Transcript for "Blackbaud Development Agent: Live Walkthrough":
I am Amelia Helm. I am the principal product marketing manager here on our agents for good team. Like I said, I'm in Minneapolis, and I am a self professed public policy nerd. That's my background. And I am a mentor for a little sister as part of Big Brothers Big Sisters here in the Twin Cities. And I have Kelly with me. Yes. Good morning, everyone. Kelly Merrion joining you from Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining Blackbaud about five years ago, I was a customer myself. So really excited to make some of those connections here and see some of my former colleagues in the chat. And in my free time, I'm a board member of the Colorado fourteeners initiative, advocating for our highest peaks here in Colorado. So I'll be guiding us through the demonstration when we get to that in just a few moments. Thanks, Kelly. So we're gonna start out. You some of you are still sharing who you are, where you live. You can also share a little bit about where you are on your AI journey. We find folks along the whole spectrum of where they might be. Maybe you're just tiptoeing in personally into the chat GBT world. Maybe you're like, I've let Claude schedule everything for me and plan every vacation for the next ten years, and we're using it for every fundraising outreach. There's there's no wrong answer here. We're meeting folks all along the curve. I love it. Lots of people just getting started. What's really been fun so I am and, you know, agents for good is a a new endeavor for Blackbaud. And, really, what's really been fun about this is that everyone working on this, they're I would say this sounds maybe crazy. They're really expert experts because everyone is building this while we're learning about it just across the industry. So it's really fun to just see everyone learning together. And I see what bring I'm gonna guess what brings some of you here isn't necessarily AI, but is, hey. It's a really it's just a really hard time to be a fundraiser, and I'm open to whatever tools might help me do this. So these are all facts from our 2025 state of fundraising that Blackbaud puts out. We'll have a new one this summer, but a lot of folks are worried about declining charitable participation, how we're gonna pay the bills, meet our mission in the next three years. And we see that nearly half of fundraisers are just frustrated by, like, how much busy work I say paperwork because I'm feeling old. Right? But digital paperwork there is to the job, and that they'd rather be engaging with donors or enacting the mission, but there's just this slog. And we heard you. So, of course, Blackbaud's always trying to build tools that make your work more efficient. And when it comes to AI, we have AgenTic AI. And AgenTic AI is one of many kinds, but it is AI that really expands your team. So we have agents for good, a which are AI team members. They don't just assist you or give you better intelligence or help you make the workflow a little faster, But, really, they're working and taking action to free up your time. They're not bots or automations. They're we think of them really as digital team members. They're showing up every day to help your organization move faster and smarter and designed to augment your staff so that they have more time to do those human pieces of the puzzle. We know everyone has resource constraints. That means a lot of important work often gets just just doesn't happen. We know there are prospects and donors out there that we'd love to talk to. We just can't talk to them one on one. Right? They may be able to give us a great $500, a thousand dollar gift this year. They're getting the same emails as our $20, you know, drop off in the bucket. Person, we'd love to talk to them. How how can we do that better? That's why we, have endeavored on this agents for good adventure. So Agents for Good steps in to fill those gaps, and Kelly is going to tell us a bit more in a second. But first, I wanna talk about how we at Blackbaud are approaching AgenTik AI, in a really purposeful, thoughtful way in this time when just everyone's just saying AI in the whole world. Just it's AI, so you should like it, and it's AI, and how we're approaching it so that it's really purposeful for you all and, works to drive your mission. So black box strategy, we love to give names to things. So we gave names to our AI strategy, and we call it intelligence for good. And it has three different pillars. Our AI, offering should be convenient, powerful, and responsible. It's really important that AI is convenient. We want it to be easier for you easy for you to use, that it's where you're working today. That means embedded in our NXT in this case, and that it has it just has everything you need in one place. Right? You're not hopping between tools, building integrations, things like that. We also encourage the ability availability of AI driven partner solutions in our marketplace. But for what we're building, we wanna be right there. Powerful. The most powerful AI built on the right data and expertise. So we have the world's most robust philanthropic database. Right? We've been working here for as colleague reminded me is we crossed forty five years now, at Blackbaud in this market, and we have really deep sector expertise. We're not building tools for everyone. We're not building tools for, you know, the business down the street. We're only building tools for four good organizations doing the fundraising work that you all are doing every day. And then responsible, I'll dig into this a little bit more even on the next slide, but we have a really values driven approach. So we only wanna build AI