Hello, everybody. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, depending on where you are in the world. Thank you very much for joining us today for the next in our sessions of visualizing your single source of truth, a way of bringing data from multiple sources of data warehousing, into one place. I'm very pleased to say that we're on to the next in our sessions, and a very big thank you to those of you who've made it along to many of our sessions in this series so far. If you haven't seen some of the previous ones, please do feel free to go back and take a look at the sessions that we've done so far where we've looked at integrating things like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, email marketing solutions, and building great alumni development platforms with visibility of all of that data into Raiser's Edge NXT with the help of some of our incredible partners within the Raiser's Edge NXT development world. And it's really lovely to see you all here today. So thank you very much for joining us, and hopefully, you're here to see what it's like to bring multiple integrations into one place. We're gonna start as ever. If this is your first time joining us, welcome. It's lovely to see you. If you've been here before to a Blackbaud webinar, you'll know this all too well, but do bear with me just a moment whilst I run through these very few brief webinar housekeeping tips. The audio for today's webinar is gonna be broadcast through your computer speakers and your sound setup. If you do have headsets connected, be that Bluetooth or hardwired, that should automatically connect. But you can use the cog wheel down the bottom to make any adjustments to your settings, including things like noise cancellation and, audio suppression. If you have any technical issues at all, then, please do. Refreshing your browser is the best way forward in that instance. So you can refresh your browser to resolve any, audio or technical issues. There is a light mode available in the settings in the cogwheel down the bottom as well. If you do have any problems with things like buffering, it's well recommended to utilize that. On the right hand side, you should see a few tabs. We've got a chat where you're welcome to introduce yourselves and let me know where you're from, both organizationally and from a location point of view. It'd be lovely to know who you are, where you're from, so please do say hello. We've also got a documents tab on the right hand side that you can have a quick look at where we've got some resources from today's speaker, including details to their websites, their link into the Blackboard marketplace, and some additional resources and slides from today's session. And if you have any specific questions, please do drop them in the q and a section. The reason we ask for you to do that is we can pull a report if we run out of time on the q and a, but we can't do that in the chat. So if you've got questions, please do make sure they're in the q and a. And if we've got time, then we'll be joined by some folks from SmartTHING at the end to answer some of your questions. If you need closed captions, then you can hover over the video, and that should, allow you to toggle on or off the closed caption tools. And there is a survey at the very end that I will launch just to get some sense of how you're finding things and if there's anything in particular that you would like to see in the future or if you'd like to find out more about our speaker from today. So without any further ado, I'm going to, hand over to our friends at SmartThings who are gonna run us through what it looks like to integrate your multiple sources of information into Raiser's Edge NXT and Blackbaud solutions with the help of Smart Sync. So over to you, SmartLink team. Hello, everyone. Thanks for joining the webinar. The webinar, as you can see, is on how to handle multiple data sources through our SmartSync platform. SmartSync is, our our flagship integration, automation, and import platform, developed by us, the team here at SmartSync. For those of you that are new to SmartThings, welcome. Thanks for joining us. Just a bit about who we are for those who have who haven't encountered us before. We've partnered with Blackbaud since before 02/2009. So during that time, our focus has been on creating affordable add ons and integrations, basically tools designed to streamline your work and automate your daily tasks. Our priority is to make things more secure, efficient, and cost effective for not for profit organizations. I'm Dan Stevens. I'm the integration lead here at SmartTHING. At SmartTHING, we've dedicated over twenty years to working with not for profits, and Blackbaud products, and we've delighted to support thousands of not for profit organizations globally. Through this experience, we've recognized the need for practical, transparent, and affordable solutions. These solutions should seamlessly connect your systems and simplify simplify your data management. This very need inspired the establishment of SmartTHING. Today, our focus is on handling multiple integrations. During the session, we'll address several key areas. Firstly, we'll explore the challenges of non integrated data. For example, you might encounter limitations with disconnecting systems and manual data entry. Next, we'll introduce our solution, the Smart Sync platform. The central idea is that our platform can provide a one stop shop for all your integration, automation, and import needs. You can connect your CRM to the apps you use every day from access, NFP, to APR, from JustGiving to Shopify. Why is this a good thing? Not only can you free up your time and resources and focus on what