It's no secret that online fundraising is evolving quickly. Technology keeps moving forward at a challenging pace, and staying on top of new security standards is more important than ever. If you've been wondering how to keep up, you're definitely not alone. In today's session, we'll show you how Lumenet Online and Team Raizer are making it easier, helping you create better donor experiences, reach more supporters, and drive stronger results with less effort. We've got some exciting updates to cover, including new AI features and ways to reduce or even eliminate processing fees. There's a lot to share, so let's jump in. Hi, everyone. I'm Jason Deroche, and I'm here with my teammates from product management, Kylie and Sean. We're excited to walk you through what's new and what's coming for Lumited Online and Team Raiser. Our goal today is simple. It's to keep you in the know and hopefully spark some ideas so you can put these updates to work in your own fundraising programs. And before we dive in, just a quick safe harbor reminder. We're excited to share what's coming, but some of what you'll see today is still in development and could change. So just a heads up, any purchasing decisions you should make, should be based on the features that are available today. And before we get started, just a couple of quick housekeeping notes. If you run into any tech issues during the webinar, just try refreshing your browser. That usually fix it 99% of the time. And you'll see a q and a button in the top right corner of your screen. Feel free to submit questions at any time. Our team is standing by and ready to help. And right next to that, you'll find some downloadable resources, including our Pubs companion document. It's a handy summary of today's updates, and it's perfect for sharing with your team after the session. And don't worry. Everyone will receive a follow-up email after, with the webinar recording just in case you wanna revisit anything. So now let's just dive in. I'm gonna hand things over to Kylie now who's gonna walk us through today's agenda. Take it away, Kylie. Thanks, Jason. Hi. Hi, everyone. Thank you again for joining us today. Let's walk through a quick review of what we have in store for you. Jason already welcomed you all, so let's jump to the next item in our agenda. Before we get into our road map, we're gonna take a moment to talk about our Luminess Align and TeamRazor core values and just a reminder of why we are all here today. After that, our road map today will be focused on outcomes. We will review those and how they map to the features we will be discussing today. Then we'll get right into the good stuff and jump into our roadmap. Finally, as usual, we'll wrap up with some additional resources and information. Let's get started. As we kick off this presentation today, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect on the Luminess Online Team Razor core values and what brings us all together today. We like to think of Lumen Dean Online and Team Raiser as your mission amplified. While all of you are out there making the world a better place, we are here to support you in that effort and aid however we can in your success. We are here to help you reach new donors so you can enrich and build extraordinary relationships. We integrate with your fundraising data to deliver you more powerful information to help you drive your missions forward. And with one powerful system, we help you run more efficient campaigns, communications, and more, as well as supporting your peer to peer events with a seamless TeamRaiser experience. We provide the tools, you make the magic happen. Now how are we helping you make this magic happen as we move forward? As we created this presentation for you, we knew we wanted to deliver a powerful message with this product update briefing today. Instead of focusing on features and what they will do, we'll be focusing on what outcomes and benefits they will be delivering for you. We are also gonna be breaking out of the mold a bit today. And instead of covering the features that are available now first, we'll be taking a look into the future and what is up next to get you excited and jazzed about the future of Luminate Online and Team Raiser. The three outcomes for our presentation today are elevated experience, unleash growth, and accelerate success. Let's dive into each of these further. As we look towards what's next in the future of Luminate Online and Team Raiser, we want the focus to be on an elevated experience, not only for you, but for your supporters as well. We wanna make your job easier by helping you create beautiful and compelling content that will engage your supporters and get them excited to support your mission. But we also wanna help you impress those donors with a modern, delightful experience that will help them raise money for you. We'll be doing this by bringing new and innovative features into Luminess Online and Team Raiser, including the first ever generative AI solutions, a new modern participant center, and more, all with the goal of elevating and exceeding you and your donor's expectations. Now as we step out of the DeLorean and back to the present, we'll be talking about how we have helped you unleash growth this past year. We continue to hear from all of you about how our new modernized payment solution has brought value to your organization and has offered new ways to support your donors. You all have capitalized on the flexibility and extensibility of this new checkout experience, and we have more options available now to help you grow even more. In addition to that, our Goodmoo app has expanded functionality to help extend your reach even further with new language options within the app to help you reach new audiences and cultivate new relationships. As we move forward, we wanna help you accelerate this success even further. You might think our payments were stopped with PCI compliance, but we are taking this train even further to bring you and your donors more. We wanna help you reduce and even eliminate processing fees so that the donations you receive make