Less effort, more impact. That's Blackbaud grant making. Hello. Hello. And welcome everyone to Blackbaud Grantmaking's product update briefing for May 2025. As always, we are so thrilled that you can make time out of your busy schedules to join us. Whether you're joining us around the world or watching this, in the recording, we are so happy to have you. So we're gonna go ahead and get started and show you all the wonderful things we've been working on and give you some sneak peeks of what's coming next. First off, we're gonna do a quick housekeeping for those of you who have not joined us before or maybe have are unfamiliar with this platform. We are using audio, from your computer today, so just be aware of that. If you have any, issues with the slides not advancing or maybe not hearing the audio, go ahead and refresh your browser. Oftentimes, that will help clear up those issues. As a reminder, you're gonna receive a link to the video recording of this by email. So that's available for you, and there are also, download resources that are available in that docs tab, on your, platform as well. If you have any questions during this time, please feel free to use that q and a tab. We've got people standing by to help answer those questions for you. And if you want to adjust or personalize your settings, look at the little cog wheel, that settings wheel, in order for you to do that. Just as a reminder, today, we are gonna be talking about some forward looking statements. So we just like to talk a little bit about safe harbor. This presentation, again, contains those forward looking statements that involve inherent risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. It outlines Blackbaud's current plans and general product depth direction as of the date of this presentation. Functionality described in the presentation may not be currently available and is subject to change at any time without notice at Blackbaud's full discretion. It does not represent a commitment to develop or release specific features within the time frame discussed according to the presented design or at all, so please make any purchase decisions based on features and functionality that are currently available. Now with that housekeeping out of the way, we'll talk a little bit about the product team members who are here with us today. We have Heather Johnson, who is the head of financials and grant making, who's gonna help us kick this off. My name is Brenda Noiseux. I'm a product team lead, and we're also joined by Benton Austin, senior product manager. With that, I'm gonna pass it over to Heather to get us started. Perfect. Thank you so much, Brenda. And like Brenda said, we are so thankful to have all of you here with us today. Whether you are a new user or a long time user, we are so excited to, share, what we've recently delivered and what's coming soon, with our world class grant making software. Our team really designs and delivers with three key pillars to ensure we're increasing your efficiency, that we are providing an intuitive applicant experience, and that we are building capabilities with compliance in mind. We know that's of topmost importance. We are working to, really enhance the solution to make sure we're, providing capabilities to handle all of the complexities, for various funders of all kinds. We are working to improve, payments in the future and impact reporting. We are doing this with a modernized user experience with improved onboarding and, faster efficiency. We're building for the future, with modern Sky APIs, a modern Sky interface to make sure that we are connecting your systems, not only Blackbaud solutions, but with our partner ecosystems, and various tools used in your organization. And we're continuing to keep an eye and ear on the market on how we can improve efficiency, through AI and further automation. And I love this quote from the Duke Endowment, and I do think it just shares how powerful Blackbaud Grantmaking is. This quote just talks about how, we were able to improve efficiency, that we were able to kind of streamline their operations, and they've had more visibility, into the grant process from the applicant, to the the grantee. So we're looking forward to, continuing on this journey with all of you as well. And we do we know that you all are are very busy and always looking to increase your impact. So we do have several resources. Brenda outlined some, and there are a few listed here. For instance, thought leadership delivered by grant making industry leaders on navigating kind of the, economic policy shifts. Privacy is always top of mind. So we do have kind of what nonprofits need to know about data privacy and compliance for your stakeholders. And then AI, it's the buzzword in the market. So we do have, thought leadership and more information on really the, ethics and privacy, in the age of AI. And over the past few years, Blackbaud has made significant investment in security. In previous pods, we were able to share, progress as we made with Blackbaud grant making, specifically with encryption, with Blackbaud ID, with MFA. And we've also shared about changes we've implement to our incident response plans and vulnerability management. Today, we're we'd like just to share the bigger picture of how it all ties into a common goal to mature our cybersecurity program against industry best practices to really ensure comprehensive and effective program that can prevent and detect current threats and anticipate