Transcript for "Product Update Briefing - Blackbaud Impact Edge™ for Corporations":
Good morning, and welcome to our fall product update briefing for Impact Edge. If we have not had the pleasure of meeting before, my name is Kayla Barnes. My pronouns are she, her, hers, and I do product marketing for the Orca Solutions. I'm in the Dallas area, and I've been with the company for eight years. And I'm Kevin Kirschner. I'm principal product manager for Impact Edge. I've been at Blackbaud for three years, and I'm based in Moscow, Idaho. And I'm Andrea Jaglo, the head of, YourCause product, and I am based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and I have been with Blackbaud about two and a half years. And hello, everyone. If we have not met yet, my name is Jewel Willett, and my pronouns are she, her, hers. I am the senior manager of customer success enablement for your cause solutions, and I am so excited to be here as an extension of the customer experience team and sit alongside product during today's conversation. I have been with the organization for twelve years, and I live in the Dallas area as well. Awesome. Thanks for those introductions y'all. So to get us started, I wanted to give you a quick look at today's agenda and what you can expect. So I'll get us started with a little bit of context setting for today's session, including some quick housekeeping items and recent announcements. Then we will spend the majority of our time chatting through our road map, and that's gonna include recently released features, features that are coming soon, and some of our large longer term vision for Impact Edge and for your cause as a whole. We'll wrap up with some customer callouts from Jewel at the end of today's session. So some quick housekeeping items. If you encounter any audio or technical issues like slides freezing or audio lagging, I highly encourage you to give your browser a refresh. And if any issues persist, I will say that this webinar platform tends to prefer Chrome and Microsoft Edge over Safari, so you might consider switching your browser. Now on the right hand side of your screen, you should see a couple of tabs available to you. The chat is actually not open for all attendees, but it is a place where your speakers can post a message or a link if there's anything that we want to give a shout out to. The doc section is going to have a lot of great reference material from today's session, including the very first doc that you'll see up there is the companion guide. This gives you a great summary of the recently released and coming soon features that we'll be talking about today, so a really great, takeaway or kinda leave behind document. Now to the right of that, you'll see our q and a section. And I will say we have a lot of great material to move through today. We'll move pretty quickly and anticipate taking the full hour. And so we ask that when you do leave us a question, you give us a little context behind your ask so so that we know exactly which feature you're referring to instead of something super vague like when will that be released. A little context goes a long way. And if we're not able to get to your question during today's session, we promise that we will follow-up with you individually afterwards. And one more note on the session, it is being recorded, and you will get a link to the recording into your inbox within the next day or so. Because this is one of our product update briefings, I do need to read the following safe harbor statement in its entirety. This presentation contains forward looking statements that involve inherent risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. It outlines Blackbaud's current plans and general product direction as of the date this presentation was created. Functionality described in this presentation that is not currently available is subject to change at any time without notice at Blackbaud's sole discretion. It does not represent a commitment to develop or release specific features within the time frame discussed according to the presented designer at all. Please make any purchase decisions based on features and functionality that are currently available. Today's session wraps up our week of product update briefings across the YourCause and Blackbaud solutions. But fear not, if you missed some of our YourCause solutions, it's not not too late to get in on the fun. So on Tuesday, we did cover CSR Connect, and yesterday, we chatted through Grants Connect. And you can actually still register to attend those sessions and receive a recording. I think I might have forgotten to put a registration link in the docs tab, but no worries. I bet Jewel will pop that into the chat momentarily. And like I said, if you register for any of the sessions that have already passed, you can still register to attend and get a link to a recording of that session. I did wanna spend a couple of minutes providing some context about Impact Edge just in case there's some listeners on the line today who aren't as familiar with our impact reporting solution. So with Impact Edge, we're helping busy CSR professionals unify their data to unlock their reporting potential. And Impact Edge really starts by centralizing data across the YourCause solutions, including CSR Connect and Grants Connect. That unified data then populates into our impact dashboards, which is complimentary for our clients. This includes dashboards for giving, volunteering, grant making, and also brand new dashboards like groups, charity discovery, and goals and metrics, which I'm so excited that we'll have time to explore today. From there, clients have the opportunity to add Blackbaud AI to their partnership with us and as part of their ImpactEdge solution. So Blackbaud AI leverages generative AI to help you turn all these numbers into powerful narratives. So imagine being able to create volunteer event descriptions, draft press releases, answer questions about your programs from stakeholders, and just moments. Blackbaud AI is really designed to be an extension of your team and help you save time and kind of bring those impactful insights to your fingertips within seconds. And I really can't wait for Jewel to walk you through an example of how these dashboards and Blackbaud