We recently rescued a three legged dog named Tyler. He was found lost, hungry, and abandoned in a shed, a situation that many animals face. Thanks to the compassion and support of our community, Tyler received the care he desperately needed. With love, medical attention, and nurturing, Tyler is now thriving and enjoying life to the fullest. His journey is a testament to the difference we can make together through our contributions. I like that part. This story is just one of many lives transformed through the generosity of supporters like you. As we approach the in the name of the team raiser event, remember that every action you take in this event contributes to changing lives. Your fundraising efforts are crucial and encourage you to share your passion and content with others. So there we go. That actually generates the power of the story that I wanted to use. Now I can then just use this content, and it would place it into the body of the message. Or, again, if I didn't and I wanted to change, empathetic to urgent, it would just regenerate content, continuously, and then it would inject the new content into the selection that we've already created, within the TeamRaiser, editor window. So this shows the power of the tones and the generation of content it can create in seconds and minutes to be that spark, to help you generate messages that you want to convey a specific tone for, and, again, hopefully, save you multiple hours, on that starting point or, creation of of content. So thank you. I'll stop the demo here, and we'll go back to our presentation deck. Okay. Thank you. It's always very strange when I hear my accent back. I'm I'm not a fan of my own accent. But let's jump back into our deck, and, hopefully, that, did convey the power of the tool. Something, as I said, we're very excited to get into your hands and and and see what can be, generated and and and the power it has. Now jumping forward with today's session, a couple of things on on on our generative AI tool that we wanted to call out here. I won't be in the full slide, but, of course, that we keep data private, that we follow privacy laws like GDPR and and and our releases across different regions, of course, covering really importantly what it doesn't do. We don't train the AI, or change the AI using your personal or organizational data. We don't let the AI learn or update itself on your data. We don't share your data with other customers or outside systems. So so those are some of the key aspects we wanted to share as we discuss this capability. Now we've now discussed all the features that we looked at in delivering in q four. Hopefully, my excitement, my excitement has stayed low, and I haven't spoken too fast, and you've caught all of that information. But if not, again, use the tools that we have, available with some of the QA and additional links, that will provide more data and information for you and along with our upcoming release notes. But let's now take a look at the features and capabilities that are in the next up horizon. Look at that kind of six to twelve months view. So, again, the snapshot in here, we're just really looking at the features that we'll be discussing in a section that span across the 2026, with some of that being, a focus throughout the full year of 2026, similar to our approach this year with the secure and modern payments commitments. And over those next six to twelve months, our focus will remain on the key tenants of delivering our commitments to drive greater fundraising revenue and support our experience and communication, anchored all in the following themes of, of course, our secure and compliance, and performance optimization, our secure modern payments, TeamRazor, generative AI, and our integrations. And starting the the starting early, sorry, in 2026, we will continue to extend our digital wallet options with Amazon Pay, which will become available in q one, providing another digital wallet, payment method that is used by millions of of Amazon customers that they're familiar with and that they know and trust. It will have the same setup as our Google Pay Digital Wallet today in our look at, in our LO checkout experiences that it will become automatically enabled for your version of checkout if you have digital wallets activated within the checkout data element. And the image I'm sharing on the screen here, was actually in our development environment that I was playing around with for this, product update briefing and running some QA testing, and I wanted to share that with you to show you that we're very close to this functionality being released. And on release with Amazon Pay, it will be available for processing and disbursement in USD. Canadian dollars is not yet supported, and that support is under review. Then next up, we also have our donor advised fund integration, which, for anyone that is unclear, donor advised funds, also known as DAF and DAF pay, is a chargeable account that allows donors to set aside specific money for their giving purposes and in some cases recommend grants to nonprofit organizations over time as well. Now DAF is actually the fastest growing way Americans give, with the start showing more than 250,000,000,000 is already dedicated to charitable purposes. By embedding the DAF fee giving directly within our donation form checkout experience, DAFPA then turns a multi step process into a three click experience for your customers to receive the data, or to you to receive the data that you need to acknowledge and steward that gift immediately from your donors and supporters. So today, we've also, chariot Chariots have also shared with us that DAFPay is on over a 100,000 nonprofit donation forms, which has more than doubled, in the past year. So we're very excited to bring our DAFPay solution into our checkout experience as well. And I hope in taking and talking through the detail of the fee cover solutions earlier in today's session, I do hope that theme of choice and control, that we wanted to create for our customers really shone through. And we're taking that another step further because we understood in our discovery calls and our collaboration through things such as the product advisory groups and meetings and collaborations that many of our customers had also built their own version, their own customized version of donor cover. And in that approach, you built the ability to set your own fee rate ask for the donor to cover. And that fee rate cover could be to cover your back office admin costs. So what