future threats. It's not just about, providing intuitive applicant experiences or improving your efficiency. We're really delivering a platform to make sure that you're secure, and that we are taking charge in this, so that you have peace of mind. And don't forget about BBCon. It was so lovely to meet some of you all, last year, and we do hope that you can join us this year, in Philadelphia. So please do register. We do have early bird pricing, and several, great Blackbaud grant making sessions. And we love to learn and hear from all of you as well. And speaking of learning from you all, we do want to hear from you. We deeply value customer feedback. It's the favorite part of my job and I think most of our teams. We do incorporate, your feedback into, what we're building in the product, what we're delivering to make sure that we're meeting your needs. We do this through various methods, through discovery calls, through user groups, through conferences. And so we do have some things to share that we've implemented specifically on your feedback. So please do engage with us as you can. And here's just one example, and you'll see more throughout the presentation of how we're incorporating your feedback. We've heard that it's not always easy to find what's been recently released, and we're happy to announce that we've added what's new and what's recent links available through the help on the dashboard and workflow pages. And with that, I will pass it on to Brenda to take us through, some great features. Awesome. Thank you so much, Heather. Really excited. And again, we're looking for your feedback not just, through all of those different ways, but even through this presentation today. So if you're with us and you're watching live, again, please feel free to use that q and a as we go through. We're happy to help answer those questions, as we go through the product update briefing. So now we're gonna talk a little bit about our road map. So welcome for those of you who may be new. We talk about our road map story in terms of horizons. So if this is your first time hearing it, great. Otherwise, for those of you who've been here before, you'll know the drill. We're gonna start off with what is available today. What you can go ahead, put your hands on in your software, recent releases that you may have seen or maybe it's new to you. Then we'll talk about the features that are currently in progress, the things that we're working on, those coming soon enhancements that are gonna be available between the next three and six months. And then finally, we'll round it out, with what's next up. And it's key themes that we're looking at for the next six to twelve months. Some of that work may also be in progress as well. It may just take a little bit longer to get into your hands. So we're gonna start with what's available right now, today in Blackbaud Grantmaking. We're gonna look at the features that have been released within the last six months and that are available in the product. Some of those in this highlight overview. So this is kind of your one stop shop if you want a a quick little cheat sheet of what's been, released in the past six months in addition to the what's new that Heather Johnson mentioned that's in product available to you through the help. We're gonna talk a little bit about managing event grants efficiently. Document template manager, really excited, that document template manager edit in the browser, templates from doc to doc x and some other functionality that we we put in there for you. That was released earlier this year. Batch actions for, completing requests, marking those checkboxes complete, as well as being able to download batch actions. More ease of use for finding fields in a list, and this is for custom fields, the field library, managing committees, review rules, and review stages. Just making it much easier for you to find what you need quickly. And then, of course, Blackbaud Sky API updates. We did last year move our legacy APIs to Blackbaud Sky APIs and Blackbaud Sky Add-ins, and we're committed to continuing to do updates. In improving the applicant and grantee experience, there are new categories. So contact table categories for role, and extra fields have for tax status have been added, validation of maximum field limits, options for batch publishing, unpublishing, resubmitting, canceling, canceling resubmission. Those are all available as well. And the, ability for applicants, if they can't find their address, to be able to go ahead and add their address in, manually. So using that type ahead, functionality that easily auto completes their address, but if for some reason it's not there, they can type it in themselves. And then under maintain compliance and security, we'll talk a little bit about the ability to redact specific fields in your auditing tool. So not something you might use all the time, but a good thing to have when you need it. With that, I'm going to pass it over to Benton to talk about one of our most anticipated features, which are the updates to document template manager. Thank you, Brenda. And as Brenda stated, I am, Benton Austin, a product manager within grant making, and I will be talking about some of the things that are already out there. Hopefully, you've already used. If you haven't, here's some information about them. So, hopefully, you will start using them in the future. And the first thing I would like to discuss would be the document template manager and the