that you will use that has a true purpose that centers fairness and inclusivity, and security in our in our Blackbaud ecosystem. And then we're staying really closely aligned with international best practices frameworks, including EU's trustworthy AI principles. And so what that has looked like tangibly, we have a few awards we've gotten on the right here as we've established this, being really values driven in our leadership. So our governance and alignment, we align with there's always fancy acronyms, risk assessment and ISO 42,001. But they really lean into how do we center people as we're building new technology? How do we do this in a way that is respectful, responsible, and has governance around it? And then it's purpose built. So your data is never shared or pooled with other organizations even within that work with Blackbaud. We're not you and Blackbaud are the only entities that have access to your data. So we're not exploring anywhere. We're not training models with your data, and that agents only reference information that you give it access to. So if you bring on DevAgent, we say, here. We look at this whole profile. And you could be like, that's not for us. Great. Right? We have you given access to the things that you wanted to know. Because people, we've built this human in the loop model where you are in charge of the tools you use. And even an AI agent, even an AI teammate is still someone on your team. You're the manager, and you're in charge. I will also add we always get some questions on environmental pieces. So before we move on, I also wanna mention some of those that we have been carbon neutral since 2024, and we offset we also do water offsets as much as we measure one to two circles out from us as we think about AI use. We know that's a big concern for a lot of our partners and a lot of our customers. So those offsets are really important, and we continue to work with our partners on how we measure those impacts and how we offset them, as best we can and work really efficiently. So, appreciate that as we go forward. I know myself that is important for me as I work in AI. So now that we know how Blackbaud's approaching AI, let's talk about how it can how our agents can work for you. That's why you're here. Right? Our very first agent for good, the development agent, is built to expand your fundraising capacity. So now I'm gonna hand it over to Kelly Merrion. She's gonna introduce and demo the development agent for you, which is the fun part. Thanks, Kelly. It is. Thanks, Amelia. And I wanna comment on some of the wonderful notes in the chat and and bring up actually Lucy's comment that, you know, leadership doesn't feel they have the bandwidth to train AI. I'm seeing that as a through line in in some of the comments here. And that's really what we're here to talk about today. The development agent, as Amelia introduced, is really meant to be a teammate that you bring on that you don't have to train. We've done all that work to get that, new teammate ready for you, and that teammate's going to slot right into the other work that you're doing. So our development agent is gonna help expand outreach to mid tier donors. It's going to embed directly in Raiser's Edge NXT. So, kind of circling back to what Amelia was talking about with the secure nature of this tool. And it's going to really prioritize individual donor outreach. And that's what we're gonna look at when we get into the demonstration here in a moment. As we walk through this, kind of demo here of the development agent, there's a few things to keep in mind. First is that personalized outreach. Each of your constituents is going to get a unique donor journey with the development agent. That outreach is going to be personalized based on what you have in that constituent record. So if I send a or if I, have the development agent set up to do outreach with Amelia, and she's a brand new donor, that's gonna look very different from outreach to someone that has been with your organization for many, many years. We'll see those communications in a few formats. So that back and forth conversation is truly one to one and can be both in email outreach as well as SMS. So we'll be viewing the back end a little bit today, but just keep that in mind as we're walking through that you're gonna be able to meet your donors where they are in the channel they most prefer to communicate in. And what this looks like is many one to one conversations with all of the donors and prospects that you have a hard time currently communicating with. So that truly one to one outreach at scale is what we're gonna be talking about today, and how the development agent really brings a new set of resources to your team. I promise just one more slide here before we jump in. If there's three things that you walk away with after seeing today's demonstration, these are the kind of components I'd love for you to walk away with. That personalized outreach, with the ability to have deep customer impact based on individual, touch points on their constituent record is so important, and why we've really developed this to augment your team. Amelia mentioned our forty five years of expertise built into this tool. So not only is the development agent trained to do all of its outreach, but it's embedded with all of our best practices from both the Blackbaud Institute research as well as our deep expertise in the sector. And then finally, the security is really important to us. This solution is embedded right within Razor's Edge NXT, and it's really simple for your team to deploy, which I will actually go through that process in just a moment. But on top of that, we're really thinking hard about the secure