Hey, everyone. My name is Elizabeth, and I am part of our education marketing team here at Blackbaud. Thank you so much for joining us for today's webinar, connecting the dots, how strategic technology partners complete the blackbaud suite. We have quite a panel of experts on with us today. A few call outs. I promise that I will be quick. The webinar audio will be broadcast through your computer speakers, so hopefully you can all hear me. As always, you will receive the recording to this about twenty four hours after the fact. If you need captions, you can hover over the stage and click on the CC button on the bottom of the screen to turn your captions on and off. If you encounter any audio or technical issues such as the slides freezing, usually a quick refresh of your browser is the best way to get it working again. And worst case scenario, you can leave and log in again. Please click on q and a on the top right to submit any questions that you might have. And when submitting your questions, especially in a session like today, please do be specific. The more details that we have, the better we can answer your question. Our part our presenters and partners will do their best to try to answer their questions during today's session. But rest assured, if we don't get to your question, we will do our best to follow-up with you after the event. We will also open up a poll during each partner presentation so that you can indicate if you have an interest in receiving more information or follow-up. Next to q and a, you'll also see the docs area. Please click on this to access several links and resources that you might want to access during today's presentation as well as save for future reference. And you can adjust the settings by using the cogwheel at the bottom of the event space. And with that, I will hand it over to Matt and Steven. Thanks, Elizabeth. Hi, everyone. Matt Solis here with the partner team at Blackbaud, and I wanted to go ahead and share with you all, some greatness about Blackbaud's open API. So with that, we have an abundance of partners available to you all, some of who you're maybe using today, others that you'd like to evaluate. I've got some on the screen here. Really just to show go on stage for presentation. I'm sorry? Okay. And so then, some of these are kind of wherever you need them. Right? And so whether that's the development office or, you know, the registrar, the admissions, or even the business office, some of these are gonna be able to plug in, you know, even doing bidirectional, syncs for you. Really just to make your life easier is our goal here. And if you're ever unsure where to find them, if you've checked out before the Blackbaud marketplace, you're able to, search directly for the partner if you know the name, but you're also able to filter, you know, by keyword or by region or, anything else that you would like to look at, specifically, and it'll populate said partner or partners, for you. And we've had a lot of growth with that marketplace. So even if you looked at this last year, chances are maybe it wasn't there or, we've worked on the integration together and made it stronger. So as you can see here, you know, we've we've increased that marketplace by quite a lot. So encourage you to go back and look at it again. And with that, I will let, I'll introduce Steven to come back off of mute and take it away. Yes. Thank you. Steven Boyle. I'm product manager here at Blackbaud, working with our APIs and partner integrations. I just wanted to highlight my spot in the process, which is really to connect with the community, the partners, our consultants, and clients and and developers, just the whole, the whole landscape of people that are working with data, that are working with the school's environment. And so learn about their projects, learn about what they are trying to accomplish, and get them the right information. I, you know, hear about these projects, and I I wanna make sure I translate that into the right knowledge, get them to the right place. For instance, the Swagger documents and the descriptions of endpoints for our APIs or information on how to set up single sign on, for partners and and, and client projects. I also it's also my job to keep you informed of what we are doing, in the future and what we've, released. We have our pubs, which we do, but, there are often, things in our APIs that are more, partner specific, and keeping that, information highlighted is is important as well. So what are the ways that integrating with, Blackbaud is possible? What tools do partners and clients have at their fingertips? There is the, in in in my world, the sort of standard integrate with the API where you can create a, a Sky application, that follows API and gets data out, can write data back depending on what you're trying to accomplish. Along with that is the ability to embed, UIs within our system. We call this Sky add ins. To be able to, I think that's the example I have on screen here. The ability to to show, your own data, that's not stored in Blackbaud, but stored in whatever program that you're, whatever project that you're building. Example here is if you've got a library system and you wanna show that overdue book list, inside, Blackbaud on their profile. That capability is one of the things we're building into our, Sky platform toolset for, for the education products. Also, there's new, functionality being built to upload physical files through our APIs. This will allow, things like, auto onboarding employees such that you can include their profile photo, through some background process that you use to, to handle the those administrative tasks all at once. We have other, ways of interacting with partners. One of which is our new mass communications, area, which is a, iterating directly to Bright Arrow, for instance, which is sort of it's very similar to that add in tile process. So we wanna provide you with a tool set that will give you the best outcomes for the projects and the goals that you're trying to achieve. We also want to, provide a sense of security and, and make sure you understand how your data is protected. The same