enhancements we've made to that. We have hand we have enhanced the document tip template manager to use the Microsoft web application open platform interface or WAPI as it's short for. That has allowed us to upgrade the document simple matter to use doc dot docx files instead of dot doc files. It will allow you to merge fields while editing a template. You can edit templates three times faster from our testing purposes than you could before. And we've also heard from clients already using this feature that they have made it easier to use, simpler to edit, multiple people can edit it once, and dynamically adding merge fields is incredibly helpful. Now we will show a short video, a demo video, on how to to add merge fields and how to edit the text by using this new option for the document template manager. Hello, everybody. I'm here to give a short demo of the new changes that we've made to document template manager. As you can see on my screen, I am in the document template manager list showing approvals, and I'm going to select to open existing template. And normally, you would have to hit download, open that file, make changes, then upload. But now you can hit this open in Office for the web. And as you can see, it will open in in a new tab showing you the existing document that you can now see and view and make changes to. And I'm going to change this from test Benton to test Benton pub file. I'm also going to, as you can see over here, there's an option for insert merge fields. I'm going to select to say better signer. I'm gonna pull that in here and add that one down here. Also, with these updated changes, you'll notice the add button. As you can see, there's some fields in here, but I'm going to select add and say I want to add some additional, say, request views fields. And I'm going to say I want to add the board list or add the default view and add those as fields that could possibly be added to this. Like I said, you can go in here. You can select any other type of thing like the primary contact, and I can say I would like to add, say, the alternate fax. And now once I hit save, over here, I should see the alternate fax field available to select right here. And I could copy and pull that in and show it here. And as as you see, we also have some built in fields where you can select to copy in, say, some date fields where it says date and then the month and the year. We also have some different items in here to make sure that matches for depending on what region you're in. Along with that, as you'll notice up here, it does say save to Blackbaud. As you make these changes, it's automatically updating, making those saves to those changes that I'm making on this document. So now if I exit out of this tab and go back to my document, and I'm gonna open it again to view it again, you should see that all those field changes that I've made are now there. You see test spent in pub file, letter signer, contact alternate fax. And if I go over here, that fax field is here for me to use, and I could still add more or remove more or do whatever I'd like to do in here to do that. But that these are all the additional changes we've been done to make this workflow much quicker, much easier, and much simpler to hopefully reduce some of that problems you have when downloading, uploading, and doing all those changes to the files. Now you can do them on a new tab after selecting to open that information using the the open end file for the web. I hope this helps with, reducing some of your workflow and some of your changes, and thank you for watching this demo. Alright. Thank you. Oh, alright. Thank you for that. And moving on to some other items that we have also already released, so they should be out there. And if they if you haven't used them, please go out and try to use them in the future. We have incorporated some features requested in the ideas portal with work for workflow efficiencies. We have added the ability to mark request records complete in batch, including updating notes and complete date. This allows you to update a group of requests instead of needing to do it individually on request records. We have added the ability to search using find in the list for custom fields and field libraries in settings and manage committees, review rules, and review stage setup in reviews. This will help reduce the time needed to search for a specific record instead of scrolling the full list to find a specific record you would like to review. Now I'll turn it back over to Brenda to continue this discussion. Alright. Thanks so much, Benton. I get to talk about one of my favorite things, obviously. It's data privacy and compliance. So our audit we're excited to announce that we have introduced kind of a fine tooth comb, that you may need for auditing. So right now, when you go ahead and you delete a record, let's say you delete a contact record or an organization record, you have the option to redact personal information. And what that does is when you delete the record, gone. But in your audit history that you may need for your own business practices, in the audit history, that information could remain unless you're redacting that information. So right now, you already have that ability, redact the personal information, but there may be times when maybe you've entered something into a custom field, that you wish wouldn't be in the auditing history. Maybe it was personal information or sensitive information and you just want to make sure