nature of this tool and your ability to lock down information that is important for you to keep close. With that, I'm gonna stop sharing slides and switch over to a live demo here. So give me one moment. That's what you all came to see here today. Right. Am I coming from backstage? Sure. Stop sharing button. want to share screen? Go to the left side, and you should see, the screen try. for me? Stop sharing button. There we go. Thank you so much whoever gave me a nice little help out there. And we should be seeing the development agent in just there we go. Alright. Thanks for holding on there, folks. We are now live in Razor's Edge NXT, and we're gonna take a journey around the development agent here. Now what you'll first notice is this looks very familiar, if you're deeply, ingrained in the day to day workflows of Razor's Edge NXT. The development agent slots really nicely here within our portfolio tools. So right underneath the work center and above prospect insights, the development agents just gonna light up like another tool set that you have within your toolbox. This is a really important piece to keep in mind as we think about the scaling of this tool and the onboarding for your team to deploy the development agent. The development agent is set up just like a fundraiser within Raiser's Edge NXT. So as we look at something like the work center, we're going to see here all of your other major gift officers right in line with the development agent. Now if we think about this, it means that all of the reporting we're already doing, all of the workflows we have for ensuring portfolios are managed and gifts are accounted for. We're going to deploy the development agent in that exact same way. So here we've got a portfolio just for our development agent where we can come to view the success of those outreach or actions, where we can define a portfolio and add additional constituents to that outreach manually. And we can even track gifts that are coming in that have been solicited by the development agent. I love pointing this out because the onboarding of the agent is a very fast and efficient task for your team and really ties into all of the things that you're doing on a day to day basis. I'll come back here to this screen. The development agent really is this management console. And this is where you're going to set up and manage all of the agents, kind of settings and also its portfolio, as well as once the agent is up and running, where you'll see any escalated communications that need that human in the loop intervention. I'm gonna walk through kind of all these components here in terms of onboarding, and then we'll look at some examples of one to one outreach so you can get a real feel for the types of communications that the agent will be doing on your behalf. But first, we need to help the agent understand and learn about your unique organization. As I mentioned, the agent comes fully trained to do the work of outreach and communication. It knows how to engage your donors. It is been fully trained on when and how to escalate messages for human intervention, but it doesn't know the unique components of your organization. And that's where you're gonna come in and train your agent. So you're going to add new entries of content that help the agent understand your unique unique programming, the outreach efforts that you're passionate about, and all of the impact that you have in your community. This is just a free form text entry, so really easy to kind of come in here and dump content. And this is going to be really important at the top of training your agent, but also ongoing so that the agent stays up to date on all the great work that you're doing. Additionally, you're gonna have some, outreach, engagement types that you set up for your agent to, move forward with. So on this screen, you'll see we've got the ability to cultivate, to engage, to do informational updates, as well as those solicitations on your behalf. Now each of these outreach efforts can be configured by email and SMS. So I mentioned meeting your constituents where they are. You're able to designate exactly what type of outreach the agent is doing in the channel that you'd like it to be focused. If we do have that solicitation turned on here, we're gonna link out to a donation form. So if someone asks to make a gift, they're able to receive that direct link within the outreach, respond to that with a gift, and you'll be able to see the full life cycle of that donor within Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Now we didn't mention this, but it's really, I I think, a important component here to mention. You're going to name your agent. So as we start to see the communications here, our agent is named Devin for development agent, and our fake organization here at Blackbaud is called Foggy Valley Animal Rescue. So all of our communications and outreach, are kind of warm and fuzzy around our animal rescue organization, and you'll see this pulled through in a couple of different ways. Every Outreach is signed off by Devon and Foggy Valley. And as you'll notice in the first Outreach that I show you, we're introducing Devon as an extension of our team, but we are really transparent and that Devon is an AI member of our team and not, pretending to be a human staff member. So you'll see that in just a moment here as we look at our communications. The final piece here, and we won't dig too, too much into all of the different settings that we have, but I do wanna call attention to this mid level giving definition. So as Amelia mentioned, we've really developed the agent, our first agent for good here, to focus on mid level giving. But we know the