AI come together to help you research and activate, to a moment at hand. So we'll be really excited to kinda spend a little bit of time on that walk through today. So when it comes to Impact Edge's kind of innovation principles, these are the themes that have guided not only our ongoing innovation, but really the creation of the product as well. So as I mentioned a moment ago, ImpactEdge really unlocks your reporting potential and starts with that unified data structure. So that gives you a centralized view into your impact across your cost solutions, and we continue to bring more and more data into Impact Edge. And like I mentioned a moment ago, you'll hear a little bit more about that today as well. Impact Edge is all about saving you time and creating efficiencies. So this includes those robust data visualizations and the impact dashboards and the generative AI capabilities that help you transform numbers into compelling narratives in just seconds. And speaking of narratives, Impact Edge is ultimately designed to help you tell your story, turning those insights into impact and giving you the data points you need to really prove the value of purpose at your organization. And as someone celebrating their birthday today, I have to give a shout out to my product birthday twin, which is Impact Edge. It's hard to believe, but we are already celebrating a year of Impact Edge, and it's been a huge treat to watch how this product has transformed the reporting experience for YourCause customers. I've had the pleasure of getting to speak directly with some of you, and learn about the amazing ways you're using the system. And some things I've heard directly from you include the simplicity and speed have freed us up to focus on strategy and storytelling, not just data collection, or Impact Edge makes accessing complex data incredibly easy. It's a powerful tool that simplifies the complicated, or even Impact Edge makes getting important information quick and easy. It's practically effortless. I've loved getting to see this feedback come in on the solution, and I just can't wait to showcase to you today the ways we've been innovating, the ways that we're thinking ahead, and we're just gonna get better year after year. So happy birthday to Impact Edge. Before I pass the mic on to my product friends, I'll just take a couple more moments to recap some exciting announcements that have been made this year, some of which we'll talk about a little bit more in-depth later on in today's presentation. So I'm thrilled to say that we've opened registration for our North American Corporate Social Impact Summit and have a save the date for you for our UK summit. We had a blast in my hometown of Dallas earlier this year for our inaugural North American Impact Summit, and we had another great convenient across the pond, in the summer as well. So we'll spend a little bit of time talking about those summits in just a moment. We also made another exciting announcement last month at BBCon. NPO Connect, the free nonprofit portal that's tied to the York Cost Solutions, is now the Blackbaud verified network. There's a great article linked in the doc section about why this is more than a name change, and it's really representative of our innovation plans to create more connected experiences across our corporations and nonprofit customers here at Blackbaud. So I'll leave the last two exciting announcements for our product team to share more details on, including our live integrations with True Impact and Candid right in Impact Edge, as well as our new AI Coalition for Social Impact that Andrea will cover in just a moment. But first, let's just talk about the corporate social impact summits for one more moment. So if you didn't realize from my spiel a minute ago, we actually host two summits a year, one in North America and one in The UK. Both are designed exclusively for CSR professionals who work across components like employee engagement and giving and volunteering and community investment. Next year's North American Impact Summit will be in Nashville, Tennessee from Monday, March 30 through Wednesday, April 1, and you can expect a similar flow of events if you had joined us in Dallas. So that includes an evening reception on Monday night to kind of kick things off, a full day of content Tuesday, and a half day of content on Wednesday. And so we're already over 50% of our registration capacity. So if you're interested in attending, please drop us a line in the q and a. Reach out to your customer success manager. We wanna make sure that you don't miss out on this great complimentary event for CSR professionals. And then we don't have registration open quite yet for the UK summit, but I did wanna let you know that we'll be returning to London on Tuesday, June 16. This is just a one day event, but that does not mean it's shortchanged on the amazing content, networking, and fun that goes on. So highly encourage if you have team members that are in The UK or you yourself sit in The UK, keep an eye out for registration details that are sure to come soon. So with that, I'm really excited to pass it over to Andrea to get started on product innovation starting with our new AI for Social Impact Coalition. Andrea? Thank you so much, Kayla. There's no better way for me to start my content with you all today than to tell you about our brand new AI Coalition for Social Impact. As our first collective action, we are launching a free sector specific AI certification designed to help professionals across the social and corporate impact landscape use AI ethically and effectively. We're thrilled to be developing this content with industry leaders in corporate social responsibility like ACCP, CECP, Realized Worth, and so many more esteemed organizations. The four first course module arrives in early twenty twenty six. Use that QR code to sign up for the waitlist and be among the first to get certified. We have a refreshed mission statement for our YourCause product innovation that I'm excited to share with you today. Our mission is to empower organizations to transform corporate purpose into measurable global impact. Our solutions unite employees, nonprofits, and data with intelligent technology and responsible AI, making collaboration