that now that that record is gone, you want to go clean that up even in your auditing. We've gone ahead and released a feature that allows you to do just that. If you have auditing rights, because not every user does, but if you have auditing rights, you'll now see the ability to be able to redact specific fields. And when you go into redact them, you can choose one or more from that particular audit record. When it's redacted, it will actually show the name it will say redacted by and it will show the name of the user who rejected as well as the date. And again, this is to give you more control over your own data, making sure that if there's any information that you don't wanna keep, in that auditing history, it's not needed for, any of your business purposes that you have that flexibility to go and control to go in and remove it yourself. I also get to talk about, options for Sky APIs. So Sky APIs as a reminder, APIs are essentially how we connect one software solution to another. So when you might hear the word integration, I would like an integration between Blackbaud Grantmaking and Blackbaud NXT, for example. That's done through APIs. And so last year, we had, gone ahead and modernized our APIs. So we are using Sky API available today. We did release in the fall, shortly around the time that Pub was happening in November, Sky Adams for both, your dashboards as well as your, request and payment records. And then also too, for those of you who are interested, in getting to use kind of low code solutions, just so you know, Blackbaud does have a power a certified, power platform connector that you could use with Blackbaud Grantmaking. It's the one listed, Sky Adams. So there are other ones and they're a little more product specific, but if you use the one called Sky Adams, that's available for you to use as well with the, Sky APIs. And then just a reminder, we have our virtual, developers conference coming up in June. It it says virtual developers, but everyone is more than welcome to attend. It is virtual, so you can attend from anywhere in the world. We'll be giving a, session on how you can see Sky add ins in action so you can get some ideas on how you might wanna use them at your own organization. So if you have any interest in low code, no code solution, maybe you just wanna come for some of the exciting keynotes, I encourage you to sign up regardless of, your technical skill level. It's a really great event and a really great opportunity to network with other users and organizations. That's June, coming up just next month. And just a quick note too, if you haven't been to Blackbaud days, there's some quick praise. Always inspired by the case studies that are presented. It helps me think outside the box. With that, I know a lot of you are probably interested in what's happening with the applicant grantee portal. So we'll dive right in and talk about that. Alright. As a reminder, I'm not gonna go ahead and go through every detail on the slide. There's a lot to cover here. This is just a reminder about how the new applicant grantee experience really opens us up to the possibility and the ability to deliver your most requested features faster. That's not just about parity about what you had with your legacy forms, but it's also that new functionality that we want to as well. So just a reminder here, at launch, we had all of these different, features that you had requested, equaling over 700 votes in the ideas portal. We've been constantly adding improvements since launch, and we'll talk more about that and what's coming soon, in the next little bit. So batch options for new forms. So know you love batch options. That's allowing you to work more efficiently instead of having to work one form at a time. With your new forms, you are able to do things like for your request, publish and unpublish for resubmission. Your requirements, you can publish to the web or delete from web, and also those resubmission ones for requirements as well. It works very similar to what you had, with legacy forms. It's in the exact same spot. When you're on your workspace, you would just click those buttons, that you normally do. Click the to select the records you need and then go into your actions. It will let you know, if there, you know, maybe you had a little bit of a mix between legacy and new forms. It will alert you to those as well. But it's available again the same way that you would do batch publishing or batch actions or the legacy forms. Contact tables by role. One of the things that we had implemented with your feedback was the ability to have contact tables, making it more flexible for to have those different request contacts or organization contacts instead of having to add, maybe they're gonna have three contacts. I gotta add the three sets of fields. We added them as a table. That was wonderful, but we also heard from you that you wanted the ability to have contact tables for specific roles. Maybe you will have a section that says, please enter your organization's finance director here or executive director here. We heard you loud and clear, and we've introduced those contract tables by roles. Those are out. You should be seeing those available in your fields, as, as available for you to put on your forms. And you can go ahead and retroactively add those to your forms. Because, again, remember, you have the ability now to go ahead and make changes to those forms. With that version control, you can go right ahead and make