definition of mid level giving is different from every single person on this call. Right? Every organization has a different definition of what mid level giving means. And so one of the definitions that you can set is what your threshold is and what the focus for the development agent should be at your organization. In our example here, we've got that lower limits set at 500 and an upper limit set at 10,000, meaning the agent's going to find those constituents in the database that meet this definition and start assigning itself to those constituents if they're not already assigned. So again, when we think about the scale of this tool, the ability for the agent to know within your database who is unengaged at this moment, and who is the best prospect for this mid level giving range is really where we're able to provide value. The agent's able to do that all on its own and insert itself into the daily work that you're not able to do at this time. Now there's a few other settings here, but as you can see, pretty light, and convenient to set up our agent, and then send it on its send it on its way to start communicating and engaging members of your community. And we do that in a really thoughtful process. So we know unleashing the agent to a thousand people at once probably isn't the best way to start. You need to build trust with the agent, and your community, is going to need a little primer on the new extension of your team. So we're gonna introduce the agent first to about 10 individuals. You're gonna pick folks within your closest circle, board members, committee members, staff that are really excited about this new initiative, and you're gonna manually assign those to the agent. Those individuals will communicate back and forth and get a real feeling for the outreach that is taking place and be able to provide some in product, recommendations or, you know, feedback to the agent so that it can improve its outreach before we bring on the next, 10 individuals for manual assignment. Once you've really gotten the hang of the agent doing that outreach autonomously, we can turn on the setting to do some individual outreach at scale in terms of automatic assignments. That means the agent is really working on your behalf to find the best individuals in your database to go out and start communicating with and bring them closer into your organization. Now as you'll see here, we've got this kind of outlined into certain thresholds. So it's gonna increase the number of constituents it's communicating with at each chapter. But we don't have a limit on the number of constituents that the agent can be working with. That'll be a decision point, that you make along with your team and ours here at Blackbaud to decide what the best portfolio size is for your staff. Now the thing we haven't looked at yet, which is the most important component here, is the outreach itself. So I'm gonna show a few examples here of communications that the agent has had with our individual users here. Now Scott's had a lot of different outreach, with our, development agent here. I'm just gonna highlight a few of these. Now I mentioned the first communication that goes out is going to include introduction of your development agent. So ours is named Devin here, and it's introducing this new initiative on behalf of your organization powered by Blackbaud AI. That goes back to our transparent pillar of our, strategy here at Blackbaud, and really is an important component that your donors feel trust with this new tool, and you're introducing it in a way that everyone feels comfortable with. Additionally, we see that this communication is unique to Scott and brings in feedback from his constituent record. So if Scott had made a recent donation or has an upcoming birthday, that would be looped in here as well. And it's really going to target this communication, this first outreach to specifically the individual where they are in their stage of engagement with your organization. From here, Scott may choose to engage or to kind of move along and and not respond to the agent. Really, it's out of our control at that point, what your constituent decides to take in their next steps. Scott here, happy for us, has decided to go back and forth with the agent and, here asks a great question. Scott asks how his gift can support the greatest need at the organization. Now these are similar to other outreach that we're seeing, come up in our early adopter program with our first customers that came on board with us, at the 2025. But, really, your constituents are gonna ask a whole host of questions. This provides a new opportunity for them to receive information, to engage with you in new ways, and so the types of questions they're gonna ask are gonna be completely new and exciting every single day. Now what you'll notice here, Scott asks this question at 04:17, and at 04:18, just one minute later, our agent responds with a really thoughtful, email that tells Scott exactly where the most urgent needs are for the support of Foggy Valley Animal Rescue. If Scott had asked for a donation link, that would also be included here, but it really depends on the type of question that the constituent is asking at that moment in time. Now I'm not gonna show you every single communication here, but Scott does go back and forth here, kind of engaging with the agent, learning more about the organization, and, kind of ends the outreach there in December. But as you'll see, additional communications went out including some for SMS that are upcoming and scheduled. Now what we didn't talk about is the ability to review some of this content before it goes out. It's lovely to see that chain and that back and forth