an even bigger impact. But we wanna make it even easier for your donors to donate to your organization with faster donations and more payment options. This will help you meet your donors where they are and help them see that you know them and that their donation matters. Alright. As we begin reviewing our roadmap, please take note of the flags that will be in the upper right hand corner of each slide that indicates whether a feature is available now, coming soon, or up next. Just a final reminder that if you have any questions as we go through the road map today, please drop them into the q and a section in Goldcast. That way we can make sure we get all of your questions answered so that you're not leaving with any unanswered questions. Alright. Let's step into the future again and talk about our Elevate experience more in-depth. Have you ever had one of those days where you're trying to craft the perfect email and nothing sounds right? Well, you and me both. And that is why we'll be delivering the first ever generative AI tools to help you craft amazing content. With the GenAI content writer, you'll be able to generate engaging and compelling content with the click of a button. Use it to give you inspiration when you feel stuck, to guide you to create that perfect email that resonates with your audience. And most importantly, the content writer will help you focus on connecting with your supporters and driving your mission forward instead of spending time creating content. Okay. Slide is being slow. The content is created now, but the tone just isn't right. It's not conveying the feeling you wanna emit with your message. Well, in steps the Gen AI Tone Enhancer to the rescue to help you set the right tone for your audience. Use it to sound more inspiring, professional, friendly, or sometimes even desperate if the situation calls for it. The goal is to help you ensure that your message resonates with your audience, to strengthen your connection with them so that they feel as passionate about your cause as you do. Now, some of you might recognize the image on the slide. And if you do, I hope it makes you feel excited because we will be bringing a new optimized donation form template to Luminate Online and Team Raiser. This experience will be focused on the donor and more on donation capture before data capture. Donors don't want to enter a lot of data. They just want to give to your organization. This new template will help them donate faster and give them a slick modern experience at the same time. Now, we know that for some of you, your events are pivotal to the success of your organization and your participants are the drivers of that success. And because of that, we are delighted to announce that we will be looking to deliver a new and improved participant center experience that will delight your fundraisers and give them the responsive, modern experience they have come to expect. In addition to that, within the participant center, we will be offering a new Blackbaud Copilot that will provide the same content writer assistance we will be providing to you so that they can create powerful messages and drive additional supporters to support your event and your mission. The exact design you see on the screen and functionality will shape up as we get closer to delivering this, but we're excited for the future of the participant center. Alright. Now, let's talk about email. A couple of years ago, we built this beautiful new email campaign designer with the ability to drag and drop elements onto the message, allowing you to build quick and easy emails. We had plans for how we were going to expand and offer more functionality, but we had to pause on it to focus on security and PCI because keeping you and your constituents safe is always a top priority for us. Well, I am very happy to say that we'll be dusting it off and bringing and picking back up where we left off, and we'll be starting with the features requested by you. To start, we'll be helping you create more eye catching communications that will engage your donors and get them excited about your mission with enhanced styling options within the WYSIWYG. You'll be able to engage with a wider audience with extended language options so that your message resonates and appeals to your donors. And finally, we'll be giving you the ability to create more personalized emails that will connect with your donors and stand out in their inbox because your message is catered directly to them. Now if you're new to Lumigan online or if you have not used the email campaign experience and all this is this all looks new to you, check out our help box to learn more. We our our help box are very helpful to help you get started with that. As we round off our elevated experience section, I wanted to wrap up talking about our move to the public Cloud. With this, we'll be getting out of our Austin datacenter and moving to a Microsoft Azure hosted environment. With Lumigan Online and TeamRazor being supported by Microsoft, we'll be able to benefit from the security, scalability, and flexibility that comes with it, such as zero downtime release capabilities, geographic centric hosting capabilities, and direct data access and native AI services. I'm about to hand things over to Sean, but before I do, we want to take a moment to celebrate all of you. With people like looming overhead and lots of changes to adopt, we know the last few months have been very busy and stressful for all of you, but you have done an amazing job. You've updated thousands of forms. In fact, last week I found out that over 28,000 forms have been updated to the new checkout experience. That's incredible. That's great work and so much time spent. We know you've held multiple collaboration sessions with multiple team members to ensure that every team member was informed, prepared, and knew what they needed to do. Some of those sessions may have even been late into the evening or brought you into the office earlier than normal, which means lots of coffee. Hopefully, you didn't need any coffee coffee addicts out there, but I'm certain your