any edits that you need to, create a new version, publish out to those who haven't submitted, and be able to have that flexibility. We also have field validations. We heard that there were some errors, and we apologize, for those who hit those errors during, some of the early some of that adoption, with your applicants and grantees, where you were trying to consider those applications and you were getting errors saying, this field is over the field limit and and not necessarily knowing what the field limit was in Blackbaud grant making. So we've gone ahead and we've updated that information. So now those fields, in that setup is automatically there. If you go into your field configuration, you'll be able to see that when you're going and dragging those form, those fields on the form. So for example, maybe you wanna reduce the limit for the number of characters that are allowed. You can still do that. We don't recommend you going over the limit because you'll get those errors. So that was pushed out for any new form building. If you have existing forms, you can if you remove that field and put it back, then you'll be able to see that, that those, fields validation min and max will be there as well. So easy for you to go in and update those as well or available for any of those new forms that you're building out. That is not all the goodness that we've been releasing. Again, I highly encourage you to take a look in the help under what's new and what's recent. Lots of goodness is happening there, but there are also other ways for you to stay on top of what's happening with the new applicant and grantee experience. We have the Blackbaud Grantmaking customer success page. Again, we've heard from you throughout this process that resources, you want more and more resources, but we've been wanting to target those resources to meet your needs. If you go to the Blackbaud Grantmaking with customer success page, we have a library of resources available to you trying to make it a very easy one stop shop for you to be able to locate those. So feel free to go and take a peek, at that page. Really easy, and we'll talk about some other ways as well, but this is a great place for you to get those resources. Another one that we've been super happy to implement with our partners in customer success are the Connect for Success events. They're virtual meetings to engage, with, to engage with you and to learn from your peers each month. Blackbaud's customer success team is the one who leads these sessions, and you can register for them by going to the Blackbaud community, and in the community news. That's where you're gonna find the link to those different sessions. We are trying to make those as global as we can, so just take a look there, at those sessions. And then also to, Blackbaud University, we have been working to make sure that you have learning resources at your fingertips. We have some e learning, so you can learn at your own pace in your own time. So there's an applications introduction to custom forms and programs and then processing grantee applications. Those e learnings are free and available to everyone. So even if you don't have a Blackbaud Learn subscription, you can go and take those free e learnings. We also do have live instructor led training. You can either, there are fees for that. So either part of your Blackbaud Learn subscription or you can pay per course if that's something that's interesting to you. And then we have a new feature which is trending topics. They're short how to videos to get up to speed, on recently released features. So lots of different ways for you to learn and engage. We're also, always updating our help topic. So if you're going into the help, so if you go through your product, that little question mark at the top that we saw in that earlier slide, looking on those help topics, we also review that on a regular basis. Use your feedback there to let us know if there's something that's missing or something that would be helpful to see. That way, we're giving you a wide variety of tools to help you, learn and take advantage of Blackbaud grant making to its fullest. And one quick shout out to office hours, which has been super popular. We're so excited, to see the engagement around office hours. You can access recordings of past office hour sessions, again, from the Blackbaud Grantmaking customer success page, that one stop shopping. We had, sessions around mastering programs, because programs are new. And so we were like, hey. What are the best practices? Let's take a look. Managing for the migration process from legacy forms to new forms. What's the best way to do that? We also have the power of conditional logic. You've asked for conditional logic for years, but now it's here. So what's the best way to get started? Great session there. And then form building one zero one tips and tricks with the new applicant grantee experience and the new form builder. It gives you the opportunity to really look at your forms and kind of see, do you need all the forms you had before? Are there ways that you may want to restructure, especially with conditional logic? So form building one zero one is another great example of the office hours. So take a look. We also have, an applicant portal open q and a, for May and June. So make sure that you sign up and send in your questions beforehand, because we're going to answer those live. Just a reminder because, you know, I love those q and a questions. I love your