easier, insight sharper, and outcomes more meaningful. With Impact Edge, we are so proud of the meaningful progress we've made aligned to this mission, including delivering the market's first and only generative AI assistant for corporate impact reporting. You'll see numerous examples in today's content on how we are equipping you with more data, more intelligence, and more insights to power your impact. And we are always excited about AI in our products. And while we have a lot of ideas of our own to expand our intelligent capabilities, we want to hear from you too. Towards the end of our external session, we will launch a feedback survey, and one of the questions will give all of you the space to share your ideas on how AI can help drive efficiencies and impact in your role. We are really excited to hear from our customers on this topic. Speaking of feedback and ideas, we are introducing a new wayfinding icon throughout our sessions for your cause. This icon will highlight features that originated from customer ideas or from feedback gathered through our voice of the customer survey. The insights we receive from these surveys are invaluable, and we actively collaborate across teams to turn this feedback into meaningful product and process improvements. Our goal isn't perfection. We focus on uncovering impactful opportunities from progress and move forward with a clear plan to help our clients spend more time making a difference. We as always, we talk about product updates in three core time horizons today, starting with what's recently been released in now and is available now for you all to take advantage of. Then we will focus on what's next, which are features we anticipate to deliver in the next six months. And finally, we will round out by looking ahead to the exciting vision we have for Impact Edge and YourCause in the longer term. So let's start with what's recently been released. Here's a quick overview of what Kevin and Jewel are going to walk you through in the first horizon. We have some exciting updates to share across our complimentary impact dashboards, including the new Charity Discovery tool, goals and metrics functionality, and groups dashboard, as well as showcasing some of the ways we've been expanding the intelligence in Blackbaud AI. Alright, Kevin. Let's get started with those awesome impact dashboard updates. Alright. Thank you, Andrea. Let's go ahead. Before we dive into recent updates, I just wanna provide an overview of some of this functionality just in case we have some new users on the line today. The Impact dashboards are complementary for our customers and come with unlimited users. You have the ability to set permissions and access, and we will talk about some of those expanded role based access capabilities in a moment. Data is populated from Uracos, CSR Connect, and Grants Connect solutions and is refreshed daily. Dashboards include components like interactive maps, headline metrics, and year over year views that can be adjusted with numerous filters that are specific to each dashboard. I also wanna point out some sharing functions built into Impact Edge because they are by design. Sharing data with Impact Edge can be done in in numerous ways. You can there are download buttons for both the entire report and individual data visualizations spotlighting images, and you can also share URLs to others that have Impact Edge so they can review what you are also seeing. Exploring data tables and raw data is also super easy as well. Alright. Now that we've laid the groundwork, let's take a look at the recently released items that Andrea mentioned, starting with new role based permissions that we hinted out earlier. Alright. So this is one of the most exciting updates in Impact Edge is the enhanced ability to configure access control based on custom roles. This gives our customs our customers more control over how users interact with the platform. Today, you can create roles tailored to your organization structure and assign permissions that differentiate between Blackbaud AI features and Impact Edge dashboards. This means you can ensure the right people have their access to the right tools without overexposing sensitive data or functionality. So right now, you have the ability to set dashboard level permissions so you can control who sees which dashboards. This is a big step forward in making Impact Edge more flexible and secure for your teams. And we're not stopping there. Coming soon, we're gonna be introducing even more granular permissions within dashboards, giving you fine tuned control over visibility and access at an even deeper deeper level. These updates are all about empowering you to manage data access in a way that aligns with your internal governance while still enabling collaboration and insight. Alright. We've also redesigned the home dashboard. I'm really excited about this one. And this is really it's not just a dashboard here, but it's really meant to serve as your centralized, for all of your CSR data. You're giving your volunteering and grants all in one place. This update is more about than about UI. This is really about giving and providing a comprehensive at a glance view of your organization's impact across all your programs. You'll now see aggregated KPIs that'll help you quickly assess performance and trends across your CSR initiatives. Some highlights include combined engagement metrics and overview of engagement elements and events. Whether you're a program manager or an executive or a data analyst, this dashboard supports confident strategic oversight. It's really designed to help you move from data to decisions faster with clarity and context built right in. Ultimately, this is about empowering you to tell a more unified story backed by your real time data. We've also released our new groups dashboard. I'm really excited about this one because this was a really large piece of feedback, getting better data and better reporting in groups. This singular dashboard provides you with deep insight into how your employees are engaging in groups, and you're able to analyze participation, retention, and engagement in your individual groups and in your group's programs. And just a reminder, groups is a complimentary function functionality in