rights and permissions and security models that we use within the product are imposed on anything that goes through our Sky platform. So that same, same level of of industry standard, like, up to the minute, security model, encryption, in various areas is all built in to the toolset that you're using so that you don't have to build in that expertise yourself. All of this is is meant to make the ability for our partners to provide a, any kind of service that is, something that you need on top of your Blackbaud products, available and trustworthy and simple to implement. And that is really my place in the process. And I I work with, like I said, clients, consultants, partners, and wanna make sure that everything is as easy as possible. And with that, I will pass it along to, Matt to, I think, go this on to Charlie. Yep. Thanks, Steven. And so, really, what we wanted to kind of show you guys is that it's one system. Right? Between Blackbaud and partners, we work really hard on the integration so that way it's very easy for you all. And we have three of those with us today. We've got Mark with Odin, Macy with Rubenot, and Catherine with Ubik. So we're excited for you all, to hear from each of those. So I will go ahead and invite Mark up to the stage to showcase Putin. Thank you, Matt. Alright. Well, first off, thank you everybody for being here. Thank you to Blackbaud for giving us the time here and, everybody that joined. We appreciate you. My name is Marco Oloroso. I'm the sales manager at Odin. And what I wanna do with this fifteen minutes is, walk you through the problems that we solve, the solutions that we offer, and how that ties how Blackbaud ties into all of this with all the different integrations that we offer with, their products. So move on here. As an introduction, what we call ourselves is an incidental spending management solution along with a point of sale, purpose built for k through 12 independent schools. What we do is we specialize in incidentals, for these k through 12 schools. So the big one's always cafeteria, but we can do much more than that. School store, concession stands, snack bars, field trips, really anything that you wanna charge for outside of tuition, you know, that that's what we specialize in. We've been around for over thirty years. We have over 300 clients across The US and Canada. And, what we do so these areas, you know, the concession stands, the the snack bars, the things I just mentioned, they can be pretty difficult for both, the parents, the families, and the schools to manage. The school, you know, they'll have to offer a way for these to be purchased. The families have to do the same, which is oftentimes no cash or credit card. What we do is we offer student accounts. The students can have everything managed on their account. They can come up. They can buy things. The parents can manage the the money on their accounts, and have an easy way to both account for all of this and track everything that's being purchased. So our solution really has three main aspects to it. We have the front end, the back end, and the parent facing. So the front end is the, you know, the most basic. It's really just the point of sale side of things. You know, what are the options that we have there? They are a PC, a PC option, an all in one touchscreen computer, as well as an iPad with a third self checkout, or self-service kiosk coming soon. So that would be more of like a, you know, something you'd see almost like a fast food restaurant. You know, where you can come up, order something, send it to the kitchen, you know, you wait a little bit, they'll call your name, come up, you know, to grab that order. So we have multiple different point of sale options. We have a fully cloud based back end solution as well, which is where student information is managed, student information is stored, integrations to, Blackbaud are managed, inventory is managed. And like I said, it's all cloud based. You can access your, information from anywhere. And then the parent side of things, we have a product called MyKidsPending, which is a parent web portal where they can go in, manage the accounts for their kids, from the account, view the spending at the school, you know, see everything that's going on, stay in the loop, and, you know, manage everything that that's going on there. Point of sale options here. I already mentioned that, but here's kind of a visual of a couple of them. So we have the, you know, more of a built out cafeteria, option, which would be for, you know, lots of people coming through a, busy area quickly versus an iPad, which is a little you can get a little bit more creative with the iPad, I like to say. You can kinda bounce around, go to the, you know, concession stand. You can sell things outside. They can both work offline. So if you need to go somewhere that has, you know, a little bit of spotty Internet, you don't have to worry about it. The transaction data will just store on the device, sync back to the cloud when Internet becomes available so everything nothing gets missed. Coming back to My Kid spending, so I mentioned before, it's a web portal, so you can obviously access it via website, but there's also a mobile app for it as well, which can be used by the parents or the students. So the parents love it because they can see everything, you know, on the go. They can see the, you know, the transactions. They can see the balance. They can add money to the account. You know, you in your iPhone, you can just go to Apple Pay, you know, add a quick $20 to the account. Makes it very easy for them to to access all this information. The students can use it too if you'd like them to. Sometimes it's more of a, situation where they're older students that would like to use it. If they're allowed to have their phones at school, you'll see that QR code that I have listed right here. This would be like an alternative to an ID card. So I can come up, show that QR code that they would, scan it. It'll pull up your account, to deduct the money from your account, just like you would, you know, an ID card. We do offer lots of different, options for authentication. So