engagement. So use that q and a tab, early and often. We are so grateful that the Blackbaud grant making community is so engaged, and we just I I can't say enough. Use the q and a if you have a question or maybe even just wanna say hi. That's fine too. So now we're gonna talk about coming soon. Upcoming enhancements in the next three to six months. This is work that's currently in progress and I know you're gonna be excited to hear about it. So again, another overview. This is our overview slide. We look at managing grants efficiently. We're gonna talk about application reporting. We know that those of you who've been looking for some additional, applicant reports, so in progress reporting or submitted applications, and then maybe some additional fields for, the workspace search as well that is currently underway. We also have, the Blackbaud grant making and Financial Edge NXT integration. So that will be available wherever and it's Financial Edge NXT is available. So excited about that. And I know I've talked to some of you about it. Don't worry. I'll be reaching out soon if you haven't heard from me already. Improving the applicant and grantee experience. Obviously, top of mind for many folks, publishing outstanding requirements. We'll also have, fields. So that percentage coding field, they're being able to add, have a percentage on those different fields. Transferring an applicant or transferring the applicant account. Sometimes applicants leave and maybe they haven't had the ability to add a collaborator on their application. So we're gonna be adding that in for you to self manage. And then invitations as well. So if you actually just want to invite a specific organization or a specific individual, having that much be a much more secure process, where an applicant gets a link that they can't actually share with anyone else is because it's specific to them. We're also gonna be working on, an additional piece, kind of small but, you know, a good lift as well. The ability to mask that or actually, it will just be automatically done. Masking that Social Security number field. Right now, if you are using that field, you'll notice that when you hit the record, it actually just shows it right away. We're gonna add a level of masking to it. So that way, when you come into the record, it isn't automatically displayed. You'll have to click a button in order to view the full thing. So just another added level of of security for the sensitive fields. So first off, hot topic. Know it's on so many of your minds. We have heard your feedback loud and clear, outstanding requirements. Outstanding requirements, when we say that, what we really need are for applicant applications that were started in the legacy portal, but will need a requirement published in the new portal. K. So that's the first piece. The second piece is an application maybe you created a request record manually. Maybe there was no, legacy application or no, new application. You're just manually creating that request record and you want it to then go and send a requirement. So maybe you wanna send a grant agreement, for example. So those are the two cases, that we're looking at for the outstanding requirements. This work, it's been a big project, so I appreciate all of your patience. So we are starting to wrap up this work, and I'm hopeful that it will be available, by the May, if not a little bit sooner. So keep your eyes open, for that. We will have, you know, help information and resources for you, so don't worry. And again, similar to what we were talking about with publishing requirements in batch and unpublishing, outstanding requirements is gonna work a very similar way. You would go to that workspace, select those records in batch, and choose to publish out. Right? There'll be a couple more steps because we have to choose, like, what form you wanna publish in in that nature, but it's gonna use those same processes. One of the differences here is that behind the scenes, we're also gonna know to send out a request to that, to that applicant, letting them know, hey, something's been published to you. Log in to create an account. So that way, they know to log in and then they'll see that form published to them. So we'll again, we'll handle that back end logic so you don't have to send those emails. It's all part of that automatic process. But again, we're gonna have more resources for that as we get closer. So don't worry, it's coming. We've been actively working on it and listening to all of your feedback along the way. So appreciate your patience. The other thing that's in process, the ability to securely collect payment information. For those of you who want to include those bank information fields on your form, they are coming, hopefully available, shortly following this product update briefing. So again, keep your eyes out. I'm giving you all these teasers because I want you to, you know, take a look at that, what's new, and keep your eyes open there. So we will be posting that shortly. That is something that I know many of you have asked for, the ability to securely collect that information. We're very excited with the security improvements that we did when we moved to, the Blackbaud Cloud hosting, that we have TDE, which some of you have heard before, transparent data encryption. So we're very excited that based upon those new levels of security, which have been around for, you know, a while now in Blackbaud grant making, that we'll be able to incorporate