we're now doing is we're taking another approach to to bringing another fee cover solution to give you that control and structure. And with our fee cover plus feature, we will provide you the option back in your hands to natively build out the checkout experience suite of solutions that adds the fee cover selection criteria that you wish to set. So you can use this fee cover plus that will be coming soon, and you can set the fee cover ask that you want to cover in the donor fund ask on the checkout experience. You can apply it higher than your current donor cover set, Blackboard Internet payments, Amex local rates because you might want to, outline, additional costs and back office costs that you want to apply. So providing you those tools to choose which option best fits your needs, your fundraising goals, your cost saving approaches, we're providing you the tools to maximize your opportunities, but you're in control. You have the choice. You're in control of the best solution that best fits your organization and, also, very importantly, your donor community. And moving forward, we're also looking at our optimized donation form approach. We're very, focused on looking at greater and higher conversion rates that we can create from the donor form experience. And with that, we wanna create highly optimized forms that focus on the donor capture part of the the the the process, then the data capture. We receive some very great insight as we do our our our surveys and and and and work with many donors and across the sector, and with our Blackboard Insight data that, there's a new generation of donors and supporters that state, and it was a very marked out, response on on one of our surveys last year, that donors want to donate funds, not data. And with that approach, we wanna try and take a new approach to optimize donation forms and reducing the amount of form selection criteria, creating it in a very easy to use, easy to follow, easy to complete setup wizard, that allows the the the the data to be streamlined for donation data, for donation form data collection, and for, higher conversion rates. So it would be donation capture first and foremost, then additional field selection after. And if the donor doesn't wanna stay on to provide the additional data that you might want to collect to help shield the relationship, they can skip past that data. So something we are looking at generating with a new wizard, a new setup, all focused on easy to, navigate, easy to set up, and easy to, utilize. And then from optimizing your donation experience to better engagement with your constituents, another innovation that we're bringing your way is the RCS messaging with our partners at Nucleus. Nucleus enhanced peer to peer fundraising with a suite of comprehensive integrated mobile messaging services, with mobile first product focus that that will help create greater engagement with your fundraisers wherever they are, and optimize that recruitment and retention efforts with maximizing your fundraising impact. And with baked in best practices and personalization, the mobile product suite helps your fundraisers extend their reach and raise more revenue with mobile messaging, social media integration, and QR codes. And staying on the theme of greater engagement with your donor and supporter community, we're looking at a reimagination of TeamRaiser participant center, which would be our our our participant center version four. And it will focus on that intuitive model accessible design with the strategic workflows intelligently designed to support your fundraiser engagement and success, surfacing easy to track, tag, and follow tracking of timeline impact, lifetime impact, discovery of upcoming events, networking, and access to event specific fundraising experiences. And on the same journey as with our Nucleus partnership and integration, it's a streamlined approach to our mobile first experience, bringing that reimagination of the participant center four to a full responsive UI layout that focuses on the experience, the ease of use, and the optimization of the tools and information used users need at their fingertips. Now I won't spend too much time on these next two slides. I will just because we spent the time looking at the demo of the Genesys AI content writer and tone enhancer, but we wanna highlight that we are bringing that tool. We showed it in coaching emails, and we're bringing that, Genesys content writer and tone enhancer to pretty much across all of Luminate and TeamViewer where we have HTML editors, content editors. So we're extending that functionality, which allow you to craft tone and specific content in seconds and minutes that can enhance the power of your content and create that spark or perhaps the the finished, outcome that you need. And we're bringing that to HTML, and content editors. And we're also bringing, of course, to, personal and team stories, and team leaders as well so that, again, you can utilize that solution, and the power that's behind it. And with that, what I'm gonna do now is I'm gonna pass you back to Seth, who's gonna bring us home, with today's pub review. So, Seth, I'll pass it back over to you. Thanks, Sean. All that is incredible, and hopefully that helps to solidify and emphasize our intense focus again on the fundraiser and donor engagement experience in 2026. A few updates on some performance and security and compliance items that we're bringing your way as well, starting with full secure configuration for all sites. Some of you already have full secure secure configurations for the majority of your public facing pages, but there are a few outstanding pieces for us to tidy bow this effort and bring the full benefits of HTTPS to all customers using Illuminate online and TeamRazor. Now the first of the last set of pieces here is updating the link manager tool in Luminate online to allow you as admins to easily identify, sort, and update the hyperlinks throughout the entirety of your sites. In turn, this helps us prepare the site for the transition to LO full secure configuration by identifying the links, which currently lead, your supporters to non secure destinations. Now with this effort, we're also addressing the pretty complicated problem for multi domain sites, in transitioning to this full secure configuration. And what will happen with all of the additional non secure subdomains used in multi affiliate and multi center setups with affiliate level and center level subdomains. This work is going to ultimately solve