our CSR Connect that gives you and your employees the space to create groups and groups programs based on things like shared affinities, diversity and inclusion topics, virtual or local groups, and even a place to house your CSR ambassadors. I highly encourage you to explore this feature if you aren't using it, CSR Connect, right now. Alright. Back to, Impact Edge. This is another amazing functionality we've added recently, which is called program goals and metrics. So, basically, you now have the ability to track what matters most to your specific program with this customizable dashboard designed to reflect your own unique CSR goals and metrics. So you can basically define and monitor program goals or KPIs or target metrics that you decide to align with your own strategy. So whether you're focused on employee engagement, perhaps cause or impact, grant distribution, you can tailor the dashboard to your own needs. You're able to track what's in progress, what's reached its target, what's falling behind can be identified. And once you've completed your goal, you can drag it into completed column, which is kind of a really nice way to have a record of what you've accomplished in your program. Alright. Let's spend a couple of minutes showing you different ways goals can be used across the different parts of the program. So, basically, see the Impact Edge, program goals and metrics allows you to set and track these goals across every major area of your CSR program, volunteering, giving, grants. With flexible filters and tailored metrics, you can define what success really looks like in your organization. Let's dive into it a little bit deeper. So for grant making, like increasing the number of applications submitted, raising your award percentage, or boosting the total amount approved amount approved for your grants, the real power really comes in the ability on these different metrics and KPI cards is to filter these goals by charity state, charity country, applicant country, and applicant state. This means you can set goals to grow grant awards in a particular region, then track exactly how you're progressing towards that target. Alright. Let's take a look at giving. Perhaps you wanna increase employee per employer participation in giving or raise the total donation amount. You can set goals for donor count, engagement rate, total donation amount, and more. The filters, once again, a really powerful feature, let you drill down by charity location, employee department, business unit, work country, and division. This enables you to set targeted goals, like boosting like boosting giving in a specific department and seeing how each group is contributing to the overall impact. And then for volunteering, you can set goals for volunteer count, number of events, engagement rate, or total volunteer hours, and use those same filters to focus on specific geographies or employee attributes, such as department or business unit or work location. This is gonna allow you to spotlight areas of high engagement, identify areas for growth, and then also celebrate those teams that go above and beyond. You can even compare volunteer activity across different regions or business units to inform future initiatives. And then finally, we have combined engagement. This lets you set goals for overall workplace workplace participation, tracking the percentage of employees who gave, volunteered, or did both. With filters for charity location, department, business unit, work country, work state, division, and so forth, you can pinpoint where engagement is strongest and where you have room to grow. This holistic view helps you set ambitious organization wide goals and monitor progress at every level. Alright. Another really cool addition to Impact Edge is our new Charity Discovery tool, really designed to help CSR professionals make smarter data backed decisions about where and how to direct your investment. This complimentary dashboard leverages integrated data from our True Impact partnership and Candid, giving you access to in-depth profiles on embedded charities, detailed community investment data, and even predicted cost per outcome powered by True Impact for potential investments. Beyond profiles, this tool is gonna enable you to discover and identify nonprofit partners based on SGG goals, target populations, and cause areas. So you can really search by a lot of different factors. And that way, you can ensure alignment with your organization's priorities. And so by combining this rich external datasets or advanced filtering, this charity discovery tool transformed partner selection from a from a manual time consuming process into really a strategic insight driven experience, helping you invest where it matters most and maximizing your impact. Let's spend a little bit talking about True Impact and Candid. We partnered with True Impact and Candid to expand the reach of data available to Impact Edge, which you can see in the actions due to the shared data discovery tool. These organizations are a leader in impact data and measurement, and their expertise allows us to deliver richer insights for CSR programs. By integrating their data, we provide we're providing high quality nonprofit information to help you give even a more complete picture of the organizations you support. This integration also allows better storytelling. And with predictive forecasting, benchmarking, and program level details, you can connect results to your company's goals and communicate impact in a way that is both strategic and compelling. It's really about turning data into narratives that resonate with stakeholders. And finally, we're helping you move from outputs to true impact. By enriching charity data for donors and grantmakers, you can understand not just what was done, but what difference was actually made. This shift enables smarter decisions, stronger partnerships, and a clear demonstration of social value. So that brings us to the end of our recently released updates for ImpactED. So I'm gonna pass it on to Jewel to tell you more about innovation in Blackbaud AI. Thank you, Kevin. Alright. Well, let's go ahead and keep exploring and talk a little bit about how Blackbaud AI can work with you to expand your intelligence. One of the most