this in the new form. So keep your eyes open because we do expect to have that out, shortly after the pub. I would say, you know, within a month or so after this after this presentation. The other thing too, invitations. Previously, it's legacy forms. What you would do is you do a password protect on an application form and then you would send that to an applicant. And anyone who has that password could then create an application. So that was kind of the way that we handle it previously for the applications or for the invitations rather. Now what you'll be able to do is actually select the contact from the organization or maybe the individual that you want to send an invitation to. Then, when they log in to the portal, they're gonna see that under their invitation. So they it's not something that can be shared. It's only available to that person. Once they get started, if they wanna add collaborators and you've given them the, ability to add collaborators, they can. But it'll be a much more streamlined, much more, personal experience for those that you're choosing to invite. So that will be kicked off from the contact record. Again, similar to what we talked about with outstanding requirements, if they're not a user, they'll get an email that goes out to them letting them know, hey. You've been invited to, complete this application. So excited to see the improvements of that process, coming soon, later this quarter. And then the evolution of payments, Blackbaud grant making to Financial Edge NXT. A couple of things here. For those of you, who aren't aware, we used to we have an AP export. It was a, you know, an export file you download, you upload, for, AP purposes or accounts payable purposes. We also had a custom desktop application. Very customizable, but also a little dated maybe and very expensive. So very few folks have this. It works really well for those who needed that level of customization, but not everybody needs that kind of fine tune customization. Then we did Sky API. So as of last year, you were able to, if you had resources or you were so inclined or you wanted to, you know, work with a third party developer to incorporate, or integrate using those Sky APIs. So that's available as an option. And then coming soon, we will have a native integration between Blackbaud grant making and Financial Edge NXT, for those who are interested. And what it will be is an in product. So when we say native, it'll be in product in which you'll be able to send payment records or pay schedule payments over to FENXT, and then it will, create invoices. When those invoices are marked as paid, you can actually pull those in to have those, records be updated as paid. And I actually jumped ahead a little bit. I'm so excited. I jumped ahead a little bit. So here we go. Just a quick updated screenshot for you. It's to go ahead and streamline that grant, payment processing with a seamless integration. Again, I know some of you have reached out to me, about talking about more information. We're getting closer to the point where I may be able to to show some information, so I'll be reaching out, shortly in regards to that integration. Really excited. We'll have have more on this, in the upcoming months, so keep your eyes open, especially if you already have FE NXT or if maybe you're thinking about looking at it for your organization. The other wonderful point about this is, in EpiNXT or Financial Edge NXT, we recently, have been working on payment assistant, which helps automate payments, which is just it's fabulous. I don't know what else to say about it. But it's helping automate payments. So once we have this integration with Blackbaud grant making, you could actually, with FE NXT and payment assistance, automate those grant payments out. Really excited to have that functionality, available to you. I know I've talked to many of you who are looking for ways to automate those payments, maybe using some other solutions today. This will help streamline that even further and keep it all within your Blackbaud products. Covered a lot of ground there with the release preview. Again, use that q and a. If you have questions on things that weren't covered, absolutely, pop those in the q and a. Happy to answer those as best we can. Now we're gonna get ready for a little visioning in the next up. So key themes for the next six to twelve months. And with that, I get to kick it back over to Benton. He has been doing some amazing work, and so I want him to be able to tell you all about it. Wherever he is. Benton, where are you? I'm coming. I'm giving it a second. Thank you, Brenda. I was waiting. Last time I started talking before, it actually came on. So, yes, I am here to talk about the planned or improvements we hope to do with the reviewer experience, and to get that started. We plan to improve the viewer experience by adding simple password reset by utilizing Blackbaud Identity Management or BBID. We also plan to update the design for increased efficiency and ease of use. Insights from customer discovery we have conducted so far. Consistency in the placement of action task. For example, like moving the action on the right to the bottom action bar, like happens in everywhere else in DBGM. Concerns around finding and viewing downloaded documents, including security of the applicant data. We plan to follow the same pattern we did with, view documents on screen and as discussed and shown in the demo earlier with document template manager and