matters most, But, yeah, but but with integrated data, you can also make better connections with your constituents, which ultimately helps your not for profit achieve its objectives. We'll run through some of the key features, suitability, and throw in the client story, as well as a couple of demo videos, so you can get a feel for the platform action and see how it can make your life easier. Finally, we'll run through some top tips on how to achieve a how to achieve a smooth integration. And then at the end, we'll do some q and a. So, yeah, do do, feel free to ask any questions either during the during the webinar or at the end of the webinar. We'll be happy to answer those questions for you. So let's have a look at some of the data challenges. Let's start by tackling the headache of scattered data. So for nonprofits, juggling data like donor details, volunteer sign ups, online donations across different platforms can be tricky. This disconnected data creates, real challenges. So disconnected systems, your systems often don't talk to each other, making it hard to get a clear overall picture of your impact. Manual data entry. This wastes time and invites human errors. You've got security risks to consider. Securing sensitive information becomes a significant concern when data is spread across multiple potentially vulnerable platforms. Inefficiency and inaccurate data, staff spend more time wrestling with spreadsheets and focusing on your mission, leading to inconsistent or unreliable information. And then unreliable access, relying on independent systems means unreliable access to information, which can disrupt operations. So all of these challenges, SmartTHING is designed to solve. It moves you from a fragmented view view to a unified, efficient, and more secure way of managing your vital information, freeing you to focus on your mission. So let's have a look at how SmartTHING Sync can help you do just that. So, you can think of SmartTHING Sync as the tool that lets all your essential systems talk to each other. And with SmartTHING Sync, you can connect your central CRM that stores your constituent information to all the apps you rely on to use and use every every day. You can build data bridges and create a much smoother flow of information. In brief, you get integration, think better connections in real time. Imagine your donor information in your CRM automatically updating in your email marketing tool the moment the gift comes in. Then there's import, getting data into your CRM. If you've got a spreadsheet with new contacts, a file from a fundraising event, with SmartTHING Sync, you can import the data from pretty much any file or source. This integration is called SmartTHING Import. It is similar to systems such as Importomatic and Importacular and support self-service configuration and multiple import profiles. It uniquely also offers easy paste and go imports, drag and drop, web config interface, and more. And finally, automation. Let the SmartTHING tech handle the hard work. Imagine automating these those repetitive tasks that eat up your time, things like updating contact information across platforms or triggering thank you emails when the donation is recorded. So we know, that not for profits, every investment needs to deliver real value. So let's talk about the benefits you can expect with SmartTHING Sync. It's not just about connecting your apps. It's about seeing tangible results. Time and result savings. Smart Sync frees up staff time by automating manual data entry, allowing your team to focus on mission critical work. You can see, on the screen now some of the clients that we've worked with around the around the world, so charities and higher education institutions of all shapes and sizes. So let's have a look at some of the integrations. SmartCent connect your CRM with email marketing apps, things like Mailchimp, which you've probably heard of, got digital, Campaign Monitor, apps of finance, like Xero, Sage, Financial Edge, Stripe, and PayPal. Whether your CRM is Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge NXT, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, we've got you covered with over 40 prebuilt integrations and the ability to connect thousands more more applications with SmartTHING generic connectors. So what does this look like in real life? Let's look at UWC, Atlantic College, based in Wales. It's a college for international students aged 16 to 19. Around 350 students travel from over a 50, 50 countries to live, study, and learn together. They joined us, our Smart Sync client list, in early twenty, 2020 to with a single integration, Smart Mailchimp. They joined our early access program for ISAMS, the student record system, later that year. They've since added Smart Zoom, Smart Portal since 2022, Smart Eventbrite, and Smart Email. So they're they're now testing our new Smart Enhanced LinkedIn tool, and they're in the process of getting started with Smart Sync, all in one unified platform, Smart Sync. With over 500,000 data syncs over the last four years, Atlantic College have saved a huge amount of time and resources. So, looking at the practicalities of integrations to handle your multiple data sources, What does it look like to get started, with Smart Sync? First, our team of Blackbaud experts will, with your involvement, design the integrations. Next, we'll assess your hosting needs and recommend the best option for shared for shared or dedicated hosting. Finally, we'll deploy to test, iterate with you, and then push to production. We don't stop there. We'll monitor the service to ensure it runs smoothly forever behind with us. I mentioned earlier that we produce and provide low cost