exciting visual enhancements in Blackbaud AI is the ability to create charts and graphs directly within your chat experience. This feature is designed to make data visualization effortless and accessible for everyone on your team. Just within a few clicks, you can generate line graphs, bar charts, pie charts, and data tables right in your conversation window. So this means you can quickly turn that raw data into compelling visuals, making it easier to share insights and presentations, emails, and reports without having to go to another system. And the best part is that they're globally available and can be copied into any format you need to put into your presentations. We have greatly enhanced Blackbaud AI's ability to deliver deeper contextual answers. What does this mean for you, though? So instead of just providing surface level data or generic responses, Blackbaud AI now understands the context behind your questions, whether you're asking about specific programs, trends, or outcomes. This enhancement in particular allows Blackbaud AI to pull together information from multiple sources, interpret nuances in your dialogue, and deliver insights that are tailored to your organization's unique needs. So, for example, as you can see on the screen here, if you ask about volunteer engagement in a particular region or to a particular organization, Blackbaud AI can analyze historical data, current trends, current activities, and even related program metrics to give you a comprehensive, actionable answer. From there, you can dialogue further to turn that answer into narratives for different audiences. The result overall is smarter decision making and more meaningful reporting within the same platform that you're already managing your programs. So you spend less time searching for answers and more time acting on those insights, Ultimately, the deeper contextual answers empower you to continue to tell a rich story about your impact, to drive strategic improvements within your company, and respond confidently to stakeholder questions no matter how complex they are or when they come into you. So as we celebrated at the beginning of the call, Impact Edge has been live for our customers for a year now in production. So naturally, the team and I reached out to some of our top adopters, and we asked for their thoughts on the platform. We really wanted to know what keeps them coming back, what keeps them interested in exploring, and why are they invested in all the development that you've heard about today and excited about what's still to come. To put it plainly, it's transforming the way they work. That was the collective answer. So the feedback that we're featuring right now perfectly captures the value of Impact Edge, freeing up your time so you can focus on making a difference, not wrestling with spreadsheets. So with unified data access, streamlined storytelling, and powerful time saving features, you can get to drive greater impact across your organization. However, maybe you are not quite sure how to dive in because as you've seen in some of the screenshots and demos previously, there are a lot of opportunities within Impact Edge. Or maybe you've been wrestling with your spreadsheets for quite some time, so you've actually perfected your multi step approach. And so you're going to need some more convincing before you truly hop in and, lean into the efficiencies you now have the opportunity to take. And and you know what? That's totally okay. It's very, very human. And, because we know how much reporting does matter to you, we thought today we would feature a collection of use cases from many customers we've talked to throughout the year, and hopefully bring everything together in a highlight for you, almost like a highlight reel. And we are going to do that through, maybe some different reporting conversations that take place during a focus giving program. So let's dive in together. You know, food insecurity impacts almost 800,000,000 people worldwide, and, I'm going to walk through these use cases as if I'm one of you. So, because of this, like, I know right now my community is seeking aid for resources. So I want to do something about that and I want to contribute to the cause. I head over to YourCause community and I access the recently released hunger relief resource, because I have the intention of creating a focused giving campaign that will drive donations to a national organization that's making a really big impact in this area right now. So with the community resource, I'm able to create and launch a give engagement element within CSR connect to help focus our employees' giving and match requests through the Giving Tuesday time frame. The program's text was actually very easy to draft because I chatted with Blackbaud AI about the cherry and how our company has already been involved with them in the past, which actually helped me create unique and special content that I was able to take and humanize and have a personalized about section and the engagement element to help drive that impact. So the program is launched, and now it's time to track and report on the progress through all the different various touch points I have through the weeks and the months with my team and with other business leaders. So I become very familiar and friendly with Impact Edge Home. From Impact Edge Home, you can see general activity throughout the site for the entire year, but you can also very quickly set a specific date range. By doing that, I've actually seen my highlighted organization raised to the top five charities directly on the homepage. So I click on their name, and now the homepage within the same date range that I've set has updated to show me all of the totals for this organization specific. I've got that engagement across the platform with different features. I can see year over year and month over month comparisons and even look at trending metrics for participation against this time period previous. This is all presented in visuals that are easy for me to share in various presentations and chats as we talk about progress as the program develops. We are in our team meeting, and our corporate grant manager program shares that they actually have extra budget. They're excited about the progress