caffeinated beverage of choice was in one hand more often than you would try to admit. But I'm here to tell you that all the hours you have spent planning and preparing have paid off. And based on feedback we have received from a lot of you, you are already reaping the benefits and finding yourselves on the other side of PCI. You're raising more, you're delighting more donors, and your hard work has paid off. So before we start talking about payments more, I want you, wherever you are today, to give yourself a pat on the back or a high five because you deserve it. And with that, I'm gonna hand it over to Sean to talk about how we have helped you unleash growth. Take it, Rachel. Awesome. Thank you, Kylie. And indeed, congratulations to all of you. 28,000 forms changed. Wow. What what a what an amount. That's significance there. So, yeah, indeed, congratulations. I was just thinking when Kylie was running through that last slide there, I I have my blackboard mug. I had my coffee in it. And, the realization came to me that, it's not a good combination of me having my coffee and this Scottish accent. It tends to then mean that I am gonna go through this at a speed of three point zero. So with that, I'll try and stay remind I'll try and remind myself and stay mindful, and slow down a little to to cover off some of these, great topics that we're about to dive into. So as Illuminate team, we have truly been energized by your resilience, your determination, your collaboration, the vision and adoption of all of our new Illuminate payment solutions and how you have navigated to overcome the global PCI version for changes and impact. As we've all kind of grown through PCI version four requirements, what we want to begin doing is we want to begin looking and taking PCI and placing it in that rearview mirror and focusing now more on the features and capabilities that truly unleash growth with the benefits of choice of functionality. As we started on today's session we mentioned that we see Luminate and Team Raiser as your mission amplified and we want to unleash further growth by delivering greater payment methods, with greater features, greater capabilities all with the focus on improving your supporters experience and all with the drive and focus on strategically growing your revenue opportunity through Luminate and Teamraiser. But first before we go into some of the upcoming soon features let's recap on the solutions that we've executed and delivered to you since our last pub together. First up of course is we released the embedded checkout experience and we are delighted to see that so many of you have already adopted this checkout experience. You now have the choice of the checkout experience that you wish to implement on a perform basis, providing that flexibility to your fundraising teams to create the user experience that meets your donors preferences and with that their trusted payment methods. And with the ability to configure on a perform basis allowing you to perform your own AB type testing to see what checkout experience actually yields the greatest results for your organization with your support or community. And of course it goes without saying but it's all baked in with our industry leading compliance, security, encryption and PCI version four delivered requirements. But we also extended the embedded checkout experience to our Team Raiser event registration forms as well, so you now have the choice of the embedded or the modal checkout experience across your donation forms, your event forms, and your event registration forms. Now delivering that same set of features and capabilities with those digital wallet payment methods that we believe will drive greater conversions with trust from your supporters. And although we have to talk about PCI version four and its requirements and we've been doing so, and that they drive significant change under the hood, What has excited us most about this payments project and Illuminate and TeamMaser was getting the chance to listen to all of your feedback through the many different forums from ideas buying to PAG meetings, to focus groups, to emails, to one to one meetings. And with taking that opportunity, we we wanted to deliver a a more completely new unified payments engine in Illuminate and Team Raiser to meet and go above and beyond the feature capabilities that you have been sharing with us. Within this new payments engine we're incorporating of course the security, the compliance encryption and the core functionality and capabilities that you shared. And we've spoken about the modal and the embedded experience on donation forms, event forms, registration forms, but we've also released the modal experience across Luminate and TeamRaiser, creating that consistent payment checkout experience for your teams, and your supporters with bringing all of that payment method and benefits to locations such as ticketed events, ecommerce, personal fundraising, embedded donate buttons, event management center, gift service center, and the rollout occurs automatically in those locations as well. Once you update your Luminate merchant account configuration to the new Pico merchant account setup, that change triggers the automatic updates for the modal to appear and populate across Luminate and Teamraiser and all of those locations that I mentioned. So something we're extremely excited about of bringing that consistency and bringing that ability to generate greater conversion rates with the payment methods that your supporters trust. And in aligning also with PCI v4 requirements, We also released updates to the gift service center to create a more secure and compelling method for your supporters to update the recurring gift card and billing information. The modal workflow updates the card and direct debit information and tokenizes updates against the existing recurring gift data. So you're delivering that flexibility for your supporters to stay engaged and easily manage their gifts with your organization all with the peace of mind of knowing that the solution adheres to all of the new PCI version four requirements