solutions, but what's that low cost actually look like? So if you want one integration, the annual cost starts at just $17.50 GB g, United Kingdom, Sterling, pounds per year or US, $2.02 $50 per year, with a onetime setup fee of £500 or that's $650. Add another integration, and you get another one free, one as part of our SmartSync packages, cost saving packages. Then there's our enterprise bundle, for four or more apps, and we offer bespoke custom packages too. So how does Smart Sync compare? So if you have a look at this, table, you can see you can see some of the features and comparisons with some other, some other marketplace providers. So you can see from this table, we've got SmartSync, has a pretty pretty unique offering, and I'll give you a second to glance through the comparison. Beyond our core, smart SmartSync platform, we offer valuable resources, including free biz and self-service apps designed specifically for not for profits, like the previously featured smart social add on. So you can see some of our free solutions on the screen and some of our other paid for solutions as well. So let's look at some examples. Smart Eventbrite is a fully automated integration. We'll play a quick video demo so you can have a quick we can have a bit of an in-depth look at, or more in-depth look at Smart Eventbrite. There's no setup for us. It's ready to go. It automatically creates events, ticket options, payments, gifts, and constituents. Duplicate checks are also built in, with multilayer constituent searches. So let's, let's take a look at the video. This video is a brief overview of one of our applications powered by our smart sync integration platform, smart Eventbrite. Smart Eventbrite connects the popular event and ticketing platform Eventbrite to your Razer's Edge NXT. Eventbrite is one of the world's leading platforms for promoting events and taking bookings online. Our smart sync platform can connect Eventbrite to your Blackbaud NXT database. It automatically pulls the event information, customer ticket, and ticket options into Raiser's Edge without you having to do anything. It all happens in the background automatically, whether it is a small 10 person fundraising event or a 1,000 ticket reunion. Our multilayered duplicate protection ensures it finds your existing constituents if they're already there or otherwise creates them on the fly. Their contact information is automatically refreshed based on the data entered in Eventbrite. Now let's see how the data appears in Raiser's Edge NXT for an example event booking. We can see the booking summary here in Eventbrite. This information is passed over to NXT. The event and all its summary details, name, dates, and IDs are all passed across. We did not have to create the event. It happened automatically after the first booking. The event ID ties to Eventbrite to uniquely identify the event and ensures future bookings are added to the same event record. Each booking is recorded in the participant area of the event, including the primary attendee and all their guests. We also bring across registration fee information, creating the fee levels on the fly. You can choose whether to create an associated gift record for these depending on how much information you wish to track and whether you need to report the income from within NXT. The gifts have an ID linking them to the Eventbrite order for easy reconciliation. The event within NXT will show you useful summaries such as the number attending and the total purchases of each ticket type. Any custom questions you may have asked as part of the booking form are also captured automatically and can be seen on each ticket and in summary form on the event. Each participant's record has a summary added to the top to detail any relevant Eventbrite information. As you can see, Smart Eventbrite ensures you have rich data on your event bookings available in real time within NXT, all automatically allowing you and your team to monitor and run the event efficiently. That concludes our brief overview of Smart Eventbrite. If you would like to book a demo or talk to us about how smart event bright can connect event bright and bring event participant information over to Razer's Edge, do get in touch. As you can see, smart event bright ensures you have rich data on your event book available in real time within NXT, all automatically allowing you and your team to monitor and run the event efficiently. That concludes our brief overview of smart event bright. If you would like to book a demo or talk to us about how smart event bright can connect event bright and bring event participant information over to Razer's Edge, do get in touch. This video is a brief So, yeah, that was a a brief, overview of one of our integrations with Smart Eventbrite as you've just seen. Yeah. Next, we're gonna look at how SmartSync works, with Blackbaud, RazerEdge NXT. So some of the key points here, we'll have a look at logging in with your Blackbaud ID, accessing SmartTHING MXT home page, and accessing your ATAR logs sort of directly within that native environment that you that you use, the Blackbaud, RE NXT CRM. So let's, let's take a brief brief look at how that how that looks. In this quick demo, we'll show how Smart Sync integrates with your Blackbaud solution. In this case, we are looking at Razer's Edge NXT. If you go to the home page of NXT, you'll see there's a smart sync top. This will have a link to your smart sync instances. Just click the button to log in. It will use your Blackbaud login to authenticate you into the smart sync system. As you can see here, Smart Sync accessed this way sits within Razer's Edge. Your users don't have to remember another login, and you can