conversation, but we know that onboarding this new tool is going to be, you know, a journey for your staff. A lot of you in the chat wrote that this is your first entree into artificial intelligence. And so it's really going to take, some effort for your team to feel comfortable, and perhaps that involves spot checking some of the communications before they go out. As you'll see here, I'll pop into, maybe an example for our colleague Tim here. You're able to view any of the outreach that is pre scheduled before it goes out. In this example, Tim here is being sent a notification, that really talks about his impact and where his gifts were directed over the last year. If we think this communication is a great representation of the content we'd like to go out, we can give that message a thumbs up. On the other side, if we'd like to provide feedback and have this sharpened a little bit. Right? We want the content to be tighter or we want to include more specifics about our outreach or our efforts last year, we can give that a thumbs down and even provide feedback and regenerate the content. Now, of course, your confidence will grow with the outreach over time. But those first couple of weeks as you're building up the agent's portfolio and really getting a feel for the engagements, you're gonna be spot checking these communications so that you feel that the agent is aligned to your brand voice and identity, and feels as though it's an extension of your team. Now, the last piece here before we kinda jump over, and I know there's probably a lot of q and a, to bring up, so we will spend time, I promise, bringing up some of those questions here in the live format. But what's really important, again, is that we want you to have the human in the loop with this agent. The agent's going to work autonomously, be able to communicate and engage with your donors. But there are sometimes questions that the agent can't or should not answer. And that's where we're going to raise those up into a needs attention queue. As you'll see here, we have one question that maybe the, agent should not answer based on a whole host of settings that we've trained our, agent to respond to. Now this could be that the constituent has responded a certain number of times, right? Our threshold, detects when agents, or when constituents are communicating in rapid fire, and we're gonna escalate that to a human. This could be an example of the agent asking for personally identifiable information, and the agent knows it's not allowed to answer that question. Or it could be an opportunity for the agent to warmly hand off a potential major gift to our gift officers. So if the agent detects that the donor would like to make a planned gift or would like to talk to a member of your team, You're gonna see all of those escalations here in this needs attention queue. That's the ability to take these engagements and turn them over from the development agent to a member of your staff to further that relationship and potentially bring a larger gift in, based on that outreach. So we love this component of the tool and the ability to see these in real time and be able to address any of the kind of questions from your audience, your community, or to be able to step in and assist where the agent can't or should not answer those questions. Now, it's important, of course, to report out on the success of any new tool within your team. And so we have built in some, reporting here with the development agent. We're gonna be able to both see the development agent's progress in standard Razor's Edge NXT reports. So if I can look at this, dashboard here, we'll see the development agent right in line with our other major gift officers, or members of your team in terms of action outreach. We're gonna see similar success when we look at our appeals. So I've got a dashboard pulled up here to show the success of our, development agent appeal. And just like I would with any of our other outreach efforts, I'm gonna be able to see both a goal as well as any gifts that have come in in real time. So we've been really thoughtful to design the reporting mechanisms here, and we're going to be, bringing on actually additional dashboards and reporting based on our early adopter program feedback that we've received from all of the customers that have been along this journey with us the last few months. Additionally, if I go back to our example for Scott, we're tying every single interaction for these communications back to your constituent records. What that means is you're never going to have a moment where you don't know where the the agent has communicated with individuals, has done that outreach on your behalf, the actions are always going to be logged in real time. So if we go to one of these examples here, we'll see that outreach was completed in February here, and we get a lovely little summary here that tells us any of that back and forth communication and where the engagement then continued on. As we like to joke here, the development agent's never gonna forget to log its engagement. It's always happening behind the scenes in real time. Now with that, I'm gonna stop sharing my screen here. I'm sure that we have a lot of questions, and I wanna save time for that. I know we've got about ten minutes left here today. So let us take this down, and I know a couple of my colleagues are gonna join us on screen here to answer some of these questions. Before we do that though, Amelia, I'd love to talk a little bit about our upcoming roadmap. So we've looked at what's available within the development agent today, our launch day. But it's really important as well to talk about what's coming in future expansion. Can you