and for your organization of course it provides that secure or provides the security of knowing an uninterrupted approach to gift management for your supporters. And we didn't just start with the gift service center, we also applied the modal security updates to the gift service center for supporter self management as well. So you have it in the the you have it in the gift service center and we also have the same approach in the sustainer gift management tab so that your back office admin team members also have the ability to enable and update your supporters cards or direct debit account information and billing information. And this image just shows the difference, the previous one was showing the update for the cards workflow and this showing the update for direct debits. Now we have also applied changes of course to our APIs in Illuminating Team Raiser, again to to adhere to the new PCI version four requirements. This table on this slide shares the previous APIs that were in play and they are now newer version PCI version four version of the APIs and I'm going to run through those just to call them out. So previously we had the add gift API that has now changed to the add gift checkout API. The donate API has now changed to donate checkout or donate ACH if using direct debit. Offline organization gift API has changed to offline organization gift checkout and update recurring card info has changed to update recurring checkout payment info. We have detailed a lot of information broken out, information on the APIs, on the deprecation of the APIs, on the approach all within our API FAQ guide which is linked on on on the slide here. So I do recommend if you have the time go in take some time read through the documentation it will be an extremely helpful guide for you as you review your APIs. And I did mention deprecated API so again let's just confirm that the following APIs as of May 1 have been deprecated from Luminate. So that's the add gift, the donate, the offline organization gift, and the update recurring credit card info API. And again, any clarification that you need, any help on understanding more on those changes do visit that API FAQ guide, we believe it will be extremely valuable for you. With the PCI version four changes and the changes to our APIs and with the new checkout experiences of the modal and the embedded checkout, we understood that these changes presented challenges for our partners who work within their own apps integrated to illuminate, delivering services such as telemarketing solutions. So we partnered with several of our active partners with the help of some of our customers to deliver a new partner solution that we are partnering for success. With this solution we've created a server to server API integration using the Sky payments API in partnership with the elo donate checkout API and that will allow for the transaction to be sent from the partner app via the API, tokenized securely meeting PCI version four requirements through our Sky payments API, and then for that token data to then be used in the LO donate checkout API to write your gift donation information data back into your illuminate database. We provide a detailed, we are providing a detailed step by step user guide of this approach in our checkout FAQ guide, what we have in our resources and linked. So again do check out the resources, the FAQs, they are extremely helpful. We have invested a lot of time going through a lot of the questions detailing out the approaches and the answers and the changes and again this partner API solution for success will also be listed in there and provide a real breakdown of all those set stages and approaches. And with our Goodmove we also delivered our new functionality for language additions with Canadian French and Spanish which can be configured in the Team Raiser to apply to the Goodmove app. Okay. Now let's switch lanes and talk to our coming soon features that can accelerate your success even further. First up, we have our Canadian well, for our Canadian customers, we we now support and have Canadian ACSS Direct Debit with our new checkout solutions. Now I did say this is for switching lanes and we're talking about up next, but the good news is, we've actually got this available, now. We've actually delivered and executed on this solution and this feature, is in our current release. So it's actually available now in both the modal and the embedded checkout experience which we're delighted to share. So with that we've got the pad mandates and any subsequent updates that are applied to a mandate are all recorded and stored within your illuminate gift records with the date and the time stamp so you can see the changes that occurred to the recurring gift. With a link of course also to the PAD mandate which you're seeing is the back the the second image on the background here the visualization that's the mandate that actually gets sent out to the donor's email address and with our new unified payment changing, with the the modal used across Luminate and Team Raiser it means that Canadian e c s s direct debit will become an available payment method across those locations. So when I mentioned that you know the modal is available in Team Raiser or ticketed events or gift service centre it means the Canadian ACSS direct debit payment method will also be available in the modal across those locations That's important because with it being across those locations it gives your donors and supporters the flexibility again of choice and payment method should your supporters wish to actually pay by direct debit to remove card fees for perhaps event tickets that they are purchasing or for something from your e commerce store. Next up is our delivery of our fee cover options, something we are extremely excited to deliver on this functionality and to get it into your hands. Starting up we'll go with donor cover first which will be built natively into the checkout experience in both the embedded and the modal across the payment methods and the digital wallets. And with that what we'll do is with donor cover specifically