control access easily within Smart Sync to restrict who has access to the logs and other areas within the system. There are other points where Smart Sync can be accessed from within NXT. Most notable is if we visit a constituent record. You can use the add ins menu to access recent logs for this record within Smart Sync. This will show data that has been passed through the system recently. Of course, areas on the RE records such as notes can provide more long term Smart Sync audit information, but this real time view is a helpful tool when reviewing your synchronization settings. This has been a quick demo of the integration of SmartTHING and Blackbaud, and it shows how seamless use of our system can be for your users. If you would like to find out more about this or our other SmartTHING features, do book a demo. In So that's a quick look at the, the kind of native integration with SmartTHING side by Azure Gen Xt. So next, we're gonna take a quick look at, the, SmartTHING imports, the functionality that you get. So if you can't find a, for example, if you can't find a prebuilt SmartTHING integration or an app connector to meet your needs, we can we can work with you to build a custom connector, based on the application you're using, or you can use SmartTHING. This is our user friendly, self-service drag and drop import tool that makes data transfers effortless. Quickly import Excel, CSV spreadsheets, and SharePoint files directly into your CRM. It's an incredibly straightforward and easy tool to use. So you've seen what we can do to integrate and, and, import data, but our tools can also help you with automation. For example, say you're using SmartTHING to import your donations. You can set up automatic email notifications to the link fundraiser if a new donation is over a certain amount. Another example is address cleaning. As addresses are added to your CRM, they can automatically be cleaned by Google Places, locate, and other services so your address data is valid and correct at all times. Or you can gen generate custom reports, schedule regular reports, and receive the email that links those reports automatically. Or you can automatically update constituent records with public LinkedIn data. Here, we can see our SmartTHING Social. We've got free SmartTHING Social Chrome add on, where you can link, the the LinkedIn profile to the constituent. We can add the LinkedIn URL to the record in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and all that rich public LinkedIn data can automatically be pulled into the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge record automatically. Previous jobs, notes, hobbies, etcetera, it all goes automatically into Blackbaud Raiser's Edge. The the screenshot you can see on the side shows how SmartTHING Social Chrome add on sidebar works directly with your Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. All of this means you can free up our staff staff resources so you can focus on your option. So putting all this information together, where are we? Where are we? So probably, wondering where to start. So the conclusion and final thoughts. Well, whether you choose a SmartTHING SmartSync integration or not, what you should think about before, beginning your integration journey. So how do you integrate your data? So at SmartTHING, we've managed thousands of integrations, so we know what works well. There are lots of things to consider, things that you can do to make your integration run more smoothly. But our top tips for implement implementing an integration are identify the data to synchronize. Think carefully here and only synchronize the information you need to see in both systems. Look to phase implementation if you're integrating a large variety of data. It makes design, testing, and deployment easier for everyone. Limit the records you synchronize. Again, you don't want to synchronize information for records you won't use. They just fill up your other systems and may lead to additional license costs. Manually align your systems. Before the integration goes live, you can align your the data in both systems. This might be where data will be stored, matching drop downs or making mappings between the values, making records with other system IDs to ensure one to one matching. This ensures the systems are ready to go live and allows you to see how the end solution will look so you can iterate before everything's set in stone. And finally, identify the people in your organization who need to be involved. You can assign an you can assign an owner to each integration with dedicated server. We can separate the data flows and logs to just a subset of your organization's integrations so different teams have different access to the Smart Sync server. And importantly, in our experience, the jobs that run most smoothly are those where you have very clear lines of ownership and communication. Keeping these ideas in mind will help your integration succeed. So a recap of features as we near the end of the webinar. Let's quickly recap. So Smart Sync integrations are powerful, as we've seen, a powerful tool for your not for profit. So we're Blackbaud Experts. We'll work with your team. And you understand not for profits and your CRM, and no technical expertise needed. Our insurance platform is user friendly for everyone. We provide a managed service. We handle the technical heavy lifting so you don't need to. Smart sync connects everything. We've got so many integrations. Take your pick or ask us about our custom integration. Real time sync, your data is always up to date across all systems. Data cleaning built in, maintain data data accurately, effortlessly. Our integrations are secure and compliant. We