walk us through a couple of these things really quickly before we, start to take some questions here? Yeah. I'd love to. Thanks, Kelly. So now we started as you saw with Kelly, we started with this email piece. That's where we had our early adopters mostly working as well, and they've started with the SMS piece of the puzzle, that we've added. Next comes what we're calling goal driven engagement. I saw some questions on, what if I wanna target this year, you know, the ten year alumni group, or what if I wanna target this specific group? So giving the agent different specific goals, in the application instead of just mid level giving, you can really hone that in. That's coming next as well as some metrics and reporting so you can understand the ROI, not only alongside other fundraisers and seeing the performance, right, which you can see in our NXT, the agent's, performance alongside fundraisers, but you can really understand what you're getting from this agent in terms of number of engagements, things like that. What is it like to have someone who's working twenty four seven for you? Right? Like, how does that actually play out? Is it encouraging donations if that's your goal? Things like that. And then looking ahead, adding multilingual constituent engagement. So if you have, folks that are speaking Spanish or as we look towards I'll get on the next slide towards international pieces of the puzzle, bringing this into Canada. We need French, things like that. And then a conversational avatar. We know some other players in the market have this have a video avatar. Some folks are really keen on this. Some folks like, please never do that right. It'll be an option. We're building towards that. And then yeah. there we go. And then, yeah, at the large aperture. Sorry. I needed to scroll down my slides. At a large aperture right today is development agent for INXT in The US. Like I mentioned, bringing the development agent to other locations. If if you are out of The US or if you are a BBCRM customer, bringing this for BBCRM is on our very near road trip, but that's within the next six months. And then looking ahead additionally for the rest of the year, looking to add additional agents. We have some proposals out. These may change, but we hear from a lot. I actually saw a chat in the chat too. Hey. We don't always put things in the spots that you have now assigned them. So if you're looking for something, maybe it's in the notes. So what does it look like to have a data health or hygiene agent that helps find some of that information, pull it where it can be more usable for you? What does it look like to have, K12 admissions agent that helps, move things forward there? Right? There's a lot of possibilities for agents, and we will continue to build on this, portfolio. Awesome. I know we've got so many questions. I'm looking at the chat. now. I think our colleague Scott's gonna join us here and tee us up for some of the ones that we're seeing in the background. So welcome, Scott. Hi, Kelly. Hi, Amelia. Hello, everyone. Scott Parrish, senior principal solution architect. Kelly, we are getting so many questions. I I see three themes here. So the first question is really around pricing. Is the agent a separate subscription? Can you talk a little bit about how we price the subscription for the agent? Absolutely. So, yes, this is an additional subscription to a razor's edge NXT, and will be for the additional road map items that Amelia mentioned. So when we go into Blackbaud CRM, as well as those additional agents. We do have Daniel in the background. So I know that's, you know, a conversation we'll wanna continue with everyone on the call, and why Daniel is with us today. So, we'll be looking for hand raisers to continue that on and and help get all of you pricing, but that will be an additional investment, when we kinda move into that agent. I will call out that there are many other, artificial intelligence components built into Razor's Edge NXT. If you're not aware of those, happy to, get you some resources there as well because you have a lot of tools at your disposal today, especially for those that are just getting into their journey. I got a lot of questions about SMS. Is it a separate. app? How is SMS embedded? Great question. you need another tool for it? Can you talk a little bit about SMS? not. Absolutely. So, and I see a question. I'll I'll connect these dots a little bit too. A lot of questions about opt out. So I'll connect the two. SMS is not a separate subscription. It will come, with unlimited text messaging alongside the unlimited email outreach. Your donors will get to choose and opt in to text messaging if that's the preferred channel that they would like to engage with the development agent in. Additionally, each of those channels has a separate opt out. So when we think about, the agent doing outreach via email and text, if a donor wants to opt out or opt into either of those channels, that will be held completely separately within Razor's Edge NXT from the other outreach that you're doing. So it won't impact, the newsletters you're sending out or those one to one communications. It's a completely separate opt out or consent category. Another question around multiple agents. Is the development agent multiple agents, or is it one single agent doing a multitude of tasks? And maybe you could round that out by talking about goal driven engagement, which which Amelia just. covered. Yeah. Great question. So the development agent is one agent. Obviously, this is our first agent for good, but we're, looking to expand that into the, many different agents that Amelia was teeing us up, to talk about here. But the way that our