we've made, and they want to share in that impact. So from the charity discovery tool during our meeting, we search for our featured organization and are able to instantly identify their charity details and outcomes. We can see the predicted dollar amounts needed for beneficiaries and actually calculate total beneficiaries that will be impacted within the budget that we have to contribute to this program. So our grant manager takes this information and creates a follow-up to issue a grant as part of an extension of our program. Now it's time to prepare for our weekly leadership meeting. I do want to provide a visual update to these leaders to ensure that our team's work is included in the conversations of success across the entire business from the week. So from the charity page within Impact Edge, I can find my organization. There, I can update my date range to the time frame of the program and in one single view, share the collective impact that we're making to this organization through giving and matching from our engagement element. We're able to see the impact from the grant that was awarded by our grant making partner, and we can even see volunteer events organically taking place during the date range. Per usual, in in leadership meetings, a business unit leader is really excited about the progress, and they ask how their specific team is contributing and what their point of view is. So, previously, this may have required a follow-up. I might have had to go pull a couple of reports and pull them together to get this point of view. But now I can pull up Impact Edge, I can head to the give dashboard, and I can filter out for the business unit of customer success. This instantly turns all of the metrics into a customer success team report that mimics the all company reporting that I've already been sharing, and I can actually download that and send it to the director instantly within the meeting. During the save meeting, everyone starts talking about how they want to expand the campaign, and they want to know how many other orgs can provide the same outcome. Again, previously, I would have had to follow-up. But in this case, I head to the charity discovery tool and I clear all of my filters out. I then update for the subject code of food security, and the page instantly refreshes and provides a view of all of the charities that are contributing to this outcome. In the table view, I can see a list of organizations. I can see if we've already had interactions with them or any participation. And if I really want to, I can actually I can actually export the data as I can with any table into an Excel so I can take a deep dive look. But the great thing about this image you're seeing is that you can take that look in Impact Edge or you can export it. You don't have to export it in order to get that point of view. Either way, now I know organizations that are also supporting this outcome, so I am able to create a short list of additional nonprofits that I can add to my engagement element to drive more impact during the time frame we have remaining. Thanks to Charity Discovery, we've identified some more organizations. But before we start promoting them and add them, we do want to learn more about how we've interacted with them. So I pull up Blackbaud AI and I ask specific participation trend questions. And in this case, we're at we we can see a detailed look at previous giving. So once this is generated, I can click on a button to explain the answer. The explain answer enhancement is a favorite amongst our customers and our customer success managers for so many reasons, but most notably, it gives you the logic behind the answer. So the other thing that people do really like about this is that it can actually improve your prompts for a better dialogue with Blackbaud AI. Because when you see it explain the answers of how it got to that information, you might quickly identify that you actually used the wrong context in the prompt that you sent to Blackbaud AI. It's a good partner tool in that capacity. Visuals are very important when presenting to any group. After Blackbaud AI gives you summarized data, you can ask it it to create a visual to depict that summarized data. So in this case, we asked it to create a bar graph that shows a comparison of the donations versus the matching gifts to the two new organizations we are going to highlight. They're instantly ready to use in many formats, and I can download them and copy them into my presentation for the meeting. One of the things I personally love most about Blackbaud AI is how it can create summaries for different audiences. Sometimes when we are in our seats, we speak to many people. Right? We have our employees. We have our community partners. We have our business unit leaders, our core leaders, and senior leadership, etcetera. So because I'm going to need to speak to this data to multiple audiences, Blackbaud AI can help me draft those different perspectives, which I can then perfect into various talking points for my different meetings and different audiences throughout the week. Because everybody loves the pie chart, it is quite beautiful. I did want to make sure to show everyone, within the context of this story today. So remember the director that asked about their business unit before? Well, we all know they're clearly probably gonna ask again when we introduce new nonprofits. So right there with Blackbaud AI, I asked it to create a pie chart that shows how different business units have interacted with with these nonprofits in the past, and I'm able to proactively add that point of view into my presentation, and have it ready to go, in advance. Alright. So I hope you've enjoyed this look. I could literally go on like this all day. There are so many journeys you can take within Impact Edge and Blackbaud AI, but I must wrap things up so you can hear about all the goodness to come. I hope you enjoyed the displays of use cases today. And before I pass it on to the team, you know, our sixth annual CSR insights report with our partners at ACCP, it gathers real answers from CSR practitioners about the way that you're working and the expectations that you're facing with your organizations. And this year, we saw the impact of AI greatly increase. So 73% of CSR teams are now using AI tools, which is a big jump from 53% in 2024. 