that what I mean by that is what does it look like if I'm the student and I come up to to buy something? I could show them an ID card with a barcode. We can integrate with tap cards, four or five digit pins for younger students. You always have a name lookup as a backup, you know, if somebody maybe loses their ID. And then this QR code would be the the last option here. So this is where we kinda get into, like, the meat and potatoes of the system. We have two options that, you know, we can have it set up as, I guess you could say. So inclining or declining balance. And those kinda take you down two different paths for what integrations become available with Blackbaud. So some may apply to inclining balance that may not to declining balance, but we'll talk about all of those as we go here. So inclining balance is really just like a credit method. So if I'm the student, I'm buying things, I would rack up a bill for, let's say, a month. You can then export those charges to various Blackbaud products to have the actual payment side be handled there, but the transactions would be recorded in Odum. Declining balance is just really the reverse. It's a debit. So you are, prefunding the account, and then when I buy things, my money deducts from there. On that part, you don't really need to have the the payment option go through Blackbaud, you know, since, you know, you don't need an export, but there are other integrations that are available for that type of setup. And here are the six of them listed here, and we're gonna go through each of these as we go. We have student information system, tuition management, billing management, FE NXT, Blackbaud merchant services, and a single sign on option. So let's just walk through all of those and how they look. So the student information system sync is kind of just like the baseline of our integration. So you'll have this regardless. Inclining or declining, you know, it would be set up, as long as the student information is in the, information system. We'll pull that over every hour, to populate the Odin database automatically, which is very nice because without it, you'd have to either fill out a CSV or export one, which can allow potential user error. It's also very tedious, time consuming. It's kind of just like busy work that you have to do. This eliminates that. You know, you just kinda have it run-in the background. It's a great feature to have, and it will definitely save a lot of time for your, you know, business or finance office, users at the school. So that's that's the baseline. You'll have that. Again, you'll have that for each of the options. This is where we kinda get into the, you know, one or the other type of integrations here. So we have tuition management. This is for an incline balance. So you would be recording the transactions in ODIN. At the end of the month, you would manually export those, charges, pull them out of Oden, bring them into tuition management, drop them there. The payment would be handled over there. And then we have the billing management, which is really the exact same thing, except it's automated. It's a little bit better. So the the API has a little bit more endpoints, a little bit more flexibility where we can create it. So that's automated, which is great because then you don't have to do that manual export at the end of the month. The sync would run at the end of the month. It would grab everything just like it would for the tuition management, bring it over there so you can pay for it over there. Automated is always better. FENXT, it's similar to the tuition management. It's more of the manual export, where g where GL codes are mapped. Charges would be sent there through the API. So it is for your accounting purposes. Keep everything, all synced up altogether, so that you can grab it from here, bring it over there if you need to. And then last but not least, single sign on. So we have an option for a single sign on through the Blackbaud Parent Portal for, my kid's spending. So, you know, one of the issues that I would see as a salesperson is, you know, they wanna make sure the parents don't have, you know, four or five different, logins for four or five different things. You know, maybe you have, a MyKidsBending login, then you have a Blackbaud login, then you have this login and that login. You know, parents don't wanna handle that. Schools don't wanna offer that to the parents if they don't have to. So we kind of, you know, we had single sign on to help them out with that. There would be a button populated in the Blackbaud parent portal where it would just say sign in to My Kid spending. Click on that. It'll obviously bring you over to our website. You can use those same credentials that we would pull with that student information sync that we talked about earlier, to, you know, log them into that. So definitely nice for the parents to have there, and it makes it pretty easy with that that student information sync. That that's all that I wanted to talk to you about today. So, again, I really appreciate the time. Here's some information I have on the screen here, my, my personal email in the middle. We have a general sales email as well as our website. So if you'd like to, reach out for more personalized demo, talk about any of the things a little bit more in-depth that we, talked about here, I'd be happy to do that. So, thank you. I I don't know if there's any questions. I don't know if I left enough time for questions either. But I took we took a look at the questions, Mark, and you did a great job. I think the answer or the question was around integrations, and you touched on all of this. So I think we're in good shape. Great. Then I think, Macy from Ruben is up next. Absolutely. You're good to go, Macy, once you hit unmute. Would help. Thank you, Elizabeth. Gotcha. Appreciate that, Mark. And hi, everyone. Thank you for joining today's Blackbaud webinar, and thank you Blackbaud for having Rufna. I'm Macy Belter. I'm the VP of marketing, and I'm excited to be here representing Rubna today. For those of you who might not be familiar with us, Rubna is the comprehensive safety platform that