that problem and provide those of you with those multi domain site setups with full support to complete that migration to a full secure configuration. Now finally, our previous work didn't cover shortcuts or virtual domains. So this effort is also going to include those items with the ability for you to update those shortcuts and virtual domains in your full secure configurations. That's a lot of full secure. Now next is a migration of our physical on premise hosting to Microsoft Azure. We are moving Luminate online from that legacy on premise platform to the cloud. This will enable faster innovation, stronger security, and improved scalability for all of you, our customers. This is coming next year, and the goal is to have this happen during an already planned maintenance window so that we're minimizing the risk to any of your sites. It is important to note though that when this happens, there will be a period of temporary downtime. We're sharing with with you now that this is happening so that you are, aware well in advance. But I want to emphasize that when more information is coming, you will be the first to know. You will be given significant notice and significant preparation time for anything that you need to take action on and so that you know exactly when this is going to happen for your sites. Now on the other side, a few things you can look forward to after the migration completes. You will have enhanced performance. This means faster, more reliable donation processing, for example. You'll have greater security. This migration comes out of the box with built in database encryption and modern cloud security controls. You'll also see a further reduction of the maintenance windows that are scheduled and less downtime as a result. Finally, this will accelerate our ability to deliver innovation to you faster. This means more rapid rollout of the features that you care about and that move your mission forward. Now last but not least, on the next up road map items, we are excited to share that our partners over at Raiser's Edge have just announced the release of their modern relo, Razer's Edge Luminate online in integration. That is now available to the first wave of customers in WebView. And the rest of the customers on Razer's Edge and Illuminate online will experience WebView by the end of the year in 2025. Now the Razor's Edge team have shared that there are currently no planned timelines to disable database view for reload yet because they want to give you plenty of time to test the web view features and provide the necessary feedback so that they can plan on those enhancements that you need. The Razer's Edge team have also committed to communicating well in advance before any changes are made to the database view functionality. Now on the web view side, with this new version, the integration matches all the core database view functionality that you experience today, but also incorporates some import important enhancements. These enhancements are going to improve things like better handling of blank values from Luminate to Razor's Edge, asynchronous no wait processing for faster workflow management, and less manual configuration to set up workflows the way that you need them to work for your organization. One standout feature that, really should be emphasized here, especially for Luminess Online TeamRaiser customers, is the ability to, choose what comes over to Razer's Edge. You can reject a constituent, for example, even if that record has a gift or registration, giving you much better control. So a good example, if you have a team raiser event and a primary registration creates registration for a child, you can choose not to have that child's constituent record make its way over to Raiser's Edge. Finally, one other great enhancement coming with the web view is that you have when you have multiple emails or phone numbers coming through the integration, the web view will let you review and decide on the data all at once, making the process much more streamlined and user friendly versus in, database view choosing one at a time. Now let's move on to the next phase of our road map. As I said at the beginning, these are more exploratory themes. They're ideas. They might be things we've already started talking with some of you about. So again, these are with these being ideas, these are not commitments, but our core priorities for the direction we're taking the product. So I wanna start here. We're gonna focus a little bit about, the the future of AI and agentic AI workflows. We're gonna put a little bit more focus on the team or user experience, and we're gonna put more focus again on the administrative user experience in the back end of Luminate online. So first on the docket here, let's talk about the agentic AI. We are currently exploring how fundraising assistance in Luminate online could use AI to make decisions and automate outreach across your most critical workflows. We're researching ways these agents might analyze donation data in real time, assess the likelihood of a recurring gift, and trigger personalized follow-up emails for donors at just the right moment in time. This is a very exciting time for us, and we'll we'll be doing more discovery on the direction that this could take us and understand how these AI powered assistance can help you optimize engagement, streamline fundraising, and drive greater impact. I also wanna, emphasize another use case of AI assistance in the the format of participant facing AI assistance. So one other use case could be an AI fundraising assistant that will be available to all of your participants using TeamRaiser and in the participant center. Now imagine being able to empower your fundraisers by granting them instant access to personalized strategies and expert guidance right when they need it. This will bring you and your staff peace of mind that all of your fundraisers are taken care of with anything they need in the context of their fundraising experience. That That will make the question, what keeps you up at night, an irrelevancy when it comes to fundraiser success. And maybe you'll actually get some more good night's sleep, especially during your peak event seasons. With the new AI fundraising assistant assistant, your participants will be able to get instant personalized strategies as well as real time support, whether they're looking for ways to reach new donors, tips for sending fundraising, emails, or even advice on how to best thank their donors. We're very eager to bring this new