we're reducing your processing fees and generating 100% of the donors donation to your incredible missions. We also believe that the placement is key for adoption and with the donor cover solution built natively into our checkout experiences we're placing the donor cover ask at the end just as the donor journey is completing and as they are finishing their checkout experience. This we see as a more engaging approach to the workflow and through this engaging approach and donor experience we expect to drive greater conversions of the adoption of donor cover. Many of you all know of donor cover, many of your forms adopt a version of donor cover with a custom solution at variation points within your donation form. So I know many of you know what donor cover is, it's nothing new. We do have a watch video link in this slide, I do recommend it because it actually what it it does is it goes in and it shares donor cover and the breakout of complete cover which I'm about to come on to next and shares the differences between the both. But we have doula cover upcoming soon, it's something we're very excited to get into your hands and with that we're also releasing our complete cover version to again partner with that theme of choice on a pay or form basis. So with that theme of choice you can either set up donor cover or complete cover on a pay or form basis, it really is your choice. With complete cover the differences being is you receive 100% of the donation regardless of whether the donor opts to cover fees or not. So donor cover, they have to cover the fees. If they choose to cover the fees, you get 100% of the donation. If they don't cover the fees, you get the donation and you still have to pay the fee, for the transaction. With complete cover, you apply this to your donation form, you get 100% of the donation whether the donor chooses to cover the fee or not. So let me say that again just to let that settle in. With complete cover, you get 100% of the donation regardless of whether the donor opts to cover the fees or not. So you're completely eliminating a per transaction processing fees for your organization, accelerating that success with the recoup savings going back into driving your emissions and with complete cover the donor can choose also the option of the fee that they wish to cover for you. Something again we're extremely excited to get into accelerate your success and drive greater conversion rates and with conversion rates greater revenue growth. Up next, we're also as I mentioned earlier with placing PCI v4 in that kind of rearview mirror, trying to look now at past the compliance, past the requirements, but really looking at the changes that we want to continue bringing to create a continued set of improvements, features, capabilities, iterations of solutions to bring you the best capabilities that we can. Next up we have one click digital, one click giving sorry for our digital wallets, similar to the fee cover options we want to create a donor experience that's all around engagement and especially with generations now donating with digital wallets and the focus being fixed on efficiency and speed of donating via of course their trusted digital wallet method that they all that already houses all of their billing information. We're going to translate that into our next iteration of releases with our focus on that one click giving streamlined approach for donors that choose the digital wallet or a digital wallet payment method of choice, and we're doing that at removing then the need for any required billing information fields and going straight to the checkout experience, creating that more efficient donor journey and experience with your donation forms, creating a higher conversion rate specifically with focusing on the reduced abandonment and the addition of additional field entry. Something again we're very excited about now that we're moving into further iterations and further improvement on capabilities and features that will bring you a success. And with that and talking about digital wallets, to also accelerate that success further we're bringing more payment methods to our checkout experience later this year with daf pay and amazon pay. Daf pay providing that fast secure and reliable way for your supporters to donate with their donor advised funds and with amazon pay of course another digital wallet that has millions of amazon customers using and trusting. And one more thing that I want to highlight today as well that I'm very excited to speak about when we talk about all of the changes that we have upcoming and the many iterations of solutions that we're bringing both to payments and then across emails and across Luminate and Team Raiser, We're also really excited to share that we'll be looking at giving a refresh to the Luminate experience. We feel the energy from all of you and the momentum in the last twelve months of all the changes delivered. We mentioned with Kylie twenty eight thousand forms have been updated with the new checkout experiences and through all of that collaboration and adoption of the functionality we want to bring a new modernized look, feel, styling and interface experience to Luminate and that's what we're looking to bring in with our new vision. So stay tuned on this one and keep your eye out for those updates that we have with the releases and the release notes and our next pub in the fall. As we kind of come to rounding off today's session, I wanted to just share the slides as a visualisation sharing all that we've discussed today in a visual roadmap perspective mainly so that you can check-in with us as we progress throughout the year and with kind of blocking in the features and capabilities we spoke about today into a timeline that you can view. So with that I'd like to take this opportunity again thank you all for spending your time with us today. We hope that from today's session you've taken away some really exciting opportunities and upcoming features and capabilities and some that are already being delivered that you can take full benefit of, and we hope to hear from you soon.