schools trust when seconds matter. We work with over 800 schools across the nation, and, really, we unify emergency response, communication, and operational workflows into one intuitive system that works with existing technology. Our product suite includes accountability, announcements, attendance, and visitor management. Now that last part that I said, works with existing technology, is exactly what I'm excited to be speaking with Blackbaud customers today. We know you've invested heavily in your SIS. You've built workflows that work for your school, and you've trained your teams on systems that rely that they rely on every day. Now our philosophy is simple. We want to be your trusted safety partner so you can focus on your educational mission, not on managing multiple disconnected systems. Over the next fifteen minutes, I wanna share how Blackbaud Schools are actually achieving this. Real stories from administrators who were in your exact position perhaps looking for comprehensive safety solutions that compliment rather than complicate their existing operations. So with that said, let me start with a simple question. How long did your last emergency drill take? I'm asking this because this is often the moment when administrators realize there might be a gap between having great student data and being able to actually act on it quickly during an emergency. Now keep that number in mind as we talk today because I think you'll be surprised by what's possible when your safety systems work as seamlessly as your SIS does. Now Blackbaud hold on. Let me go back. Sorry. Alright. Now Blackbaud provides excellent student information management, and most of you have built sophisticated workflows around it. But here's what we constantly hear from administrators. We have all this great data in Blackbaud, but when an emergency hits, we're back to clipboards and manual processes. If this sounds familiar, your teachers are trying to remember different passwords during high stress situations. You're pulling reports from multiple systems and manually combining them to get a complete picture. The challenge isn't that your systems don't work. It's that they're not designed to work together when every second counts, and that's what we're focused on solving. Kind of like what Matt said. One system, one login, zero silos. When we talk about integration with Blackbaud, we mean something very specific. This isn't just about importing and exporting spreadsheets. It's about creating a seamless experience that feels like a natural extension of what you're already using. I apologize for the graphic, little layover there. That's how integrated we are. We just kinda mesh together. So your staff uses the same Blackbaud credentials they know. Student attendance from this morning automatically appears in emergency rosters, so no manual updates are needed. We built this through Blackbaud Sky API with true bidirectional integration. What that means in practical terms is that your investment in Blackbaud becomes more valuable, not more complicated. This is a this is about extending what you already do well into the critical moments when your school community needs you most. So this past year at BBCon, hope to see you there, by the way. It's this October doing a little shout out for Matt and the Blackbaud team there. But we ran into our friend and client, Peter, and I just wanted to briefly share something that stuck with me. I have shared this testimonial in the docs as well so you can see his full response, but this really captures what this partnership looks like in practice. Peter is the chief information officer at Crystal Springs Upland Schools in California. And Peter said, and I quote, we're a Blackbaud customer and a Roovna customer, and we love the seamless integration that I don't have to touch. It's beautiful. Now I've been in EdTech for a while, and I can tell you when a CIO describes integration as beautiful, that's not typical. What Peter is talking about is integration that just works without requiring his attention or intervention. He's not managing multiple systems. He's not doing manual data transfers. He's not fielding calls from teachers who can't access what they need. The system simply work together as they should. And that phrase, I don't have to touch, that's exactly what integration should feel like. It should enhance your existing investment without creating new administrative burdens. So, again, I've linked that if you wanna see the full testimonial. Now, I would like to give a more detailed example that might feel familiar for you. Bayside Academy serves 800 students across a large campus, ages three through 18. Like many of you, they were committed Blackbaud users. Their advancement associate, Brooke Chiu, told us about the research process, And I quote her, we were a black, white school, so we knew whatever platform we moved to, we wanted it to integrate with our software. That was the whole driving force for us to make a change. When I had a call with Brooks, she described her and her colleague literally going to Google and searching what is the best emergency management platform that integrates the best with Blackbaud. And she and her colleague went into different forums, talked to their peers, and Rubna kept coming up. That is something that stuck with me. They were frustrated with the same things many of you probably experienced. Having to manually set up emergency messages every year, constantly updating contact databases, running separate systems that didn't talk to each other. But here's what happened after they implemented our integrated solution. They went from taking several minutes to account for all students during drills to consistently doing it under one minute. Now that's not just about efficiency, though that matters. It's about the difference between uncertainty and confidence during the moments that matter most to your school community. Now I do wanna address something that Brooke shared with us because it's probably what some of you are thinking right now. When Bayside first introduced this to their teachers, they heard exactly what you might expect. We don't always