72% use AI for storytelling and communications, doubling from last year, and 64% say that they now use AI to boost productivity. However, 37% are using it for data anal analysis and aggregation. And I think this is why it's great to highlight Blackbaud AI as an opportunity because you can combine all those approachable parts, of AI that you've now implemented within your day to day work, but you can add in the ability to analyze and aggregate data directly in the platform that you're using for your engagement programs. So if we've piqued your interest, for Blackbaud AI for corporations, we do ask that you reach out to your, if you are a current YourCause customer, to reach out to your customer success manager to get further introduced to the product and its pricing structure. And if you're not currently using our platforms, but you are interested in learning more, please do connect through the Impact Edge request a demo link that is posted in our documents tab. But, you know, this has been a great look at what exists today and some use cases, throughout the platform, and that is why I'm very excited to pass you back to Andrea and Kevin to talk about what's next because we are not stopping here, and there is a lot of goodness to come. Thank you, Kevin and Jewel, for walking us through so many exciting updates, and that's just what we've already done to as of today. For a detailed review of what's included in our regular releases, I recommend checking out the what's new section in our help content available at the Impact Edge help center. Now let's transition to what's coming soon in Impact Edge. Revisiting the themes that Kayla shared with us at the beginning, here's a look at what we will walk you through for features coming soon in Impact Edge, all of which in today's session focus on updates in our impact dashboards. We're unifying more of your data with improved campaign insights as well as new dashboard views tying in your reward and incentive data. We're increasing efficiency by enabling you to build your own dashboard. Yes. You heard that right. Soon, you'll be able to create your own custom dashboards in Impact Edge by popular customer request. We're also bringing c s CECP reporting into Impact Edge. But last and certainly not least, we'll showcase our progress on bringing benchmarking data into Impact Edge to help further your storytelling capabilities. Okay, Kevin. Let's dive in. Alright. Thank you, Andrea. And as you mentioned, this one I'm really excited about. This is the new, dashboard builder we will be introducing soon in Impact Edge. That's really gonna give you complete flexibility to design and customize your own dashboards. We know every organization has unique reporting needs, and this upcoming feature will make it easy to create visuals and dashboards tailored to your priorities without requiring additional BI tools or licenses. The dashboard builder will leverage embedded Power BI directly within Impact Edge so you can configure visuals, KPIs, and layouts that reflect your organization's unique reporting needs. Whether you wanna track employee engagement, grant performance, or impact by cause area, you'll have the power to build your own dynamic interactive visuals and dashboards right inside Impact Edge. And you'll be able to also save these dashboards with easy tags and labels for better organization and visibility, making it simple to manage and share your insights across teams. This enhancement is really all about putting control in your hands, enabling you to design dashboards that tell your unique impact story in a way that's clear, actionable, and aligned with your strategy. It's coming soon, and we're excited about it and how it will transform the way you work with data. Another exciting thing coming soon is our effort to greatly improve our campaign dashboards. And we wanna provide a more comprehensive, flexible view of campaign performance no matter how you define a campaign, whether it's a CSR initiative, fundraiser, or a time based campaign. You can see a holistic view of fundraise. You'll You'll be able to see including donations, pledge projections, and student payroll match requests. You'll be able to access high level KPIs like total donations, donor accounts, engagement rates, and dynamic growth metrics, easy filter and segment by campaign name, fundraiser, donation type, or employee attributes, and compare campaigns side by side with new campaign comparison tools. Plus, with more frequent data refreshes, you'll always have latest insight at your fingertips, a single dashboard that helps you track, analyze, and optimize campaigns with confidence. And, yes, you've heard that right. In campaign reporting, we are working towards more frequent data refreshes within Impact Edge, and we're looking to match our standard reporting refresh timeline at least of every four hours because we recognize in campaigns you need that data almost real time. And as Andrea mentioned, another I am unable to advance the next one. There it goes. A little delay. Alright. So for over ten years, your cost has provided the market's most comprehensive CSR benchmarking report, and you know that well, informed by real data from real programs from across the globe. We're soon gonna be integrating this into our industry insights through from our industry insights directly into Impact Edge with our new benchmarking dashboards for giving and volunteering. These these dashboards are gonna enable you to compare key metrics such as engagement rates, median donation amounts against the broader industry metrics. You're gonna be able to apply filters, for industry and company size. So you can compare your programs with similar companies. And you can also assess the effectiveness of your programs and identify any gaps. Better understanding you'll have a better understanding of your internal versus external patterns in giving and volunteering trends, comparing your internal trends versus the macro trends overall. This is really gonna help you create your business case and predict where your company might see where what your company might see in terms of participation. And another exciting thing to keep your eye