powerful tool right into the hands of your fundraisers. Now our next our next major initiative we're looking ahead and looking forward to bringing you is a full redesign of the out of the box TeamRaiser pages. This will pair, a little bit more closely with our imminent upgrade Sean shared about participant center four. Now the first update we'll bring you is the t the default greeting page. This is where you can expect a modern engaging layout that is designed to attract, amaze, and engage all of your prospective participants and teams. Navigation will be upgraded and streamlined with a core emphasis on ease of use, accessibility, and most importantly, a warm welcome so your prospective participants and donors can find what they need quickly and effortlessly and get to that next step. Every element here will be intentionally crafted to help you increase engagement and inspire more support from the very first interaction. As part of this body of work, we'll also be exploring a full end to end design refresh for the TeamRaiser registration experience. This refresh will keep all of the powerful customization tools you have at your fingertips today, but it will make registration smoother and more inviting for your participants. Our goal here is really simple. We wanna help your supporters complete registration faster and get them involved and into the participant experience quickly and efficiently in a process that's intuitive and efficient from start to finish. As part of that registration experience upgrade, that will also include upgrading and streamlining the way we handle family and group registrations. With the refresh and refresh transformation we'll bring to Team Raiser's front end experience, your participants will be able to add all registrations in a single streamlined flow. This may also include enhancements to functionality at your primary registration's fingertips, such as an easy opt in to activate fundraising pages for each additional registration, as well as the ability to select different participation types for every member. This will make the whole process for every person that's part of this registration package. It'll it'll make it easier and, more streamlined for everyone so that no matter what people are doing, they can support your cause in their way. Now as we look ahead, we're also considering a comprehensive update to the default personal fundraising page and the default team page. The goal on these two pages is is to enhance the out of the box experience for your participants and team captains and for your site visitors considering making those contributions to the pages. This effort will create a beautiful out of the box experience while preserving full customization options, And we'll also focus on optimizing the layout so that we're intentionally designing this to drive higher engagement and a higher conversion of donations from those supporters. More details on both the personal page and the team page as you see here coming soon. Now next up in our exploratory themes is a refreshed administrative experience. Now, again, in 2026 and shortly after, as we just shared, our intense focus is on improving the participant and donor experience, but that does not mean we aren't setting our sights on the administrative experience for you and your staff. First up here is the TeamRaiser event creation wizard that will transform how you build peer to peer fundraising events. This is designed to have to to give you a a seamless intuitive flow so you can set up your TeamRaiser campaigns faster and with less administrative effort. This refresh will empower you to launch beautiful effective TeamRaiser events in minutes rather than days or weeks so you can start focusing faster on engaging your supporters and driving results. Now we have heard your feedback loud and clear on the administrative experience. One of your biggest challenges and pains is that with Luminess online today is the ease of use and the intuitive user interface today feels a little bit outdated. Right? That's why we're actively exploring a complete transformation of the platform's look, feel, and navigation. Our goal here is to deliver a modern intuitive experience that makes every interaction faster, easier, and more engaging, empowering your team to work more efficiently and confidently than ever before. Now last but definitely not least on the exploratory themes on our road map is Blackbaud ID for authentication in Illuminate Online. You may be used to Blackbaud ID across your other Blackbaud products today. And when we bring Blackbaud ID to Luminate Online, you'll get a single unified login for all of your Blackbaud products, including Luminate Online and TeamRazer. That means fewer authentication headaches and a smoother overall experience for your entire team. Most importantly, BBID lays the foundation for us to bring you more powerful, high impact tools in the future so you can start taking advantage of the full power of the Blackbaud ecosystem. And one last thing for me. Blackbaud knows that security is a top priority for you and your organizations. That's why we're excited to introduce Blackbaud's trust center. This is a new centralized hub for all things related to Blackbaud security. At trust.blackbaud.com, you'll find things like audit re reports, including SOC and PCI documentation, security white papers, a dedicated knowledge base for those FAQs, Blackbaud security credentials, as well as self-service access to information for risk assessments and due diligence. You can access the trust center using your Blackbaud ID, and you won't have any extra credentials needed. This is a resource that's designed to make your security reviews faster and easier, reducing the time spent on due diligence and provide you with direct access to the information you need whenever you need it. It's part of our commitment to transparency and to supporting your organization's security needs throughout your journey with Blackbaud. Alright. We have a few minutes left. So with those with all of that, we do have one last final announcement from Jason who's gonna hop on here shortly. But before we wrap up, Sean and I wanna thank you for sharing this time with us today. There was a lot here, and I hope you've taken away some exciting opportunities from this session for things that we've recently delivered, are coming soon, and that we're exploring for the future. Jason, I'll pass it back to you to bring us home with our last couple announcements. Alright. Thanks so much, Seth.