have our phones on us. Our phones are on silent, and these are all reasonable concerns. First, this isn't really another app in the traditional sense. It uses the same Blackbaud credentials your staff already know. And second, for emergency situations, it works like an amber alert. It overrides phone settings when it matters. But here's the best part of Brooke's story. When their fire alarm accidentally went off recently, teachers immediately opened the RootNet system to check if it was a real emergency. They didn't think about it and they didn't hesitate. They just did it. That's how quickly it became part of their response. Now for you as administrators, this gives you three critical capabilities. A real time command center view of your entire school status. Imagine on one dashboard being able to see who's been accounted for, who needs help. So say someone's been, flagged that they need immediate attention and who has not been accounted for in one easy overview. Also, coordination tools when students are moving between buildings or areas and the ability to provide first responders with accurate up to date information immediately. These aren't just features. They're the tools that that let you lead confidently during crisis situations. What this means for you as an administrator. First, you eliminate what I call the fragmented system nightmare. That moment during an emergency when you're trying to piece together information from multiple places while everyone is looking to you for answers. Instead, you have complete visibility and control from day one. Second, you gain something that's hard to put a price on. Genuine confidence in your emergency preparedness, not just on paper, but in practice. You know your systems will work because they're built on the data foundation you already trust. And third, this matters for your relationships with boards, parents, and your broader community. You demonstrate that you've made thoughtful investments in comprehensive safety, not piecemeal solutions, not quick fixes, but coordinated systems that work together. This positions you as the administrator who thinks strategically about safety and make smart technology decisions that actually enhance what you already have. I wanna leave you with something that Brooks from Bayside Academy said to us. We'd always be happy to talk with anyone considering Roovna. Now that's the kind of confidence you get from schools who have made this transition successfully. They're not just satisfied customers, they've become advocates. I've shared some resources with you today and including our Roovna overview that gives you a comprehensive look at our company and our product offerings, as well as the testimonial video where you can hear directly from your peers and our customers about their experience with Roovna and Blackbaud. The best way to get your questions answered is through a personalized demo where we can walk through your actual Blackbaud environment and show you exactly how this would work for your school. I'd be happy to schedule that with anyone interested. Now remember, like Matt said in the beginning, one system, one login, and zero silos. That's not just a tagline. It's how your safety system should work. You can visit rubna at rubna dot com. And I also think that, if you have any questions, you can put it in q and a, and we can reach out to you. Thank you. And I think, Elizabeth, I'm handing it over to You are handing it over to Catherine. And, Macy, there's one question if you wanna take a look in the q and a. Everyone, we are doing great in terms of time. But, Catherine, if you wanna come on, we will pass the baton. Awesome. Thanks so much. Do we wanna oh, I was gonna say, is Macy gonna take that question on here first? Totally do. Macy, the question is around Canada, if Revna is available in Canada. Oh, thanks, Elizabeth. I couldn't see it. So thank you, Catherine. We are not in Canada at the moment, but that is actually, something that our cofounder and COO is looking into. So right now, we are in the The United States. Awesome. Perfect. Thanks, Stacy. Alright, Catherine. Take us home. Awesome. Well, it's so good to be here with you all this afternoon. Give me two seconds. Let me get my slide sharing here. Perfect. I'm not gonna bore I'm not gonna go too much into slides today. I'm gonna use some time to demo here, but my name is Catherine Mueller. I am the chief revenue officer here at UVic. I'm thrilled to be here this afternoon to tell you guys just a little bit more about what we do at UVic. I noticed a few people on the call are either current Ubik clients or people that we are speaking to. So it's great to great to see you again sort of if, if we've talked in the past. But, yeah. So I've been with Ubik for a little bit over three years. I always like to mention this, but I was previously with Blackbaud for five and a half years. So I'm very familiar not just with, the folks on this call, but also with the products and services that you all are using today from Blackbaud. So, a big part of the conversation that we always have with our clients is about how our product can sort of best work in conjunction with what you have today at Blackbaud. And so, obviously, as the slide mentions, we build next gen school websites, which I wanted to use the time today to really show you a little bit more about our process. At the end of the the sort of presentation, I'll I'll flash a second slide here, that has a QR code where you can connect with me if you guys are interested in having a one on one conversation with us. We can certainly get into a demonstration that's in a little bit more depth at that time. Awesome. So I am going to stop presenting here momentarily. It's gonna take a couple seconds just to get my screen sharing, and then we are going to get started. Alright. I'm going to ask Elizabeth to nod if she can see my screen. Spectacular. So awesome. So, again, we are all about school websites, and I wanted to spend at least a minute talking about what makes our process so different right from the outset of all of our projects. So if you've been through a school website redesign previously, you'll