allow viewing the documents on screen. Users want to further personalize dashboards possibly by different viewer roles. We hope to increase dashboard viewing setup preferences to possibly be role based. These are just some of the in insights from discovery calls we're reviewing for the next iteration of our viewer portal. Sign up to stay informed of ongoing customer validation and discovery opportunities. We are still doing discovery calls. So if you'd like to be included, please sign up using the link to included on this slide to be included. I said include way too many times. But, because we are still doing some discovery calls on the review portal and would love to hear from you about the review portal or anything else you'd like to discuss. I will now turn it back over to Brenda. That's right. There is nothing wrong with saying included too many times, Benton. It's just making sure that you know, how much we appreciate your engagement, in these in reviewing these features, in having these conversations about what your days look like, and understanding what you do. So I don't think we can say included, too much at all. We want you to feel that love. So hopefully, Benton helped share that with you. So again, sign up for discovery. We want to hear from you. I'll wrap up with just a few more forward looking things. Greater flexibility for the reports you use most. We're excited to be kicking this off, in order to give you more flexibility in copy copying and editing and designing, your reports. Right now, there's kind of a mix of reports you can do that with and some that you can't do it with. And so we're gonna streamline that process to make it easier for the reports that you want to be able to, use with that flexibility. So we would love to hear from you if there's a specific report, that you use, but you love to have a little more, control over maybe the design, maybe editing a bit. Please let us know. You can drop those into the q and a or feel free to to send it along to us, so we can help prioritize, those reports in the list. We're also looking at how we can use AI or artificial intelligence to help streamline your work, help reduce some of your workload or give you insights, to help with your processes. Time is of the essence for many of us, and so having those streamlined processes or insights at your fingertips just makes it so much easier. So we are looking at form intelligence. Some of you who attended, maybe Blackbaud Conference, last year in 2024 may have seen this as program polish. We have renamed that, with our with help from our our marketing friends, to form intelligence. And this is leveraging AI to help give you actionable insights, and focus on the applicant experience. So the first thing that we're gonna do first up, AI powered, spell check to help with those forms, review that form, professionally kind of polish that before you go ahead and publish it. And then after that, we're gonna continue working on, the features for Form Intelligence. We're helping you consolidate redundant information, maybe redundant questions, maybe you have something that's a little bit duplicated. You wanna help streamline that experience for applicants, where applicable. And then also ensuring alignment with your goals. So program goals or maybe your overall organization goals We're gonna help provide some tools to ensure you're asking the right questions or asking questions that actually help get to that information that you're looking for. At this tool will be something that you will be able to choose to enable or not. And if that's something that you're looking to maybe be an a, customer technical preview, kind of see some early access, or maybe even being an early adopter, feel free to reach out. Or you can even sign up through the discovery link and just put a little note saying, hey. I'm interested in early adoption, for Form Intelligence. And then we know that impact is a big part of what you're looking at. What is the impact of your funding? What is the impact of the grants and how they're being used? So we are also excited that we're looking at an integration with Blackbaud Impact Edge, which gives us some really nice data visualization options. So what you see here is data visualization around area of the organization. It will give us some kind of great roll up numbers out of the box around grants, organizations, recipients, and awards. Really just trying to give you, again, those insights around, how your impact is, affecting the world, how much good you're doing, each and every day and being able to get a sense of that through some nice out of the box data visualization. So, again, if that's something you're interested in, and please feel free to reach out. We'd love to hear from you, as we continue to work on, ImpactEdge for Blackbaud grant making. Alright. With that, we have come to the end of our time here today together. I so happy that you were able to and so grateful that you were able to take the time today to join us to hear more about Blackbaud Grantmaking. We are, again, so lucky to have such an engaged customer based and an engaged community. Even just looking in the Blackbaud community recently, seeing how you're all sharing your stories, and best practices around applicant grantee has been wonderful to see. We are grateful. It inspires the product team, in our development team. So thank you for all of that. Thanks for taking the time today, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