protect your sensitive data. Future proof and scalability, you can start with one integration and have more as needed. And finally, our integrations are low cost. Powerpoint integration should not break the bank. And on that note, I'll conclude our session. I followed we followed highlighted seeing the key benefits of SmartTHING, help you now understand how it can streamline your data and improve your work. You can have a look at some of the webinars in this series from from our detail. Look at some of our integrations. If you've got any questions, yeah, we'd love to hear them. I'll now hand back to, the host, so we can run through any of those questions you've asked. And, as you can see on the screen, yeah, do get in touch with any of those details, and we'll be happy to talk to you. You think that I'd be used to, how to mute and unmute myself by this point? We've been using technology like this for a very long time. Hey. Thank you very much, Dan. Lovely to, to have your support, in all of this. I know that we're very tight for time. We do have a couple of questions. I think we've got Warren in the background. Let's have a June. We've got Kate coming on. Let's bring Kate up here. Hi, Kate. Not sure how we've got you twice, but we have. That's interesting. But hi. How are you doing? Can you hear me alright? Oh, yeah. There we go. We've got you logged in as Kate. Yeah. So I've I've logged in using Kate's email address. My fault. Sorry, Kate. That's my fault. Okay. Well You've you've got two of us. Look. You've got two Kate's. But I'm Kate's one of the Kate's is David. Good to see you then. You on your toes, David. Yeah. Exactly. You know, I can't unmute myself. We have two people when I you know, it's great. I know we're a little tired for time, but we've had a couple of questions in. I thought it'd be good just to kind of touch on those before we finish for today. So in particular, we've got a couple of folks on from Canada today. There's a few sort of mentions of, pricing for UK, Europe, US, but we'd love to know just a little bit more about kind of how it fits for Canada. The the the pricing in Canada? Yeah. So yeah. I mean, our our pricing, obviously, we serve different regions in the world. So our main markets are The US, Canada, Australia, and The UK. So, really, the the the the pricing is a flat structure across those regions, and and the currencies are just have been aligned. So the pricing, regardless of where you are in the world, is the same. Is that is that is that probably speaking what what the quest the question is asking? Or Yes. Yeah. So it came came about around the time when we talked about pricing events like that, but I'm sure that's everything. Yeah. There's no, there's no differential in terms of where you're on the world. All of our pricing is, aligned across the board. Super stuff. And I know that Warren's just dropped in the chat about, Canadian dollars for a single app is, is $3,000 a year. So Okay. I think that's all good there. So, a couple of questions just around I know we talked about security and a a lot of these pieces throughout the session today, Dan Stevens. But in particular, a couple of folks, just asking about GDPR compliance, making sure that everything fits in there as well. So I know it's a nice simple answer on this one. Yeah. Yeah. GDPR, it's a it's a fun topic, isn't it, for ourselves? So, I mean, we, yeah, we've worked through GDPR as a business. And also we've been on the on the, not for profit side ourselves as well. So we're well aware of GDPR, and that's kind of baked into SmartSync and all the solutions we provide really. So we we've recently been ISO accredited. It's it's a worldwide standard to recognize, the best practice in data processing and data storage and how we run our business. So all those issues around GDPR are all ticked off, during that process. And, yeah, we we adhere to GDPR practices ourselves. So, we're well aware of it adhere to it. And, yeah, if if you need some advice as an organization around GDPR on how to manage your own data, we'd be happy to talk to you about that as well. Super stuff. That's grand. And, I think I've got one more over here. So beyond, like, initial costs, what would you say, about ongoing maintenance or are there any hidden fees, particularly worried about smart sleep being a truly cost effective solution in the long run? So, yeah, all of our pricing is transparent. It's on our website. There's nothing hidden. There's no nasties lurking in the in the in the cupboards. It's a simple pricing structure. Our our licenses are yearly. So, once you're set up with your app, you'll go into a yearly license, and the and there's a a one time setup fee, which which is kind of levied during the onboarding process to get you up and running with your integration. So it's it's a setup fee, which is a one time cost, and then you run on to a yearly license. I mean, we also do more more custom solutions and bespoke development. So if you're on our website or you you you think you've got a need that you can't see that's fulfilled by the applications that are listed on our website, talk to us about that, and we can provide you some bespoke customer solutions as well. And, yeah, we can price those separately based on requirement as well. But in terms of our standard integrations, SmartTHING, it's all, it's all there on our website listed. But, yeah, no no hidden costs is is a summary. Super. We like no hidden costs. They're our favorite ones. Right. I've got one more for you, and I think we'll probably have to put pause in it for today, but we can always follow-up with anyone who would like to know more. Whilst we do that, I'm just gonna launch a very quick