know that typically a lot of the things that happen upfront are generally your vendor may ask you for two or three websites you really like and you look to as examples. They're gonna take things like your different assets, pictures, videos, content, and all of those things are are, you know, sort of formally going to get plugged into a template. And we don't start this way. We know that schools have access to and are working with a tremendous amount of data in their school community. You're working with so many different types of constituents, whether it be current families, prospective families, maybe prospective families that need full financial aid versus those that are full pay, alumni, different types of donors, people people just coming for summer camps, people looking for jobs, and all of them ultimately need something very different from you in terms of marketing and communications in order to get to the point where they feel comfortable moving forward with the school. And so this is where we begin our projects. We look at those different personas that I've just mentioned, and we go through a massive data audit and exercise to help us to really understand the school and its digital footprint around its community. And so we go through, again, a large data audit process here as the first step in any of our projects. And this really serves a huge purpose because we're able to go in-depth into things like, a social listening device. We're able to look at all of your different, social platforms. We're looking at things like Reddit. We're looking at, all of any or rather any market research that you may have completed, focus group work that you've done. And really, ultimately, all of these things that we're looking at here help us again to understand the school's digital footprint. And so from that, we get really in-depth into things like Google Analytics to help us understand general traffic around the site as well as some very interesting things around visitor statistics and metrics there. We're looking at Google Search Console. If you're doing any type of paid digital search today, we're going to be helping you, or rather we're going to help you understand if the money you're investing there is worthwhile for your team. Should we potentially look to reinvest that elsewhere or expand that spend? We're even getting into things like different social audience, bits and pieces here. So we're looking at everything from basic demographic information all the way into some very granular information like, who or what brands do they align with? What media do these folks consume? What events, celebrities, and organizations might they appreciate? We then get into things like brand, and so we start to think a lot about storytelling here and brand sentiment. We are acting as a full end to end agency. So any areas that your school may be seeing a gap, whether it's in things like photography, videography, brand support, or if you're needing a brand refresh. We can act as those sort of mediators there, and we're able to help take you through that entire creative process. We tie all of this together with some very beautiful admissions and advancement data analysis, which, of course, in a lot of your cases could come directly from Blackbaud. So we're looking at a ton of interesting information here, things like geographic trends and acceptances. We're looking at candidates who declined offers. We're taking all of this and looking at some yearly trend analysis, again, to help us to build a really beautiful narrative experience and a really beautiful digital experience meeting all of these different audiences where they are in their journey with the school. And it leads us into my platform, which is what I'm going to show next. I'm not gonna spend too much more time talking about design today. So, again, I encourage you at the end of this presentation, take down my information through that QR code, and we can certainly talk more. Now all of the work that we do upfront to really build out your site really leads us into our platform. And so I'm gonna talk at a very high level today about one of the biggest differentiators of YOOBIC, which is our digital experience dashboard. And now our digital experience dashboard allows you to really view not only the traffic across your site, but the individual constituents interacting with your site at a very granular and very different level than you're able to today either within a Blackbaud platform, a final site website, any other type of website that you're working with. And so I'm gonna orient you a little bit to what's on your screen, and then we're gonna look a little bit more deeply into the, the actual platform. So as I mentioned, this is our digital experience dashboard. And on the right hand side here, we have our contacts. Now these are our people. They are known to us for a few different reasons. Either they have filled out your inquiry form or they have come to us through our data enrichment protocol. We have all of our unique visitors across the site. We have all of our touch points leading up to conversion. This could be things like clicking on a link, typing something in the search box, you name it. And then when we think about conversions here, these are all school defined. So this could be things like giving an online donation, having someone fill out a summer camp form or a job inquiry. We could have someone filling out an application, You name it. I'm going to start here with our contacts. Again, these are our people, and they are known to us for a few different reasons. Now I'm gonna go into an example contact here, and I'm gonna point out a few things that I think are particularly impactful here. So, one of the things that I really love about our platform is the granularity with which you can start to see the people who are interacting with your site. Now, typically, we know that a school becomes aware of a prospective family when maybe the person picks up the phone and calls you. Maybe they come on to your site and fill out some type of get in touch form or they sign up for some type of open house. Maybe they get a wild hair