out for is going to be rewards and incentives reports. This will include more comprehensive dashboards for giving and volunteering, allow you to track your your caps and your budgets, monitor employee utilization of rewards and incentives, and really evaluate the effectiveness of different incentive programs at driving engagement. And as Andrea mentioned here, another wonderful partnership with CCP is coming to life in Impact Edge. We know the CCP Giving a Numbers Report features feature streamlines excuse me. Our our CCP Giving a Numbers Report is going to streamline the entire survey process, saving you hours of effort during reporting sessions by simplifying and automating complex tasks. We're gonna have an intuitive workflow and clear guidance so you can complete your survey faster with greater confidence. This approach is gonna reduce ambiguity and guesswork, so ensuring your reporting is accurate and fully aligned with CCP standards. So you really can you can focus on sharing your impact and not wrestling with spreadsheets. Alright. Now back to you, Andrew. Thank you, Kevin. Now look let's look ahead for some of our longer term items for Impact Edge. We are building Impact Edge around a three part vision to help CSR leaders unlock the full potential of their data. By unifying your impact data, bringing together, giving volunteering and grant making into a single connected view, driving program efficiencies. We we surface insights that help you streamline operations and optimize resources, and empowering impact storytelling, transforming that raw data into compelling narratives that showcase your social impact. Unifying your data in the in the long term will include the ability to drill into the data behind every calculation down to individual employees when needed. It also means providing comprehensive coverage across all CSR Connect and Grants Connect data so you have a single source of truth for giving, volunteering, and grant making. By combining granular drill downs with complete program visibility, Impact Edge empowers you to move from fragmented reporting to a unified strategic perspective on impact. Impact Edge will also help you streamline your CSR operations by combining best practice reports, such as pre built insights applicable across most programs designed to surface what matters most, and configurable insights, flexible reporting tools tailored to your unique program structure, goals, and data needs. Together, these capabilities reduce manual effort, improve decision making, and enable teams to focus more on strategy and impact. And finally, we will continue to help you turn data into compelling narratives by unlocking contextual insights, extracting meaning from unstructured data, employee stories, and program narratives to enrich your understanding of impact, and AI assisted content creation, generate summaries, reports, and storytelling assets that highlight outcomes and inspire stakeholders. And to round us out on our longer term vision, I want to spend some time talking to you about our vision as an intelligent intelligent impact ecosystem. The intelligent impact ecosystem represents our vision to unify data, insights, and experiences across the social impact landscape, connecting employees, CSR professionals, nonprofits, and AI powered tools to drive measurable outcomes. This means surfacing insights to CSR admins so they can make data driven decisions and analyze their impact with precision and bringing a level of that data to employees so they too can benefit from the kind of insights that help them understand where they can make the most impact. And, of course, ensuring that nonprofits have the tools they need to tell their story and measure their outcomes too. Let's take a look at this concept in practice. We'll start with a nonprofit point of view. In partnership with True Impact, we will be releasing an impact assessment tool that will create an empowering, efficient experience for nonprofits that enables them to measure their outcomes without having to undergo a time consuming ordeal. That data, along with alongside other data enrichment partnerships like with Candid and Charity Navigator, we'll bring more insights to our clients through tools like Charity Discovery in Impact Edge. This enables our clients to assess their program effectiveness and explore new potential charity partners with confidence. We envision so many possibilities for Impact Edge to help our customers measure their impact, population served, outcomes, and so much more with a new level of precision never before seen. We talked about how Blackbaud AI has expanded its intelligence today, and that won't be stopping. As we expand these enriched datasets, bring more of your program data into impact dashboards, and leverage emerging AI capabilities, we see a future where Blackbaud AI grows into the frontiers of responsible AI, including agentic intelligence that goes beyond Impact Edge. Imagine a grants agent that can help with the early stages of grant reviews or an employee engagement agent that builds out a disaster relief engagement element for you to review and deploy quickly in times of need. The future of Blackbaud AI doesn't replace human work, but it optimizes it and gives you the gift of time to focus on what matters, impact. We also see a future where a level of this data and insight on nonprofit outcomes can empower employees with the ability to search for charities that align with their desired impact goals. Imagine being able to search, I have a $100, and I want to make an impact in education in Dallas, Texas, and getting results that detail what kind of impact they could make with that donation to specific local organizations. And, of course, we continue to think of nonprofit partners throughout this experience in our CSR Connect and Grants Connect briefings. You hopefully heard of the work we are doing through Blackbaud verified network, previously known as NPO Connect, to divide to to drive expedited giving, seamless donor detail integrations, and more volunteer event connection. If you can't tell, I am so excited about this vision, not only for Impact Edge, but how we see intelligence spanning across all of the your cause solutions. Okay. Now off to Jewel to wrap us up.