survey for those of you who have joined us today. If you wouldn't mind dropping in some thoughts, from today. And if you'd like to know any more, you can drop your name and email address into that survey as well. We can always follow-up with you afterwards. So if you wouldn't mind filling that one in for me, that just makes it slightly easier for me from a reporting point of view. One last question then, to Dan and Kate or Kate and Kate depending on how we wanna call this. I'll leave it to Sam. So we use a a lot of different apps beyond just the CRM in Research and XT. Can SmartTHING really connect all of them? Well, yes is the answer. I mean, the the way SmartSYNC works, we've we've developed as we've listed on our website, we've got about 40 off the shelf applications or integrations, if you like, which are designed to link to sort of commonly used, applications that Raizer's Edge users typically use. So if you're using Raizer's Edge, quite often, you're using a similar suite of external applications to other people using Raizer's Edge. So things like Eventbrite, which we covered in the webinar, Mailchimp, email marketing services, all these things that other people will be using. So we've got the integrations that cover all those commonly used applications. If you as I outlined a minute ago, if you see if you've got a requirement for an application you're using that isn't listed on our website, you can contact us, and we can talk to you about the viability of doing that. But, really, Smart Sync can connect to any application outside of Blackbaud's Edge. The only prerequisite there is that the application that you want to connect to, like Blackbaud's Edge, is also an open application. And by that, I mean, it either has something called an API or a webhook or some sort of technical methodology that we can get the data out of the package that that you're using outside of Blackbaud's Edge. And if it is the case, that really is the green light for us to, to start to start working with you and talking about your requirements and and and taking things from there, really. Brilliant. Lovely. Fab. Well, thank you thank you both. Much appreciated. I know we've gone a little bit overtime, so we'll put a bit in there. If you do have any more questions for us here at Blackbaud or the SmartTHING team, then we would love to, to talk to you about them. So please do as I say, drop your details in the survey. Drop your email address. We will, share, and get in touch with you shortly afterwards. Or you can be really direct and go straight to the SmartTHING team. You can, find all of the details in the documents tab to get a hold of them. So, Kate and, Dan, thank you very much for joining. Thanks, David. Cheers. Lovely. Yeah. Alright. So one last little thing from me before we go. Just again, say a very big thank you for those of you who would like to know more. Please do make use of the survey in the right hand side for you now, and we will get back to you if you have any follow ups that you would like to share. For those of you who have been regular stalwarts or are joining us along the entire series here, you'll notice that there isn't a session next week. Now that is because we have BBDEV days. So if you are interested in being a bit more involved about developing, and creating and expanding your technical, resources within Blackbaud solutions and how to connect pieces together in, you know, skills labs and all of those amazing pieces, you can take a look at b b dev days that is running online next week. So give yourself a quick search in your email, in your web provider of choice, to Fort b b dev days. You can join us there next week. We will be back in this series on the eleventh. So in two weeks' time, we'll be back with another of these single source of truth webinar series sessions. Really looking forward to seeing you then. Keep connected, and do let me know if there is anything more that you would like to see, anything you'd like to know more about. It would be really great to connect with you. So you can get in touch with me directly. My email address is the second of the two there. So david.upcraft@blackboard.credituk. If you've got any questions or would like to know more about anything we've spoken about today, I would absolutely love to connect with you. So please do drop me a line. If you've dropped your details into the survey, then I will follow-up with you very shortly once I get the report out. And a final reminder for the few of you still here with me of all of the resources that you have available at your fingertips within Blackbaud, within our, Blackbaud University learning solutions and training solutions, the support team for any technical issues that you're encountering, and knowledge base for anything you'd like for kind of shorthand, quick real time solutions on how to get things done. And, also, do stay connected in the Blackbaud community. We do lots of amazing posts in there, and you can connect with your peers to find out more about what's going on. So that's all for today and how to connect multiple solutions into Razer's at NXT with the help of one simple, smooth solution in SmartTHING. If you'd like to know more, as I say, please do drop us a line in the survey. Drop me an email on david.uphart@blackgorge.co.uk. I'll be happy to help you, or you can go direct to the folks at SmartThings if you really want to. You don't have to come through me. Although it's just nice to know that you've, enjoyed today's session. So thanks very much, folks. Have a wonderful rest of your day, and we will see you again in this series in two weeks' time and hopefully see some of you next week at BBDEV Days. Take care, everyone. Goodbye.