development agent is progressing forward today, it is really working on the communications that I showed. Being able to engage your donors, to solicit, to steward, and to get informational updates. So there's a lot of opportunity to pick and choose which of those type of outreach efforts you'd like it to be working on. Goal driven engagement, which is the next step in our journey here and what we're working on with our early adopter program, customers, is to really define goals for the agent and have that work, in tandem on multiple goals at one time so that it's doing different outreach efforts to different segments. So an example might be that you set up the agent to help you find 50 new volunteers for an event that you have going on in a couple of months. The agent's going to know based on your database who the best potential volunteers are going to be for that initiative. Separately, you might have another goal happening at the same time to raise 15, thousand dollars for a very specific fund. The agent is able to drive towards that goal, solicit those individuals, and do both of those, kind of outreach efforts simultaneously. So really excited, for that, to come online, and I'm I'm certain that we'll be presenting about that in the coming months in more detail. One last question. A lot of questions about what is the feedback from the EAP so far? What have we learned from EAP? How are we seeing results? Who's engaging Mhmm. with the agent? Can you talk about some of our preliminary feedback that we've received from Can I adopters? yeah? Before you answer that, Kelly, because I know you were on top of that, I do I saw a lot. of those, and I do wanna mention, that I don't think it's enough credit here. When Blackbaud went to Endeavor on Ages for Good, we literally have someone on our team with a PhD in, like, technology adoption. And she works with our UX team, and she's brilliant. She'll be on some of our thought leadership webinars coming up, so look out for her. Her name's Maureen. But that was something we've really invested in and just, like, understanding not only the user experience for you all as staff, but also how it would be received and how that's changing over time. So we continue to do that research. So I'm a put that out there, and then Kelly could talk about our feedback that we're hearing. Yeah. I've mentioned the early adopter program quite a few times here, and it's been a real joy to work alongside our, 35, 40 customers that are in our early adopter program because they're really helping shape the way that the agent is, being built. So obviously, we we came to our customers with an idea and with, you know, the technology here, but we're really working hand in hand with them to drive this forward. And goal driven engagement is an example of how the product has really changed based on that feedback. So we're really excited that they're so heavily involved in this. Another example, is our dashboard that we're building. We're actually able to show four different dashboard options to our entire group of early adopter programs, and then get that real time feedback on what they find most impactful for the agent to be, kind of reported on. So I think this is a real opportunity here to build the tools that our community needs and and our customers are asking us for in the way that they'd like to see them built. You know, and I wanna kind of scrolling through the chat and and looking at some of the questions here. Just I know we're running out of time. But, you know, this is a real opportunity to engage members of your community that otherwise would not be engaged. And that's really where we've built this tool to serve your audience best. So we know that, going back to, I think it was the first slide that you showed, Amelia, the the, you know, time limits and constraints with your team, will only allow you to reach a certain number of members of your community, and, that's always going to be an issue. And so the development agent is really able to slot in and assist with those that otherwise would not be, getting that same level of outreach. So we see this being a, welcomed addition to the set of tools that you have to really welcome more folks into your fold and do more for your mission. So really excited about that and hope that you all see that opportunity here as well today. I know that we are probably at time, probably over. Yep. Typical us, But I will leave us with one additional suggestion here. As we know, a lot of individuals on today's call are just starting their AI journey. And part of our responsibility here at Blackbaud is to help you along that, along that path. So one of the, exciting webinar series here that we're promoting this month is our, agents for good AI for impact webinar series. And this is really just to help educate you. Won't be necessarily related to what we've looked at today, but really thought leadership to help you make smart decisions on starting your own AI journey, which we know that a lot of you are are just embarking on. Amelia, anything you wanna close us out on? I know that we've got lots of questions. If we have not responded, we'll be, reaching out individually after today's call to make sure you, have answers to those questions. But anything you wanna kinda close us out on? I'll just thank you all for being here. This was such a great, group of questions, and you guys are all obviously thinking of smart things. We will reach out to you. Please keep your questions coming. You can always reach out to Kelly or myself. We would we would love to have a chat about what you're seeing in your org as we as we build out this business. Thank you guys so much for your time today. Thank you.