and they go ahead and fill out your inquiry form. But on the flip side of that, we know that this family has been aware of and engaged with you a lot sooner than that. They have been comparing you against two or three other schools in the area, possibly also against the public school system. They have been doing their due diligence in the background to make sure this is a great fit for their child. And so at the point where they've decided to take that next step forward, we can see, of course, everything that led them there, including if they come through any type of paid advertising campaign, because we can track the attribution of those leads, which again is huge. But then we, of course, can start to see everything this individual did and was interested in across the site. Now the school I'm using today as an example is a huge athletically driven school in The UK, and so we can see initially that this person started to look at sports information. They went on to look at several other sports sports specific pages, and then eventually, they switched gears completely and started looking at academic scholars. Now this individual went back and forth between academic scholars and sports related information until all of a sudden they filled out an admissions calculator that's on this particular website. Now I always mention to folks how valuable is this from an admissions perspective if for your first conversation with a prospective family, you can sit down and say you knew exactly what it was that this person was particularly interested in about the school. This allows your admissions team to have a better grasp on personalization from the first day and the first conversation with every prospective family. Now one of the huge values here of our platform, of course, is our relationship and our partnership with Blackbaud. Our platform is fully integrated with Blackbaud in a variety of different ways, both on the enrollment management and student information side of the house. But, also, right now, we are building out our Raiser's Edge NXT integration, which is really critical because we can start to see some other really beautiful information from this particular contact record. Now we're able to use publicly available information. In this case, this gentleman's LinkedIn profile alongside our own proprietary AI, and we can create personality insights about these individuals. Very cool things like this profile information, ocean profile. Who is this individual? How are they making decisions? Are they an introvert or an extrovert? If we're going to be taking a meeting with them, what are the do's and don'ts of that conversation? And finally, if we're going to be asking this person for a large sum of money, either via tuition or maybe through a gift, What is their risk appetite and the speed with which they make decisions? This tool allows you to be a better steward of all of your constituents, not just those going through the admissions funnel and admissions process, but also those that you're potentially engaging with for gifts or for your alumni events or potentially looking to hire. Now we can take this again a step further and offer communication strategies here. In a moment, I'm gonna talk more about our messaging and communications platform within the school, again, which is fully integrated with Blackbaud and how we can use this to our advantage as we're building out things like workflows and drip email campaigns. Now I wanted to mention a few other things across the platform that I think are particularly compelling. The first of those is our lead scoring component. Now a lot of folks that come to us using Blackbaud are particularly interested in how they can build a sort of lead scoring funnel. Now, hopefully, my Internet is not going to give me too much trouble today. I have this loaded up here. Actually, let's see if I can get this loaded up in my other screen. Hello. Technology is a beautiful thing when it works. If this is not going to, work for me in just a moment, I will log out very quickly and log back in. But while I'm thinking about that, again, we had a lot of folks coming to us from Blackbaud that were very interested in how to extend their system from an admission standpoint. We have folks that are using things like HubSpot. We have folks that are looking to use things for other top of the funnel type of communications. And so we really wanted to provide something that really adds value there and extends that Blackbaud Blackbaud platform. Excuse me. And so this is what we're gonna talk about lead scoring. We know what your admissions funnel looks like. At the top, of course, you have your inquiries all the way down to your accepted students, your yield there at the bottom. And here, we're going to think about this as your inquiry funnel. If, of course, I can get my computer to actually cooperate with me. Bear with me two seconds. I'm gonna log back out and log back in, and then we are going to hopefully rock and roll. And so as I mentioned, we are going to think about this as our inquiry funnel. And, again, on the right hand side here, we have those that have gone on to convert here. So that means they have filled out some type of inquiry or application. But at this engaged column over here, reps in this particular school had nearly 533 visitors that viewed 15 pages or more of their admission section and then, of course, did not go on to fill out an inquiry form. Here we have in this inform column 731 visitors that viewed 10 pages or more of their admission section and, again, did not go on to fill out an inquiry form. Folks, this is a critically engaged audience. Nobody is spending this kind of time across the admission section of a k through 12 website unless they are actively seeking an educational alternative for their child. And so the critical question for us always becomes how do we identify who these individuals are sooner so that we can start to do things like proactively market to them through our workflows and our drip marketing cadences. And we're identifying them in a variety of ways. But one of the ways that I wanted to show you how we are identifying folks is through our, data enrichment protocol. Now I'm cognizant of my time here, so I may not have time to do that today. So let me tease that a little bit for you. It's definitely something I see being, similar to some of those target analytics tools that you maybe are using within Blackbaud. So we're able to see things more like net worth and income range of particular constituents coming on to the site. I'd love to talk more about that with you if you'd like to engage with me further. I wanted to mention a couple of other things here within the platform. This is, of course, a full blown CMS tool, meaning that we have six different layers of our platform. We have digital asset management. We have content management, so where you're editing your site, messaging and communications, and, of course, the CXP layer, which is where all of that beautiful data is living. Now this orange layer here down at the bottom, which is what I'm going to end on, is customer data, and that is where our Blackbaud integrations live, and I'll talk about that momentarily. But, of course, I did at least want to show you that when we're thinking about editing and changing a page, this is very, very easy for you to do on your own. So if we'd like to make an edit or a change to a particular page within the CMS, all you're going to do is navigate to that page you'd like to edit, and it is going to pop me very simply into edit mode. Now this is a full inline editor, meaning you're going to navigate this the way in which you would the browser, and you can edit and change absolutely everything across this page, which is a little bit different than what you may have if you're used to working within school website or, again, within final site, other tools. A lot of elements within those pages could be locked down. But even the things here within, the page like these buttons are not hard coded. You have a simple WYSIWYG here that you have at your disposal. You can even come into the source code if you so choose. We fully support you. Now, again, I'm breezing through a lot of this. I'm happy to go into this in more depth with any of you that are looking to engage sort of individually with me, but I wanted to mention a couple of other things here across the platform. Now, again, messaging and communications is a huge part of our system, so you can write different emails. This can be and this can act as a full replacement of your, Push Pages If you are tired of using Push Page or if you are using things to extend that, like Constant Contact or Mailchimp, again, like HubSpot, this acts as an excellent replacement because you can also create things like workflows here. So workflows act as different automations there. The thing I wanted to wrap up by talking about here because I am cognizant of my time is around integration. So I am going to flash up here what a screen looks like within our platform when we're thinking about integration. So all of our integrations are individually set up with our clients. This allows us to really specialize, or or really hone in on rather exactly what they're looking to pull and push from Blackbaud when we're thinking about what to integrate. A lot of common things people want to see on front facing websites from the backside of the platform could be things like directories, so parent directories. We could see athletics information as an example. We could look at a little bit more on giving forms if you'd like to do that. So a bunch of different areas there that we can sort of pull over different information there. Now we are able to pull over different roles within the system. We are able to pull in different, sports if you wanted to get very granular about what sports you were showing or what calendars you're showing as an example here. And then, of course, we can do both a manual sync but then also a daily sync of this information so they are always up to date there. The last thing that I wanted to mention particularly about our integration is that when we're thinking about messaging and communications, one of the things that has kept people back that we've heard is the lack of integration between external marketing tools and Blackbaud. Now we are fully integrated with Blackbaud, so you're able to pull directly from your Blackbaud list of constituents here and mail directly through our platform if you if you would so choose to do that. Again, we are working on extending this as far as we can. So when we're thinking about, Raiser's Edge, for example, we're really building out some pretty complex things there so that you're able to pull, pretty complex lists of, constituents into the platform. I am on a timer in my lap here, and I am trying to be pretty good about my time. Again, I just wanted to give you guys a little bit of a flavor for what it is that we do here at UVic. I'm gonna stop sharing my screen momentarily so that we can, flash my, contact information here briefly. And then, I am going to hand it back over to Elizabeth. So, again, please feel free to scan this QR code. This will give you all of my information. You're I think you're even able to schedule a demo with me directly through that. We can certainly, go into any areas of the platform in more depth. We have a really, really beautiful creative team, so thinking about how we can, tailor this and customize this to each of our clients is is really our joy. And we're working with over a 150 schools, not just in The US and in Canada, but all across the globe. So we're excited to be partnered with Blackbaud. I'm thrilled to be here today with y'all, and please let me know if you have any questions. Awesome. Thanks, Catherine. Just a reminder to everyone, please be sure to check out our very robust partner ecosystem. Make sure that you head over to the Blackbaud marketplace that is linked in the docs area as well. And a very sincere thank you to our partners and present presenters. Goodness gracious, everybody. Today, Matt and Steven from Blackbaud, Mark from Odin, Macy from Rovna, and Catherine from UVic. We really appreciate the time. Hope you all found it valuable, and we hope you have a great rest of your day.
